1. Abel Danger (AD) asserts that research by Dr. Carson's military adviser Robert Dees is helping it to expose Hillary Clinton's politically-correct (PC) network of ISIS – formerly al-Qaeda – crisis actors, allegedly funded with money laundered through the SBA 8(a) accelerated loan program launched in January 2001.

2. AD asserts that Serco's 8(a) 'Vampire' clients including Clinton donors, Goldman Sachs, UK Cabinet Office and HSBC, bought ISIS ammo and visas for Resilient training attacks on the Bataclan concert hall in Paris and San Bernardino in 2015.

3. AD asserts that the former Clinton Secretary of the Navy Gordon England gave Navy Onion Router devices to al-Qaeda 8(a) crisis actors to conceal death-pool bets during Serco's Resilient Global Guardian exercise on September 10-12 2001.

United States Marine Field McConnell (http://www.abeldanger.net/2010/01/field-mcconnell-bio.html) offers to show Dr. Carson's military advisers how to win resilient wars with Clinton 8(a) ISIS crisis actors, SECNAV procurement frauds and the Serco death-pool onion router.

I have heard rumors about this website, but I still cannot quite believe that it exists. I am looking at what I think is a hit list.
There are photographs of people I recognize—prominent politicians, mostly—and, next to each, an amount of money. The site’s creator, who uses the pseudonym Kuwabatake Sanjuro, thinks that if you could pay to have someone murdered with no chance—I mean absolutely zero chance—of being caught, you would.
That’s one of the reasons why he has created the Assassination Market.
There are four simple instructions listed on its front page:
Add a name to the list
Add money to the pot in the person's name
Predict when that person will die
Correct predictions get the pot
The Assassination Market can’t be found with a Google search. It sits on a hidden, encrypted part of the internet that, until recently, could only be accessed with a browser called The Onion Router, or Tor. Tor began life as a U.S. Naval Research Laboratory project, but today exists as a not-for-profit organization, partly funded by [Clinton aides in the] U.S. government and various civil liberties groups, allowing millions of people around the world to browse the internet anonymously and securely."

"FBI complains it can't break encryption on phone used by San Bernardino terrorists
By Roger Fingas
Thursday, February 11, 2016, 07:11 am PT (10:11 am ET)
FBI technicians have been trying and failing to break the encryption of a phone used by the couple who killed 14 people in a terrorist attack in San Bernardino, Calif. in December, according to FBI Director James Comey.
"We still have one of those killers' phones that we haven't been able to open," said Comey at a hearing of the Senate Intelligence Committee this week, as reported by the Los Angeles Times. "It has been two months now and we are still working on it."

Though the exact kind of phone used wasn't mentioned during the hearing, the difficulty encountered by the FBI would suggest a relatively recent iPhone or Android device with support for full-disk encryption. Once a passcode is enabled, such devices can be essentially impossible for outside parties to break into. Apple itself has claimed that it can't crack an iPhone with iOS 8 or 9, even when served with a warrant.

Comey repeated his stance that encrypted phones and messaging services are making it increasingly tough to pursue some investigations and surveillance. He denied that he wanted companies to offer backdoors, but nevertheless insisted that they should be able to offer data access when presented with a court order.

"I don't want a back door... I would like people to comply with court orders, and that is the conversation I am trying to have," he explained.

Different factions in U.S. business, activism, and government are battling over whether companies like Apple should be legally required to offer a way around encryption. The most recent salvo came in the form of the ENCRYPT Act, a proposed bill that would prevent individual states and localities from mandating decryption support."

