The purpose of terrorism is to keep the rich elite in power.
Think of the IDS as the Catholic church and all of its subsidiaries including think tanks, government organizations, related corporations, NGOs, military leaders and intellectuals who have made their living and careers off promoting terrorism™, like extensions or perishes of the church in Rome. If you don't believe in the religion of terrorism™, you go through the equivalent of the Spanish Inquisition. If you didn't believe in it you either got killed or "excommunicated" by being forced out into the outer reaches of the empire. There in the outer reaches of the empire you will be monitored for your "hatred and extremism" by a partnership between Microsoft and the Institute for Strategic Dialogue.

There was probably no other British Jewish oligarch other than George Weidenfeld who was largely behind bringing terrorism into existence before he established IDS. The IDS intellectual mission guideline seems to be coaxing the right wing out into the open to break down resistance to immigration. If you resist you are "right wing" and likely to qualify as terrorist status. Weidenfeld was a lifelong Zionist and according to several sources, "a master networker." Weidenfeld first started working at the BBC and later served for a year as the political adviser to the Chief of Cabinet to Chaim Weizmann, the first President of Israel. The Weizmann Institute is named after Chaim Weizmann in Israel. Later, Weidenfeld served as the Chairman Emeritus of the Ben Gurion University of the Negev, Governor of the Weizmann Institute and Vice-Chairman of the EU-Israel Forum.
The platform Youtube announced in 2017 that it had expanded the list of nonprofit governmental organizations (NGOs) it is working with to help determine what content should be "deep-sixed." Youtube's CEO is Susan Wojcicki. Wikipedia reveals that this woman is the daughter of Esther Wojcicki, an educator of Russian-Jewish descent, and Stanley Wojcicki, a Polish-American physics professor at Stanford University. Besides the notorious ADL, these NGOs include the No Hate Speech Movement and Weidenfeld's Institute for Strategic Dialogue (ISD). Being "Rothschild's master networker" with connections inside British oligarchy, Israel and with world-wide Zionist connections in the US through Henry Kissinger, Weindefeld was instrumental in Israel being established. Then created terrorism to establish Israel as a regional and soon to be a world power.
Emma Rothschild's father was Victor Rothschild, the 5th man in the Cambridge Five. It was alleged Emma Rothschild was the lover of the Swedish Prime Minister Olof Palme who was assassinated on February 28, 1986. Not the first time Sweden's diplomats have been targeted by Israel. This was allegedly very carefully kept from publishers and the media for fear it would compromise the Rothschild family. More than likely Emma Rothschild was somehow able to get close to Olof Palme just like Marilyn Monroe got close to John F. Kennedy to determine Plame's intentions towards Israel. Emma Rothschild herself intervened to stop the publication of a book in Britain called Blood in the Snow on the assassination of Prime Minister Olof Palme. The book was written by British journalist Chris Mosey. According to the British bi-weekly Private Eye at the time, Emma Rothschild arranged with her friend, George Weidenfeld to have the publication blocked which was due for publishing at Weidenfeld's publishing company Weidenfeld & Nicolson.
George Weindenfeld's publishing company Weidenfeld & Nicolson published a book by Walter Laqueur called The Age of Terrorism (London: Weidenfeld & Nicolson, 1987). The Jewish Walter Laquer can be considered the "creator of terrorism" used by Zionist networks ever since the state of Israel was established in 1948 culminating in the events of September 11, 2001. The technology was in place and ready to go for New York. There has been a continuous flow of events originating out of these Zionist networks right up until the present day in their creation of terrorism. Lord Weidenfeld's publishing company Weidenfeld & Nicolson published the British edition of the then "scandalous" book "Lolita." The book Lolita (first published in 1959) was about a middle-aged literature professor under the pseudonym of Humbert Humbert, who is obsessed with a 12-year-old girl. The protagonist in the book becomes the step father of the 12 year old girl and then becomes sexually involved. The Russian-American author of Lolita, Vladimir Nabokov, was a compassionate observer of modern Jewish history. Years later Jeffrey Epstein's aircraft is named the "Lolita" so Nabokov was obviously an excellent observer and "honored" for it.
