1. AD asserts that Barack Obama is using jockey-boy traps to blackmail the leaders of the Nine Eyes countries into integrating their surveillance systems to support a legislated and enforceable carbon cap of about 350 ppm on sovereign states.

2. AD asserts that Serco has been inserting 'smart-blood' chips into pilots such as Russell Williams so that its 8(a) protégées can track hired assassins and victims – including jockey boys – through international airports and elite hotels associated with rendition, torture and death.

3. AD asserts that the Spectre movie points (?) to a Nine Eyes surveillance hub at Camp Mirage – the United Arab Emirates' Al Minhad Air Base – where Obama's Fabian handlers appear to have set up jockey-boy traps to keep terrified witnesses silent before the October 12, 2000 bombing of the USS Cole in Aden Harbour.

United States Marine Field McConnell (http://www.abeldanger.net/2010/01/field-mcconnell-bio.html) invites readers to review the Spectre story line, examine the character of "C" and send him images per below leading to a Proof by Contradiction of the assertions above.

"Mitchell's Firm Worked for Dubai Ruler in Jockey Case (Update1)
By Timothy J. Burger - January 27, 2009 12:08 EST Jan. 27 (Bloomberg) --
George Mitchell, President Barack Obama's special Middle East troubleshooter, was chairman of a law firm that was paid about $8 million representing Dubai's ruler in connection with a child-trafficking lawsuit.

The DLA Piper law firm did legal and lobbying work on the case, which alleged that Dubai's Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum and another official used children kidnapped from other countries to ride as jockeys in camel races. The firm lobbied federal agencies, members of the U.S. House and about two dozen Senate offices, including those of Obama, Vice President Joe Biden and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in 2006 and 2007, according to Justice Department foreign-agent disclosures.

Mitchell, 75, who isn't a registered lobbyist, didn't lobby either on this issue or for Dubai generally. DLA Piper partner Bill Minor said in an e-mail that Mitchell, a former Democratic senator from Maine, mainly focused on growth and management at the firm of almost 4,000 attorneys and 65 offices worldwide, and high-profile projects such as an investigation of steroid use in Major League Baseball.

Mitchell's firm had extensive lobbying clients and offices in the Middle East ranging from the leader of Dubai to a Kuwait construction firm contracting in Iraq. The firm also has offices in Egypt, Oman, Qatar and Abu Dhabi and has an affiliation with a law firm in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Mitchell traveled to Dubai and spoke to the press there about the issue.

Suit Thrown Out The camel-jockey suit was thrown out after the U.S. Justice Department notified a Miami federal judge that it planned to intervene and argue that al-Maktoum was immune from the suit as a foreign leader."

"Military Murder Mystery Or Just A Desert Mirage?
Alan Parker - February 10th, 2010 The crimes Col. Russ Williams is accused of committing in the Quinte area are horrendous.

The charges he faces are vastly serious and the implications of those charges are staggering.

The impact of these crimes and charges on individuals, families and communities — communities personally affected like Tweed and CFB Trenton and the larger communities of the Canadian Forces and Canada itself — are devastating.

For those reasons and others, this is not a time for anyone to engage in wild, uninformed speculation (and we all know I am fully capable of doing that).

But this case involves such an unimaginable set of circumstances that we are forced to imagine things we would not otherwise consider possible just to comprehend it.

Criminal behavioral analysts have already said acts of the nature Williams is accused of committing do not historically spring fullblown at this level of ferocity; there is usually a pattern of development and acceleration.

Police in the Halifax area, for example, are going back and looking again at three unsolved murder cases that occurred there in the early 1990s during the time Williams was stationed at nearby CFB Shearwater.

It does not matter whether investigators think there is the possibility of a realistic link: In these circumstances they have to look at everything with fresh eyes, no matter how unimaginable.

Col. Williams' military career provides a sort of map that police — both civil and military — are now using to retrace his steps to determine if there has, in fact, been a trail of escalating incidents that could be linked to the current case on the shores of Lake Ontario.

