#2385: Marine Brief – White's Club Pinkerton Crisis Scripts – Serco 8(a) Suboxone Patent – Clinton SC Shooter's Panic

1. White's Club in London and the Pinkerton Detective agency in Chicago have allegedly been writing scripts for crisis actors since before Kate Warne smuggled Abraham Lincoln into Washington in 1861 and Rose O'Neal Greenhow seduced Granville George Leveson-Gower, 2nd Earl Granville, in 1864, the year before Lincoln was shot in the Ford Theater.

2. Serco and its 8(a) companies are operating the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office under Crown Rights rules where, in the case of Suboxone, they have allegedly attributed the script of the 'Dylann Roof manifesto' to a man hooked on the mind altering drug manufactured under a patent owned by U.K.-based Reckitt Benckiser.

3. Agents for White's Club alumnus David Cameron and former Rose Law patent lawyer Hillary Clinton (Pinkerton recruit in Chicago in 1965?), allegedly used the U.K.-patented drug Suboxone and crisis actors to trigger the panic associated with the news story where a white "gunman added nine victims at The Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church to the ever-lengthening list of America's racial casualties, and ripped out part of South Carolina's civic heart."

Readers are invited to browse Abel Danger's website where United States Marine Field McConnell has proof by contradiction – no rebuttal of action for libel – of a conspiracy between alleged White's Club, Pinkerton agents and Serco 8(a) companies to develop scripts where crisis actors, hooked on patented mind-altering drugs, commit racist or sexist crimes to panic "We, the People" and advance the election prospects of the likes of Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama.

Now where did I leave those scripts? What difference does it make?

"WND CRIME WAS CHARLESTON SHOOTER ON POWERFUL MIND-ALTERING DRUG?
Cop who apprehended him in February found disturbing evidence

While the Justice Department immediately confirmed it is investigating the Charleston church shooting as a "hate" crime and President Obama chose to focus on the need for more gun control, a less-publicized aspect of the Charleston church-shooting story is the role of a powerful drug that the 21-year-old suspect was known to be using.

The picture beginning to emerge about the shooter, Dylann Roof, is one of a young man who was into long-term and hard-core drug abuse. He was apprehended at a mall in February by a police officer who made a startling discovery.

Roof had been using a powerful narcotic, Suboxone, which is prescribed to treat pain and opiate addictions including heroin. This drug is also sold illegally on the street and police say this is how Roof came into its possession.

According to a CBS News report, Roof went into a Bath and Body Works store on Feb. 28 wearing all black. He asked "out of the ordinary questions," including how many associates were working, when they closed and what time they leave. Mall employees complained and when an officer approached him Roof said his parents were pressuring him to "get a job."

The officer searched Roof and found "orange strips" that Roof said were "Suboxone," a Schedule III narcotic. Police arrested Roof and had his 2000 Hyundai Elantra towed.

The media frenzy surrounding the shooting is focusing on Roof’s alleged hatred for black people.

His Facebook page would indicate that may indeed be the case. He had posted a photograph of himself staring blankly at the camera with a swamp in the background. On his jacket are two flags: one flown in South Africa during apartheid, and one from Rhodesia, an area of Africa now known as Zimbabwe.

His victims Wednesday night included a coach, a librarian and a young pastor.

Many people are racist, but why do some kill while others don't?

Could something have pushed him over the edge?

John Mullins, who went to high school with Roof, told The Daily Beast that he remembers him as being "kind of wild" and a "pill popper."

"He used drugs heavily a lot," Mullins said. "It was obviously harder than marijuana. He was like a pill popper, from what I understood. Like Xanax, and stuff like that."

Suboxone is even more hardcore than Xanax. According to Drugs.com, Suboxone is prescribed for treatment of patients addicted to methadone, heroin, morphine or other opioid drugs. "[It] should be used as part of a complete treatment plan to include counseling and psychosocial support,” according to the site.

Mental Health Daily lists the adverse reactions associated with Suboxone as extreme depression and dysphoria, depersonalization, confusion and anxiety, irritability, mood swings and "fear of going crazy." These adverse effects can be most acute during the patient's withdrawal period.

