While the US and China are now pelting rocks at each other, don't forget to consider Israel has a history of cyber warfare, espionage and hacking. It's not the quantity of hackers like in China, it's the quality of hackers.

Although he mentions business leaders as "betraying America", he first names Daryl Morey, the general manager of the National Basketball Association, and star basketball player LeBron James. Daryl Morey and LeBron are "leaders of America?" What's the "odd observation?" Well, considering T. Casey Flemming in the clip above and Tucker Carlson of Fox News are pretty much saying the same thing about China, the odd thing is the more China is bashed the less attention there is on Israel. How much of a crimp did Israel put on Chinese investment in Israel's tech firms when a group was formed to monitor these investments?

Oh oh...here is something really interesting. The business person example Carlson uses of "betraying America" is China-born Yu Meng. Meng is the chief investment officer at the state of California's pension fund, California Public Employees' Retirement System (CalPERS). There are about 2.4 million Californians — 6 percent of the state's population — who are members of either CalPERS or the California State Teachers' Retirement System (CalSTRS). CalPERS has about $200 billion of investments under its management, and CalSTRS' investments have a value of about $130 billion. Both CalPERS and CalSTRS were heavily invested in Israel-based companies when in 2013 CalPERS went before the UN concerning responsible investing in Israel. Right away, accusations started in that the UN "hates Israel." As to be expected Breitbart News ("conceived in Israel and born in America" intelligence operation) has been putting out articles on Yu Meng and the "China threat" since Meng took the position at CalPERS in 2018. Also interesting which we will get to below, is that CalPERS is invested in the private equity firm Blackstone. The point is these investment funds will go anywhere and invest in anything you can imagine to meet their portfolio objectives, so why target China when Americans are profiting off 309 Chinese companies that made it to Forbes Global 2000 list and the NYSE in 2019? Why not target Starbucks that sees China as its top growth market?
Here is something that just does not make any sense at all released by Breitbart News. China's Huawei has been given the go ahead to build 5G technology infrastructure in Britain, so why would an "elite hacker network sponsored by China's People's Liberation Army (PLA) be allowed to steel the personal data, including telephone numbers, credit card details, and passwords, of over 13 million people in Britain?" None of this makes any sense except that what we are seeing now is a ramping up of this economic war against China. Once again, this is from Breitbart News which should be a news source of last resort. What if what we are seeing here is Israel hacking into these systems, blaming the Chinese as all part of a strategy for Israel to continue building its cyber warfare capabilities which continues to draw millions of investment funds into Israel's tech firms? It is alleged four Chinese military hackers had nine indictments against them by the US Department of Justice but there is no way they will ever be arrested. The claim then goes on to say these "elite" Chinese military officers hacked into Equifax using "34 servers located in nearly 20 countries to obfuscate their real location." Who is possibly going to be able to track that information down to verify it was with absolute certainty the Chinese? And if the US is so concerned about China, why the love affair between American scientists and Chinese scientists over nanotechnology. Israel claims to be ahead in this nanotechnology race.

