#1401 Marine Links a Serco Clock Whose Time Was Come to the Pelindaba Nukes and 9/11

Plum City – (AbelDanger.net). United States Marine Field McConnell has linked the Serco cesium clock whose time was come to front run the United Kingdom and the United States governments, to the synchronized attacks on the Pelindaba nuclear weapons establishment in South Africa in 2007 and Lynne Cheney’s sabotage of the U.S. Naval Observatory Master Clock on 9/11.

McConnell notes that, since 2000, Serco has managed the UK Atomic Weapons Establishment in a 25 year joint venture with Lockheed Martin and Lynne Cheney’s “Dykes-in-the-Middle” whose time has come network (cf. NTP).

 “Shortly after midnight on 8 November 2007, four armed men entered the facility and headed towards a control room in the eastern block. According to the South African Nuclear Energy Corporation (NECSA), the state-owned entity that runs the facility, the four "technically sophisticated criminals" deactivated several layers of security, including a 10,000-volt electrical fence, suggesting insider knowledge of the system. An off-duty emergency services officer, who was shot by the men after a brief struggle, triggered the alarm, alerting a nearby police station. The four attackers escaped the facility by the same way they had entered after 45 minutes alone in the compound. Though their images were captured on closed-circuit television, they were not detected by security officers because nobody was monitoring the cameras at the time. On 16 November, three suspects, between the ages of 17 and 28, were arrested by local police in connection with the incident but were later released. In response to the attack, NECSA suspended six Pelindaba security personnel, including the general manager of security, and promised an "internal investigation which will cover culpability, negligence and improvements of Security Systems." 

“How is it that we American Citizens, can't seem to reconcile even the little things. This video has been out there for years now (along with a lot of other videos that highlight the lies of the Official Storytellers) and yet neither the Media, nor the American People have demanded some explanation behind Norman Mineta's statements to the United States Congress, when he clearly said that Vice President Dick Cheney, was receiving inbound telemetry on an aircraft headed for the Pentagon. 

Everybody is hung-up on the "Shoot Down Orders." Folks, that's not the most mind blowing part of this video. The most mind blowing part of this video is how on earth did the Vice President's Staffer/Aide obtain REAL-TIME information about an aircraft that the FAA had admittedly lost track of, and that NORAD claims it could not find, UNTIL MINUTES BEFORE it struck the Pentagon?

Screw the order to shoot the plane down. What I want to know is WHEN did this "Young Man" become AWARE of the telemetry on the "aircraft" that "struck the Pentagon?" THAT is what I want to know and THAT is what all American Citizens should be crying out to understand! 

All we know is that Norm, states that he picked up the "Young Man" saying "50 miles out..., 30 miles out..., ...". What we DO NOT KNOW, is whether or not this "Young Man" had ever told Cheney, that the "aircraft" is 150 miles out..., 125 miles out..., ....". 

Who was feeding this "Young Man?" That is incredibly important information to know. Where did this "Young Man" obtain the data he then fed to Cheney? Who would have that kind of airborne telemetry? Who would have direct access in a time of crisis, to the Vice President's "Young Man?" Who would know that it was OK to be talking to a "Young Man," instead of talking directly to the Vice President himself? 

Why is there a "Young Man" feeding inbound telemetry on an "aircraft" heading for the Pentagon? How did this "Young Man" know that the "aircraft" was headed for the PENTAGON? 

If you are giving someone DISTANCE information, then you MUST have a target designated somewhere with a Latitude and Longitude. Else, you can't possibly know how to give a distance.So, who was this "Young Man" talking to and HOW did that "Young Man" know that he could trust the source from which he was feeding the Vice President, in a time of National crisis? 

That source had to have a tremendous amount of trust behind it. Forget the shoot down order. I want to know WHEN they obtained distance information on the "aircraft" and HOW did they know the Pentagon was the target? 