Immediately after the events of September 11, 2001 Israel's Ehud Barak who was the Prime Minister of Israel at the time, went on to a BBC news program. During the BBC studio interview, Barak gave his own interpretation blaming "radical Islam" for the attack on New York and at the Pentagon without having any evidence whatsoever at the time to prove his claims. An anti-conspiracy theories 'think tank' was the London-based 'think and do tank' (started in 2006) called the INSTITUTE FOR STRATEGIC DIALOGUE (ISD), which pioneered research into violent extremism and inter-communal conflict. ISD was at the forefront of forging real-world, evidence-based responses to the challenges of integration, extremism and terrorism.
The ISD had partnerships with major public and private sector organisations, e.g. GOOGLE; TWITTER; MICROSOFT; national governments; the UN Development Program; CHATHAM HOUSE (RIIA); George Soros' OSF; BROOKINGS INSTITUTE; LSE; BRITISH COUNCIL; CARNEGIE CORPORATION.
ISD's founder and president was a prominent Jewish Zionist: GEORGE WEIDENFELD (Baron Weidenfeld), who had served in the inaugural Israeli government and married into the MARKS AND SPENCER retail clan when he married a daughter of another prominent Jewish Zionist: ISRAEL SIEFF. Weidenfeld worked for the BBC during WWII, where he was tasked with making contact with governments in exile, befriending not just the French leader General de Gaulle but other world leaders and future authors, such as President Tito of Yugoslavia.
An ISD researcher, JULIA EBNER, wrote an anti-Conspiracy theory article in "The Guardian" newspaper in 2019: "Stop the online conspiracy theorists before they break democracy". She wrote that an ISD report showed that European 'Far Right' conspiracy theorists ran sophisticated campaigns throughout European politics. That ISD report ("The Battle for Bavaria") was supported by George Soros' OSF.
The ISD chairman in 2019 was another Jewish Zionist: MICHAEL LEWIS, whose family supported pro-Israel organisations, e.g. the UNITED JEWISH ISRAEL APPEAL (Michael Lewis a director); BICOM (Michael Lewis was a director and sponsor). Lewis' father STANLEY LEWIS controlled the Israeli travel company PALTOURS, which was originally a subsidiary of the Jewish Colonial Trust (the latter originally the first ever Zionist Bank). Michael Lewis co-chaired the WEIDENFELD SCHOLARSHIPS & LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME.
One of the ISD's programmes was the STRONG CITIES NETWORK, launched at the United Nations in 2015. The Strong Cities Network (SCN) was the first ever global network of mayors, municipal-level policy makers and practitioners united in building social cohesion and community resilience to counter violent extremism in all its forms.
GOOGLE Innovation Fund – In 2017 Google.org and ISD partnered to deliver a £1m innovation fund to counter hate and extremism in the UK. The fund aimed to support innovative projects on and offline that seek to disrupt, undermine, counter or provide positive alternatives to hate and extremism.
The ISD Board in 2019 included BARON CHARLES GUTHRIE, a former top British military officer; OBE; GCB; GCVO; Knight of Malta; director at NM Rothschild & Sons; ex-SAS commander; shareholder at the CIA-backed Silicon Valley company PALANTIR TECHNOLOGIES (co-founders included the PAYPAL co-founder PETER THIEL). The ISD International Advisory Board in 2019 included:
1) RICHARD BARRETT (CMG, OBE) – a former MI5 and MI6 officer; British diplomat involved in countering violent extremism. Barrett has been a recognised global expert on terrorism who frequently appeared as a panelist in related conferences and whose commentary was regularly featured in the press.
Barrett was a founding member of the UN Counter-Terrorism Implementation Task Force (CTITF), which was established in 2005 to promote the UN Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy adopted by the General Assembly in 2006. He chaired the CTITF Working Group on Terrorist use of the Internet and the CTITF Working Group on Dialogue Understanding and Countering the Appeal of Terrorism.
Barrett was designated as one of the Global Experts of the UN ALLIANCE OF CIVILISATIONS, an initiative that seeks to galvanize international action against extremism through the forging of international, intercultural and inter-religious dialogue and cooperation. The Alliance places a particular emphasis on defusing tensions between the Western and Islamic worlds.
Barrett served as Director of Global Counter Terrorism Operations for the British MI6 (SIS) both before and after the 11 September 2001 attacks on the United States.
2) BARON ADAIR TURNER – ex-Chairman of the British quasi-governmental FSA (Financial Services Authority). He is a former chairman of the UK Committee on Climate Change, as well as a former Director-General of the CBI (Confederation of British Industry). Turner joined George Soros' economic think tank INET (Institute for New Economic Thinking) as a senior research fellow. From that, he wrote a book "Between Debt and the Devil: Money, Credit, and Fixing Global Finance".
INET got donations from other philanthropists and financiers, including Paul Volcker; David Rockefeller; the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation; the Carnegie Corporation of New York.
Turner wrote opinion columns for the Soros backed international media organisation PROJECT SYNDICATE, which received grants from Soros' Open Society Foundation and from The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Turner was the ISD's chair of its' policy board.
3) JONATHAN POWELL – the former senior adviser to British PM TONY BLAIR, taking the role of The Downing Street Chief of Staff, who was the most senior political appointee in the Office of the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, acting as a senior aide to the Prime Minister; a powerful, non-ministerial position within Her Majesty's Government.
4) TIMOTHY GARTON ASH – a Historian and article writer for centre left publications ("Prospect"; "The Guardian"). Member of the European CFR, a pro-Europe think tank funded by Soros' OSF.

Major University donor Leslie H. Wexner failed to address inappropriate conduct and a culture of misogyny inside L Brands, the company he runs, a New York Times investigation found earlier this month.
Wexner — whose ties to another Harvard donor, convicted sex offender Jeffrey E. Epstein, came under scrutiny last year — provided the University and some of its affiliate organizations multiple multimillion-dollar donations over the span of several years.
Former employees of Wexner's company told the Times that it had a persistent misogynistic culture, raising complaints about inappropriate conduct by his deputy, Edward Razek. Executives said employees brought these complaints to Wexner to no avail. Wexner himself was also heard making demeaning comments about women in the workplace, according to the Times.
Wexner did not respond to a request for comment.
Wexner and his wife, Abigail S. Wexner, are the founding benefactors of the Harvard Kennedy School's Center for Public Leadership. They also sponsor the Wexner Israel Fellowship, which supports up to ten Israeli public service officials to pursue a one-year mid-career public administration degree. Wexner donated more than $42 million to the Kennedy School before 2012, and one of the school's six main buildings is named for him.
Epstein — a New York financier who died last August while awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking charges — served as Wexner's financial advisor for decades. He facilitated, but did not contribute money to, a donation from Wexner that funded the construction of Harvard Hillel.
Wexner was one of Epstein's only known clients. The Wall Street Journal reported last July that Epstein also attempted to participate in the process of selecting models for Victoria's Secret, the flagship subsidiary company of L Brands.
Another Harvard affiliate — Patricia S. Bellinger '83, University President Lawrence S. Bacow's chief of staff — sits on L Brands' Board of Directors alongside Wexner. As Bacow's chief of staff, Bellinger oversees activities of the Office of the President, assists with key University initiatives, and helps promote Bacow's agenda. Bellinger previously served as a senior fellow at the Center for Public Leadership.
University spokesperson Jonathan L. Swain declined to comment on Bellinger's behalf, directing the request to L Brands spokesperson Tammy R. Myers. Myers did not respond to a request for comment.

The picture painted by the evidence is not a direct Epstein tie to a single intelligence agency but a web linking key members of the Mega Group, politicians, and officials in both the U.S. and Israel, and an organized-crime network with deep business and intelligence ties in both nations.

As billionaire pedophile and alleged sex-trafficker, Jeffrey Epstein sits in prison, reports have continued to surface about his reported links to intelligence, his financial ties to several companies and "charitable" foundations, and his friendships with the rich and powerful as well as top politicians.
While Part I and Part II of this series, "The Jeffrey Epstein Scandal: Too Big to Fail," have focused on the widespread nature of sexual blackmail operations in recent American history and their ties to the heights of American political power and the U.S. intelligence community, one key aspect of Epstein's own sex-trafficking and blackmail operation that warrants examination is Epstein's ties to Israeli intelligence and his ties to the "informal" pro-Israel philanthropist faction known as "the Mega Group."