If Roof was using the drug without the supervision of a doctor, he could have also been mixing it with alcohol. That increases the negative side effects, several medical websites warn.

"You may not feel like yourself during the withdrawal, which may cause you to freak out," warns Medical Health Daily. “If you are feeling as though you have become a totally different person … And chemically, you have become a different person – your endorphin and neurotransmitters are different than they were when you started. It will take a while to feel like your 'old self' again."

One patient named James posted his experience with Suboxone on Mental Health Daily:

"Man this is the toughest thing to go threw [sic] period. I’m about 3 weeks into it and I feel like hurting myself. I have been threw [sic] a lot of stuff in my life but this takes the cake," he commented.

Another, Lana, posted, "I'm going insane!!" She added, “Suboxone increased my depression, I lack motivation, I was nauseous nonstop, I gained weight. … I lost all motivation and love for life."

Kris posted, "My doc won't refill my prescription. So I am sitting here, restless, irritable, mood swings, feeling like I am going to f*****g snap!!!"

Others said Suboxone was proving more addictive and difficult to shake than the original opioid drug on which they became dependent.

As WND Managing Editor David Kupelian documents in his book, "How Evil Works," it is "simply indisputable that most perpetrators of school shootings and similar mass murders in our modern era were either on – or just recently coming off of – psychiatric medications."

From Adam Lanza at Sandy Hook Elementary, to Columbine mass killer Eric Harris, all had been taking some form of mind-altering drugs.

Drugs to treat mental health are a multi-billion dollar business in the U.S.

"Suboxone is manufactured by the pharmaceutical unit of U.K.-based Reckitt Benckiser.
Analysts have advocated ditching the pharmaceutical unit, which gets almost all of its revenue from Suboxone, Bloomberg reported last year. The business once accounted for a fifth of Reckitt Benckiser's profit, "yet sales and profit margins have ebbed as Suboxone faces a growing roster of competitors eager to reach the estimated 48 million Americans who are chronic opioid users," according to Bloomberg. "Reckitt Benckiser Buys Back Remaining Rights to Suboxone & Subutex Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (RB) today announces that it is buying back the sales and marketing rights to the buprenorphine-containing products Suboxone®, Subutex® and Temgesic®* from Merck & Co., Inc.** for approximately £100 million. The rights apply to a number of countries in Europe and the rest of the world, and were due to revert to RB mid-2012. With this acquisition the majority will now revert two years earlier, starting 1 July 2010. The incremental net revenue to RB associated with these rights would have been approximately £80 million for full year 2009, if RB had owned them.

RB currently has management control of the sales and marketing of these products in only two sizeable markets, namely the US and Australia. With this purchase, RB will have a wholly-owned international franchise for Suboxone and Subutex.

RB and Merck's MSD will work closely to ensure a smooth transition in the best interests of patients and healthcare professionals. RB aims to retain as many as possible of the dedicated commercial staff involved in the business, in conformity with applicable local laws. The company will also be investing in additional sales and marketing capability.

Given the current scale of the business outside of the US and the investment needed, the impact of this transaction on RB's financial results in 2010 will be limited."

FEC shows Earl Holt gave to 2016 hopefuls Santorum, Paul and others Monday 22 June 2015 21.53 BSTLast modified on Tuesday 23 June 201516.17 BST The leader of a rightwing group that Dylann Roof allegedly credits with helping to radicalise him against black people before the Charleston church massacre has donated tens of thousands of dollars to Republicans such as presidential candidates Ted Cruz, Rand Paul and Rick Santorum.

Earl Holt has given $65,000 to Republican campaign funds in recent years while inflammatory remarks – including that black people were "the laziest, stupidest and most criminally-inclined race in the history of the world" – were posted online in his name.

After being approached by the Guardian on Sunday, Cruz's presidential campaign said it would be returning all money the senator had received from Holt.

Holt, 62, is the president of the Council of Conservative Citizens (CofCC), a Missouri-based activist organisation cited by the author of a manifesto-style text that was posted on a website registered in Roof's name along with photographs of the gunman. The FBI said on Saturday it was investigating the website.

