United States Marine Field McConnell -- Online Briefing of Brett Stevens, Deputy Editor, The Wall Street Journal at bstephens@wsj.com in re "The FIFA-Clinton Method" http://topics.wsj.com/person/A/biography/5463
From Plum City Online - (AbelDanger.net) - June 12, 2015
1. In 1866, a Serco root, the Anglo-American Telegraph Company, began providing the precise timing signals which allowed the Harvard Board of Overseers to synchronize contract-hit teams for a world government by an intellectual elite and world bankers.
2. Since 1994, Serco has provided timing signals to a Kuala Lumpur (KL) call center – allegedly outsourced to Verint, Scicom and Ladbrokes by Shadow Moneylenders author Matthias Chang – for spread betting on forex, major-sports and mass-casualty events.
3. On 17 July 2014, the KL call center allegedly used Serco's Small Business 8(a) clock to spot fix the crash of MH Flight 17 near a clean-up crew in East Ukraine and transmit the median spin which attributed an ad-hoc waypoint crash to a Russian missile attack.
In April 2014, McConnell briefed Matthias Chang in Kuala Lumpur on the M.O. by which MH370 was allegedly hacked, hijacked and crashed through the imputation of AD-HOC WAYPOINTS.

Subsequent work by McConnell's research team has shown that the London bookmaker Ladbrokes, founded in 1886, has integrated its Verint call-center services for the gaming and hotel industries out of Kuala Lumpur with air traffic management out of cities (Amsterdam in re MH17) in nations targeted for world government by the Harvard intellectual elite and Obama's 8(a) Cabinet.
"Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 (MH17/MAS17)[a] was a scheduled international passenger flight from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur that crashed on 17 July 2014 after being shot down, killing all 283 passengers and 15 crew on board.[2] The Boeing 777-200ER airliner lost contact about 50 km (31 mi) from the Ukraine–Russia border and crashed near Torez in Donetsk Oblast, Ukraine, 40 km (25 mi) from the border.[3]"
"Serco farewell to NPL after 19 years of innovation 8 January 2015 .. During that period under Serco's management and leadership.. .. NPL's caesium fountain atomic clock is accurate to 1 second in 158 million years and NPL is playing a key role in introducing rigour to high frequency [spread bet and spot fixed] trading in the City through NPLTime."
"The dial set into the wall outside the gate to the Royal Observatory, Greenwich in south-east London isn't really a clock at all, in the normal sense. It is just one of five slave dials reliant on timing signals, or electrical impulses, received from the Master clock inside. Another slave on the same Master clock system is located at London Bridge rail station.
It was the first clock dial to publicly display Greenwich Mean Time and was constructed by Charles Shepherd of 53 Leadenhall Street, London in August 1852 on the instructions of the Astronomer Royal, George Airy.
Airy had seen the system demonstrated at the Great Exhibition in Hyde Park the previous year. Despite labelling himself as the patentee, Shepherd was in constant battle with Alexander Bain, a Scot, who claimed an earlier patent.
The 920mm dial is split into 24 hours instead of 12 so the hour hand rotates once a day. 24 hour dials aren't uncommon but here the hour hand points to the bottom rather than the top at midday, and that is unusual.
The minute and seconds hands still rotate the conventional once each hour/minute respectively. Note that it also follows clock traditions of using IIII for the Roman number 4 although the reason is less convincing here (IIII is traditionally used on clocks in place of the more 'correct' IV to help give a dial some balance against the VIII opposite - but note an important exception: Big Ben).
For the next forty years the Shepherd master clock time was sent by telegraph to London, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dublin, Belfast and many other cities.
By 1866, time signals were sent from the clock to Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts via the new transatlantic submarine cable. In terms of the distribution of accurate time into everyday life, it is therefore one of the most important clocks ever made and worthy of its inclusion in this series of short articles.
It also operates the red 'time' ball on the roof of the Observatory at Flamsteed House which rises every day at 12.55pm, taking three minutes to reach the top where it stops, falling at exactly 1pm to enable passing ships to set their clocks. Whilst noon might have been thought of as a more appropriate time, it is said that astronomers were too busy with their telecopes at midday.
In this age of satellite navigation, the tradition is now continued mainly for the benefit of tourists.
Greenwich of course became the 'home' of time in the UK when King Charles II established the first zero Meridian by ordering the construction of an observatory in 1675 in the Royal Park. Other countries followed.
As recently as 1850 people were still following local time, which varied across Britain by half an houe East to West, so travellers frequently had to adjust their watches when they arrived at their destination. The development of the railway created a need to 'standardise' time across the country and GMT was finally adopted in 1880 for the UK.
But the existence of countless more zero meridians around the world made international navigation and chart-making ever more complicated so on 1 October 1884 delegates met at the International Meridian conference in Washington to agree on a world's zero meridian. They inevitably chose Greenwich because pioneering navigators such as James Cook already had charts centred on Greenwich and the British made charts and Nautical almanac were the leaders of their type."
"The earliest records held by BT Archives are those of the Electric Telegraph Company from 1846. Other private telegraph companies whose records are held are the British Electric Telegraph Company, International Telegraph Company, Submarine Telegraph Company, Electric and International Telegraph Company, British and Irish Magnetic Telegraph Company, London District Telegraph Company, United Kingdom Electric Telegraph Company, Universal Private Telegraph Company, Eastern Telegraph Company, British Telegraph Company, Irish Submarine Telegraph Company, English and Irish Magnetic Telegraph Company and the Anglo-American Telegraph Company. BT Archives also holds documents relating to the UK telegraph service of the British Post Office; the private companies being brought under the control of the Post Office in 1870."