It is hard to come by good information on whether or not CalPERS and CalSTRS are still invested in Israel and in what amounts and where the investments are. Although this could probably be gleaned from CalPERS website and while there, note some of the tech firms connected to Israel CalPERS is invested in as with Qualcomm with operations in Israel. One has to wonder about predominantly Democratic California with CalPERS and CalSTRS investing based on political decisions, especially in regards to Israel. Is there a correlation between BDS and this ramping up of "China presenting an existential threat" to America with the logical conclusion being of course war? Maybe the Neocon-run General David H. Petraeus, (US Army, Ret.), Chairman, KKR Global Institute and Former Director of the Central Intelligence Agency, who spoke at the July 15, 2019 CalPERS Fireside Chat about the downside of not investing in Israel tech firms would know?
Alright, now back to Nortel which by the way was operating in China since the 1980s. In 1996 Nortel Networks acquired a 20% share in the Israel-based Telrad for $45 million located in Lod, Israel for the purpose of expanding the Nortel Solution Division globally. The Israel holding company Koor, which is one of Israel's largest conglomerates, owned the remaining 80%. According to EIR, "the chairman of Koor Industries is Charles Bronfman, a co-founder of the Mega Group (the "new Sanhedrin"), the secretive organization of American and Canadian 'mega-billionaires' who set policy for the Israeli lobby in the United States." By the mid-90s, Telrad a privately held company was ranked 16th by Dun & Bradstreet and was one of Israel's leading industrial enterprises. Telrad was organized into four main product divisions one of which was Nortel Solutions. It was a large telecom operation offering large-scale turnkey telecom solutions for Nortel Networks. Telrad was focused on 4G technology. Telrad is now a fierce competitor in the development of 5G technology (called LTE; Long-Term Evolution).
Telrad since the mid-90s has become a major subcontractor for sensitive US national security activity. Telrad was contracted with in the past to revamp the telephone systems at the White House, and at other high-security US government installations. Telrad was one of three Israel-based companies that EIR has connected to the Mega Group that also included the Israel Comverse Technology based in New York. Then there is the Israel company Amdocs also located right in the middle of America in Chesterfield, Missouri; because Israel always "hides" their operations in America. Amdocs was implicated in leading up to the events of September 11, 2001:

In 2001 Nortel sold its CRM (customer relations management) division to Amdocs for $200 million clearly indicating Amdocs had access to Nortel technology for the CRM division. As we will see below, Zohar Zisapel is the co-founder of the Israel-based firm Radware and is also a director at Amdocs. Both Zohar Zisapel and Avi Noar who is the founder of Amdocs, are now both involved in Israel's cyber intelligence with the Israel firm Cyberint. Nortel was serious about the CRM business and invested $2 billion to buy the leading CRM vendor at the time, Clarify. Two years later it was sold to the Israel firm Amdocs for $200 million. Nortel and the Israel holdings company Koor formed Nortel Networks Israel (NNI) to deliver Nortel Internet services in Israel; Nortel also acquired some of Telrad's markets outside of Israel.
Nortel's Threat Protection System 4.7 as of 2008 just before Nortel's bankruptcy in 2009 is exactly what it means: a threat protection system that had intrusion detection and protection capabilities for software and hardware systems. When Nortel went bankrupt, its assets up until 2016 worth billions were liquidated and sold off to a large number of buyers in the tech industry including to Apple and Microsoft (see Bill Gates: Israeli tech 'changing the world'). Nortel subsequently sold its Layer 4–7 switching application delivery business (Threat Protection System) to the Israeli technology firm Radware for $18 million. Radware also purchased Nortel's Alteon Websystems (originally Alteon Networks). After Nortel declared bankruptcy, on February 22, 2009 Nortel Networks sold the Alteon application switching line to Radware.
The Israel-based Radware's revenue for 2019 came in at $252.1 million while its Alteon Multi-Cloud Solution leads in cybersecurity and application delivery solutions for cloud computing. Although Radware has its headquarters in New Jersey, its branch office is located in Tel Aviv, Israel. Radware is a provider of cybersecurity and application delivery solutions for physical, cloud and software-defined data centers. Those data centers could be private corporations, governments and military data centers. That technology came out of Nortel when Radware purchased Nortel's Layer 4-7 switching technology. Nortel had a "treasure trove" of patents worth an estimated $4.5 billion.
That Israel has a long history of espionage in America how easy would it have been for Israel to get inside Nortel then blame Nortel's collapse on "Chinese military hackers" after Nortel's technology was either bought after bankruptcy or pillaged? Compared to this type of sophisticated internet, hardware and software technology with elaborate security features, and considering all this technology was developed by Nortel and American technology firms, did the Chinese military at that time have the technological capability to hack into these systems? It's as if America has a big sign over it's corporate front door that reads: "Welcome to America, take whatever you want."

