Almog Peretz, a worshipper who was hit in the leg with shrapnel during the Poway shooting, is suing his synagogue for misusing a six-figure federal grant intended for security.
The complaint was filed on December 6th in the Los Angeles Superior Court and
PDF was obtained
by National Justice through a public record request. It sheds light on the extent of the grift motivating the ongoing "anti-Semitism" moral panic.
In Almog Peretz v. San diego Guns, Chabad of California, Chabad of Poway, et al, it is revealed that in 2014 the Chabad of California had committed fraud with the funds allocated to it by the Department of Homeland Security's Nonprofit Security Grant program. They received $272,495 in taxpayer dollars to install security cameras at Jewish centers and houses of worship but instead used the money for leisure and utility bills.
Then in March 2019, the affiliated Chabad of Poway was given $150,000 dollars to upgrade its security system, claiming that they were under threat. According to Peretz, Chabad of Poway is liable for his injuries because on the busy day of the shooting these federal dollars were not being used for their intended purpose. During the busy Passover holiday in late April, when John Earnest entered and opened fire, the door of the Synagogue was unlocked, had no new security mechanisms, and no guards.
Jewish groups are known for ginning up anti-Semitism hysteria in order to fill their coffers with public funds they claim they need for "security." If they really believed anti-Semitic violence was as prolific as they claim, they would be using their state funding appropriately.
While many of the worst attacks on houses of worship in recent years have happened at Christian churches, like the Sutherland Springs attack that killed 27 and injured 20, Jewish groups receive 94% of DHS security grants. From 2005-2015, Jewish organizations were given $110 million dollars from this program. This year, the February omnibus bill earmarked a record $60 million in free money for Jews exploiting the program. It looks and smells like a scam.
Thanks to Jewish media sensationalism, we have been bombarded with stories about the black man who stabbed a few Jews (all who survived), but have heard comparatively little about the deadly shooting at a church in Texas today. This creates the false impression that they deserve this money, while more deserving entities aren't given any piece of the pie.
Jewish groups also operate above the law. In Rockland County, New York, where open-carrying AR-15s is legally dubious (to say the least) under the SAFE Act, Jewish vigilantes are patrolling the street armed to the teeth like they're Israeli settlers without a cop in sight.
We will be monitoring developments in Peretz's lawsuit as they emerge.

You have probably intuited this was fake, just by the actors in the play. If you are still believing anything promoted in the news that concerns Jews, you really need to take stock of yourself. You aren't keeping up. Read a few hundred of my papers and get back to me.
Yes, in two years we have seen a sea change on the internet, and no one is reporting on it. No one is being allowed to. They want you to think this is a response to "fake news", with various agencies and companies pushing back on purposely lying bloggers and other trolls. But of course just the opposite is the truth. This is purposely lying agencies, companies and governments illegally shutting down free speech to protect their lies. It is mainstream news that is fake, and most bloggers (that aren't themselves government plants) are just trying to educate you about that.
For the time being, I am still here, since I am not connected to Youtube, Facebook, or any of those places. I have an independent website, which is so far beyond the reach of these people. But the search engines are making it harder for you to find me. Either the spiders are being told not to walk down my street, or the search terms are simply blocked. I don't come up on searches that I should come up on. Which is why word of mouth is now more important than ever. Talk to your neighbors and friends: give them my website by mouth, phone, email, letter, telegram, or message in a bottle.
Anyway, if we check the Wikipedia page for the Monsey stabbing, we don't get much. They are figuring out the less they say the better, because everything they say will be picked apart by yours truly. You may have thought this happened in a synagogue, but it didn't. It was in a private home. We are told over 100 people were there to watch Rabbi Chaim Rottenberg light candles. Hmmm. Must have been a big house. Can you fit 100 people in your home? 37-year-old black man Grafton E. Thomas allegedly walked in and started stabbing people. Sounds like a fake name, doesn't it? They probably just reversed the name. He is more likely to be Thomas Grafton, isn't he? Anyway, a search on him at Intelius finds him related to Kim Thomas, and Instantcheckmate lists her as Kim. . . Kennedy. See below for a big link on that.