"2015 San Bernardino attack
On December 2, 2015, 14 people were killed and 22 were seriously injured in a terrorist attack in San BernardinoCalifornia, which consisted of a mass shooting and an attempted bombing. The perpetrators, Syed Rizwan Farook and Tashfeen Malik, a married couple living in the city of Redlands, targeted a San Bernardino County Department of Public Health training event and holiday party, of about 80 employees, in a rented banquet room. Farook was an American-born U.S. citizen of Pakistani descent, who worked as a health department employee. Malik was a Pakistani-born lawful permanent resident of the United States.
After the shooting, the couple fled in a rented sport utility vehicle(SUV). Four hours later, police pursued their vehicle and killed them in a shootout. On December 3, the Federal Bureau of Investigation(FBI) opened a counter-terrorism investigation. On December 6, in aprime-time address delivered from the Oval Office, President Barack Obama defined the shooting an act of terrorism. Previously, on December 3, the President had indicated "It is possible that this was terrorist-related, but we don’t know. It’s also possible that this was workplace-related."[8]
According to FBI Director James B. Comey, the FBI's investigation revealed that the perpetrators were "homegrown violent extremists" inspired by foreign terrorist groups. They were not directed by such groups and were not part of any terrorist cell or network. FBI investigators have said that Farook and Malik had becomeradicalized over several years prior to the attack, consuming "poison on the internet" and expressing a commitment to jihadism andmartyrdom in private messages to each other. Farook and Malik had traveled to Saudi Arabia in the years before the attack. The couple had amassed a large stockpile of weapons, ammunition, and bomb-making equipment in their home.”

"Carson: No 'political correctness' when fighting ISIS
By CURT MILLS (@CURTMILLS) • 11/22/15 1:48 PM
Ben Carson argued Sunday that "there is no such thing a political correctness when you're fighting an enemy who wants to destroy you."
Asked by George Stephanopoulos on "This Week" if he would consider reinstating Bush-era "enhanced interrogation techniques" when questioning terrorism suspects, Carson cited state secrecy and the importance of the element of surprise in warfare.
"I'm not one who's real big on telling the enemy ... what we're going to do," Carson said.
He was pressed by Stephanopoulos further who asked, "But you would do that even though many consider waterboarding torture?"
Carson reiterated, "Like I said, I'm not real big on telling them what we would or would not do."
The American political conversation is still dominated by discussion of how to grapple with the threat of international terrorism, a week after the Nov. 13 Paris attacks that killed 130.
Carson doubled down on previous suggestions that he would be open to monitoring mosques, but cast that as part of a broader surveillance strategy that would be pursued by his administration.
"I said in a large capacity, we should monitor anything, mosques, [a] church, school, shopping center, where there's a lot of radicalization going on," Carson said."
"ISIS Bataclan terrorist who killed 89 people was trained to shoot by FRENCH POLICE at gun club after shaving off his beard to avoid suspicion
Suicide bomber Samy Amimour shot fans dead before blowing himself up
He registered for gun licence in 2011 and trained at a police shooting club
Officers taught him how to use a semi-automatic gun on initiation course
Charged with 'conspiracy to commit terrorism' a year later and fled to Syria
PUBLISHED: 10:36 GMT, 1 December 2015 | UPDATED: 20:02 GMT, 1 December 2015
An Islamic State gunman involved in the murders of 89 people in central Paris was trained to shoot by the French police, it emerged today.
Samy Amimour, 28, was one of the suicide bombers who also used a Kalashnikov automatic rifle to cause the bloodbath at the Bataclan theatre on November 13.
He was behind a number of coordinated attacks, which saw a total of 130 people killed and some 350 seriously wounded.
Now it has emerged that Amimour, who came from the Paris suburb of Drancy, trained at the police shooting club in the city.
He registered for a gun licence in 2011 and took an initiation course at the club, which has almost 2,500 members, in April 2012.
I-Tele television station today reports that Amimour had no criminal record when he started the course and shaved off his beard so he would not arouse suspicion.
Officers showed Amimour how to use a semi-automatic handgun, using 38 Special and 22 Long Rifle ammunition.
Amimour become known to counter-terrorist agents in 2012 when he was charged with 'conspiracy to commit terrorism'.
He was accused of trying to get to Yemen, but was later released on bail before travelling to Syria on September 11, 2013.
This meant he violated the terms of his bail, so judges issued an international warrant for his arrest.
Amimour's father, 67-year-old Mohamed Amimour, has spoken about his failed attempt to extract his son from the control of ISIS commanders.
Mr Amimour met up with his radicalised son in Syria, but said he had a 'distant sort of smile' and refused to return home.
Meanwhile, a terrorist freed by France to become one of the most feared ISIS operatives in the world went on trial today with five other men in Paris.
But instead of facing a life sentence for his murderous crimes, 35-year-old Salim Benghalem was believed to be in Syria, planning more atrocities.
His 'in absentia' trial is a cause of huge frustration to security services across the world, especially in the USA, which has viewed him as a major threat for years.
Many believe Benghalem, who was also born in suburban Paris, was one of the ringleaders of the November 13 attacks.