The manifesto's author, who has been widely reported but not verified as Roof, recounted learning about “brutal black on white murders" from the CofCC website.

"At this moment I realised that something was very wrong," the manifesto said.

Roof, 21, is charged with the murders of nine black people at Emanuel AME Church in Charleston, South Carolina, last Wednesday. He is accused of joining a bible study group before opening fire and fleeing."

"White gunman caught in killing of 9 in historic black church
By ASSOCIATED PRESS PUBLISHED: 23:57 GMT, 18 June 2015 | UPDATED: 00:01 GMT, 19 June 2015 CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) — It was an act of "pure, pure concentrated evil," Charleston's mayor said — a black community's leading lights extinguished by gunfire, allegedly at the hands of a young white man who sat among them through an hour of prayer.

In one blow, the gunman added nine victims at The Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church to the ever-lengthening list of America's racial casualties, and ripped out part of South Carolina's civic heart.

They included a state senator who doubled as the church's minister, three other pastors, a regional library manager, a high school coach and speech therapist, a government administrator, a college enrollment counselor and a recent college graduate — six women and three men who felt called to open their church to all.

Police arrested Dylann Storm Roof, a 21-year-old who had complained that "blacks were taking over the world" and that "someone needed to do something about it for the white race," according to a friend who alerted the FBI.

Roof waived extradition and was put on a plane from North Carolina Thursday afternoon, authorities said.

President Barack Obama called the tragedy yet another example of damage wreaked on America by guns. NAACP President and CEO Cornell William Brooks said "there is no greater coward than a criminal who enters a house of God and slaughters innocent people." Others bemoaned the loss to a church that has served as a bastion of black power for 200 years, despite efforts by white supremacists to wipe it out.

"USPTO to review delivery patent in spat between Suboxone and BDSI's Bunavail
October 8, 2014 | By Varun Saxena
MonoSol Rx announced that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) will decide by August 2015 whether BioDelivery Sciences International's ($BDSI) BEMA drug delivery technology infringes on a patent protecting its Suboxone sublingual film.

By granting MonoSol's petition for inter partes review, the USPTO has agreed to intervene in the patent dispute because it believes "that there is a reasonable likelihood that the petitioner would prevail with respect to at least one claim challenged," as stated on the agency's website.

MonoSol claims BDSI's film-based product Bunavail violates its '167 patent entitled "Uniform Films for Rapid-dissolve Dosage Form Incorporating Anti-tacking Compositions." MonoSol claims Bunavail has the same active ingredients, according to a lawsuit filed in September. Both products have been approved by the FDA for the treatment of opioid dependence.

The main difference between the two products is that the sublingual film strip Suboxone is delivered under the tongue, while Bunavail uses buccal delivery, meaning it enters the body from the inside of the cheek.

Bunavail was approved by the FDA earlier this year. CEO Mark Sirgo previously told FierceDrugDelivery he is confident that the product can grab a large chunk of the $1.7 billion market from competitor Suboxone because its delivery point is more convenient.

BioDelivery Sciences' BEMA technology delivers buprenorphine to the bloodstream via a polymer film that attaches to the mucous membrane and dissolves within 15 to 30 minutes, according to the company's website. The now-disputed patent was granted in 2012.

"BDSI continues to attempt to develop and market products without proper consideration of MonoSol Rx's pioneering patent portfolio relating to film drug delivery. We will not tolerate infringers of our technology, and we will continue to aggressively assert our patent rights against all such infringers," said MonoSol CEO Mark Schobel in a statement.

Other companies are entangled in the dispute as well. Reckitt Benckiser is listed as a plaintiff because it holds an exclusive license to sell Suboxone in the U.S., while Quintiles ($Q) is a defendant because it is helping market Bunavail in the U.S."

"The Medicaid program and the Clinton plan: implications for mental health services. Buck JA1, Koyanagi C.