Next, we search on this Rabbi Chaim Rottenberg previous to December 2019, and we find that Rottenberg is a very prominent name among rabbis. The Chief Rabbi of France before the current one was named. . . Chaim Rottenberg. His father was the Chief Rabbi of Antwerp. His son Mordechai Rottenberg is now the Chief Rabbi of France, and he married Bella Yoskowitch, daughter of the Chief Rabbi of Poland. So the Rottenbergs are not some down-market small-town Rabbis, holding prayer meetings in tar shacks. They are top Rabbis and are connected worldwide.
They tell you the suspect had been charged in 2018 with weapon possession, endangerment, and menacing a policeman. He had been arrested seven times since 2001, for assault, resisting arrest, killing or injuring a police dog, and possession. You can be sure that never happened, and that Thomas is just another guy from actor's equity. But they are leading you in. You are supposed to read that and go, "Then why in hell was he on the street?" Because they have an answer for you. The page includes a section on it:
The crime has sparked a discussion about the impact of recent New York State bail reforms which require courts to release individuals on non monetary conditions for almost all misdemeanors and non violent felonies, as well as burglary and robbery in the second degree, regardless of whether the crime is a hate crime.[20] Thomas had previously been released from police custody after being arrested for a number of minor violent crimes.If we take that link on New York bail reforms, we find out two things. One, that isn't true. Courts aren't required to release violent or dangerous individuals, and judges aren't being stripped of discretion. Just reading Wiki, you would come to the conclusion that everyone short of murderers and rapists were being summarily released until trial, and that there was nothing judges, courts, or governments could do about it. But just ask yourself if that makes any sense. Why would New York's legislature do that? They just like to create chaos? They like for criminals to be on the streets causing problems? No, of course not. It doesn't make any sense, so it can't be true. But it is being reported that way, why? . . . to create fear. They want you to think people are being stabbed all over the place by psychopaths on the loose, and they want you to think that legislators are their accomplices in this psychopathy. Because if you think that you are easier to control. You will pay more for protection, you will pay more for police, you will pay more for military, you will buy more guns, you will buy more stuff across the board.
Governor Andrew Cuomo was quick to play on this fear, calling the fake event an act of "domestic terrorism". Jewish lawmakers demanded a state of emergency. For one guy with a machete, who was in custody? Where is the emergency? Even if the event were real, it wouldn't qualify as terrorism, since it was just some lone nut stabbing people for no good reason. Cuomo needs to look up the definition of terrorism. But of course Cuomo is Jewish as well. His mother, maiden name Raffa, is scrubbed, but New York Magazine admits her father died at the Jewish Institute for Geriatric Care. His wife's maiden name was Gitto, another Jewish name from Sicily.* Andrew's sister married a Maier, his brother married a Greeven (Jewish), and his wife is a. . . Kennedy (daughter of RFK). Two, if we take that link to New York's bail reforms, we find that the reforms haven't taken effect yet. However, we are told:
New York state judges reportedly started releasing criminal suspects in November 2019 due to the impending law implementation. It is estimated that 25,000 people will be released by the time the law takes effect.[6]That's convenient for the current story, isn't it, since according to that, those awaiting trial started being released in November, and by December one of them decided to stab a bunch of Jews for no reason. What are the odds? In fact, if we take that link at footnote number 6 for confirmation of that story, we are taken to Pix11.com, and a story posted on...December 26. Two days before the alleged stabbing. So, Pix11 reports on release of prisoners on Thursday, and by Saturday one of these released prisoners stabs a bunch of Jews? Also suspicious is this outlet Pix11. If New York judges were really being forced to release dangerous prisoners, don't you think bigger outlets than Pix11 would be reporting it? Why no link to the New York Times or The Post? In fact, I encourage you to take that link to Pix11, and not just read the story, but study the website itself. It looks to me like a fake website, one just put up by some cubicle spooks at Langley. They didn't even bother making this website look real, since the headers and footers are non-existent. No sidebars. Almost no links in or out.
