What are the chances...a competent "incident commander"

Editor's note: Federal agencies like FEMA came to Maui and completely cut off Lāhainā from local outside help. Local emergency services were completely unprepared (emergency sirens apparently did not go off) for what happened. Prior to FEMA and other Federal agencies showing up, the people of Lāhainā had their own aid services set up and running but were prevented from continuing their aid work. There was a "total thumb-in-the-ass stand down"* in Maui. Prior to coming to Maui, Police Chief John Pelletier was the incident commander covering the Strip when a gunman opened fire allegedly (Las Vegas Hoax) killing 58 people in 2017. You can't help but wonder if Pelletier was moved to Maui to handle this "natural disaster" (wildfire is the official narrative)? Pelletier was in Las Vegas for 20 years. You would think he would have stayed there until retirement. Maybe his experience as an incident commander was needed in Maui? As sad as it is note the entire focus is on locating the dead while the reasons for the fire have been completely ignored in the media other than "wildfires." Our suggestion: If Pelletier (FBI cleared) shows up in your town to be police chief get the hell out.