"Loan Improvement

SBA modernizes to help feed its growing programs
BY PATRICIA DAUKANTAS | GCN STAFF
Under a five-year plan for overhauling its information technology systems, the Small Business Administration recently acquired new software for financial and other administrative tasks.

By the time SBA celebrates its 50th anniversary in 2003, agency officials want all their programs up and running around the clock, chief financial officer Joseph Loddo said.

In the first phase of the modernization, the agency has upgraded systems for managing its extensive portfolio of guaranteed loans, chief operating officer Kristine Marcy said.

SBA processed its first electronic loan last November through its Sacramento, Calif., office and plans to add more private lenders during fiscal 2001.

The agency's staffing level has dropped 22 percent over the past eight years, which is another reason to improve IT, Marcy said. Over the past decade, SBA's portfolio of loans to small and disadvantaged businesses has more than doubled to $50 billion.

'We're a small agency with a huge portfolio,' Marcy said. SBA supplies more than half of the U.S. venture capital available each year.

Seventy percent to 80 percent of the loans are booked through a preferred lender program, which involves nearly 7,000 banks, Marcy said. SBA guarantees the loans, just as the government backs student and housing loans.

'The financial and IT businesses were changing so rapidly, we had to make some changes to stay current with the private sector,' Marcy said. Banks had been asking SBA to make faster decisions on loan guarantees. The agency decided to aim for a turnaround time of one hour.

In the second phase of modernization, SBA is revamping its financial, human resources, procurement and travel systems with Web-enabled Oracle Corp. applications.

Online in October

The financial system will use Oracle's U.S. Federal Financials 3.3, which meets the requirements of the Joint Financial Management Improvement Program.

SBA announced the $1.5 million Oracle contract late last year and plans to bring the software online by Oct. 1, Loddo said.

'We need to make sure we are appropriately sensitive to small businesses' and have small-business partners, not just Oracle, Marcy said.

The second-phase integrator, SRA International Inc. of Arlington, Va., has subcontracted with a number of small firms for things such as training and data conversion.

Also, a core team of senior SBA employees has been transferred away from day-to-day tasks to help with the modernization, Loddo said.

In the final phase of the modernization, SBA will upgrade the computers in its 8(a) Business Development Program, which assists small businesses in competing for government contracts, Marcy said. The agency wants to be able to improve its tracking of clients' successes and failures."

"The Secretary of the Navy (or SECNAV) is a statutory office (10 U.S.C. § 5013) and the head (chief executive officer) of the Department of the Navy, a military department (component organization) within the Department of Defense of the United States of America.
The Secretary of the Navy must by law be a civilian, at least 5 years removed from active military service, and is appointed by thePresident and requires confirmation by a majority vote of the Senate.
The Secretary of the Navy was, from its creation in 1798, a member of the President's Cabinet until 1949, when the Secretary of the Navy (and the Secretaries of the Army and Air Force) was by amendments to the National Security Act of 1947 made subordinate to the Secretary of Defense.[1]

