#2257: Marine Links Serco Israeli Canadian Killer (S.I.C.K.) Drones To A Black-Hand Down-Low Heron For Extortion 17

Plum City - (AbelDanger.net): United States Marine Field McConnell has linked Serco Israeli Canadian Killer (S.I.C.K.) drones to a Black Hand* Heron drone apparently used for steering the Extortion 17 helicopter into an ambush and having passengers' bodies 'pretty much cremated' on the orders of the Down Low Club alumnus Barack Hussein Obama.

Black Hand* – Livery company captains or journeymen with "Privy Seal Licenses to Kill, Burn and Bribe" for the City of London's Honourable Artillery Company 1537, The Master Mariners and Air Pilots (formerly GAPAN) 1929 and The Ancient and Honorable Artillery Company of Massachusetts 1638 – whose alumni include U.S. Presidents James Monroe, Chester Alan Arthur, Calvin Coolidge and John F. Kennedy and – perhaps – Barack 'Down Low' Obama.

"To this day, people in Chicago are still scared about being murdered for talking about Barack Obama being gay or about what goes on at Trinity United with the still-active "Down Low Club". Young, gay, black men are mentored into the club and are eventually paired up with often unattractive and difficult to deal with straight black women who never have boyfriends (since guys don't want to have anything to do with them). A friend of mine in the "Think Squad" of prominent black professionals I talk to regularly calls these women "heifers" and says it’s very common for "cake boys" to be paired up with "heifers" so that "dummies are fooled" into thinking they are straight."

McConnell alleges that in 1962, the late pedophile Lord Privy Seal and commander of the Honourable Artillery Company, Lt. Col. Edward Heath, outsourced the U.K.'s 4-minute warning system, the NPL cesium clock and Telstar timing to Serco Black Hand debt collectors who can now coordinate spot, shoot, snuff, spin and spoil drone operations in the United Kingdom and United States to within 1 μs of each other (previous efforts were only accurate to 2,000 μs).

McConnell claims that Serco CEO Rupert Soames and his brother, former U.K. Minister of Defense Nicholas Soames used S.I.C.K. drone-for-debt recovery tactics with the late General Alexander Haig to enforce no-fly zones in Iraq and extort payments of $64 billion of UN Oil-For-Food revenues into JP Morgan and AXA (BNP Paribas) shareholder accounts in New York.

McConnell claims that Serco – the C4I drone navigator for U.S. Air Force Space Command – stood the Air Force down for 30 hours of "Blue Air" time on 9/11 while Black Hand captain Russell Williams guided al-Qaeda's S.I.C.K. drones into the NYC Twin Towers and triggered double-occurrence debt-recovery insurance claims by/for Serco's racketeering shareholders.

McConnell claims Black Hand navigators flew a S.I.C.K. Heron drone into a man in the middle position between Air Force Space Command and the Extortion 17 helicopter and coordinated an ambush where bodies were "pretty much cremated" by a Serco Fire Services team to destroy evidence of murder for hire by aides of the Down Low Club alumnus Barack Obama.

McConnell invites rebuttal of his allegation that Serco's Israeli Canadian Killer (SICK) drones were used to steer Extortion 17 into a Black Hand ambush and coordinate the cremation of passengers' bodies on the orders of the Down Low Club alumnus Barack Hussein Obama.

Incorporating user quality requirements in the software development process Nigel Bevan* and Itzhak Bogomolni + * Serco Usability Services, 4 Sandy Lane, Teddington, Middx, TW11 0DU, UK + Israel Aircraft Industries Ltd, Ben Gurion International Airport, 70100, Israel nbevan@usability.serco.com, ibogomolni@lahav.iai.co.il www.usability.serco.com/trump Abstract The business worth of a computer system is a function of its quality in use – the extent to which it is fitted for its purpose. ISO/IEC 14598-1 (Evaluation of Software Products) places quality in use as the overall goal for software development. The term quality in use recognises that software does not exist in isolation, but must fit with a socio-technological work environment if it is to work in practice.

