    Bureaucracies including 'law enforcement' agencies in Amerika have become so large and clumsy and this humorous video is a very good example of this. In the coming economic turmoil these bureaucracies will devour each other.

    This turns lethal too, like CIA Agent Ronald Carnaby, blown away by Houston police in 2008:
