#2376: Marine Brief WSJ – Harvard's Canadian Overseer of Benghazi Snuff Film – Clinton Onion Router – Serco 8(a) Spot-Fixed Clock

United States Marine Field McConnell -- Online Briefing of Brett Stevens, Deputy Editor, The Wall Street Journal at bstephens@wsj.com in re "The FIFA-Clinton Method" http://topics.wsj.com/person/A/biography/5463
From Plum City Online - (AbelDanger.net) - June 13, 2015

1. The Harvard Board of Overseers allegedly procured a script for a Benghazi snuff-film production on 9/11/12 from Canadian Governor General David Johnston who apparently began developing such scripts after his election to the Board of Overseers in 1992.

2. Johnston appears to have equipped the Overseers' snuff-film production team with Blackberry mobile communication devices linked to an onion router (Tor) server operated out of the Clinton Family home in Chappaqua New York since 1998.

3. Johnston procured Tor timing signals from the Serco NPL clock which allegedly allowed Harvard and Clinton insiders to hire SBA 8(a) companies to spot fix the time of death of U.S. Ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens during a snuff-film money shot.

McConnell notes that the Johnston was a student at Harvard in 1963 a few years before ".. arsonists torched a Marine Corps classroom, and the administration buckled. ROTC was purged from campus, symbolically repudiating the Vietnam War".

McConnell alleges that Johnston's fellow Harvard Overseers used the Serco clock to synchronize the deployment of 8(a) snuff film crews for the attacks on the U.S. East Africa Embassies ('98), USS Cole in Aden Harbor (2000), Pentagon Renovation (9/11) and the CIA Annex (9/11/2012).

"John Christopher Stevens (April 18, 1960 – September 12, 2012) was an American diplomat and lawyer who served as the U.S. Ambassador to Libya from June 2012 to September 12, 2012.[3][4] Stevens was killed when the U.S. consulate in BenghaziLibyawas attacked by Islamic militants on September 11–12, 2012.[3][5]"
"The Rape of Christopher Stevens [A Harvard Overseers' Snuff Film Script?]
September 17, 2012 by Raymond Ibrahim
…. In other words, several days before Muslims were angry about this movie they were threatening to burn down the U.S. embassy in Cairo.  I had even seen sporadic Arabic reports, from months back, talking about "extremist elements" threatening the embassy.  The movie is just a pretext—aided and abetted by the media, not to mention the Obama administration: Hillary Clinton called the video "disgusting and reprehensible," wording which is more befitting those who murdered (and possibly raped, see below) Americans; the U.S. embassy itself apologized for those who "hurt the religious feelings of Muslims"; and the administration asked YouTube to remove the 14 minute trailer.
Thus the U.S. administration validates Islam's blasphemy laws and, once again, aligns itself with America's jihadi enemies.
Seventy-year-old, retiring Sen. Jon Kyl (R-AZ) put it well, when he suggested that the administration’s response to the embassy attacks was akin to a court asking a rape victim for an apology, saying: "It's like the judge telling the woman who got raped, ‘You asked for it because of the way you dressed.'"
Nor is the rape entirely allegorical.  According to the Arabic website Tayyar, "the American ambassador in Libya [Christopher Stevens] was sexually raped  before being killed by the gunmen who stormed the embassy  building in Benghazi last night [Tuesday, September 11],  in protestation of a film insulting to the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings upon him."

I have heard rumors about this website, but I still cannot quite believe that it exists. I am looking at what I think is a hit list.
There are photographs of people I recognize—prominent politicians, mostly—and, next to each, an amount of money. The site's creator, who uses the pseudonym Kuwaba take Sanjuro, thinks that if you could pay to have someone murdered with no chance—I mean absolutely zero chance—of being caught, you would.
That’s one of the reasons why he has created the Assassination Market.
There are four simple instructions listed on its front page:
Add a name to the list
Add money to the pot in the person's name
Predict when that person will die
Correct predictions get the pot
The Assassination Market can't be found with a Google search. It sits on a hidden, encrypted part of the internet that, until recently, could only be accessed with a browser called The Onion Router, or Tor. Tor began life as a U.S. Naval Research Laboratory project, but today exists as a not-for-profit organization, partly funded by the U.S. government and various civil liberties groups, allowing millions of people around the world to browse the internet anonymously and securely."
"Harvard and the Marines
Why not give our officers the best education?

'ROTC must go because we oppose the policies of the United States and we oppose the military that perpetrates them. The lines are clearly drawn; the time to take sides is now."
It was the spring of 1969, and the leaders of the Harvard chapter of Students for a Democratic Society were (with the above statement issued to the student newspaper) agitating to cleanse their campus of "imperialist exploitation." To opponents of the Vietnam War, members of the military -- even students in the Reserve Officers Training Corps -- embodied the policies they despised.
Forty years ago tomorrow, April 9, 1969, this sentiment culminated in a mob of students storming University Hall. Eager to be at the forefront of radical activism, they turned to violent protest. Arsonists torched a Marine Corps classroom, and the administration buckled. ROTC was purged from campus, symbolically repudiating the Vietnam War.
Today, America congratulates itself for having overcome the knee-jerk radicalism of that era. "Support the troops, oppose the war" is the modern battle cry of the antiwar movement. Americans seem to recognize that those in uniform shouldn't be blamed for policies set by elected officials.
But not at Harvard, where ROTC remains officially unwelcome.
The students of 1969 have become the faculty of 2009, and today students who wish to participate in ROTC are forced to train at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. We are pawns in a political chess game. The issue is no longer Vietnam, but President Bill Clinton's "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy that bars gays from openly serving in the military. Because of that policy, the university classifies ROTC as a discriminatory organization and has severed all remnants of support.
So Harvard today happily pays for future bankers to take accounting courses at MIT, but refuses to pay for aspiring military officers who take ROTC courses. Since 1994, anonymous donors have generously picked up the tab, providing hundreds of thousands of dollars per year for Harvard's ROTC students."