Here is a link to a cached page of Col. Russ Williams' official Canadian Forces biography. It used to be posted on the National Defence website entry for 8 Wing Trenton but was removed a couple of days ago. The passage I keep going back to is this:

"Following promotion to Lieutenant-Colonel in June 2004 he was appointed Commanding Officer 437 (Transport) Squadron, a post he held for two years, during which time he served for six months as the Commanding Officer Theatre Support Element – Camp Mirage (December 2005 – June 2006)."

The part that catches my attention is "six months as the Commanding Officer Theatre Support Element — Camp Mirage (December 2005 – June 2006)."

Camp Mirage — a Mideast air base that is the key link in the military air bridge between CFB Trenton and our forces in Afghanistan. Almost everyone and everything involved in Canada’s Afghanistan war effort goes through Camp Mirage, including the returning flag-draped caskets of Canadian soldiers killed in action.

Yet the Canadian government will never say exactly where in the Persian Gulf region Camp Mirage is located. It's not a secret so much for security reasons but because of the political sensitivities of the host state, which does not want to be seen as being too helpful to the West engaged in a war in the Muslim world.

But it's an open secret. It took me about two minutes on the Internet to find the location of Camp Mirage — at the United Arab Emirates' Al Minhad Air Base just outside the glitzy desert city state of Dubai, one of the seven Emirates and home of the Burj Khalifa, the building that knocked the CN Tower off as tallest freestanding structure in the world.

Australia, France and Italy also are tenants at the Al Minhad Air Base, and all officially do not identify their Mideast air hub. In fact, you can easily find satellite photos of Al Minhad/Camp Mirage on the Internet.

And that’s where Lt.-Col. Russ Williams was stationed as commanding officer for six months between December 2005 and June 2006 on his rapid rise through the air arm of the Canadian Forces. It was the only overseas posting of Williams' career, but it was a crucial one at the key relay point in the Canada-Afghanistan air bridge.

Camp Mirage is not a hardship post. Here’s how one person who spent time there described it:

"For anyone who believes that our troops in Camp Mirage are living under dire circumstances in some Godforsaken place I've got some news that will comfort you and hopefully put you at ease. The camp is only minutes away from one of the most thriving cities in the world that has more recreational facilities including scuba diving, skiing, sailing, restaurants, fantastic shopping and some of the biggest and best hotels in the world. Camp Mirage isn't quite like the nearby city but it's no slum either and is more than adequate."

So far we've been dealing in fact. From here on we will be dealing with a mixture of fact, supposition and possibility, much as the police investigating all of these possibilities have to.

I will be very clear about what is fact and what is hypothetical supposition.

If — and that's still an unproven if, even though the colonel has reportedly made an extensive statement to police — Williams committed the criminal acts he is accused of, there could have been acts of sexual violence committed in Dubai during that 2005-2006 period that should be investigated.

And that's a big order. There are many cases of sexual assault in Dubai — far more than most people realize.

And here's the reason why you do not hear of many cases: In Dubai, sexual contact before marriage is illegal. There are numerous reported cases of women reporting rape to Dubai authorities, only to be charged with illegal fornication themselves after their alleged attackers have said the sex was consensual, accepting a lesser punishment themselves.

This is what Sharla Musabih, founder of City of Hope, one of Dubai's few women's shelters, has to say:

"I know many Eastern women who never report that they've been raped. They keep it a secret for fear of shame.

"I have met prostitutes, who have been raped and abused. They, too, rarely go to the police, convinced that they might deserve the attack, they won’t be believed or that it's an occupational hazard."

It’s not just prostitutes, folks. Many Asian women are kept in virtual slavery as household servants with their passports confiscated by their employers and no help from either the Dubai government or their own governments. They are prey to all sorts of abuse while trapped in Dubai.

And it's not just servants either, folks. Several European women visitors have been raped in Dubai in recent years and at least one, a British subject who said she was raped by a waiter at her hotel last month, was charged with "illegal sex” when her attacker said the sex was consensual. Her case is still before the Dubai courts.

For anyone contemplating a stay in Dubai, here's a 2009 article entitled The Dark Side of Dubai, published by The Independent newspaper of Britain, which you should read.