The Mega Group's role in the Epstein case has garnered some attention, as Epstein's main financial patron for decades, billionaire Leslie Wexner, was a co-founder of the group that unites several well-known businessmen with a penchant for pro-Israel and ethno-philanthropy (i.e., philanthropy benefiting a single ethnic or ethno-religious group). However, as this report will show, another uniting factor among Mega Group members is deep ties to organized crime, specifically the organized crime network discussed in Part I of this series, which was largely led by notorious American mobster Meyer Lansky.
By virtue of the role of many Mega Group members as major political donors in both the U.S. and Israel, several of its most notable members have close ties to the governments of both countries as well as their intelligence communities. As this report and a subsequent report will show, the Mega Group also had close ties to two businessmen who worked for Israel's Mossad — Robert Maxwell and Marc Rich — as well as to top Israeli politicians, including past and present prime ministers with deep ties to Israel's intelligence community.
One of those businessmen working for the Mossad, Robert Maxwell, will be discussed at length in this report. Maxwell, who was a business partner of Mega Group co-founder Charles Bronfman, aided the successful Mossad plot to plant a trapdoor in U.S.-created software that was then sold to governments and companies throughout the world. That plot's success was largely due to the role of a close associate of then-President Ronald Reagan and an American politician close to Maxwell, who later helped aid Reagan in the cover-up of the Iran Contra scandal. Years later, Maxwell's daughter — Ghislaine Maxwell — would join Jeffrey Epstein's "inner circle" at the same time Epstein was bankrolling a similar software program now being marketed for critical electronic infrastructure in the U.S. and abroad. That company has deep and troubling connections to Israeli military intelligence, associates of the Trump administration, and the Mega Group.

Epstein appears to have ties to Israeli intelligence and has well-documented ties to influential Israeli politicians and the Mega Group. Yet, those entities are not isolated in and of themselves, as many also connect to the organized crime network and powerful alleged pedophiles discussed in previous installments of this series.
Perhaps the best illustration of how the connections between many of these players often meld together can be seen in Ronald Lauder: a Mega Group member, former member of the Reagan administration, long-time donor to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Israel's Likud Party, as well as a long-time friend of Donald Trump and Roy Cohn.
From cosmetics heir to political player
One often overlooked yet famous client and friend of Roy Cohn is the billionaire heir to the Estee Lauder cosmetics fortune, Ronald Lauder. Lauder is often described in the press as a "leading Jewish philanthropist" and is the president of the World Jewish Congress, yet his many media profiles tend to leave out his highly political past.
In a statement given by Lauder to New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman in 2018, the cosmetics heir noted that he has known Trump for over 50 years, going back at least to the early 1970s. According to Lauder, his relationship with Trump began when Trump was a student at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, which Lauder also attended.

Though the exact nature of their early friendship is unclear, it is evident that they shared many of the same connections, including to the man who would later count them both as his clients, Roy Cohn. While much has been said of the ties between Cohn and Trump, Cohn was particularly close to Lauder's mother, Estee Lauder (born Josephine Mentzer). Estee was even counted among Cohn's most high-profile friends in his New York Times obituary.
A small window into the Lauder-Cohn relationship surfaced briefly in a 2016 article in Politico about a 1981 dinner party held at Cohn's weekend home in Greenwich, Connecticut. The party was attended by Ronald Lauder's parents, Estee and Joe, as well as Trump and his then-wife Ivana, who had a weekend home just two miles away. That party was held soon after Cohn had helped Reagan secure the presidency and had reached the height of his political influence. At the party, Cohn offered toasts to Reagan and to then-Senator for New York Alfonse D'Amato, who would later urge Ronald Lauder to run for political office.
Two years later, in 1983, Ronald Lauder — whose only professional experience at that point was working for his parent's cosmetics company — was appointed to serve as United States Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for European and NATO Affairs. Soon after his appointment, he served on the Dinner Tribute Committee for a dinner hosted by the Jewish fraternal and strongly pro-Israel organization B'nai B'rith, the parent organization of the controversial Anti-Defamation League (ADL), in Roy Cohn's honor. Cohn's influential father, Albert Cohn, was the long-time president of B'nai B'rith's powerful New England-New York chapter and Roy Cohn himself was a member of B'nai B'rith's Banking and Finance Lodge.
