#2258: Marine Links Baird Resignation To Serco Israeli Drone, Black-Hand Extortion 17

Plum City - (AbelDanger.net): United States Marine Field McConnell has linked the imminent resignation of Canada’s Foreign Minister John Baird to Serco's alleged use of an Israel Aerospace Industries drone to coordinate a Black Hand* ambush of the Extortion 17 helicopter and associated on-scene cremation of bodies in Afghanistan on August 6, 2011.

Black Hand* – Livery company captains or journeymen with "Privy Seal Licenses to Kill, Burn and Bribe" for the City of London's Honourable Artillery Company 1537, The Master Mariners and Air Pilots (formerly GAPAN) 1929 and The Ancient and Honorable Artillery Company of Massachusetts 1638 – whose alumni include U.S. Presidents James Monroe, Chester Alan Arthur, Calvin Coolidge and John F. Kennedy and – perhaps – Barack 'Down Low' Obama.

McConnell alleges that in 1962, the late pedophile Lord Privy Seal and then commander of the Honourable Artillery Company, Lt. Col. Edward Heath, outsourced the U.K.'s 4-minute warning system, the NPL cesium clock and Telstar timing to Serco Black Hand debt collectors who can now coordinate spot, shoot, snuff, spin and spoil drone operations in the United Kingdom and United States to within 1 μs of each other (previous efforts were only accurate to 2,000 μs).

McConnell claims that Serco CEO Rupert Soames and his brother, former U.K. Minister of Defense Nicholas Soames used a drone-for-debt recovery strategy with the late General Alexander Haig to enforce no-fly zones in Iraq and extort payments of $64 billion of UN Oil-For-Food revenues into JP Morgan and AXA (BNP Paribas) shareholder accounts in New York.

McConnell claims that Serco – the C4I drone navigator for U.S. Air Force Space Command – stood the Air Force down for 30 hours of "Blue Air" time on 9/11 while Black Hand captain Russell Williams guided droned aircraft into the NYC Twin Towers and helped trigger double-occurrence debt-recovery insurance claims by/for Serco's racketeering shareholders.

McConnell claims that Serco's Black Hand journeymen extorted Baird – a closet homosexual appointed Foreign Affairs minister in May 2011 – into giving them access to flight plan used to position the Israeli drone for the ambush of 38 American military personnel in Extortion 17 where 22 were members of Navy SEAL Team 6, the Naval Special Warfare unit responsible for the killing of Osama bin Laden approximately 3 months earlier in Abbottabad, Pakistan.

McConnell claims that Serco's Black Hand navigators flew an Israeli drone into a man-in-the-middle position between U.S. Air Force Space Command and Extortion 17 and coordinated an ambush where passenger bodies were "pretty much cremated" by a Serco Fire Services team.

McConnell invites rebuttal of his allegation that Baird is resigning because Abel Danger has exposed his extorted (?) role in Serco's deployment of an Israel Aerospace Industries drone for the Black Hand ambush and partial cremation of bodies of crew and passengers on Extortion 17.

Baird's first cabinet role in 2006 was as President of the Treasury Board, when he was in charge of ushering in one of the Conservatives' first major pieces of legislation, the Federal Accountability Act. He served in that role until January 2007, when he became environment minister. In October 2008, he became minister of transport, a role he had until August 2010 when he became Government House Leader. He was appointed Foreign Affairs minister in May 2011.

Baird is also the minister responsible for the National Capital Commission. At a meeting with the Citizen editorial board in December, he said being minister responsible for the NCC was the only political job he ever wanted.

He also said, categorically, he was not interested in running for the Ontario Progressive Conservative leadership. The deadline for that has already passed.

The departure of Baird, a high-profile and effective minister widely considered to be a good communicator, is a blow to the government. Along with the resignation of Jim Flaherty a month before his death last year, it means two of Harper's most powerful ministers will have left Harper’s inner circle in less than a year."

