Why Harper’s Governor General hid Corporal Comeau contract hit
Abel Danger believes Crown Agents Sister Laureen Harper procured (?) the appointment of David Johnston as Canadian Governor General to position him with the ‘Entrust’ authorities needed to hide evidence that Corporal Marie-France Comeau was killed by the pedophile pilot Russell Williams, not in a random act of torture, rape and murder, but, in a snuff-film contract hit, allegedly financed from KPMG's abusive tax shelters and RCMP pension funds.

“Laureen Harper persuaded Governor-General’s wife into role JANE TABER From Saturday's Globe and Mail Posted on Friday, October 15, 2010 9:25PM Stephen Harper did the asking but it was Laureen Harper who closed the deal. The Prime Minister really wanted David Johnston to serve as the next governor-general and the university president and long-time academic was receptive. His wife Sharon, however, was reluctant. So Mr. Harper dispatched his wife, Laureen, with instructions to work her magic. It was a trip to the RCMP stables, just down the road from Rideau Hall, that helped convince Mrs. Johnston, an avid horsewoman, that life in official – and very public – Ottawa would not be too bad. “She did some fast-talking with me,” Mrs. Johnston admitted Friday as she and her husband, Canada’s 28th Governor-General, sat down for an interview with The Globe and Mail. “She’s so much fun. She is just a breath of fresh air.” Her reluctance, though brief, was born from a desire to really settle down on their horse farm in southwestern Ontario after a peripatetic life as the wife of a successful academic [and Special Investor in the CAI Private Equity Group and Entrust PKI for FC-KU crime-scene spoliation]. But she describes herself as a person who is “very engaged.” And after a “chat” with her husband, who was excited at the prospect of serving Canada in this way, and discussions with her daughters, she was convinced. It helps that she will be riding four times a week at the RCMP stables.”
“[Evidence victim - a prospective whistleblower - would have been a witness to or aware of the SOS pedophile snuff-film trade driven through the EW/ELINT facilities at Camp Mirage by her killer] Victim's father asks why suspected killer wasn't detected Ingrid Peritz Montreal— From Wednesday's Globe and Mail Published Tuesday, Feb. 09, 2010 10:22PM EST Last updated Thursday, Oct. 21, 2010 1:58PM EDT The call came Sunday night to Ernest Comeau's home near Ottawa: Police had arrested a suspect in his daughter's murder. Then came the shock – the suspect was his daughter's own base commander. For Mr. Comeau, the distress went deep. He had been a career soldier who served in the Canadian Forces from the age of 17. His father, Maurice, had been a decorated Spitfire pilot who had served overseas in the Second World War. The pain at losing his daughter, a third-generation soldier, came with a sense of betrayal. Mr. Comeau considers the military his extended family; the arrest of Colonel Russell Williams, commander of CFB Trenton, left the grieving father asking whether the Forces had adequately screened its own personnel. “This has broken my confidence,” said Mr. Comeau, 61, who has retired after 42 years in uniform. “This is a man in a position of authority, a base commander. You ask yourself: How did he get that far? How come he wasn't detected?” “The Forces are like a big family. The base commander is like a father. He's supposed to take care of his men and women. This hurts, and it will hurt for a long time.” Corporal Marie-France Comeau, 38, was born in Quebec and lived on military bases around the world as her family moved. Following in her father's footsteps, she joined the army, worked at bases across Canada and in Afghanistan, and last year became a flight attendant with CFB Trenton's 437 transport squadron, a job that dovetailed with her love of travel. Her job meant she worked on VIP flights, and in September she was assigned to Governor-General Michaëlle Jean on her trip to Afghanistan. With Cpl. Comeau's upbeat personality and wide smile, she was easy to notice, and friends say she may have been assigned to flights that also carried Col. Williams [whereafter she was allegedly about to blow the whistle on a pedophile oath taking and snuff-film trade with victims abducted from or to SOS Children’s Villages]. Her last assignment took her with Prime Minister Stephen Harper on his three-day trip to India in November. When she returned, she was in high spirits. “She had found her calling. She had no worries, and everything was going well,” said Alain Plante, a basic-training instructor who had lived with Cpl. Comeau for four years and remained a close friend. Three days after their conversation on Nov. 22, Cpl. Comeau failed to report to work. Her new boyfriend, a fellow soldier currently assigned to security duties at the Vancouver Olympics, came to her bungalow on Raglan St. in the town of Brighton and discovered her body. Her death left her extended family of aunts and uncles in Quebec and New Brunswick reeling. At her funeral in Ottawa in December, family members recalled in their eulogy a woman they called “our beautiful angel,” who was both kind and charismatic, had refinement and joie de vivre. “They've taken away your dreams,” the service heard. “For the family, it was a catastrophe,” said her aunt, Lilianne Guitard. “We didn't know how she died or what happened, just that they found her dead in her apartment.” News of an arrest in her murder brought a sense of relief. “But there's also consternation,” Ms. Guitard said, “that [the suspect] is a high-ranking member of the army [Fast tracked in his career by Laureen Harper’s Governors General]”
