International Public Notice: Mr. President Trump

At the beginning of the so-called Pandemic, our States of the Union took action and passed by roll call vote (unanimous) the first new Public Law in this country in over a hundred years.
Our action was prompted by certain actions undertaken in the courts prior to this, including the U.S. Supreme Court case Pathology v Myriad Genetics in 2013, which opened up the Pandora's Box of biological ownership claims based on injection of genetically engineered products that interface with and enter the human genome as easily as they can enter the genome of single-celled organisms or plants.
This lapse in judgement by the Court provided the commercial motivation for the Pandemic, the trillions of dollars of losses it occasioned, and the millions of deaths that have already occurred.
The Covid-19 injection was precisely such a vector delivering a patented genetically engineered product that interfaces with and alters the human genome, and therefore was pre-approved by the U.S. Supreme Court to claim ownership of the victims by the patent holder(s) represented by DARPA, the Municipal Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.
If these mechanisms had been allowed to proceed without definitive action by the organic government, DARPA would now have the ability to claim the existence of "transhumans" deprived of all natural and human rights, owned literally as chattel by the patent holder(s), who in theory, would have owned all estate interests of the victims, too.
Via our new Public Law, we precluded those claims against living people throughout our domains and are determined to see DARPA dismantled because of this attempt to subordinate Nature to commerce.
DARPA is also the organization responsible for dumping poisonous industrial waste products and experimental materials on our land and soil via the "Chemtrails" programs which have been illicitly funded and used to destroy our environment and our health over a period of decades.
DARPA is a criminal organization, both in intent, and in effect.
We demand that the administrators and individuals responsible for these crimes against humanity be arrested, charged, and held pending review and trial by a military tribunal.
It is understood that you were not the "President" of the Municipal Corporation funding and administering DARPA, and this is not your fault, nor was it under your direct control.
However, now that the UNITED STATES is in bankruptcy settlement and receivership, these issues have come under your direct control as Commander-in-Chief and we request and require your immediate action to punish this renegade agency and apprehend those individuals responsible for its gross misdirection and criminal mismanagement.
Likewise, the Municipal FDA has been engaged in criminal activities serving to expedite this criminality:
This Biden-Era FDA Rule Allows Experimental Vaccination OF YOU Without Consent
We similarly request and require the immediate replacement of the entire management staff of the Municipal-run FDA and the arrest of those persons responsible for the above criminal activity seeking to deploy experimental "vaccinations" without obtaining fully informed consent.
With respect to those responsible for these atrocities and crimes promoted by DARPA and the FDA, we hold them 100% commercially and personally liable without recourse and subject to military justice.