"Extortion 17: Bodies of the 22 slain SEAL Team 6 members cremated without their families permission
Posted on July 29, 2013 by Chad Miller
So many unsettling details are coalescing with the resurgence of Extortion 17. The suspicious August 6th, 2011, CH47-D Chinook helicopter crash in Wardak Province, Afghanistan which claimed the lives of 38 American military personnel. Of those 38 lost, 22 were members of Navy SEAL Team 6, the Naval Special Warfare unit responsible for the killing of notorious 9/11 mastermind Osama bin Laden approximately 3 months earlier in Abbottabad, Pakistan on May 2nd, 2011. On May 3rd, 2011, while attending the Washington Ritz Carlton Hotel at a dinner event immediately following the take down of bin Laden, in a speech he delivered to a large gathering, Vice President Joe Biden publicly revealed the identity of the unit responsible for the top secret operation, thus exposing both these men & their families to the potential threat of retaliation. An egregiously overt act which (as seems to be the standard hallmark of this President & those in his administration) is met with absolutely no accountability whatsoever.
….

Charles Strange, father of fallen SEAL Team 6 Special Forces serviceman Michael Strange, has been outspoken against Obama & Vice President Biden for what he believes is the direct role each played in his sons death, going so far as to say in a July 25th, 2013, wnd.com article, "Obama sent my son to his death". In the following excerpt, Strange went on to recount from his recent interview with radio talk show host MichaelSavage:

~After Vice President Joe Biden revealed that SEAL Team 6 carried out the operation that killed Osama bin Laden in May 2011, Strange said the members of his son’s team gave startling indications to their families they were about to meet their demise.

Charles Strange, told Savage Wednesday night that in June 2011, on at least three separate occasions his son grabbed him by the bicep and announced that he had prepared his will.

The bewildered father finally was able to find out what it all meant.

Michael Strange, his father recalled, said, "Something's going on with the team. Somebody's leaking things out. Something's going on."

Savage, reacting with emotion, asked: "Your son knew he was being sent to his death?"

"They knew," Strange replied. "They knew something was up. Every one of them."~

http://www.wnd.com/2013/07/navy-seals-father-obama-sent-my-son-to-his-death/

The prologue of questionable circumstances not withstanding which led up to the Taliban’s shooting down of what many considered an awkward & outdated 60’s era helicopter for having been sent into such an intense combat situation, we also have in the aftermath the bodies of those 22 SEAL's who were killed cremated immediately following the crash without family permission. Military brass supposedly cited the bodies having been burnt beyond recognition in the wreckage as the reason for their prompt cremation, but as we heard in the above video clip of Charles Strange's interview with Savage, Strange contends that assertion made by the military is an outright lie. We also have the flight recorder of the downed Chinook allegedly "lost" in a conveniently timed flash flood which apparently swept it away (never mind the fact these black boxes are virtually indestructible & are equipped with built in tracking devices).

It’s astounding at the sheer scope & depth of these transgressions this President & administration repeatedly get away with. Again & again, with virtually no accountability at all. Despite that each successive transgression seems infinitely worse as they progress than the one they were preceded by. Given the benefit of hindsight into the sordid events of Benghazi that we're all familiar with as a source of reference now to strongly suggest & support a theory of an established pattern of criminal behavior by this depraved President, & despite Congress beginning an investigation into Extortion 17, I can't help wondering: How much worse does it have to get for God sake?"

"Is Canada Run by a Gay Mafia?
July 5, 2013 by Matthew Hays When Canada's Conservative government won a majority election government over two years ago, many Canuck leftists braced themselves for a nightmare. A country run by a right-wing party that only won 39% of the popular vote? What could possibly go wrong? Everything, it seemed.

In particular, some queer lefties worried about the grim potential for a rabid right that had carefully kowtowed to their socially-conservative base of self-declared pro-life, family-values-oriented fundies. Canada's Conservatives seem to be moving closer to the British Conservative model—that is, shifting their brand away from traditional family values and attaching it to the larger umbrella of freedom and human rights.

Here's the really wacky thing, though: Canada's Conservative government appears to be run by a queer mafia that rivals the Vatican. The best part is, the press corps in Ottawa is itching to report on the gay shenanigans of Prime Minister Stephen Harper's cabinet, which seems about as straight as an episode of Glee.

