Mycroft Warrant = A writ issued by a competent but blackmailed or extorted officer, usually a judge or magistrate, which permits an otherwise illegal act that would violate individual rights and affords the person executing the writ protection from damages if the act is performed.

McConnell claims that Serco root companies extorted Mycroft warrants from the Prince of Wales (later Edward VII) and hacked the telegraph services of London’s Langham Hotel to blackmail pedophile Innholder guests in Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United States.
McConnell also claims that Serco’s (formerly RCA GB 1928) 007 agents began working with his sister and the founder of Prison Fellowship, Charles Colson, in 1972 when they allegedly bugged the Watergate Hotel rooms to frame the Nixon administration 'plumbers' and send Colson to jail.
McConnell claims that in 1988 Serco placed Marcy as Senior Counsel for expert and travelling criminals on the U.S. Marshals Warrant Information Network (USM-007) and the former Herman Miller president Tom Pratt in charge of a matrix of blackmailed Prison Fellowship families now operating in 112 countries.
McConnell alleges that since at least 1988, Serco and his sister have been bugging call centers to coordinate the deployment of MI-3 Innholders triage teams at Mycroft crime scenes staged by witting or unwitting Prison Fellowship blackmail victims.

“Angel Tree is a Prison Fellowship program that connects parents in prison with their children through the delivery of Christmas gifts. In most cases, local church volunteers purchase and deliver gifts and the Gospel to children in the name of their prisoner-parent.
Many churches make an annual commitment to this highly rewarding program, and recognize it as a way to care for some of the most overlooked members of our communities.
The Process
Angel Tree Christmas begins when a church member registers their church for the program with the support of their pastor or other church leader(s). Once a church is registered, the process works like this:
Receive Angel Tree Names: Sometime in the fall, Angel Tree coordinators will receive the names of children who were signed-up by their mom or dad in prison.
Display Angel Tree Name Tags: Name tags of these children and gift suggestions are displayed in your church.
Angel Tree Announcement: Church members need to be notified of the program —bulletin, pulpit announcement, bulletin board, etc.—and invited to select names from the Angel Tree display.
Gift purchase and delivery: Church members purchase, wrap, and deliver a gift for each child on behalf of his or her incarcerated parent—and in the process, share the Gospel.
The Costs
The cost of Angel Tree Christmas is minimal, approximately $20 per child reached. When we send you the children’s names, we will include a suggestion for a toy type that the prisoner picked out using our gift guide. You will confirm with the child’s caregiver that this would be a good gift for the child. This is simply a minimum requirement and churches/volunteers may purchase gift(s) as they are led and see fit.
Each gift must be new and valued at $15-25.

Hiding in Plain Sight - (I realize I am about three weeks late but I just discovered this shocking evidence, so I assume it is not widely known.)
This video suggests that some school pictures of the Sandy Hook "victims" were taken six-years-ago. The video states that eleven of these children, now age about 12, were among 26 that sung at the Superbowl Feb 3, 2013 in commemoration of the tragedy Dec. 14, 2012. Their pictures do indeed correspond. Unfortunately, the video maker does not account for the remaining children.
This marks Sandy Hook not only as a political hoax (designed to promote gun confiscation), but as a financial fraud as well. The parents have garnered millions of dollars in donations.

“RAF Fylingdales is a Royal Air Force station on Snod Hill in the North York Moors, England. Its motto is "Vigilamus" (translates to "We are watching"). It is a radar base and is also part of the Ballistic Missile Early Warning System (BMEWS). As part of intelligence-sharing arrangements between the United States and United Kingdom (see, for example, the UKUSA Agreement), data collected at RAF Fylingdales are shared between the two countries. Its primary purpose is to give the British and US governments warning of an impending ballistic missile attack (part of the so-called four minute warning during the Cold War). A secondary role is the detection and tracking of orbiting objects.
While the radar station remains a British asset operated and commanded by the Royal Air Force, it also forms one of three stations in the United States BMEWS network (the United States also funds the cost of the radar units). The other two stations in the network are Thule Air Base, Greenland and Clear Air Force Station,Alaska. The data grab obtained by Fylingdales is shared fully and freely with the United States, where it feeds into the US-CanadianNorth American Aerospace Defense Command at Peterson Air Force Base in Colorado Springs. To this end a United States Air Force liaison officer is stationed at the base.
The station was built by the Radio Corporation of America (RCA) in 1962, and was maintained by RCA (Great Britain), now Serco Group plc. RAF Fylingdales consisted of three 40-metre-diameter 'golfballs' or geodesic domes (radomes) containing mechanically steered radar. It became a local tourist attraction as a result. Coach tours to the nearby coastal town of Whitby drove past the site, at which point drivers would typically switch the radio on and allow passengers to listen to the interference caused by the radars.”

“Assistant Commissioner Cressida Dick, QPM (born 1960) is a senior officer in the Metropolitan Police in London. The most senior female police officer, she served as acting deputy commissioner in the interim between Deputy Commissioner Tim Godwin's retirement and his permanent successor, Craig Mackey, taking office at the end of January 2012.
Before 2005, Dick attracted little media attention, but became well known as having been the officer in command of the operation which led to the shooting ofJean Charles de Menezes. In June 2009, she was promoted to the rank of assistant commissioner, the first woman to hold this rank substantively. She holds the Queen's Police Medal for distinguished service.[1]
Cressida Dick is the third and youngest child of Cecilia Dick (née Buxton), anOxford historian, and Marcus William Dick,[2] Senior Tutor at Balliol College, Oxford[3] and Professor of Philosophy at the University of East Anglia.[4] She was born and raised in Oxford, England, and educated at the Dragon School(Oxford), Oxford High School, and Balliol College, Oxford. Before joining the police, she worked in a large accountancy firm.
Police career[edit]
In 1983, Dick joined the Metropolitan Police as a constable. In 1993, she joined the accelerated promotion course at Bramshill Police College, and in 1995, transferred to Thames Valley Police as a superintendent. She was operations superintendent at Oxford, and later, served as area commander in Oxford for three years. In 2000, she completed the strategic command course and, in 2001, she was awarded an M.Phil in criminology from the University of Cambridge (Fitzwilliam College), graduating with the highest grade in her class.[5]
In June 2001, she returned to the Metropolitan Police as a commander, where she was head of the diversity directorate until 2003. She then became the head of Operation Trident, which investigates gun crimes within London's black community.
In the immediate aftermath of 21 July 2005 London bombings, she was the gold commander in the control room during the operation, which led to the death of the Brazilian Jean Charles de Menezes, wrongly identified as an attempted suicide bomber, on 22 July 2005.
In September 2006, the Metropolitan Police Authority announced her promotion to the rank of deputy assistant commissioner, specialist operations. On 30 June 2009 the Metropolitan Police Authority further announced her promotion to assistant commissioner, in charge of the Specialist Crime Directorate.[6] According to a BBC radio documentary, she is a supporter of the charity, Common Purpose UK, having attended a course in 1995/96 while serving in Thames Valley Police[7][8]
In July 2011, Dick was appointed assistant commissioner, specialist operations following the resignation of John Yates, who stepped down in the wake of the phone hacking scandal.[9]
Dick was appointed acting deputy commissioner, and held the post between the retirement of Tim Godwin and the commencement of the new deputy commissioner Craig Mackey's term at the beginning of 2012. She held the rank until 23 January 2012.[10]
In February 2013, she was assessed as one of the 100 most powerful women in the United Kingdom by Woman's Hour onBBC Radio 4.[11]”