Radware's co-founder is Zohar Zisapel who has served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director since the Radware's inception in April, 1997. Everyone is familiar with the business of what is called "ad injecting?" That's when your browser is hijacked and an ad is inserted to profit off. It is a really tricky and dubious business tactic used by the advertising industry and by many companies. Your computer downloads packets of information and you have no idea where it came from with much of it being malware. We're not going to get into the technical details of "ad injecting" but suffice it to say, this dangerous and questionable business is almost all linked to firms in Israel. These firms in Israel also have links to Israel's military and its top signals intelligence agency, the Israeli equivalent of the NSA or GCHQ: Unit 8200, which works out of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).
The second most popular ad injecting company in Israel is Jolly Wallet. Jolly Wallet was created by Radyoos, which was co-founded in 2011 by Zohar Zisapel, who is also CEO of security provider Radware. In a Forbes article explaining how ad injection works and who is largely responsible, the article describes "how Zisapel doesn't talk about his connections to the IDF's Unit 8200, though in an article from 2011 Zisapel notes he was part of the division. Zisapel seems to be "using his experience in both offensive and defensive cyber warfare to make a lot of money." When you consider this technology came out of Nortel that Zisapel's company Radware uses, it sort of makes us wonder that the Chinese weren't they only ones as is alleged hacking into network systems prior to its bankruptcy in 2009.
When a 19 year employee at Nortel turned to the RCMP in 2004 when he suspected Nortel was being hacked into, the Nortel employee received no help from the RCMP or from the Canadian intelligence agencies. The largest company in Canada worth $30 billion and as the largest employer in Canada and the RCMP and the Canadian intelligence agencies refuse to look into what was alleged were the Chinese hacking into Nortel's system going all the way up to Nortel's President and Chief Executive Officer Mike S. Zafirovski? The Nortel employee was the senior security systems advisor for Nortel and the RCMP and Canadian intelligence ignored him? It's likely the Nortel employee was ignored because under Canadian PM Harper, trade with China was gearing up and Nortel was operating in China. The final reason given for Nortel's collapse was "Chinese military hackers." The Chinese are going to bite the hand that feeds them? The Chinese viewed Nortel as the "quintessential Canadian institution." Nortel had been supplying China with its DMS-100 Switch (Digital Multiplex System) technology since the 1980s. One would think Nortel would have had a fairly good idea of the hacking capabilities of the Chinese military and to have taken precautions.
Nortel's global reach also had operations in Israel. Two years before Nortel announced its bankruptcy in 2007 Nortel Israel reported "sales remained strong to communications service providers and enterprise providers." Nortel Israel compared to other locations leading up to Nortel's bankruptcy in 2019 reported it was "outpacing its local market." After Nortel went bankrupt all of its Israeli employees were paid in full 100% of the amount of money owed to them. Nortel employees in Canada are probably still negotiating concerning their retirement pensions from Nortel. Their severance payments were frozen and still today we do not know if they were ever paid.
Fortunately, for many employees of Nortel after bankruptcy, they went over to the American high tech firm Ciena with operations in Canada and Israel. If Nortel was deliberately collapsed paving the way for Israeli tech firms and China's Huawei, then somebody sure planned the operation right down to the smallest detail. When Nortel went bankrupt there was no loss to the city of Ottawa because government jobs increased greater than the number of employees who lost their jobs. How's that for a good socialist state of Canada? Lose a massive $30 billion major global leader in communications technology and replace it with government jobs. China's Huawei became the leader in low-cost telecom gear across the board in less than 10 years. Nortel's CEO at the time of Nortel's bankruptcy was Mike Zafirovski. Looking at his background he is currently an executive advisor to Blackstone private equity firm (revenue of $1.4 billion in 2017) and also member of the board of directors of three Blackstone portfolio companies. Blackstone Group's CEO is Stephen A. Schwarzman, a Jewish-American oligarch who has close ties to President Trump as a "personal friend" and as a personal advisor. Schwarzman donates to Israel including $10 million for Israel's National Library. Schwarzman is considered to be one of the top fifty most wealthy Jews in the world. Interesting that when Israel was caught spying around the White House last year in 2019 the Trump administration had no response. And so the spying, espionage and pillaging of America continues on unabated just like it has for the past 70 years.