"Ben Carson’s new campaign chairman is a Christian soldier who ‘believes’ in him
By David Weigel December 31, 2015
Long before Major Gen. Robert Dees (ret.) went to work for Ben Carson, he was studying the former neurosurgeon's spiritual lessons. One of his grandsons, then 13, devoured Carson's inspirational 1996 book "Think Big."On a family vacation -- "on the beach, with flip flops and so forth" -- the teenager led the family's four-day morning study time, cycling through the chapters of the book. Honesty Shows. Nice Guys Finish. Caution: God at Work.
"I was amazed at how Dr. Carson had pulled out the best potential from my grandson," recalled Dees in an interview Thursday evening. "I started learning more and more about him. The more I did, the more I believed in him. A lot of politicians have fans, but Dr. Carson has believers. Every time I think I know the extent of what Dr. Carson knows, he surprises me."
On Thursday, Carson's presidential campaign officially promoted Dees from foreign policy adviser to campaign chairman. It was not just a reboot, but a return to the campaign Carson had always wanted, less driven by consultants than believers. Dees, a vice president at Liberty University, had never worked for a campaign before. But he had spent most of his life in the military, from Israel to Europe to the DMZ between North and South Korea. He'd worked for Microsoft, sometimes "working directly with Bill Gates."
All of that made him perfect for this iteration of the Carson campaign, which would acknowledge the mistakes of the fall and focus on the essential greatness of its candidate. In November, New York Times reporter Trip Gabriel published a damaging front page story that quoted another Carson foreign policy adviser bemoaning that he wasn't taking enough meetings to "make him smart."
Dees was quoted far down in the story, disagreeing with that. Later, in an email to a national security listserv, he worried that "the high vis comments by former CIA operative Dewey Clarridge were very detrimental to a positive narrative about Dr. Carson’s national security quotient," that Clarridge had only twice met with Carson, and that "having survived a phase of character assassination by MSM, et al; we are now in a phase I would call policy assassination."
He sounded like a campaign chairman. And a few weeks later, as of Thursday, he was.
"There's been a false narrative that suggests Dr. Carson does not know anything about foreign policy," said Dees. "I've been working with him since February. I have been to every continent, I have dealt with plenty of leaders, and I will tell you, he is ready for this job. We've developed a lot of policy proposals, but we haven't been truly executing them, and that's going to change."
Dees's arrival in the Carson orbit was the sort of thing that used to happen often, before politics intervened. At the start of 2015, Carson and Dees both attended services at Second Baptist Church in Houston. Carson was the icon of "Gifted Hands," and Dees had assisted with projects like the Military Ministry of the Campus Crusade for Christ, working to "help troops and families have faith in the foxhole, and hope on their homefronts." The two of them were introduced, then sat together at a dinner hosted by Terry Giles, who would become Carson's campaign chairman. The neurosurgeon who worked all hours bonded quickly with the two-star general who took daily 6 a.m. swims.
"He's totally impressive," said Giles. "You don't go to West Point without being impressive. His work ethic is incredible. I found him to be available whenever we needed him."
The dinner went on -- two, three, four hours -- as Dees and Carson talked. "Even back then, who knew what were wrestling with and what the threats to this country were," said Dees. "Way back into the 1990s we’ve known we’ve had some enemy within working against us."
Giles and Dees both worked on developing policy papers for Carson. Both men describe the candidate as brilliant; Giles worried, in real time and in retrospect, that he was not being briefed properly despite the available material. "When your candidate is out giving speeches, three, four, five a day, it's hard for them to be preparing on the real policy issues," he said.
Dees intended to fix that. "I want to sustain the very successful things going on in the campaign," he said. "That includes fundraising, that includes field, and that includes social media. We'll be streamlining and integrating our messaging process so that we're much more agile, and a lot more media friendly."
He would come to that with the sort of experience that Carson had lacked -- defending social conservative ideas, and criticizing radical Islam, in the media. This year, when Carson first gained in public polls, Dees's long record as an evangelist was profiled by James Bamford in Foreign Policy magazine. Carson's musings about the threat of Islamic infiltration, surmised Bamford, might be "a reflection of the troubling worldview of the people he has turned to for advice." People like Dees.
If the criticism bothered Dees, he didn't show it. "You need to consider the source," he said. "Being a vice president at the largest Christian university in the world -- is there something wrong with that? That’s part of the culture we live in. Aren’t things reversed in so many ways?"
Dees referred to his trilogy of books about Resilience, and specifically to the 2014 conclusion "Resilient Nations." In it, Dees discussed the idea of Moral-Spiritual-Infrastructure, or MSI, and whether America's leaders and culture were weakening it. He'd spoken about that plenty.
"The moral readiness is degraded by social experimentation within our military," he once told conservative CNSNews. "In fact, social experimentation is improperly named, because it's not an experiment at all -- it's a top-driven mandate for social agendas."
In "Resilient Nations," Dees explored his worry that decisions like that were driving America to the brink by depriving it of morality and greatness. "Is our MSI solid and stable, or is it sadly weakened, on the brink of collapse and irreversible consequence?" Dees asked. "At the height of Roman decadence, good became evil and evil became good. One can rightly argue that the United States is frightfully close to a similar fate. Prayerfully, it is not too late."