The dinner specifically sought to honor Cohn for his pro-Israel advocacy and his efforts to "fortify" Israel's economy, and its honorary chairmen included media mogul Rupert Murdoch, Donald Trump and then-head of Bear Stearns Alan Greenberg, all of whom are connected to Jeffrey Epstein.
During his time as deputy assistant secretary of defense, Lauder was also very active in Israeli politics and had already become an ally of the then-Israeli representative to the United Nations and future prime minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu. Lauder would go on to be one of the most important individuals in Netanyahu's rise to power, particularly during his upset victory in 1996, and a major financier of Israel's right-wing Likud Party.

The following are brief biographical profiles of some of the leading known members of the "Mega" group; notable, is the pattern of alleged organized crime ties.
Charles Bronfman: On Feb. 19, 1999, Charles Bronfman was elected chairman of United Jewish Communities (UJC). This $4 billion cash cow subsumes 189 Jewish Federation contributors and 400 Jewish communities in North America. At a Nov. 9-13 UJC General Assembly in Washington, Bronfman will pass the chairmanship to James A. Tisch, son of Mega member Laurence Tisch.
Charles Bronfman had been co-chairman of Seagrams, until its merger with Vivendi. He is today chairman of Koor Industries Ltd., which is a high-tech holding company at the heart of the Israeli military-industrial complex. He is also chairman of Claridge-Israel, Inc., which took over Bank Hapolim, when the Israeli government privatized it. This deal was brokered by Ted Arison, an Israeli who, in the United States, built the Carnival Cruise Lines into a billion-dollar business. Arison got his financing to start Carnival from Meshulim Riklis, one of junk-bond manipulator Michael Milken's major clients, and a close ally of Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon.
Leslie Wexner: This co-founder of Mega is closely aligned with some of the top British-American-Commonwealth institutions. However, Wexner's main business is The Limited, Inc.—a holding company for such firms as Intimate Brands, Victoria's Secret, and Bath & Body Works—which he founded in 1963.
Wexner is a board member of Conrad Black's Hollinger International, Inc. and of Hollinger International Publishing Inc. Lady Margaret Thatcher is chairman of Hollinger's International Advisory Board, which also includes Henry Kissinger, William F. Buckley, and Richard Perle. Hollinger owns the leading Israeli English-language daily, the Jerusalem Post, which has become a mouthpiece for Sharon and the radical right.
Wexner is also on the board of the Aspen Institute, an important Anglo-American world federalist think-tank.
Leonard Abramson: Abramson was the founder of the murderous health maintenance organization, U.S. Healthcare. He sold it to Aetna Insurance for $990 million. Now, apart from a stake in Israel's Bank Hapolim, Abramson owns the Maine Merchant Bank in Portland, which is a $20 million non-deposit institution, whose ostensible purpose is to make high-risk, venture-capital investments.
Edgar Bronfman: Bronfman has been president of the WJC since 1981, and has been a director of the Anti-Defamation League for many years.
The Bronfman family fortune was built by the father of Edgar and Charles, Sam Bronfman, who during Prohibition merged his Distillers Corp. in Montreal with Joseph E. Seagrams & Sons, Ltd. to supply "bootleggers" with top brand booze, becoming what Israel Shamir (writing on Mega) called a "Mafia boss." Under the successor co-chairmanship of Charles and Edgar Bronfman, Seagrams took a 24% controlling interest in DuPont. But soon after Edgar's son, Edgar Bronfman, Jr., became CEO of Seagrams, he sold off the holding, purchasing Universal Pictures and the world's largest record distributor, Polygram Records. On June 19, 2001, the Bronfmans sold Seagrams to former Lazard Frères partner Jean-Marie Messier, owner of media and communications conglomerate Vivendi, for $34 billion.
Through Seagrams and the WJC, Edgar Bronfman was a top business collaborator of some of the most prominent figures in the former Soviet Union and East Germany. Just months before the fall of the Berlin Wall and the collapse of East Germany, Bronfman was given the highest civilian award by the East German Communist Party, for his efforts to salvage the communist state.
