California is also facing a continuous exodus of Californians from the state for a myriad of reasons the most obvious is the state's bureacracy and political class are woefully incompetant. Other reasons given for leaving Califoronia are high taxes, continuing fires, skyrocketing cost of living and the toxic political culture of the state. Yes, there are people coming to California but as it turns out many are coming to the state looking for state-sponsored subsistence which explains the increasing number of homeless. This and the Antifa riots with resulting violence and looting are exacerbating the increasing talk about "civil war" (no, demand domestic tranquility) and a coming "race war." There are now reports "extremist groups" are staging gas cans (two of the board members in this clip support Antifa) to start fires in Oregon.

California's previous elitist global warming-promoter (President Trump has it correct: a mini ice age is coming) governor Jerry Brown, is concerned about where Californians will go when they leave California. That's none of his business but mostly to Arizona, Texas and Washington. Most of the people leaving California are financially capable of exiting and that means an eroding tax base. Losing that tax base is what Brown is concerned the most about. Why? For one reason there are approximately 80,000 state employee retirees with pensions of around $100,000. To maintain these pensions is forcing CalPERS to invest in highly questionable investments like with Chinese blacklisted corporations directly connected to the CCP.
What is a very real possibility happening to the United States as the country is collapsing using California as a model, is that city states will likely form where present city mayors take over control. The US senate and congress that are pretty much neutralized along with the "archaic" constitution would be replaced with an "upgrade." Once these city states are formed, they would then institute communitarian law that has already been carefully studied.
This could be the underlying reason for BLM and Antifa being used as street level communist proxies for violent agitation from below, while connected networks of NGOs and private intelligence organizations push for defunding police. Policing would then be turned over to surveillance-based drones, basic guaranteed monthly income, facial recognition software, robots and these coming smart cities. All these mayors are Democrats (an oligarch-backed and Israel first class party).
As we see happening in Oregon and likely in California as well, it is "global warming", and not Antifa lighting fires, and if you disagree with this then you are anti-science and an "Anti-semite":

Steve Pieczenik stated that he thought the US Constitution was outdated and that even though the US would "survive," it would be reorganized differently. Pieczenik also stated President Trump was installed by military intelligence. Pieczenik is a protege of Henry Kissinger, so anything he talks about should be looked at from Kissinger's perspective. Kissinger despises America stating his "allegiance is to Britain." Pieczenik served as a Deputy Assistant Secretary of State under Henry Kissinger. Kissinger's first allegiance is to the British-based Pilgrims Society that has a long history of working to dissolve America to bring it back under the British crown. Pieczenik at one point stated: "In order to save the republic, there was a counter coup through Julian Assange." Pieczenik wants to "save the republic" while at the same time advocating for breaking up the United States because its constitution is "outdated." What was he or is he talking about? Be careful with the "agitation propaganda." It's two edged sword.
He states further "the US is entering into a new realism, a hyper realism where the states become more important, the devolution of federal power [that is "civil war"] and is happening very quickly." This is what President Lincoln fought against: the devolution of the federal government. Roger Stone then comes out and states "President Trump should declare martial law if he loses the presidency." This explains why Mika Brzezinski said that heading into the 2020 presidential election, "her hope is that Trump voters are voting for a dictator." Meaning, Brzezinski "hopes" the American people know who they are voting for. A "dictator."
Shockingly, Pieczenik goes on to say that "the presidency will move on to Pence and then go on to Ivanka Trump or Jared Kushner." Can anyone take Pieczenik seriously consider the possibility of a first Chabad Lubavitch gay US president? Pieczenik concludes that America will be a "great country" and that he has "no fear." Charlatan? Propaganda agitator? Psychological warfare? Take your pick. As it stands right now there are no political parties. This is all being run by Rothschild private intelligence networks with Trump and Biden being run by the City of London, Wall Street (run mostly by British financial/banking private networks) and the military to rearrange global corporate interests. The Democratic Party is just one tool to get this done.

The United States is being broken up and its technology base shipped off to Israel while Pieczenik is likely working in Florida with the Special Operations Command as the protege of Henry Kissinger along with Wall Street and the City of London. No thanks, Steve, we don't want a revolution; we want and demand domestic tranquillity.