I blows my mind that NOBODY is asking this question! Everybody has been focused on the shoot down order. You can't shoot what you can't see. You cannot see what you cannot track. And, you cannot track what does not exist. So, WHEN did they know? The transponder was allegedly turned "Off" while the aircraft was allegedly headed inbound to the Pentagon. Nobody got a visual ID on Flight 77 inbound to the Pentagon. Henderson and DAC had no clue. Washington Center took them up to FL290 and they had no clue. The transponder allegedly went off, a 180-degree turn had allegedly been made and the aircraft was allegedly slammed into the side of the Pentagon, without ever being intercepted. 

So, who had a track on Flight 77, and how did they know it was Flight 77? Flight 77 was last seen WEST BOUND on Henderson Radar, folks! It had been cleared up to FL290. Why the heck would ANYBODY be looking for a West bound aircraft that lost its transponder, on an EAST BOUND COURSE? That makes no sense whatsoever, UNLESS - somebody else KNEW that the heading had been changed approximately 180-degrees. But, would or could have possibly known that? 

That's the smoking gun. You've got an aircraft with a WEST bound heading and THEN its transponder goes off. So, why were they not searching a WEST bound heading using Time & Distance calculations for Flight 77? How is it even remotely plausible, given all the air traffic at various altitudes using United States Air Space, AND given that the FAA was in the process of grounding all other flights, AND making sure that no other flights showed obvious deviations from course, that somebody would pick-up Flight 77 inbound on the Pentagon? What told them to look EAST bound? How would they know to do that? 

They were not supposed to know exactly how many aircraft were involved, remember? This was a "surprise" attack, recall? Ok, so - if they do not know exactly how many other aircraft were involved, and they knew that a Financial target had been struck in New York, and they knew that a WEST bound aircraft had its transponder turn off and they had lost radar and radio contact with Flight 77, then why on earth would they start looking EAST bound, when they knew the last track on the aircraft was WEST bound? 

"50 miles out..." Out from where - San Francisco, Los Angeles, Hawaii, Alaska, Russia? 50 miles out from WHERE and HOW did the "Young Man" know that it was EAST bound? 

That's not just a smoking gun, that's a gun with powder residue on the shooter's hand and the shooters finger prints all over the darn weapon with SWAT standing in his freaking living room! 

Does it get anymore bizarre than this? We lost it WEST bound but we are going to look for it EAST bound. That's like heading east looking for a sunset. Why would anybody in their right mind do that - UNLESS they had a good reason to be looking EAST. And, that could only mean that somebody knew something that went BEYOND the transponder being turned Off. Clearly, that much is true.” 

Serco Awarded $68 Million U.S. Navy Production and Engineering Services Contract

Serco Inc., a provider of professional, technology, and management services to the federal government, announced today that the Company was awarded a new production and engineering services contract in support of the United States Navy's Automated Digital Network Systems (ADNS). The five year contract exercises a one-year base period and four one-year option periods, with a total value of $68 million, if all options are exercised. Under the contract, Serco will perform hardware integration and testing to deliver the Navy's newest ADNS configuration in support of Shore, Ship and Submarine installations. Deployment of the system first began in 1997 to combine Internet Protocol (IP) traffic from different sources across a single radio path. This newest deployment will provide enhancements to enable ADNS to serve as the tactical Wide Area Network for Navy Ships in support of the Navy's Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services program, which is being implemented to modernize the Navy's shipboard Local Area Networks. Serco will expand into a larger production facility in San Diego, California to support this new work.” 

Serco wins position on $145 Command and Control Muliple Award Contract 
Date : 07 June 2012 

Serco today announces that its US business has received one of eight awards on a new Multiple Award Contract (MAC) supporting SPAWAR Systems Center (SSC) Atlantic with integrated Command and Control (C2) engineering and technical support services for command centers. This MAC has a ceiling value of $145 million over a one-year base period and two one-year options periods, if all options are exercised. 

Serco will bid on task orders to provide integrated C2 Information Technology (IT) and command center services for the Department of Defense (DoD) and other federal agencies. The company will support program management, technical engineering support, integrated logistics support, configuration and data management support, and security engineering support. Work under the contract will be performed in Charleston, SC; Washington, DC; Norfolk, VA; and San Diego, CA.” 

AWE - New forensic laboratory hosted on site
Date : 06 June 2012 

AWE, managed and operated by Serco and its joint venture partners Lockheed Martin and Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. on behalf of the MOD has cemented its crucial role in nuclear deterrence by hosting a new, state-of-the art nuclear forensics laboratory, which was officially opened by MP James Brokenshire. 