First up is the most obvious: John Baird. As I wrote about in the Canadian gay mag Xtra, Baird lives in a glass closet. He was first outed by another Conservative on a radio show, who remarked on his sexuality so matter-of-factly she didn't even realize he was still in said transparent closet. Baird recently got busted for using government properties to hang out with friends during his vacations in both London and New York. And some wondered who his "handful of friends" were and what they were up to in lavish, luxurious locations.

Baird has also been incredibly active in helping out gay refugees worldwide. Many have connected his shutting down of the Iranian embassy to Canada as a response to their anti-gay laws. He has specifically stated that he helped "a large number" of gay men and women escape Iran to come to Canada.

The second question that arises, however, is for Canuck political journalists: are we reporting on the Canadian government or doing promo for a new season of The Bachelor? Indeed, covering this administration has proven taxing for writers, eager to reach for that word that might mean queer, but not really. Witness the national news magazine Maclean's, which has marveled at the number of "single white males" who populate Harper's inner circle. Indeed, writing about the current Canadian government requires employing more euphemisms than an Ed Koch obituary. Maclean's columnist Paul Wells points to several bachelors—among them Baird, Jason Kenney, the recently married and ostensibly heterosexual James Moore, and Nigel Wright—who have been very committed team players. "All four are bachelors, which means only that they can devote truly extraordinary amounts of time to their roles." Roleplaying, eh? Even reading an estimation of their commitment sounds kinky! Wells also suggests that getting ahead in Harper's Ottawa is helped with "infinite flexibility and a bottomless appetite," which sounds suspiciously like a contortionist's Grindr ad.

It must be noted that Wright recently resigned due to the senate scandal. A reporter desperate to catch up with him to pose a few questions camped out to catch Wright on his morning jog—at five in the morning. Hard to believe someone prances around a downtown street in tight track pants before sunrise just for the exercise.

Then there's Canada's first lady, Laureen Harper, seen at the Prime Minister's side, often apparently quite begrudgingly, through various public events. Spreading irresponsible innuendo and hearsay is not proper reportage, nor is it gentlemanly, so we won't go there. But it's important to note what Laureen Harper's nickname is on capital hill: The L Word.

So what is up with a country run by avowed conservatives who apparently run their private lives by an entirely different set of rules? Canada's Conservative gays may well be ruled by a cross between the Roy Cohn effect and the Stockholm Syndrome. Their fantasies may involve getting tied up at the Calgary Stampede and slapped senseless with a bible belt.

While much of this might sound like wild speculation, the current scandals facing the Conservative government do suggest bent leadership. Evoking the dark impulses in a Cronenberg horror movie from the '70s, there is something more repressed and twisted to this cold, polite country than initially meets the eye. Perhaps Canada needs even more therapy than we thought."

"Military pushes for killer drones
LOD, Israel - The Canadian military wants to purchase unmanned aerial vehicles that can attack targets as the U.S. military does now in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan with its hunter/killer Predator drones, a move that has sparked interest from as far off as Israel.
BY THE EDMONTON JOURNAL
DECEMBER 12, 2008
LOD, Israel - The Canadian military wants to purchase unmanned aerial vehicles that can attack targets as the U.S. military does now in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan with its hunter/killer Predator drones, a move that has sparked interest from as far off as Israel.

Project JUSTAS, which could cost as much as $750 million and would give the Canadian military a capability that only a handful of other countries possess, has caused a buzz at Israel Aerospace Industries and its Canadian partner, MacDonald Dettwiler of Richmond, B.C.

The Joint Unmanned Surveillance Target Acquisition System project was outlined in a letters of interest notice published by Public Works Canada this fall. The LOI sought feedback by early this month on "this forthcoming requirement ... to provide intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, target acquisition and all-weather precision strike capabilities in support of Canadian Forces operations worldwide." Lt.-Col. Alex Tupper, director of air requirements for UAVs in Ottawa, said that the LOI was something like "a market survey ... . Before we go before the government with this project we want a really good idea of what the industry can do about cost, schedules, risk and technical feasibility."

