Anglo-French command structure - Quo warranto? - delegata potestas non potest delegari - joint command structure with tScheme encryption

It has now become apparent David Cameron and Nicolas Sarkozy have used the U.S. election to deflect public attention from the pooling of the Anglo-French command structure in a "Quo warranto?" act of treason.

It will now be an act of treason for any British officer who has taken the oath of allegiance, to obey an order from the Grocer's cabinet and the Anglo-French pooled command unless Cameron has proved that he has not violated the principle of 'delegata potestas non potest delegari'.

Cameron will have trouble doing that; it can be proven that Cameron and Sarkozy used a joint command structure with tScheme encryption, to coordinate what has been described as "the first live broadcast mass snuff film in human history'" on 9/11.

AP – French President Nicolas Sarkozy, left, and Britain's Prime Minister David Cameron joke after signing …

"UK, France ditch rivalry, sign defense deal DAVID STRINGER, Associated Press Published: 06:20 p.m., Tuesday, November 2, 2010 ... LONDON (AP) — What would Napoleon or Lord Nelson make of this? Britain and France struck a historic defense deal Tuesday [U.S. Election Day - idiots!!!] aimed at preserving military muscle in an age of austerity, pledging to deploy troops under a single command, share aircraft carriers and collaborate on once fiercely guarded nuclear programs."

"In constitutional and administrative law, the principle delegata potestas non potest delegari (Latin) states that ‘no delegated powers can be further delegated’. Alternatively, it can be stated delegatus non potest delegare, ‘one to whom power is delegated cannot himself further delegate that power’ This principle is present in several jurisdictions such as that of the United States and the United Kingdom." "Oath of allegiance Troops of the Grenadier Guards on guard at Buckingham Palace. Various army regiments supply troops to guard the Royal residences. All soldiers must take an oath of allegiance upon joining the Army, a process known as attestation. Those who believe in God, and wish to swear by Him, use the following words: I (your name), swear by Almighty God that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, her heirs and successors and that I will as in duty bound honestly and faithfully defend Her Majesty, her heirs and successors in person, crown and dignity against all enemies and will observe and obey all orders of Her Majesty, her heirs and successors and of the generals and officers set over me. Others replace the words "swear by Almighty God" with "solemnly, sincerely and truly declare and affirm"."

Hawks Cafe, Captain Sherlock and Abel Danger have now concluded this is one stop short of an Anglo-French declaration of war on the United States of America.