Here's a little insight into the mindset of Dubai legal authorities from gulfnews.com in 2006:

Mahgoub Eisa Mahgoub, of Al Kabban and Legal Consultants, said the problem (gang rapes) has not reached such heights so as to call it 'a dangerous phenomenon' compared to other countries. The suspects who are involved in these crimes are usually unaware of what they are doing because in most incidents they are either 'drunk or drugged', said Mahgoub.

"Dubai is a safe hub and a crime-free society compared to other countries where gang rapes happen daily." Nasser Malalla Ganem, of Al Wasl International Group Advocates and Legal Consultants, said he noticed a slight increase in the number of gang rapes in the past couple of years, but 'it has not become a dangerous phenomenon like in other countries'.

"Earlier it used to be a one-on-one rape attack. However, besides the rapists, I hold a few women responsible for enabling men to rape them for different reasons. Some women go out alone clubbing or spending a night out with two or three men 'whom they consider friends' without knowing their background. Later, they claim that they were raped," he said.

And here is a list of just a few of the gang rapes (the reported ones, as identified by gulfnews.com) that happened in Dubai in the months immediately before Col. Russ Williams was stationed at nearby Camp Mirage:

November: Court of First Instance started investigating the case of four Gulf nationals who stormed into a flat rented by a number of Filipinas, assaulting and raping one of them and stealing their mobiles and money.

October: Court of First Instance started investigating the case of six UAE nationals, aged between 19-21, for allegedly kidnapping and raping a 23-year-old British woman in a deserted area. Court of Appeal confirms a year's imprisonment against two nationals for molesting an Arab female student in a 4X4 vehicle.

September: Juveniles' Court placed two national teenagers under rehabilitation for kidnapping and raping a 23-year-old Uzbek female. Court of First Instance placed five teenagers under legal supervision for kidnapping, raping and sexually molesting a 15-year-old boy.

July: Court of Appeal confirmed a five-year jail term against three nationals for kidnapping a Russian female on the street and raping her in a remote area.

All of that is factual background. Now I am going to get into some supposition and hypothetical speculation.

If a North American sexual predator arrived in Dubai, he would find a fertile environment for acts of violence against women, as long as they were not Emirati, as citizens of the UAE are known.

With little or no support from local authorities and the strong likelihood that most victims would not even report the attack, a predator would only have to ensure that he got away from the crime scene to escape detection. And even if he were to be discovered in the middle of a rape, he would still be relatively safe if he claimed consensual sex — whatever the victim said.

So if acts of sexual violence took place in Dubai in the time that Col. Russ Williams was there — and they certainly did — it would be virtually impossible to ever find any connection, even if it did exist.

Now I want to jump ahead a few years to give you a few other facts.

Here's what the official Canadian Forces bio of Col. Russ Williams has to say about his time after leaving Dubai:

Colonel Williams was posted to the Directorate of Air Requirements in July 2006 where he served as Project Director for the Airlift Capability Projects Strategic (CC-177 Globemaster III) and Tactical (CC-130J Hercules J), and Fixed-Wing Search and Rescue. In January 2009 he was posted to the Canadian Forces Language School in Gatineau for a 6-month period of French language training, during which he was promoted to his current rank.

So Williams went back in Ottawa and life went on as usual at Camp Mirage as the principal air link between Canada and Afghanistan. One thing you should know is that the Canadian Forces' giant, rugged CC-177 Globemaster IIIs are the backbone of that air link, superceding the old Hercules and American loaners. The four Canadian Globemaster IIIs were introduced to service in 2008 and 2009 on Williams’ watch in Ottawa before he moved to the Trenton command.

The only incident of real note at Camp Mirage after Williams left was the death of a corporal in his living quarters on July 4, 2008.

Cpl. Brendan Anthony Downey, born in Montreal and raised in Toronto, was found dead in his room about 4:15 a.m. on a Thursday. The death was very suspicious. The room was sealed off immediately and the military's National Investigation Service was called in. The military has said almost nothing about Downey's death except that they are NOT ruling out any possiblity, including foul play, accidental discharge of a weapon or suicide.

Suicide is doubtful. Downey was a new father and excited about getting home to Saskatchewan to be with his wife and infant son. The investigation into Downey's death is still ongoing.

So what does Cpl. Brendan Anthony Downey's death have to do with Col. Russ Williams?