While the offensive-capable drones would not be in service prior to Canada's scheduled withdrawal from Afghanistan in 2011, IAI and MDA received a $100-million contract in August for an undisclosed number of Heron surveillance drones to provide intelligence to Canadian combat troops in Afghanistan. The aircraft weighs about 1,000 kilograms and can fly for about 40 hours at an altitude of 10,000 metres.

The contract followed publication of the report by former deputy prime minister John Manley which recommended that Canada withdraw its troops from Afghanistan if serious shortcomings in aerial reconnaissance were not urgently addressed.

"From micro UAVs to strategic and tactical UAVs, we don't leave any niche open," said Shmuel Falik, IAI's marketing manager, before conducting a tour of a hangar at Ben Gurion Airport, where toylike UAVs weighing only a few kilograms were parked beside others that were bigger than a Cessna. "We are looking to take care of all Canada's needs, international and domestic."

If the Canadian government approves Project JUSTAS, IAI and MDA hope to sell Canada the much larger Heron TP, a 4,650-kilogram drone with the same wingspan as a Boeing 737 and powered by a Canadian-built Pratt & Whitney turbo prop engine. The Heron TP can carry a 1,000-kilogram payload and stay aloft for 36 hours at an altitude of about 15,000 metres. As well as possessing a lethal strike capability, the aircraft could be used in a pure surveillance role over battlefields and for long-range Arctic and maritime patrols.

The Israeli and Canadian partners hope that their current Heron contract will help them to get a foot in the door before Canada formally seeks bids for an even more capable multi-purpose drone next year.

"What this contract gives us is a lot of experience with UAVs, with the concept, the supply chain, the logistics, support," said David Hargreaves, vice-president of integrated information solutions for MDA, which is providing technical support for the drones that are being leased. "It fits with other things that we do such as radars, satellites and reconnaissance."

The main rivals for the JUSTAS contract are expected to be California-based General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, which makes the Predator, and another Israeli company, Elbit Systems.

However, Tupper said the air force expected other bidders, too, adding that "in our minds there is no front-runner whatsoever." Falik of IAI, said: "At the tactical level you have a lot of competitors because the entry ticket is a lot lower than for the strategic level. When you get to the strategic level there aren't many companies with viable solutions."

Training on the Herons that Canada leased for Afghanistan was conducted with Israeli experts and MDA technicians at CFB Suffield, Alta., and has involved troops slated to deploy to Kandahar early next year. "From all reports that I have received from a wide variety of sources, we're satisfied that the objectives have been met," Tupper said of the Herons' performance so far.

MDA is to send a team of Canadian technicians to Afghanistan to maintain the Herons. Missions will be pre-programmed by air force personnel who will then monitor the flights from computer consoles on the ground.

Missions can be changed by sending data to the UAV's on-board computers if, for example, troops as far away as 200 kilometres from technicians on the ground have something that they want looked at.

"COMPANIES Serco launches £550m rights issue after £1.5bn impairment. A "bitter pill" indeed.

Troubled outsourcing company Serco is planning a £550m rights issue after lowering its profit forecast for this year and next and identifying a whopping £1.5bn of impairments at a company currently valued at just £1.7bn and with reported assets of £2.8bn.

Chief executive Rupert Soames didn't sugar-coat the challenges to investors:

Whilst it is a bitter pill, it is better for all concerned that we swallow it now and establish a really solid foundation on which to build Serco's future.

Serco today released the some of the preliminary findings of a strategy review, and after poring through its balance sheet it has decided to take impairments of £1.5bn, about half of which is related to goodwill and intangibles.

The company also lowered its forecast for adjusted operating profit this year by £20m to £130m-140m and lowered its outlook for 2015.

That will push the company into a breach of its debt-to-profit covenant on a private placement loan, so Serco plans to hold talks with its lenders to amend the conditions.

The £550m rights issue is pencilled in for the first quarter of 2015, and is fully underwritten by Bank of America Merrill Lynch and JPMorgan."

"Working on a long-term [C4I2SR and drone] engagement for the Air Force Space Command (AFSPC), Serco needed a third-party solution for administration and security for their classified and non-classified SharePoint environments. With a command of 40,000 users and a SharePoint installation that included one farm with five front end servers, Serco required a tool to help them support everything from the Help Desk to SharePoint developers and site collection administrators"