"The Harvard Board of Overseers (more formally The Honorable and Reverend the Board of Overseers) is one of Harvard University's two governing boards. Although its function is more consultative and less hands-on than the President and Fellows of Harvard College, the Board of Overseers is sometimes referred to as the "senior" governing board because its formation predates the fellows' 1650 incorporation."
"Harvard Management Company, Inc. or HMC is an American investment management corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Harvard University charged with managing the university's endowment, pension assets, working capital, and non-cash gifts.[2]HMC is best known for managing the university's $32 billion endowment,[1] the largest endowment in higher education in United States.[3]"
"On 21 September 1990, BNM sold between $500 million and $1 billion worth of pound sterlings in a short period, driving the pound down 4 cents on the dollar (Millman, p. 228). In response, bankers began front running Bank Negara's orders. Two years later on Black Wednesday, Bank Negara attempted to defend the value of the British pound against attempts by George Soros and others to devalue the pound sterling. George Soros won and Bank Negara reportedly suffered losses of more than US$4 billion. [1] Bank Negara lost an additional $2.2 billion in speculative trading a year later (Millman, p. 229). By 1994, the bank became technically insolvent and was bailed out by the Malaysian Finance Ministry (Millman, p. 229)."
"The Problem: Since Scicom's inception in 1997, the Group has managed contact centres and related back-office functions in the Asia Pacific region for global multinational in the mobile handset industry, airlines, gaming, telecommunications, oil and gas, and IT hardware. The company manages multiple contact centres in Asia, handling interactions from 35 countries globally in 24 languages, as well as English language support for the UK , Australian, and US markets. .. Following a thorough evaluation period, Scicom selected Verint Witness Actionable Solutions full-time recording solution with quality monitoring for its 1,400 agents. The system allows Scicom to reliably capture all customer interactions, and retrieve and evaluate them as required. The phone conversations can be searched and retrieved using a variety of selection criteria. This information helps Scicom ensure that agent performance is consistently monitored and improved, service processes are maximized, and customer satisfaction is optimized."
"Verint's products include speech analysis software (used for IVR systems) and IP surveillance cameras and "smart" video surveillance analysis software.[21][22][23]
"Verint's RELIANT software provides law enforcement agencies with the ability to monitor and analyze voice, video, and data for a "vast number of targets" on all types of large, complex computer networks, in order to collect evidence for CALEA wiretaps.[24]Multiple national governments including the U.S., U.K., and various European, Asian, and Pacific nations have purchased millions of dollars in Verint surveillance software and equipment.[25][26][27][28]
On January 27, 1997, Comverse Technology Inc. announced the formation of a new private equity fund in partnership with Quantum Industrial Holdings Ltd.[29]
Verint has also received millions of dollars in government contracts to outfit airports, shipping ports, and government facilities with intelligent video surveillance systems with tracking, biometrics, and video analysis features. For example, Unisys chose Verint as a subcontractor on its contract with the Transportation Security Administration, to install video surveillance devices in secure areas of airports across the U.S.[30]
In July 2009, AMR Research ranked Verint 20th in its list of the top 50 global enterprise application vendors.[31]During the latter portion of the decade of the 2000s, the company has won several awards from CRM Magazine.[32]
In 2011, Verint announced the launch of enhancements to its Nextiva Video Business Intelligence solution. The solution is part of the Nextiva IP Video portfolio from Verint Video Intelligence solutions.[33]"
"The Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA) is a United States wiretapping law passed in 1994, during the presidency of Bill Clinton (Pub. L. No. 103-414, 108 Stat. 4279, codified at 47 USC 1001-1010).CALEA's purpose is to enhance the ability of law enforcement agencies to conduct electronic surveillance by requiring that telecommunications carriers and manufacturers of telecommunications equipment modify and design their equipment, facilities, and services to ensure that they have built-in surveillance capabilities, allowing federal agencies to wiretap any telephone traffic; it has since been extended to cover broadband internet and VoIP traffic. Some government agencies argue that it covers monitoring communications rather than just tapping specific lines and that not all CALEA-based access requires a warrant.
The original reason for adopting CALEA was the Federal Bureau of Investigation's worry that increasing use of digital telephone exchange switches would make tapping phones at the phone company's central office harder and slower to execute, or in some cases impossible.[citation needed] Since the original requirement to add CALEA-compliant interfaces required phone companies to modify or replace hardware and software in their systems, U.S. Congress included funding for a limited time period to cover such network upgrades.[citation needed] CALEA was passed into law on October 25, 1994 and came into force on January 1, 1995.[citation needed]In the years since CALEA was passed it has been greatly expanded to include all VoIP and broadband internettraffic. From 2004 to 2007 there was a 62 percent growth in the number of wiretaps performed under CALEA — and more than 3,000 percent growth in interception of internet data such as email.[1]By 2007, the FBI had spent $39 million on its DCSNet system, which collects, stores, indexes, and analyzes communications data.[1]"

"Onion routing network for securely moving data through communication networks US 6266704 B1 ABSTRACT The onion routing network is used to protect Internet initiators and responders against both eavesdropping and traffic analysis from other users of the Internet. In the onion routing of the invention, instead of making connections directly to a responding machine, users make connections through onion routers. The onion routing network allows the connection between the initiator and responder to remain anonymous. Anonymous connections hide who is connected to whom and for what purpose from outside eavesdroppers."