Only this: Downey was a military policeman.

And here is where I get into total hypothetical speculation. There is nothing to substantiate this speculation — just a lot of What If? What If? — but it is easy enough to disprove (which I will address later).

IF Williams is guilty of the crimes of which he is accused and IF the events of the past year in the Bay of Quinte area were preceded by an ongoing history of predatory sexual attacks, WHAT IF there were attacks — and some evidence of attacks — in Dubai? And WHAT IF Cpl. Downey, the military policeman, became aware after the fact of certain allegations and passed that information up the chain of command?

Like I said, a lot of WHAT IFs — far too many for my liking.

But IF those WHAT IFs unfolded in that way, the fact that Williams — IF he was made aware of accusations — was nowhere near Camp Mirage would be no impediment to him going to Camp Mirage whenever he wanted.

Williams at that time was project director for all the Canadian military airlift capability projects. It would be nothing for him to drive a couple of hours south to CFB Trenton and jump a flight to Camp Mirage. After all, that would just be part of his job. So forget all the WHAT IFs. All the National Investigation Service has to do is determine if Williams was on any flight manifests [Macdonald Dettwiler’s SABRE!] that would have put him in Camp Mirage in early July 2008.

If he wasn't there, that's one more wild goose chase to write off. But it still needs to be followed up on.

The police — local, OPP, RCMP and military — will have to follow up on literally hundreds of possibilities like that over the coming months.

Because this case is … unbelievable. So the most unbelievable possibilities have to be chased down and either ruled out — or confirmed."

The US Air Force has hired civilian defense contractors to fly combat drones--a move some critics say is illegal.

The Air Force hired the pilots to operate Q-9 Reaper drones to help track suspected militants and other targets all over the world, the Lost Angeles Times reported Friday.

The contractors are part of a small, 3-year-old company called Aviation Unmanned and General Atomics Aeronautical Systems Inc., a much larger firm based in San Diego, which is also the only supplier of armed drones to the Pentagon.

A redacted Air Force document which approves the secret contract with Aviation Unmanned notes that the "lack of appropriately cleared and currently qualified MQ-9 pilots is a major concern."

The five-page document, dated August 24, says the company will provide pilots and sensor operators for government-owned Reapers to help respond to "recent increased terrorist activities."

The move to hire civilians for military purposes is part of a previously undisclosed expansion in the privatization of Air Force operations.

This will be the first time civilian pilots and crews operate what the Air Force calls "combat air patrols," which are daily round-the-clock flights collecting video and other sensitive intelligence from areas of military operations.

The Times added that the private contractors carry out two Reaper patrols a day, but the Air Force plans to expand the figure to 10 flights a day by 2019, with each patrol involving up to four drones.

The report noted that these civilians are not allowed to strike targets with lasers or fire missiles.

They only operate drones that provide intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, known as ISR, according to Air Force Gen. Herbert "Hawk" Carlisle, head of Air Combat Command.

"There are limitations on it," he said. The contractors "are not combatants."

However, the decision has stirred controversy within the military, where critics, including some military lawyers, contend that civilians are now part of what the Air Force calls the "kill chain," a process that starts with surveillance and ends with a missile launch to take out a target.

This might violate laws designed to keep civilians from taking part in armed conflict, they argue."

"Putin Signals Obama Culpability In Attack On Russian Jet, Pilots Murdered By Gunfire From Obama's "Freedom Fighters"
Posted on November 25, 2015 in Tyranny, Treason Where are the calls of outrage from the White House over the downing of the Russian aircraft? What of cold blooded murder of their pilots by Obama’s Turkish Jihadist "freedom fighters?" Why have those atrocities gone without rebuke by the Islamist terror sympathizer in the White House?

Russian President Vladimir Putin issued the following comments in the aftermath of downing of their jet and rescue helicopter and the associated brutal execution of two pilots by Hussein Obama's "freedom fighter" Turkish allies. As reported in part on Drudgetoday.com:

Russia's Sukhoi Su-24 attack aircraft was downed with an air-to-air missile launched from a Turkish F-16 fighter, Russian President Vladimir Putin said Monday.