At one point in Nortel's collapse, Huawei founder Ren Zhengfei contacted Mike Zafirovski telling him Huawei wanted to take over Nortel. Zafirovski refused telling Zhengfei that "he wanted to be the controlling shareholder of Huawei." Joking or not this demonstrates the high level connection between Huawei and Nortel in 2009. At the time according to Zafirovski, Nortel wanted to take a controlling interest in Huawei. The offer was refused on both sides with Nortel claiming Chinese hackers got inside Nortel. Chinese hackers or Israeli hackers? Interestingly enough, several scientists from Nortel went to Huawei at the Nortel facility in Ottawa, Canada. If these former Nortel scientists went to work for Huawei how could that be "intellectual property theft" as claimed? It isn't likely Zhengfie "founded" Huawei, rather the Chinese government and military started up Huawei. Huawei also tried to sell itself to Motorola for $7.5 billion where Zafirovski was at.

Zafirovski currently serves on the board of directors of Boeing and Stericycle. That is an extremely well connected executive to say the very least considering he was CEO of Nortel when it went through its bankruptcy. Blackstone pulled out of talks to buy a 40 percent share of the Israeli tech firm NSO Group. NSO Group is known for its Pegasus spyware enabling the remote surveillance of smartphones. Last year October, 2019 the Facebook-owned WhatsApp messaging service filed a lawsuit in the US against the Israel-based NSO Group for spying.

NSO Group was accused of using the hugely popular WhatsApp instant messaging platform to conduct cyber espionage on nearly 1,400 journalists, diplomats, dissidents and human right activists worldwide. Senior government officials and military leaders of 20 countries allied with the US were targeted. The intent obviously was to collect intelligence data (using its spyware suite known as Pegasus) on those who were targeted for their views and opinions on Israel. If your country or intelligence agency wants to hack smart phones then NSO Group is the go to firm to contact.
This is the same Israel-based firm Blackstone Group's CEO Stephen A. Schwarzman and probably Nortel's ex-CEO Mike Zafirovski were ready to buy a forty percent stake in. The spyware known as Pegasus created by NSO Group used to spy on targets were more than likely on Apple smart phones which run on Apple's iOS. Apple planned back in 2018 to use its own manufactured chips in their Mac computers by 2020 instead of Intel. Why would that be? Mike Zafirovski is an interesting guy. Zafirovski first off was not born in American. He was born in Skopje, in the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. A real Ellis Island Award winner. He must have been one hell of a swimmer because he attended Edinboro University of Pennsylvania on a swimming scholarship. Apparently, Zafirovski competed in triathlon competitions. After graduating he went on to General Electric, then Motorola, then to Nortel Networks in 2005 until 2009 when Nortel went bankrupt which he presided over. When he left Nortel, Zafirovski received a $12 million severance package. Imagine what Nortel employees felt when they were left without severance or backpay who had to go onto litigation to settle with Nortel? He was elected to the board of directors of Boeing where he remains today.