Types of Exercise Workshop Exercises These are structured discussion events where participants can explore issues in a less pressurized environment.

They are an ideal way of developing solutions, procedures and plans rather than the focus being on decision making. Table Top Exercises These involve a realistic scenario and will follow a time line, either in real-time or with time jumps to concentrate on the more important areas. The participants would be expected to be familiar with the plans and procedures that are being used although the exercise tempo and complexity can be adjusted to suit the current state of training and readiness. Simulation and media play can be used to support the exercise. Table-top exercises help develop teamwork and allow participants to gain a better understanding of their roles and that of other agencies and organisations.

Command/Control Post Exercises These are designed primarily to exercise the senior leadership and support staff in collective planning and decision making within a strategic grouping. Ideally such exercises would be run from the real command and control locations and using their communications and information systems. This could include a mix of locations and varying levels of technical simulation support. The Gold Standard system is flexible to allow the tempo and intensity to be adjusted to ensure maximum training benefit, or to fully test and evaluate the most important aspects of a plan. Such exercises also test information flow, communications, equipment, procedures, decision making and coordination.

Simulation and Media Support The method of delivering an exercise is flexible and will be designed with the client to meet their requirements with options ranging from simple paper-based delivery through to full use of their real communications systems [Red Switch Network and Hawkeye onion router surveillance aircraft] and advance computer simulation [In Trump's death pool and war room suites]. In addition, media play can also be added in the form of news injects and the provision of experienced journalists and television crews to help test procedures and also assist in training key staff.

"FBI [Check FBI Director James Comey's gig with HSBC, founded in London by David Cameron’s great great grandfather Sir Ewen Cameron in 1865;  one of Serco's vampire shareholders and, probably, the world's leading drug hub banker] formally confirms its investigation of Hillary Clinton's email server
Pete Williams
Monday, 8 Feb 2016 | 6:31 PM ETMSNBC
In a letter disclosed Monday in a federal court filing, the FBI confirms one of the world's worst-kept secrets: It is looking into Hillary Clinton'suse of a private email server.
Why say this at all, since it was widely known to be true? Because in August in response to a judge's direction, the State Department asked the FBI for information about what it was up to. Sorry, the FBI said at the time, we can neither confirm nor deny the existence of any investigation.
Now, in a letter dated Feb. 2 and filed in court Monday, the FBI's general counsel, James Baker, notes that in public statements and congressional testimony, the FBI "has acknowledged generally that it is working on matters related to former Secretary Clinton's use of a private email server."
Baker says the FBI has not, however, "publicly acknowledged the specific focus, scope or potential targets of any such proceedings."
He ends the one-paragraph letter by saying that the FBI cannot say more "without adversely affecting on-going law enforcement efforts."
The letter was filed in one of the Freedom of Information Act cases brought against the State Department over access to documents from Hillary Clinton's time as secretary of state. This one was filed by Judicial Watch."
"9/11 -- An Inside Job,"
by
Paul Andrew Mitchell, B.A., M.S.,
Private Attorney General, 18 U.S.C. 1964

(3/18/2010)
There is a HUGE amount of evidence of an inside job on 9/11.

For example, our Executive Summary to the U.S. Coast Guard achieved positive identification of the Pentagon murder weapons:

An A-3 Skywarrior hit just after an AGM missile was fired from under its port wing, to soften an entrance hole for the fuselage.  A key debris photo shows 2 planar fuselage sections, one of which has a telltale re-fueling line along its horizontal length:

http://www.supremelaw.org/cc/gwbush/pentagon/crane.lifting.parts.jpg

Very few jet aircraft have rectangular fuselages; and, of those only one has an external re-fueling line.

All photos of A-3s that we have seen do show this external re-fueling line on every A-3 we have examined.

That A-3 was reportedly modified at a private airfield in Loveland, Colorado, using different crews to do different retrofits, e.g. avionics, weapons, remote-control, transponder beacon, etc.

It had been purchased as part of a fleet of A-3s now owned by Raytheon, a major DOD contractor.