“[Our spoliation inference is that GG Johnston ordered Williams uniform destroyed to remove evidence of child victims’ DNA and thereby protect Canada’s SOS ‘Pedophile’ Villages trade] On Oct. 18, 2010 Williams appeared before Ontario Superior Court Justice Robert Scott in Belleville Ontario and pleaded guilty to all charges against him. After more than three days of submissions, Justice Scott formally convicted Williams of the charges on Oct. 21, 2010. He was sentenced to life in prison with no possibility of parole for 25 years. Under Canada’s system of government, the governor general of Canada is also the commander-in-chief of the military. The day after Williams was convicted, Governor General David Johnston in his capacity as commander-in-chief approved the administrative release of the convicted killer and revoked his military commission. Military Retrieved Williams’ Military Property On Nov. 17, 2010, military personnel went to the Tweed cottage that Williams lived in while working at CFB Trenton and retrieved property that had been issued to him. This property included uniforms, equipment and publications that had been in his possession. The next day, the items of clothing taken back from Williams were burned. The uniforms had the former colonel’s name on it [and allegedly the DNA of child victims of a pedophile snuff film trade with SOS Children’s Villages] and the destruction was to prevent the items from falling into the hands of people who would exhibit or sell it [or use it in court as evidence of snuff-film contract killing]”

“[Evidence that the Canadian Governor General has had – since at least 1997 – Entrust root authority to backdoor and disrupt any crime-scene investigation, any time, any where] News Releases Northrop Grumman Information Technology Selects Entrust To Secure FBI's Law Enforcement and Homeland Security Operations Oct 21, 2003 DALLAS - Entrust, Inc. [NASDAQ: ENTU], a global leader in securing digital identities and information, today announced a significant federal contract award from Northrop Grumman Information Technology (IT) for its Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) based secure solutions for deployment at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
Entrust, along with Northrop Grumman IT's other teammates, PEC and Schlumberger [whose directors included the allegedly corrupt and treasonous Jamie Gorelick and John Deutch] have partnered to provide the FBI [allegedly extorted by Kristine Marcy] with the solutions to properly authenticate individuals before granting them access to electronic information or systems; ensuring the secure and appropriate exchange of information between intelligence agencies and assets; and enabling FBI employees to transparently encrypt data, and digitally sign documents and email. The solution will initially be used by the FBI to strongly authenticate employees at FBI Headquarters utilizing Entrust Digital IDs and be extended to support the FBI's 50,000 users in the United States and abroad. Following the findings of the March 2002 Webster Commission Report, FBI Director Robert Mueller announced the establishment of a new Security Division whose goal is to "build sufficient infrastructure and capability to successfully execute its responsibilities as a professional security organization." As a result, a Security Division Program Plan was released in September 2002 that called for a layered security or "Defense in Depth" strategy utilizing PKI to increase the level of security provided to users and information systems. "Clearly the FBI understands that without cyber security, there is no physical security," said Bill Conner, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Entrust. "They have set an aggressive timetable to develop and deploy a secure PKI architecture that meets the IT security needs of their dedicated staff while also aiding to combat the growing threats against our citizens. Entrust looks forward to working with Northrop Grumman IT and the FBI to meet and exceed their expectations." "Northrop Grumman IT brings industry leadership in systems integration and management of information assurance, PKI and smart card projects to meet the FBI's requirements," said Jim Perriello, president, Government Solutions, Northrop Grumman IT. "Northrop Grumman selected Entrust because of its demonstrated leadership in PKI-based solutions and extensive government knowledge gained through numerous successful deployments." Entrust has a highly successful track record in partnering with law enforcement. For example, since 1997, the Criminal Information-Sharing Alliance (CISA) has been enabling secure information sharing among law enforcement agencies in the southwest states and with Federal law enforcement agencies utilizing Entrust's technology [without realizing root authority lies with the Canadian Governor General and his or her Privy Councilors such as HRH Prince Philip, The Duke of Edinburgh]. CISA has established its network, CISAnet, utilizing Entrust security solutions to strongly authenticate users, encrypt data and e-mails, and digitally sign documents and communications. Championed as a model for federal law enforcement, the system was recently expanded to include data sharing regarding money laundering, weapons violations, sex offenders, missing persons, criminal histories, and a number of homeland security initiatives. Entrust is a leading security solution provider for more than 320 global government customers and has deployed cyber security solutions in more than 50 U.S. Federal government departments and agencies, including Department of Energy, Department of Agriculture National Finance Center (USDA/NFC), Treasury Department, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), NASA, Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and more.”