5. TRUMP trials TRUMP applied these methods in two contrasting environments: the Inland Revenue (IR) in the UK, which provides data processing to support 60,000 staff in more than 600 local offices; and the LAHAV division of Israel Aircraft Industries (IAI) in Israel, which has a group of about 100 people developing aircraft avionics. IAI uses a well-established development methodology, but their process for specifying operational requirements is not supported by any specific methods and techniques.

6.3.2 User performance The usability requirements established were not more than 40 minutes for the main task and not more than 20 minutes for the secondary task. All the pilots completed the task within the planned time (except a planner who chose to carry out the task in a more thorough way than a normal pilot would). Navigators were faster because they have more experience of carrying out this task. Nevertheless, the typical time for a pilot to carry out the task is two to three times as long as an expert. This should decrease as pilots become familiar with the system. If not, the possibility of making further usability improvements should be investigated.
...

From the experience gained in the two organisations Serco has developed the general-purpose methodology incorporating described in section 4. These methods implement the principles of ISO 13407, and should be sufficient for many development environments. In some cases they should be complemented by other more specialised methods. More details can be found on the TRUMP web site www.usability.serco.com/trump" "On 6 August 2011, a U.S. Boeing CH-47 Chinook military helicopter was shot down while transporting a quick reaction force attempting to reinforce an engaged unit of Army Rangers in Wardak province, west of Kabul, Afghanistan.[6][7] The resulting crash killed all 38 people on board—25 American special operations personnel, five United States Army National Guard and Army Reserve crewmen, seven Afghan commandos, and one Afghan interpreter—as well as a U.S. military working dog.[8][9][10][11] It is considered the worst loss of U.S. Military life in a single incident in the Afghanistan campaign, surpassing Operation Red Wings in 2005 (Note: during Operation Red Wings, on 28 June 2005, a Chinook helicopter carrying a U.S. Navy SEAL team was shot down by a RPG round as it attempted to extract U.S. troops on the ground).[12]"

"EXTORTION 17 FAMILY: "THIS WAS AN ESTABLISHED AMBUSH" NEIL FRANCIS — JUNE 29, 2014
Two weeks before the raid on Osama Bin Laden's compound in Pakistan, Charles Strange received the following message from his son Petty Officer First Class Michael." Dad, I just want you to know, You won’t be able to call. text message or e-mail me for a few weeks, you'll soon know why." On May 1, 2011, as the raid is unfolding in Abbottabad, all eyes are on Seal Team Six from the Situation Room in The White House.

Just two days later, May 3rd Vice President Joe Biden reveals top secret classified information while speaking at an awards dinner in the Ritz Carlton Hotel. He boasts that it was Seal Team Six who carried out the raid, and goes one step further by revealing the name of the Seal Commander. Some Seal Team family members feel these revelations are grounds for charges of treason.

Earlier that same evening while appearing on the PBS NewsHour former CIA Director Leon Panetta told PBS that" the decision to shoot Bin Laden was all split-decision action on the part of the SEAL team. The following month, on the 24th of June, Panetta continued his suspicious "outing" of SEAL Team Six when he revealed to 1300 people the classified information surrounding the OBL raid to 1300 people, including writers and directors of the movie "Zero Dark Thirty." Politico story.

The following day, May 4, Defense Secretary Robert Gates expressed his "concern and disgust" over the outing of the Navy SEAL team. Gates says that  "in the situation Room that Sunday night it had been agreed among everyone that NO details be released to the public about the mission. After that agreement had been broken the very next day Gates was confronted by members of the navy's elite fighting units and expressed the fact that “they were very concerned for the safety of their families, for gates’ family, the troops and the Elite units engaged in things like this.” Mediaite column on Robert Gates leak.

May 11, 2001 General Jeffrey Colt, who would later be tasked with heading the investigation into the events surrounding extortion 17, asks the Air Force Commander in Afghanistan for an assessment of the Tanqi Valley. The valley is known as a hotbed of Taliban activity. The AFC tells Colt, "over 100 Taliban plan to travel from the (redacted) Province to the Tanqi specifically to shoot down the coalition force aircraft. Family members point to "Exhibit 89" in their paperwork as an example of the notion that the military knew ahead of time that they would be sending the Team into a hotspot without proper support on the ground or in the air.

