Dear Lord Pearson:
Crown Agents Cameron Customs – Bishopgate BP bombs
Hawks CAFE is asking UKIP to investigate Crown Agents’ customs and payroll services which were apparently developed by David Cameron and his associates in the ‘90s and allegedly used to equip sleeper cells for the 1993 and 2010 bomb attacks on the HSBC headquarters in Bishopsgate and on the blow-out preventers of the BP-chartered drilling rig Deepwater Horizon.
Our KSM agents also have evidence that Maurice Strong, David Cameron, Norman Lamont and, currently a consultant for the DLA Piper law firm, Michael Cassidy, all pictured above, began developing a quasi-private Crown Agents’ customs and payroll services in the ‘90s to expedite the repayment of sovereign debt by extorted borrower nations and transnational corporations.
KSM also has evidence that Cameron’s associates are coercing G20 leaders to repay sovereign debt with customs levies collected by Crown Agents Provocateurs including pedophiles, drug traffickers, saboteurs, assassins and snuff-film extortionists who are allegedly paid and rewarded by what Osama bin Laden described as “.. three independent financial networks to move al-Qaeda assets around the world and all the resources of the British and Americans cannot stop us”.
“The Crown Agents for Oversea Governments and Administrations did not develop its expertise and reputation as a private organization .. With the transformation of the British Empire into the Commonwealth, the agency did more and more of its work with sovereign governments, and its 1993 annual report suggested that this fact “might make it more desirable for the ownership of the Crown Agents to reflect a wider base than that of the U.K. Government.” The Crown Agents Act of 1995 transferred it from Britain’s Department for International Development (DFID) to a private foundation consisting of representatives from a broad range of NGOs and the U.K. government. In a sense, then, the new quasi-private entity used its reputation as an efficient British tax collector (established during the Age of Empire) to win contracts today .. “Why would the leader of a state ever agree to relinquish sovereignty to foreign agents?” First, using outsiders reduces the power of officials within the state to expropriate rents. This can engender stability because it impedes the collection of resources that can be used to form coalitions to displace (sometimes violently) an existing government. Second, the use of outsiders increases the resources available to the central government, which it can use to provide public goods or increase its coercive power over violent opponents and potential violent opponents [G20]. Greater revenue can also be used as a basis for greater foreign borrowing, such that small increases in state revenue can be leveraged into much larger increases in state resources … Outsourcing customs management to Crown Agents succeeded in dramatically increasing customs revenue. In Angola, revenue jumped more than 50% in the first year of operation (2001), doubled in two, and tripled by 2004, a time during which oil prices remained low and Angola lowered tariffs to meet GATT commitments. Mozambique saw a similar increase. In Bulgaria, revenues jumped 19% the quarter in which the Crown Agents-led teams began operation. Crown Agents has, in fact, succeeded where a different and less-intrusive form of outsourcing, pre-shipment inspection (PSI), has shown more mixed results. Under PSI, governments contract a private company to inspect and value imports in the port of embarkation and report those valuations to the government. Both Angola and Mozambique turned to Crown Agents after poor experiences with PSI.”

“In March 1993 a Ford Iveco tipper truck was stolen in Newcastle-under-Lyme and resprayed from white to dark blue. A one tonne fertiliser bomb made by the IRA's South Armagh Brigade had been smuggled into England, and was placed in the truck disguised underneath a layer of tarmac. At approximately 9 am on 24 April 1993 two volunteers from an IRA active service unit drove the truck containing the bomb into Bishopsgate. They parked the truck outside the Hong Kong and Shanghai Bank, and left the area in a car driven by an accomplice. A series of telephone warnings were then delivered from a phonebox in Forkhill, County Armagh, Northern Ireland, with the caller using a recognised IRA codeword and stating "[there's] a massive bomb . . . clear a wide area". Two policemen were already making inquiries into the truck when the warnings were received, and police began evacuating the area.”
“Cameron's .. father Ian was senior partner of the stockbrokers Panmure Gordon, in which firm partnerships had long been held by Cameron's ancestors, including David's grandfather and great-grandfather, and was a director of estate agent John D Wood. His great-great grandfather Emile Levita, a German-Jewish financier who obtained British citizenship in 1871, was the director of the Chartered Bank of India, Australia and China which became Standard Chartered Bank in 1969. His wife, Cameron's great-great grandmother, was a descendant of the wealthy Danish Jewish Rée family. One of Emile's sons, Arthur Francis Levita (d.1910) (brother of Sir Cecil Levita), of Panmure Gordon stockbrokers, together with great-great-grandfather Sir Ewen Cameron, London head of the Hongkong and Shanghai Bank, played key roles in arranging loans supplied by the Rothschilds to the Japanese central banker (later Prime Minister) Takahashi Korekiyo for the financing of the Japanese Government in the Russo-Japanese war. Another great-grandfather, Ewen Allan Cameron, was senior partner of Panmure Gordon stockbrokers and served on the Council for Foreign Bondholders, and the Committee for Chinese Bondholders (set up by the then-Governor of the Bank of England Montagu Norman in November 1935). After finally leaving Eton just before Christmas 1984, Cameron had nine months of a gap year before going up to Oxford. In January he began work as a researcher for Tim Rathbone, Conservative MP for Lewes and his godfather, in his Parliamentary office. He was there only for three months, but used the time to attend debates in the House of Commons. Through his father, he was then employed for a further three months in Hong Kong by Jardine Matheson as a 'ship jumper', an administrative post for which no experience was needed but which gave him some experience of work. From February 2002 until August 2005 he was a non-executive director of Urbium PLC, operator of the Tiger Tiger bar chain. Tiger Tiger is a chain of British nightclubs owned by Novus Leisure .. The chain's flagship branch, and the first to open (in 1998), is on Haymarket in central London. It is also the largest, with four floors covering some 18,000 sq ft (1,700 m2) of floor space. On 29 June 2007 it was outside this club that the first of two unsuccessful car bombs was discovered and made safe. Tiger Tiger London has one restaurant, four large dance floors, and five bars throughout their massive space. Each dance floor boasts a different type of music.”