Author information Abstract

This paper reviews problems that the Medicaid program poses for health care reformers and how the Clinton plan would deal with them. The Clinton plan represents a compromise between preserving or expanding the Medicaid program and eliminating. The plan would seek to extend services to those without insurance and reduce health care costs, partly by limiting services and increasing out-of-pocket costs for Medicaid beneficiaries. All Medicaid beneficiaries would be included in the same basic system of health care that the plan proposes for other Americans. All current beneficiaries would remain eligible for Medicaid, but services would be reduced for many of them. However, services that are important for persons with severe mental illness would be maintained. The plan also would increase out-of-pocket costs for premiums and services, and these increases could be significant for some beneficiaries."

"Rose O'Neal Greenhow (1813 or 1814[1]– October 1, 1864) was a renowned Confederate spy during the American Civil War. A socialite in Washington, D.C. during the period before the war, she moved in important political circles and cultivated friendships with presidents, generals, senators, and high-ranking military officers. She used her connections to pass along key military information to the Confederacy at the start of the war. In early 1861, she was given control of a pro-Southern spy network in Washington, DC by her handler, Thomas Jordan, then a captain in the Confederate Army. She was credited by Jefferson Davis, the Confederate president, with ensuring the South's victory at the First Battle of Bull Run in late July 1861.

Knowing she was suspected of spying for the Confederacy, Greenhow feared for her remaining daughters' safety. Leila was sent to Ohio to join her older sister Florence Greenhow Moore, whose husband Seymour Treadwell Moore had become a captain in the Union Army. (He was breveted a brigadier general in May 1865 for his services and achieved a rank of lieutenant colonel after the war in his army career.) Only Little Rose stayed with Greenhow in Washington.

Allan Pinkerton was made head of the recently formed Secret Service and one of his first orders was to watch Greenhow, because of her wide circle of contacts on both sides of the sectional split.[14] Due to the activities of visitors, he arrested her and placed her under house arrest at her 16th Street residence, along with one of her couriers, Lily Mackall. His agents traced other leaked information to Greenhow's home. While searching her house, Pinkerton and his men found extensive intelligence materials left from evidence she tried to burn, including scraps of coded messages, copies of what amounted to eight reports to Jordan over a month's time, and maps of Washington fortifications and notes on military movements.[3][15]

The materials included numerous love letters from the abolitionist Republican US Senator Henry Wilson from Massachusetts. She considered him her prize source, and said he gave her data on the "number of heavy guns and other artillery in the Washington defenses," but he likely knew far more from his work on the Military Affairs Committee.[16] The seized Greenhow papers are now held by the National Archives and Records Administration, with some available on line.[17]

Pinkerton supervised visitors to Greenhow's house and moved other suspected Southern sympathizers into it, giving rise to the nickname Fort Greenhow. He was pleased to oversee the visitors and messages, as it gave him more control of the Southern flow of information.[18] While messages continued to be sent to Jordan, he discounted them after Pinkerton mounted his control. When a letter from Greenhow to Seward was publicized that complained of her treatment, there was Northern criticism for what was perceived as too lenient treatment of a spy. Pinkerton transferred Greenhow on January 18, 1862 to Old Capitol Prison, shutting down Fort Greenhow. So many political prisoners were detained that a two-man commission was set up to review their cases at what were called espionage. hearings.[19] Greenhow was never subjected to trial.[3] Her youngest daughter, "Little Rose", then eight years old, was permitted to stay with her.

Greenhow continued to pass along messages while imprisoned.[3] Passers-by could see Rose's window from the street. Historians believe that the position of the blinds and number of candles burning in the window had special meaning to the "little birdies" passing by. Another account lists her prison room facing the prison yard "so that she could not see or be seen" and "every effort was made to keep Mrs. Greenhow away from the windows."[20]Greenhow also on one occasion flew the Confederate Flag from her prison window.[21]"

"Granville George Leveson-Gower, 2nd Earl Granville, KG, PC, FRS (11 May 1815 – 31 March 1891), styled Lord Leveson until 1846, was a British Liberal statesman.[1] http://www.consciouslyenlightened.com/?p=1164 In a political career spanning over 50 years, he was thrice Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, led the Liberal Party in the House of Lords for almost 30 years and was joint Leader of the Liberal Party between 1875 and 1880. He is best known for his pacific stewardship of Britain's external relations, 1870–74 and 1880–85, in co-operation with his best friend, Prime Minister Gladstone. His foreign policy was based on patience, peace, and no alliances; it kept Britain free from European wars and improved relations with the United States after the strain during the American Civil War.
….

