#1477: Marine Links KPMG B.C. Pig-Farm Pension Public Key to Cisco’s SNAP Rack Ladner Beaudry Hit

Plum City – (AbelDanger.net). United States Marine Field McConnell has linked KPMG’s audit of B.C.’s ‘pig farm pension’ (bcIMC) fund and its pooled investment in companies which appear to have provided the Bin Laden Group with public key infrastructure (PKI) services for MitM*attacks, to Cisco’s SNAP** rack switches, allegedly used in the 2009 contract hit of whistleblower, Wendy Ladner Beaudry.

McConnell points out that some members of the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team investigating the Ladner Beaudry murder, are also MitM members of the B.C.’s ‘pig farm pension’ (bcIMC) fund which is allegedly heavily invested in Cisco’s PKI /SNAP rack technology and the global pig-farm snuff-film trade.

Homicide investigators are hoping for new tips in the 2009 murder of Wendy Ladner-Beaudry while running in a trail off Pacific Spirit Park.

Family members of Ladner-Beaudry spoke to reporters at the park later Wednesday morning to mark the fourth anniversary of her slaying. She was attacked on April 3, 2009 and left lying on a trail suffering from blunt force trauma.

“A motive for Wendy’s murder is still unclear. Investigators continue to identify and interview persons of interest, but depending on their level of cooperation it is difficult to definitively rule them out as a person of interest,” Sgt. Jennifer Pound, of the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team, said. “The evidence that investigators retrieve throughout an investigation is essentially a voice for the murder victim. It tells a story about what happened and why. In this rare case, the evidence does not explain a motive for this killing.” She said someone in the community knows what happened [No shit, Sherlock]

“Four years is a long time to sit on information that could potentially offer hope to a grieving family,” she said.

IHIT wants anyone with information to call1-877-551-4448 or CRIMESTOPPERS at 1-800-222-TIPS.”

Looking forward

Homicide investigations are often extremely complex. These cases require very experienced investigators as quickly possible, to give police the best opportunity to solve the case. Prior to the creation of IHIT, homicides were investigated by members at the municipal level, whether an independent department or the RCMP.

IHIT brings highly trained investigators together to focus exclusively on homicides. These investigators provide seamless service and establish priorities across the region, resulting in reduced demands on municipal-level serious crime resources. Communities benefit through better sharing of serious crime resources, intelligence that’s gathered more effectively, and maximized coverage across the district through improved shifting. Established in 2003, IHIT was the first of the integrated teams created in the LMD. The team is responsible for investigating homicides that occur within the Lower Mainland areas policed by the RCMP, Abbotsford, New Westminster and Port Moody police departments.

With 106 employees, including 83 police investigators, IHIT is the largest integrated homicide unit in the country. There are eight teams which are based out of Surrey and Chilliwack. In 2010/11 the Abbotsford Police Department contributed four members, the New Westminster Police Department two officers and the Port Moody Police Department one officer. As of Apr. 1, 2011, Port Moody was no longer a member of IHIT.

The Province of BC provides funding for a total of 19 employees – 17 police officers and two civilian employees. Since IHIT covers all areas including provincial policing jurisdiction, the contribution from the province covers the cost for any cases in these areas.”

bcIMC appointed KPMG to audit the financial statement of the corporation and the pooled investment portfolios. Details of the services to be provided are outlined in the engagement letter. KPMG also conducts the Service Organization Controls 1 (SOC “1”) audit. The engagement letter using Canadian Standard for Assurance Engagements No. 3416 (CSAE 3416) between bcIMC and KPMG provides information about the appointment and the required services”. … “Cisco (USA) – [bcIMC with 6,864,739 shares valued unaudited at $145,109,375.77!] Voted FOR a shareholder proposal seeking a report on steps Cisco could take to reduce the possibility that its business practices would enable human rights violations. The company is facing a lawsuit on this issue. The proposal failed, but it did receive significant shareholder support with 42.5% of the votes in favour.”