"Anyway, our pilots and jet posed no threat to the Turkish Republic. This is obvious. They were conducting an operation against ISIL," Putin said at the meeting with King Abdallah II of Jordan.

Putin called the attack a crime and stressed that Russia would not tolerate it. He also said,"Today's loss is linked with a stab in our back delivered by terrorism accomplices. I can't characterize otherwise what has happened today," the Russian leader said. He further warned that the attack will have tragic consequences to Russia-Turkey ties.

Some points worth noting in his comments are the contention that the jets posed no threat to Turkey, which is true, Russia was not engaged in a conflict with Turkey or any other NATO nation at the time the incident took place. What motivated Turkey to fire upon the Russian jet, knowing the consequences?

He also points out that the Russians were engaging in an attack against ISIS, our supposed mutual enemy but one which the Turks and Obama the jihadist have been quite willing and complicit in allowing to grow to the ranks of a terrorist army and nation.

Now that the Russians have entered the theater, they are attacking the supposed "freedom fighters," a label put upon any Obama or McCain endorsed group of terrorists and one which their protective embrace of ISIS would seem to include as well. Their actions have not only been exposing the complicity of the Obama regime in the ISIS growth, they've been seriously impacting their conduct of terrorist activities and strength in the region. Russia has been inflicting serious damage on ISIS and the other terrorists that are employed as proxy armies by Obama, putting a major cramp in the Obama efforts to destabilize Syria as they did with Libya, Egypt and Iraq.

The fact that Turkey is a NATO member is problematic. A retaliatory strike by Russia could potentially involve all signatories in a military conflict due to the NATO Article 5commitments which state that an attack on one Ally shall be considered an attack on all Allies. Undoubtedly Obama plans to use Article 5 as a wedge against the Russians to impose his terrorism-friendly dictates.

Turkey's Erdogan, a friend of Hussein Obama, is an Islamist Muslim Brotherhood supporter, just as was Egypt's Morsi before he was overthrown in a rebuff of the Obama/Clinton terrorism empowerment campaign dubbed the Arab Spring.

Obama has been thwarted and embarrassed by Putin and had his agenda to depose Assad obstructed by the Russian involvement. It’s quite convenient for him to now call upon his Muslim Brotherhood counterparts and allies in Turkey to engage in military action against the Russians.

The occupation of the White House by the United States' foreigner anti-American faux-'president' exacerbates the serious nature of this issue. He has proven his predilection to act against the interests of the United States on a daily basis, in everything he does. He represents Islamic extremists and that is who he is defending by attacking the Russians. He is working to counter their efforts and to topple the stabile government of Assad. He and his Turkish Muslim Brotherhood terrorist allies not only attacked the Russians, they’re attacking America, by interceding against Russian efforts targeting the ISIS terrorists.

It is worth noting that Putin described the attack as conducted by "terrorism accomplices." That is clearly not only identifying Turkey, as it must, but the complicit Obama regime as well. The attack by Turkey likely did not happen without Obama's consent. The timing is more than a little suspicious, coming in advance of the Thanksgiving news blackout, a time when Congress, the cur-dog media and most others who might happen to investigate, report on or offer their opinions on what happened are spending time away with their families.

That vacuum allows for the Obama regime to craft the appropriate regime cover up narrative and to disseminate it. Maybe the missile strike and the murder of the two helpless pilots was really a response to a Russian YouTube video. We could ask Ben Rhodes. "Low targets, goals dropped: Copenhagen ends in failure
Deal thrashed out at talks condemned as climate change scepticism in action John Vidal, Allegra Strattonand Suzanne Goldenberg in Copenhagen
Saturday 19 December 2009 00.47 GMT Last modified on Monday 9 February 201509.47 GMT
The UN climate summit reached a weak outline of a global agreement in Copenhagen tonight, falling far short of what Britain and many poor countries were seeking and leaving months of tough negotiations to come.

After eight draft texts and all-day talks between 115 world leaders, it was left to Barack Obama and Wen Jiabao, the Chinese premier, to broker a political agreement. The so-called Copenhagen accord "recognises" the scientific case for keeping temperature rises to no more than 2C but does not contain commitments to emissions reductions to achieve that goal.

American officials spun the deal as a "meaningful agreement", but even Obama said: "This progress is not enough."