Lord Granville married Lady Acton (Marie Louise Pelline de Dalberg), daughter of Emmerich Joseph de Dalberg, widow of Sir Ferdinand Dalberg-Acton, Bt, and mother of the historian Lord Acton, in 1840. She died in 1860.

He was engaged in 1864 to an envoy and former spy from the Confederate States of America, Rose O'Neal Greenhow, but shortly after their engagement, in returning to the CSA, she died by drowning off Wilmington, North Carolina when her rowboat overturned as she was escaping a US blockade ship."

"History isn't certain if Kate Warne, America's first female detective, had that career path in mind when she walked into the Pinkerton Detective Agency. It's possible she was applying to be a secretary. But she so impressed Allan Pinkerton that he hired her as an agent — a job she proved unusually well-suited for. This was 1856. To say that Pinkerton, who founded his Chicago-based agency in 1850, was breaking with convention by hiring a newly-widowed 23-year-old woman is an understatement. But his hunch proved prescient, and Warne broke ground for other women who aspired to be private investigators. In a ringing endorsement after her successes led him to hire on more women, Pinkerton declared:
"In my service you will serve your country better than on the field. I have several female operatives. If you agree to come aboard you will go in training with the head of my female detectives, Kate Warne. She has never let me down."
The novelty of a female detective in those days meant Warne was able to go undercover with ease (including pretending to be a fortune-teller as a means to gather intel), and gain the trust of other women (like the wife of a man suspected of embezzling $50,000 from the Adams Express Company in Montgomery, Alabama).

Warne's biggest case came in 1861, when she proved a key operative in Pinkerton's successful thwarting of an assassination plot being hatched against then-president-elect Abraham Lincoln. Though Warne was a New York native, her time spent working the Adams Express Company case meant she was able to convincingly impersonate a Southerner. Once he caught wind of the plot against Lincoln, Pinkerton knew exactly how Warne could help crack the case:

He sent Warne to Baltimore as a spy to infiltrate the southern sympathizers. Posing as a Mrs. Barley, a visitor from Alabama, Warne's job was to "cultivate the wives and daughters of suspected plotters." The attempt on the president-elect's life would be made while he was passing through the city.
Warne's involvement went even further. Not only did she courier messages to Lincoln’s party, but she also helped smuggle the president himself onto a train that would ultimately pass through Baltimore with him undetected. Her technique included some major cloak-and-dagger cleverness: Lincoln donned an overcoat and hat, abandoning his signature "stovepipe." His role was that of Kate Warne's "invalid brother." Warne purchased tickets for herself and her “brother,” and saw to it that the rear sections of a sleeping car were secure. Kate charmed the conductor into keeping the back door of the sleeping car open, so that her "sick brother" could enter in privacy.

For this accomplishment, some call Warne a trailblazer for women who'd later serve as presidential guards and in the Secret Service. Months after "the Baltimore Plot" case, the Civil War broke out, and Warne was said to have worked as a Union spy on behalf of the Pinkertons. Unfortunately, the Great Chicago Fire of 1871 destroyed most of Pinkerton's unpublished records, so more details of Warne's life beyond Pinkerton's praise-filled remembrances are scarce. He named her Supervisor of Women Agents so that she could pass on her skills to new recruits, but her life was cut tragically short in 1868 when she suddenly fell ill. She was estimated to be just 35 years old when she died.

It was rumored that Warne and Pinkerton's close working relationship was also intimate (problematic, since Pinkerton was married), but whatever scandal that might suggest can’t eclipse the importance of her work. Surprisingly, she hasn't had much of a pop-culture presence despite her incredible story. In 2011, the USA Network announced it was developing a drama about Warne (that never materialized); a more homespun homage came via author and graphic designer Lauren R. Silberman’s delightful web comic Kate Warne, Pinkerton Detective, which ran throughout 2013."