“[Evidence KPMG operates Matrix 5 RICO tax shelters to compromise, extort and corrupt its clients – allegedly including the BBC and RCMP pension funds] IR-2005-83, Aug. 29, 2005 WASHINGTON — KPMG LLP (KPMG) has admitted to criminal wrongdoing and agreed to pay $456 million in fines, restitution and penalties as part of an agreement to defer prosecution of the firm, the Justice Department and the Internal Revenue Service announced today. In addition to the agreement, nine individuals—including six former KPMG partners and the former deputy chairman of the firm—are being criminally prosecuted in relation to the multi-billion dollar criminal tax fraud conspiracy. As alleged in a series of charging documents unsealed today, the fraud relates to the design, marketing, and implementation of fraudulent tax shelters. In the largest criminal tax case ever filed, KPMG has admitted that it engaged in a fraud that generated at least $11 billion dollars in phony tax losses which, according to court papers, cost the United States at least $2.5 billion dollars in evaded taxes. In addition to KPMG’s former deputy chairman, the individuals indicted today include two former heads of KPMG’s tax practice and a former tax partner in the New York, NY office of a prominent national law firm. “Corporate fraud has far-reaching consequences, both to the marketplace and those whose livelihoods depend on companies that maintain honest business practices,” said Attorney General Alberto R. Gonzales. “Today’s agreement requires KPMG to accept responsibility and make amends for its criminal conduct while protecting innocent workers and others from the consequences of a conviction. The stiff financial penalty announced today means that the firm is paying for its conduct, while the guarantees of cooperation, oversight, and meaningful reform will help to ensure that its future business is conducted with honesty and integrity.” The criminal information and indictment together allege that from 1996 through 2003, KPMG, the nine indicted defendants and others conspired to defraud the IRS by designing, marketing and implementing illegal tax shelters. The charging documents focus on four shelters that the conspirators called FLIP, OPIS, BLIPS and SOS”
“[Evidence that RCMP Pension funds are or were in the custody of a Matrix 5 criminal organization set up by KPMG] RCMP scandal deepens Officers allege highest levels of force involved in cover up of pension fraud Kady O'Malley and Chris Selley | Mar 29, 2007 | 19:58:30 In this article: The followup | The story | Background The followup: It's not quite the full judicial inquiry that opposition MPs have been demanding, but it's a start. Following the previous day's incendiary allegations of fraud, theft and corruption within the most senior ranks of the RCMP, Public Safety Minister Stockwell Day announced Thursday that he would be appointing an independent investigator "to determine once and for all what actually happened." Day was not ready to provide much in the way of details, including the name of the individual he hopes to appoint. But he assured reporters that he would have the confidence of both the public and the government. As for the decision not to establish a full judicial inquiry, Day pointed out that such probes generally take months or even years to report back. "We want information immediately," he said. Meanwhile, in a unanimous vote that might have had as much to do with partisan bluffery as all-party solidarity, the Public Accounts Committee voted to continue its investigation - an outcome that may have taken the government by surprise, given the announcement just hours before that it would be appointing an independent investigator to look into the affair. The various investigations could see two former Liberal cabinet ministers and a senior security advisor to Stephen Harper questioned about what they knew about the pension scandal and when they knew it. According to Sgt. Ron Lewis, former public safety minister Anne McLellan and former Treasury Board president Reg Alcock were informed of concerns over a coverup that allegedly involved senior officials - including former RCMP Commissioner Giuliiano Zaccardelli - in February 2004, but did nothing. Lewis says he provided the ministers with a 60-page document that gave "the whole story, basically." That, he says, includes "the inaction, the lies, the obstruction, the