"We have come a long way, but we have much further to go," he added.

Gordon Brown hailed the night as a success on five out of six measures.

In a press conference held after the talks broke up, Brown said the agreement was a "vital first step" and accepted there was a lot more work to do to get assurances it would become a legally binding agreement. He declined to call it a "historic" conference:

"This is the first step we are taking towards a green and low carbon future for the world, steps we are taking together. But like all first steps, the steps are difficult and they are hard."

"I know what we really need is a legally binding treaty as quickly as possible."

The deal was brokered between China, South Africa, India, Brazil and the US, but late last night it was unclear whether it would be adopted by all 192 countries in the full plenary session. The deal aims to provide $30bn a year for poor countries to adapt to climate change from next year to 2012, and $100bn a year by 2020."

"EDITORIAL: Obama the party crasher
By THE WASHINGTON TIMES - The Washington Times - Wednesday, December 23, 2009
Barack Obama is not used to being the guy not invited to a party. At the Copenhagen global warming conference, however, he found that not everyone wanted to hang with him. Our president can’t take a hint.

After Mr. Obama's bilateral meeting with Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao, the Chinese began sending lower-level functionaries to the multilateral meetings. A frustrated Mr. Obama pressed for another bilateral meeting, which was scheduled for Friday at 6:15 p.m. Other leaders of the countries known as the "BASIC" bloc were harder to pin down.

The Obama team tried to schedule a meeting with Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and was told he was at the airport readying to leave. Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva also was unavailable. South African President Jacob Zuma said there was no point meeting without India and Brazil. Then the Chinese pushed the bilateral meeting back to 7 p.m.

"We were told they were at the airport," a senior administration official said. “We were told delegations were split up. We were told they weren't going to meet." So imagine Mr. Obama's surprise when he arrived for the bilateral powwow and found all four leaders in the room already in deep discussion. "Are you ready for me?" he said with an "uncharacteristic edge" to his voice, according to a CBS News report.

"We weren't crashing a meeting," an Obama flack later explained defensively. "We were going for our bilateral meeting." But that didn't stop him from walking in where he wasn't invited. Clearly, Mr. Obama learned a few things from his own White House party crashers.

There was no chair at the table for Mr. Obama so he announced he would sit next to his “friend Lula,” whose staff had to scramble to make room for the president and Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton. On Monday, Mr. da Silva used his weekly radio program to rebuke the United States for its stance at Copenhagen.

After Mr. Obama arrived, the BASIC group was basically held hostage. They had tried politely to keep Mr. Obama at arms length, but since he showed up, decorum mandated that they find a way to save face.

The countries reached agreement on three pages of noncommittal boilerplate - and Mr. Obama rushed out to declare that he had once again saved the day. "For the first time in history," he said, "all major economies have come together to accept their responsibility to take action to confront the threat of climate change." He then left the global warming conference, hurrying to beat the record-setting blizzard descending on Washington.

U.N. General Secretary Ban Ki-moon declared that the conferees "sealed the deal." But there was no deal. The conference chose not to adopt the Copenhagen Accord after opposition from Latin American nations that are part of Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez's Bolivarian Alliance. The general session became the scene of high theater, or farce - at one point a Venezuelan delegate cut her hand to dramatize the blood of the poor being spilled by the rich. In the end, the document was officially "noted" by the assembled, which renders it not only nonbinding but nonexistent for those countries that choose to ignore it.

Chinese lead negotiator Su Wei made a point of saying that it was "not an agreed document, it was not formally endorsed or adopted." And while the White House argues that something is better than nothing, in some respects the accord really is nothing. Appendices One and Two, which were supposed to lay out detailed emissions targets and mitigation actions for signatory counties, were left blank.

The Copenhagen conference was a lesson in power and humility. The countries in the BASIC bloc demonstrated that the United States lacks the leverage necessary to convince them to make decisions that work against their national interests. And Mr. Obama is learning the uncomfortable lesson that there are limits to what his personal charisma can achieve.

Mr. Obama did make history at Copenhagen, but not in the way he expected. It says a great deal about American power and prestige when international leaders go to so much trouble to avoid meeting with the president of the United States. The American Century is over."