Max Fisher: In 1985 Max Fisher, a top adviser on Jewish affairs and Middle East policy to every Repubican President since Eisenhower, founded what is now known as the Republican Jewish Coalition, of which Fisher, 93, remains honorary chairman. A March 11, 1998 Jerusalem Post article reports that Fisher is looking for a replacement, and among those being considered are Mega co-founder Leslie Wexner, suspected Mega member Ronald S. Lauder, and Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz.
Fisher amassed his fortune as a bagman for the "Purple Gang" that smuggled Sam Bronfman's booze from Canada into the speakeasies of the Midwest. Fisher made his "legitimate" fortune in the oil retail business, through Keystone Oil, Aurora Oil, and Marathon Oil. Fisher later became chairman of United Brands (a.k.a. United Fruit), a firm accused of major narcotics smuggling from South America.
Harvey M. Meyerhoff: Meyerhoff made his money in real estate in Baltimore, Maryland, and was one of the chief architects of the transition of that city from an industrial and port center into a tourist attraction. Steven Spielberg: One of the newest known members of Mega is Hollywood billionaire Steven Spielberg, whose Dreamworks Studio has produced such films as Schindler's List and Saving Private Ryan. Spielberg's Shoah (Hebrew for "Holocaust") has gathered a video archive of testimony from 50,000 Jewish Holocaust victims. Being late to Jewish Philanthropy, one wonders just how much Spielberg knows of the subject, as one Mega educational project for Jewish schools across the country teaches both Kabbala and Buddhist meditation.
Michael Steinhardt: Steinhardt made his fortune running a series of hedge funds. Steinhardt has been apparently dubbed the "public relations" man for Mega, as all other published interviews have been with him, although he did not return EIR's calls.
Steinhardt was chairman, for a decade, of the Democratic Leadership Council. He resigned from the organization in protest over President Bill Clinton's appointment of Lani Guinier to a top Justice Department post, and refused to support Clinton's reelection in 1996, even though Clinton had succeeded him as DLC chairman.
The hedge fund Steinhardt Partners was formed by Michael Steinhardt in 1967. He boasts that one dollar invested in his firm then would be worth $462 today. Like George Soros, Steinhardt's fund suddenly lost 29% of its value in 1996, during the onset of the global financial crisis. After recouping in part with a 20% return in 1997, he closed the firm, took the money, and ran.
Steinhardt is another offspring of the Prohibition-era "Jewish Syndicate" of National Crime Boss Meyer Lansky. His father, Sol Frank "Red" Steinhardt, was a bigtime gambler and convicted jewel fence, who worked with Meyer Lansky. "Red" Steinhardt was sent to Sing Sing on a five- to ten-year sentence, a fact that Michael kept off of his resume, in order to get his start on Wall Street with the "Our Crowd" firm, Loeb Rhodes. Like father, like son—Steinhardt Partners came under SEC and Justice Department scrutiny in the early 1990s, along with Salomon Brothers, for cornering the market in short-term U.S. Treasury bond sales. To avoid jail, Steinhardt settled the case with a $50 million fine.
Laurence Tisch: Called "The King of Cash," Tisch built his fortune one step at a time. On his return from World War II, where he served in the Office of Strategic Services (OSS), precursor to the Central Intelligence Agency, Laurence Tisch joined his family's small hotel business.
Tisch, with his brother Preston "Bob" Tisch, built a major hotel chain, forming the holding company Loews Corporation, that also included a chain of movie theaters. And, Loews acquired Lorillard Tobacco in 1960, which produced Kent cigarettes.
By the 1980s of the "Predator's Ball," Laurence Tisch worked with convicted inside-trader Michael Milken, who originated junk bonds, through which Tisch gained fame for his 1986 takeover of the Colombia Broadcasting System. In 1995, Tisch had to sell off CBS to Westinghouse.
Loews Corp. today also owns CNA Financial Corp., as well as having a controlling share in an offshore oil and gas drilling firm, Diamond Offshore Drilling, Inc., and a controlling interest in Bulova Watch Company.