Among the many anomalies and suspicious circumstances surrounding the mission of "Extortion 17", one that goes almost unnoticed in discussion's is that fact, the fact that just one day prior to the mission Taliban commander Qari Tahir moved out of the Tanqi Valley. Family members believed he was informed that SEAL Team Six was coming in to get him.

"On August 6, 7th, and 8th we were told over and over again that EVERYONE was burnt beyond recognition and they were all pretty much cremated, I came to find out later my son, Michael WAS NOT burned beyond because he either jumped or was thrown from the chopper!! Why lie to us about it?," Strange asked.

"At the ramp ceremony, when Michael returned home, the [Down Low] President put his arms on my shoulders and told me my son had changed this country. I put my arms on his shoulders and told him, Mr. President I don’t need to know about my son, I need to know what happened. He put his lips close to my ear and told me the situation would be looked into deeply."

It is almost three years later, the parents of Michael Strange, the parents of Aaron Vaughn, along with all the families of those brave men killed still search for answers."

"Heron drones head home from Afghanistan
AAP DECEMBER 03, 2014 6:18PM
AFTER soaring the skies of Afghanistan in missions totaling more than three years, Australia's Heron surveillance drones and their operators are heading home. THE Heron unarmed remotely piloted aircraft completed more than 27,000 mission hours since starting operations in August 2009.

The Heron detachment comprised around 40 personnel who operated two, and later three, of the Israeli-made Herons from Kandahar airport, initially in support of Australian forces but for the last year for coalition and Afghan security forces. Herons can fly for more than 24 hours at altitudes up to 10,000 metres, beaming live video of the ground below to the control station.

Wing Commander Phillip Parsons, commander of the 15th and final Heron rotation, said Australian Heron operators had forged a reputation for professionalism and dependability.

On some occasions, Australian Herons were the only remotely piloted aircraft flying in the region.

"We'd often be called upon to get overhead and provide information back to coalition partners," he said in a statement.

From Heron's first days supporting the special operations task group through to the end of Australia's mission in Oruzgan province last year and support to ISAF units throughout 2014, Heron has provided information needed to fight and keep their people safe, he said.

Most Australian forces withdrew from Afghanistan at the end of last year, but the Heron mission was extended to assist Afghan forces as they took an increasing role in security operations. About 400 Australian personnel remain in Afghanistan in a variety of advisory roles.

During the past five years, almost 500 air force, army and navy personnel served with the Heron detachment. They will all return home by the end of this month."

"Military pushes for killer drones
LOD, Israel - The Canadian military wants to purchase unmanned aerial vehicles that can attack targets as the U.S. military does now in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan with its hunter/killer Predator drones, a move that has sparked interest from as far off as Israel. BY THE EDMONTON JOURNALDECEMBER 12, 2008 LOD, Israel - The Canadian military wants to purchase unmanned aerial vehicles that can attack targets as the U.S. military does now in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan with its hunter/killer Predator drones, a move that has sparked interest from as far off as Israel. Project JUSTAS, which could cost as much as $750 million and would give the Canadian military a capability that only a handful of other countries possess, has caused a buzz at Israel Aerospace Industries and its Canadian partner, MacDonald Dettwiler of Richmond, B.C.

The Joint Unmanned Surveillance Target Acquisition System project was outlined in a letters of interest notice published by Public Works Canada this fall. The LOI sought feedback by early this month on "this forthcoming requirement ... to provide intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, target acquisition and all-weather precision strike capabilities in support of Canadian Forces operations worldwide." Lt.-Col. Alex Tupper, director of air requirements for UAVs in Ottawa, said that the LOI was something like "a market survey ... .

Before we go before the government with this project we want a really good idea of what the industry can do about cost, schedules, risk and technical feasibility."

While the offensive-capable drones would not be in service prior to Canada's scheduled withdrawal from Afghanistan in 2011, IAI and MDA received a $100-million contract in August for an undisclosed number of Heron surveillance drones to provide intelligence to Canadian combat troops in Afghanistan. The aircraft weighs about 1,000 kilograms and can fly for about 40 hours at an altitude of 10,000 metres.