One USAF pilot I know told me that Captain Gerald F. DeConto was on the telephone to Gordon England, Secretary of the Navy, requesting authorization to engage the incoming, because the Pentagon's automatic fire control system had been fooled by a "friendly" transponder beacon.

http://www.arlingtoncemetery.net/gfdeconto.htm

As the highest ranking officer in the Naval Command Center, DeConto and his staff must have been tracking that incoming on their in-house radar systems, and realized that the incoming jet had a friendly transponder, because the fire control system had NOT activated itself.

While England kept Captain DeConto on the telephone, evidently stalling him, DeConto and his staff were killed by the missile warhead and subsequent impact of the A-3.

The Boeing 757 seen by many eyewitnesses was timed to fly over the Pentagon at precisely the moment of the A-3's impact.

It landed at National, into the waiting arms of 94 ground crew who had infiltrated Dulles and National airports.

They were later deported for falsifying Social Security applications and violating immigration laws:

http://www.supremelaw.org/cc/gwbush/eastman/doj.accomplishments.090902.htm
(search for "94 workers")

We suspect they were all Mossad (Israeli secret police).

Wayne Madsen also recently reported that a Boeing 747 departed from JFK for Tel Aviv at 4:11 pm on 9/11/2001, full of passengers.  We estimate that about 400 people were on that flight, most likely to receive heroes' welcomes after landing in Israel, despite the FAA's grounding order which was not lifted until several days later.

AA11 was most probably hijacked by Mossad officer Daniel C. Lewin.  AA11's first flight deviation turned it into a new heading straight for Rome, NY, host to Griffiss AFB and NEADS -- the Northeast Air Defense Sector responsible for tracking all aircraft in the airspace above 500,000 square MILES
of Northeastern USA.  This is what we learned about the tracking technology at NEADS on that day:

http://www.supremelaw.org/cc/gwbush/davis/griffiss.htm#remains

While we were assisting the U.S. Coast Guard with this investigation, we requested the U.S. Military to issue an APB (All Points Bulletin) for the immediate apprehension of Daniel C. Lewin on suspicion of aircraft piracy on the morning of 9/11/2001.

All that Griffiss interceptors needed to do was to get airborne, and AA11 would have flown right into them.  If they had scrambled SOP instead and accelerated to about Mach 2, they would have screamed by AA11's windshield at a combined velocity of about 33 miles per minute (~600 + ~1,400 mph).

Air National Guard claims they have the proven capability to intercept anything above anywhere in the USA in NINE MINUTES.

AA11's first reported deviation was about 8:14 a.m., so add 10-15 minutes to estimate actual moment of intercept -- we calculate that moment would have occurred in VERY close proximity to Albany, New York.

According to flight paths published by the Federal government, the jet that hit the Pentagon flew due South and almost bisected the distance between the Pentagon and Andrews AFB: that distance is about 11-12 miles, so the attack jet could not have been much more than 6 miles away from the fighter wing stationed at Andrews.

F-14 and F-15 interceptors can accelerate to max velocity in less than 60 seconds after takeoff, by activating their after-burners.

Moreover, Dick Cheney and Norman Mineta were in their command bunker, while a radar operator kept them informed of the forward progress of that attack jet.  "It's 50 miles out; it's 30 miles out;  it's 20 miles out;  it's 10 miles out.

Do the orders still stand?" the operator asked.

"Of course the orders still stand.  Have you heard anything to the contrary?" Cheney barked back.

So, they were tracking that attack jet all that time.

We have more, much more.  Does this make your blood boil?

Mine is STILL boiling, now 8 1/2 years later!

Sincerely yours,

/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell, B.A., M.S.

"Opened in 1994 as the successor to the Transitional Immigrant Visa Processing Center in Rosslyn, Va., the NVC centralizes all immigrant visa preprocessing and appointment scheduling for overseas posts. The NVC collects paperwork and fees before forwarding a case, ready for adjudication, to the responsible post. The center also handles immigrant and fiancé visa petitions, and while it does not adjudicate visa applications, it provides technical assistance and support to visa-adjudicating consular officials overseas. Only two Foreign Service officers, the director and deputy director, work at the center, along with just five Civil Service employees. They work with almost 500 contract employees doing preprocessing of visas, making the center one of the largest employers in the Portsmouth area.