delays and the actual allegations of what they were, how much money's involved." He says that he asked the ministers to pass the information on to the Auditor General - who ultimately concluded that the matter lay outside the scope of her audit. - but that there "was no response from them." In fact, he said, when questioned in the House of Commons about the matter, McLellan replied that there was "no reason" to investigate the RCMP Commissioner. During Thursday's Question Period, Public Safety Minister Stockwell Day blamed his Liberal predecessors - going so far as to suggest the current Liberal caucus is attempting to stonewall further investigation into the case. But the current government may not be untouched by the controversy, either. According to Lewis' testimony, he also tried unsuccessfully to get a response from McLellan's deputy, Margaret Bloodworth - since appointed National Security Advisor by Harper. The story: The Commons Public Accounts Committee held an emergency meeting on Thursday to discuss allegations of fraud at the highest levels of the RCMP. Following the meeting, Committee chair Shawn Murphy joined fellow Liberal MP Borys Wrzesnewskyj in calling for a full public inquiry into alleged corruption and cover-ups among senior RCMP brass.” .. “What if the real problem was with the RCMP pension fund mismanagement scandal? Was the KPMG audit and the problem of "sole-source" contracts just a cover? A way of pushing Abotech out of the picture, but without going into the sordid details of bad "hospitality" charges. A way of telling the media and the public that this is just an administrative issue, just a minor problem with the way the contract was structured, not really a big deal [including laundering money through public servants’ pension funds to conceal payments in kind in murder for hire]”
[Evidence that an Entrust authority could reward Russell Williams – or his ex-wife – through his pension fund for the snuff-film contract hit of Corporal Comeau] Williams to lose rank but not pension: military Lst Updated: Monday, October 18, 2010 10:57 PM ET CBC News The Canadian Forces is working to strip Col. Russell Williams of his rank, military decorations and honours as quickly as possible but admitted it can do nothing about taking away his pension .. Service members convicted in civilian court may be "administratively released" as a result of [their] conviction, said Michel Drapeau, a retired colonel and law professor at the University of Ottawa. Gen. Walt Natynczyk, chief of the defence staff, said Williams will be released from the Canadian Forces. To reduce his rank, the military would have to change the rules, Drapeau said. This would allow the military to also reduce his pension to that of private and result in a significantly smaller pension than he will currently bring in, he added. "Today's guilty plea is the first step in a healing process that will no doubt take many years. Upon formal conviction we will be in a position to officially begin the administrative process that will lead to Col. Williams's release from the Canadian Forces. This will be completed as quickly as possible," said Natynczyk in a statement. Drapeau said Williams would likely be released from the military for "unsatisfactory service," one of several reasons for release, including misconduct, completion of service, medical grounds and retirement. Drapeau stresses that release is not the same as dismissal, a sentence that can be handed down by a court martial. There are two levels of dismissal in the National Defence Act: "dismissal from Her Majesty's service" and "dismissal with disgrace from Her Majesty's service." Robert Semrau, a second lieutenant, was dismissed from the military and reduced two levels of rank after a court martial found him guilty of disgraceful conduct Oct. 5 in the shooting death of a wounded Afghan insurgent. Pte. Kyle Brown was dismissed with disgrace and sentenced to five years in prison in 1994 for his role in the torture and killing of Somali teenager Shidane Arone. He was the only service member to receive a dismissal with disgrace in what became known as the "Somali affair." [but the associated snuff film was used by the Canadian Governor General to disband the Canadian Airborne and release 400 francophone and 400 anglophone killers as a resource for Entrust murder for hire of which we allege one victim was JonBenet Ramsey]”