"Serco farewell to NPL after 19 years of innovation 8 January 2015 .. "The dial set into the wall outside the gate to the Royal Observatory, Greenwich in south-east London isn't really a clock at all, in the normal sense. It is just one of five slave dials reliant on timing signals, or electrical impulses, received from the Master clock inside. Another slave on the same Master clock system is located at London Bridge rail station.
It was the first clock dial to publicly display Greenwich Mean Time and was constructed by Charles Shepherd of 53 Leadenhall Street, London in August 1852 on the instructions of the Astronomer Royal, George Airy.
Airy had seen the system demonstrated at the Great Exhibition in Hyde Park the previous year. Despite labelling himself as the patentee, Shepherd was in constant battle with Alexander Bain, a Scot, who claimed an earlier patent.
The 920mm dial is split into 24 hours instead of 12 so the hour hand rotates once a day. 24 hour dials aren't uncommon but here the hour hand points to the bottom rather than the top at midday, and that is unusual.
The minute and seconds hands still rotate the conventional once each hour/minute respectively. Note that it also follows clock traditions of using IIII for the Roman number 4 although the reason is less convincing here (IIII is traditionally used on clocks in place of the more 'correct' IV to help give a dial some balance against the VIII opposite - but note an important exception: Big Ben).
For the next forty years the Shepherd master clock time was sent by telegraph to London, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dublin, Belfast and many other cities.
By 1866, time signals were sent from the clock to Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts via the new transatlantic submarine cable. In terms of the distribution of accurate time into everyday life, it is therefore one of the most important clocks ever made and worthy of its inclusion in this series of short articles.
It also operates the red 'time' ball on the roof of the Observatory at Flamsteed House which rises every day at 12.55pm, taking three minutes to reach the top where it stops, falling at exactly 1pm to enable passing ships to set their clocks. Whilst noon might have been thought of as a more appropriate time, it is said that astronomers were too busy with their telecopes at midday.
In this age of satellite navigation, the tradition is now continued mainly for the benefit of tourists.”
"The Harvard Board of Overseers (more formally The Honorable and Reverend the Board of Overseers) is one of Harvard University's two governing boards. Although its function is more consultative and less hands-on than the President and Fellows of Harvard College, the Board of Overseers is sometimes referred to as the "senior" governing board because its formation predates the fellows' 1650 incorporation."
"Harvard Management Company, Inc. or HMC is an American investment management corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Harvard University charged with managing the university's endowment, pension assets, working capital, and non-cash gifts.[2]HMC is best known for managing the university's $32 billion endowment,[1] the largest endowment in higher education in United States.[3]"
"The Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA) is a United States wiretapping law passed in 1994, during the presidency of Bill Clinton (Pub. L. No. 103-414, 108 Stat. 4279, codified at 47 USC 1001-1010).
CALEA's purpose is to enhance the ability of law enforcement agencies to conduct electronic surveillance by requiring that telecommunications carriers and manufacturers of telecommunications equipment modify and design their equipment, facilities, and services to ensure that they have built-in surveillance capabilities, allowing federal agencies to wiretap any telephone traffic; it has since been extended to cover broadband internet and VoIP traffic. Some government agencies argue that it covers monitoring communications rather than just tapping specific lines and that not all CALEA-based access requires a warrant.
The original reason for adopting CALEA was the Federal Bureau of Investigation's worry that increasing use of digital telephone exchange switches would make tapping phones at the phone company's central office harder and slower to execute, or in some cases impossible.[citation needed] Since the original requirement to add CALEA-compliant interfaces required phone companies to modify or replace hardware and software in their systems, U.S. Congress included funding for a limited time period to cover such network upgrades.[citation needed] CALEA was passed into law on October 25, 1994 and came into force on January 1, 1995.[citation needed]
In the years since CALEA was passed it has been greatly expanded to include all VoIP and broadband internettraffic. From 2004 to 2007 there was a 62 percent growth in the number of wiretaps performed under CALEA — and more than 3,000 percent growth in interception of internet data such as email.[1]
By 2007, the FBI had spent $39 million on its DCSNet system, which collects, stores, indexes, and analyzes communications data.[1]"

"Onion routing network for securely moving data through communication networks US 6266704 B1 ABSTRACT The onion routing network is used to protect Internet initiators and responders against both eavesdropping and traffic analysis from other users of the Internet. In the onion routing of the invention, instead of making connections directly to a responding machine, users make connections through onion routers. The onion routing network allows the connection between the initiator and responder to remain anonymous. Anonymous connections hide who is connected to whom and for what purpose from outside eavesdroppers."