Mr Brokenshire, who is the Home Office Minister for Crime and Security visited the company's Aldermaston site on Tuesday May 22. 

The Conventional Forensics Analysis Capability (CFAC) lab has the capability to receive some radiological, nuclear and explosively contaminated evidence, and then analyse the evidence for traditional forensics purposes. 

He said: "I am delighted and proud to open the new CFAC laboratory at AWE Aldermaston. The successful delivery of this laboratory is as a result of the strong collaboration between the Home Office, our MOD colleagues and the AWE project team. 

This unique, world-class facility plays a major role in how we respond to nuclear and national security threats and sets international standards in incident response. It will make a significant difference to our understanding of forensics, helping us to bring to justice those people involved in terrorism, ensuring we keep our country safe." 

The laboratory means we will have a greater technical response capability in helping the Home Office investigate and prosecute terrorist use of an improvised radiological or nuclear device. We will also have the forensic ability to trace the source of nuclear and radiological materials, by working through their unique chemical and physical 'fingerprints'. Refurbishing an existing building at AWE and providing associated equipment has been sponsored by the Home Office and the Ministry of Defence. 

At times, AWE will be pooling its resources and expertise to support forensic specialists from the police, forensic science service providers and other organisations. Graeme Nicholson, AWE's Director of Science and Technology, said: "We are particularly proud that the work of the lab has been announced as this is an area of this joint partnership between two government departments and AWE. "The new facility will enable the UK to carry out conventional forensics techniques - such as fingerprinting and DNA recovery - on radiologically-contaminated evidence." Ends

Atomic Weapons Establishment 

Since 2000 Serco has been entrusted with the management of the UK Atomic Weapons Establishment in a 25 year joint venture with Lockheed Martin [allegedly arranged by former Lockheed director of “Dykes-in-the-Middle” network operating on Sercotime, Lynne Cheney] and Jacobs Engineering.

AWE provides the warheads for the UK's nuclear deterrent. Uniquely among the nuclear powers, AWE covers the whole life cycle of nuclear warheads in a single establishment - design, manufacture and assembly, in-service support and decommissioning and disposal. AWE operates with an advanced science-based programme, including hydrodynamics, environmental testing, nuclear physics and high performance computing. 

The facility is managed to very high standards. The AWE environmental improvement programme has been recognised with several awards, and AWE was the first nuclear site to develop a ten year environment plan subject to public consultation. Serco wins $34m engineering contract with the U.S. Navy

Serco has been awarded an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract to provide engineering, testing, and support services to the U.S. Navy Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR). Serco is one of nine awardees on the contract. The re-competed contract vehicle has a ceiling value of $34m for Serco over five years, which includes a one-year base period and four one-year option periods, if all option years are exercised. 

Serco will support SPAWAR through the complete lifecycle of solutions for Command, Control, Communication, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) programs. The Company will compete on task orders to provide test and evaluation (T&E) engineering, independent verification and validation (IV&V) services, software quality assurance (QA) support, and configuration management support. Serco's work will help streamline the engineering process and shorten the Navy's timeframe from software development to installation.

One millionth Patent Application in US

Serco has recently processed the one millionth patent application for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) under a contract awarded in 2006. The Serco team has processed an average of 350,000 applications annually - or about 1,350 application on a typical day. After being awarded the contract in 2006, Serco built a virutally paperless classifications operation. The operation included establishing a secure facility and IT infrastructure, recruiting and training highly skilled staff, and implementing a set of automated tools that streamlined the classification process while minimizing errors. 

Under the contract the Serco team is required to identify the correct classification from more than 150,000 possible U.S. classifications and more than 70,000 international classifications. This is required while maintaining an accuracy rate of better than 95% and completing work within strict time limits. 

The facility located in Harrisonburg, Virginia employs more than 100 Serco and subcontractor employees. The team have received numerous performance incentives for exceeding the USPTO contract's requirements for accurate assignment of application classifications, achieving a 96% accuracy rate over the most recent 12 months.