“After graduation, Cameron worked for the Conservative Research Department between September 1988 and 1993. A feature on Cameron in The Mail on Sunday on 18 March 2007 reported that on the day he was due to attend a job interview at Conservative Central Office, a phone call was received from Buckingham Palace. The male caller [allegedly an extorted Prince of Wales] stated, "I understand you are to see David Cameron. I've tried everything I can to dissuade him from wasting his time on politics but I have failed. I am ringing to tell you that you are about to meet a truly remarkable young man." The Conservatives' unexpected success in the 1992 election led Cameron to hit back at older party members who had criticised him and his colleagues. He was quoted as saying, the day after the election, "whatever people say about us, we got the campaign right," and that they had listened to their campaign workers on the ground rather than the newspapers. He revealed he had led other members of the team across Smith Square to jeer at Transport House, the former Labour headquarters. Cameron was rewarded with a promotion to Special Advisor to the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Norman Lamont. Cameron was working for Lamont at the time of Black Wednesday, when pressure from currency speculators forced the Pound sterling out of the European Exchange Rate Mechanism. Cameron, who was unknown to the public at the time, can be spotted at Lamont's side in news film of the latter's announcement of British withdrawal from the European Exchange Rate Mechanism that evening .. Cameron's boss Norman Lamont fell out with John Major after Black Wednesday and became highly unpopular with the public. Taxes needed to be raised in the 1993 budget, and Cameron fed the options Lamont was considering through to Conservative Central Office for their political acceptability to be assessed .. Lamont was sacked at the end of May 1993, and decided not to write the usual letter of resignation; Cameron was given the responsibility to issue to the press a statement of self-justification.”
“THOUSANDS of workers displaced from their offices by the Bishopsgate bomb threaten to bring chaos to the City of London today. The Corporation of London estimated last night that between 10 and 15 per cent of the City's 250,000 employees worked in the area affected by the explosion. It said people should contact their employers before setting out for work to find out if they would be able to gain access to their offices or if an alternative had been arranged. Michael Cassidy, chairman of the Corporation's policy and resources committee [now a DLA Piper consultant working with international trade law boss Miriam Clegg] said he was worried that workers might turn up and try to get into cordoned-off offices. Peter Bennett, the deputy surveyor, said: 'Most of the buildings in the central core area have structural damage. Some could be reclad but Kansallis House, a late 1960s building just opposite the Hongkong and Shanghai bank headquarters in Bishopsgate where the bomb was, is probably damaged beyond repair. The concrete has shattered at ground floor level and there is bowing in the front wall.' Most of the companies in the area of maximum damage are in banking and finance. Particularly affected are the National Westminster Bank's tower, the tallest in the City, and the UK headquarters of the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) at 99 Bishopsgate. The HSBC headquarters, where the body of Edward Henty, a News of the World photographer, was found under rubble, normally accommodates 600 staff as well as several other financial companies, including the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority and the Saudi International Bank”

“In 1990, Strong [presently sheltered from indictment in re Saddam’s Oil-for-Food scam by Communist Party Leaders and the DLA Piper in Beijing] told a reporter a fantasy scenario for the World Economic Forum meeting in Davos, Switzerland - where 1,000 diplomats, CEOs and politicians gather "to address global issues." Strong, naturally, is on the board of the World Economic Forum. "What if a small group of these world leaders were to conclude the principal risk to the earth comes from the actions of the rich countries?... In order to save the planet, the group decides: Isn't the only hope for the planet that the industrialized civilizations collapse? Isn't it our responsibility to bring this about?" That's Strong talking, but those are Blofeld's words coming out. But this is no fictitious Bond movie villain speaking - it is the man who chaired the Rio Earth Summit and who is Kofi Annan's senior adviser. "This group of world leaders forms a secret society to bring about an economic collapse," continued Strong, warming to his fantasy. "It's February. They're all at Davos. These aren't terrorists. "They're world leaders. They have positioned themselves in the world's commodities and stock markets. They've engineered, using their access to stock markets and computers and gold supplies, a panic. Then, they prevent the world's stock markets from closing. They jam the gears. They hire mercenaries who hold the leaders at Davos as hostage. The markets can't close..." … discipline and control, of course, would be meted out by supernational organizations such as the UN.”
“Crown Agents is exactly what its name implies, an agent of Her Majesty the Queen. It was founded in 1833 as Crown Agents for the Colonies, and historically played a vital role in the creation and management of what British historians call the Third Empire .. Crown Agents printed the stamps and banknotes of the colonies; provided technical, engineering, and financial services; served as private bankers to the colonial monetary authorities, government officials, and heads of state; served as arms procurers, quartermasters, and paymasters for the colonial armies .. Her Majesty's Murder, Inc. .. Crown Agents' range of ``services''--arms procurement, border controls, offshore banking--also nicely fit the ``administrative requirements'' of the world's organized crime cartels .. review of some of the more sordid aspects of the recent history of Crown Agents, suggests that the firm has been at the center of the British Crown's highly sensitive patronage of global organized crime--what EIR long ago dubbed Dope, Inc.”