The contract followed publication of the report by former deputy prime minister John Manley which recommended that Canada withdraw its troops from Afghanistan if serious shortcomings in aerial reconnaissance were not urgently addressed.

"From micro UAVs to strategic and tactical UAVs, we don't leave any niche open," said Shmuel Falik, IAI's marketing manager, before conducting a tour of a hangar at Ben Gurion Airport, where toylike UAVs weighing only a few kilograms were parked beside others that were bigger than a Cessna. "We are looking to take care of all Canada's needs, international and domestic."

If the Canadian government approves Project JUSTAS, IAI and MDA hope to sell Canada the much larger Heron TP, a 4,650-kilogram drone with the same wingspan as a Boeing 737 and powered by a Canadian-built Pratt & Whitney turbo prop engine. The Heron TP can carry a 1,000-kilogram payload and stay aloft for 36 hours at an altitude of about 15,000 metres. As well as possessing a lethal strike capability, the aircraft could be used in a pure surveillance role over battlefields and for long-range Arctic and maritime patrols.

The Israeli and Canadian partners hope that their current Heron contract will help them to get a foot in the door before Canada formally seeks bids for an even more capable multi-purpose drone next year.

"What this contract gives us is a lot of experience with UAVs, with the concept, the supply chain, the logistics, support," said David Hargreaves, vice-president of integrated information solutions for MDA, which is providing technical support for the drones that are being leased. "It fits with other things that we do such as radars, satellites and reconnaissance."

The main rivals for the JUSTAS contract are expected to be California-based General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, which makes the Predator, and another Israeli company, Elbit Systems. However, Tupper said the air force expected other bidders, too, adding that "in our minds there is no front-runner whatsoever." Falik of IAI, said: "At the tactical level you have a lot of competitors because the entry ticket is a lot lower than for the strategic level. When you get to the strategic level there aren't many companies with viable solutions."

Training on the Herons that Canada leased for Afghanistan was conducted with Israeli experts and MDA technicians at CFB Suffield, Alta., and has involved troops slated to deploy to Kandahar early next year. "From all reports that I have received from a wide variety of sources, we're satisfied that the objectives have been met," Tupper said of the Herons' performance so far.

MDA is to send a team of Canadian technicians to Afghanistan to maintain the Herons. Missions will be pre-programmed by air force personnel who will then monitor the flights from computer consoles on the ground.

Missions can be changed by sending data to the UAV's on-board computers if, for example, troops as far away as 200 kilometres from technicians on the ground have something that they want looked at. © (c) CanWest MediaWorks Publications Inc.”

"COMPANIES Serco launches £550m rights issue after £1.5bn impairment. A "bitter pill" indeed.

Troubled outsourcing company Serco is planning a £550m rights issue after lowering its profit forecast for this year and next and identifying a whopping £1.5bn of impairments at a company currently valued at just £1.7bn and with reported assets of £2.8bn.

Chief executive Rupert Soames didn't sugar-coat the challenges to investors:

Whilst it is a bitter pill, it is better for all concerned that we swallow it now and establish a really solid foundation on which to build Serco's future.

Serco today released the some of the preliminary findings of a strategy review, and after poring through its balance sheet it has decided to take impairments of £1.5bn, about half of which is related to goodwill and intangibles.

The company also lowered its forecast for adjusted operating profit this year by £20m to £130m-140m and lowered its outlook for 2015.

That will push the company into a breach of its debt-to-profit covenant on a private placement loan, so Serco plans to hold talks with its lenders to amend the conditions. The £550m rights issue is pencilled in for the first quarter of 2015, and is fully underwritten by Bank of America Merrill Lynch and JPMorgan [the racketeering co-custodian with AXA (BNP Paribas) of the U.N. Oil For Food escrow account in New York]."

"Working on a long-term [C4I2SR and drone] engagement for the Air Force Space Command (AFSPC), Serco needed a third-party solution for administration and security for their classified and non-classified SharePoint environments. With a command of 40,000 users and a SharePoint installation that included one farm with five frontend servers, Serco required a tool to help them support everything from the Help Desk to SharePoint developers and site collection administrators."

Yours sincerely,