When potential students are vetted it is a rather easy process with young, highly impressionable, often eager students to get involved especially when their identities are protected by universities and professors under the cover of "doing work for the government." Zafirovsky gets to Edinboro and he is young, impressionable, good looking and intelligent. Universities are an "ideal place" for foreign intelligence "to find recruits, propose and nurture ideas, learn and even steal research data, or place trainees", according to an FBI report in 2011. How is it possible for a CEO with such alleged "failures" to get placed first with GE? The outed covert CIA Operations Officer, Valerie Plame Wilson, wife of U.S. Ambassador Joseph C. Wilson, gave a talk at Edinboro University in 2011. Plame's identity as a CIA officer was leaked to and subsequently published by Robert Novak of the Washington Post. Robert Novak's parents were Ukrainian Jews. The Washington Post is a notorious Zionist and pro-Israel media source that most do not go to anymore for news with good reason. The US has severely restricted China's giant electronics firm Huawei from operating in the US while in the UK, Huawei will be allowed to enter the country to build the infrastructure for 5G. When Theresa May was still Britain's Prime Minister, she fired Defense Secretary Gavin Williamson following a probe into the "leak of news that Britain had conditionally allowed China's Huawei to develop UK's 5G network" revealing there might have been opposition to allow Huawei into the UK. Huawei is also operating in Israel building solar power infrastructure and Huawei smart phone sales.
Israel-based tech firms have been aggressively attracting China investment in Israeli tech firms and technological development as the trade war between the US and China continues. Can't help but consider for a moment the real purpose of this trade war between the US and China under President Trump while simultaneous benefitting America's "greatest ally in the region" Israel and China? Then we come to the timing of this coronavirus (common cold virus) during this trade war with Phase I that the Chinese have only agreed to as a "cease fire."

The disadvantage to American-based chip manufacturers like Intel and Qualcomm, is that they are shut out of the market to provide chips to Huawei. Intel and Qualcomm are two of the top ten chip manufacturers in the world. Introduction
We're a state agency that is funded by the state, with a core mandate of bringing Israeli companies to Virginia. [1] VIAB Executive Director Dov Hoch addressing a 2019 Jewish Community Relations Council event.Across America, state governments are becoming ever more intensely involved in crafting and passing laws designed to advance the interests of a foreign government. Resolutions affirming Israel's "right to defend itself." Executive orders, resolutions and laws outlawing or condemning the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement. Budget line items for government officials to embark on continual trade development missions to Israel.
Ask any legislator why and you'll likely get an "intrinsic good" explanation. Advancing Israel is a vital U.S. national interest. So, shoveling hundreds of millions more Israel’s way from state coffers is also just the right thing to do.
At the federal level, Israel already receives more U.S. foreign (mostly military) aid, secret intelligence, loan guarantees, favorable taxation and diplomatic support than any foreign country. The explanations for this are similarly broad. "Israel is a vital ally of the United States." First in the Cold War standoff with the Soviet Union. Now in the ongoing "War on Terror," they say.
Yet in reality, federal support for Israel is more convincingly explained as the result of a vast network of coordinated political campaign contributions, propaganda and coercion many Americans now refer to simply as the "Israel lobby." In my 2016 book, "Big Israel: How Israel's Lobby Moves America," I outlined how Zionism swept through establishment Jewish organizations from the late 19th century until support for Israel became the default stance of the "Israel advocacy ecosystem."
With the support of foreign guidance[2] and startup funding, the lead lobbying organization today known as the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) sits atop a $6 billion Israel affinity network that heavily—and as we and others argue, negatively—influences nearly every issue in Congress. AIPAC's influence as a foreign interest lobby was made possible by the defeat of Kennedy administration Department of Justice and Senate Foreign Relations Committee investigations which I detailed my 2008 book "America's Defense Line: The Justice Department's Battle to Register the Israel Lobby as Agents of a Foreign Government." As the book reveals, the world today would be very different if the laws of the land had been faithfully upheld in the 1960s. Instead, despite close ongoing coordination with Israel's government, the Israel advocacy ecosystem is allowed to skirt the Foreign Agents Registration Act.
In Big Israel, I looked at how news reporting and media outlets critical of the pervasive "pro-Israel" stance of government and politicians are shut down by Israel lobby watchdog organizations. I explored how laws designed to protect the U.S. from foreign espionage, lobbying and meddling in elections have largely been transcended by the Israel affinity ecosystem. Politicians in every congressional and presidential race vie to "out-Israel" their rivals since no other option is possible in the current system. Russian and other state actor meddling in America pales in comparison to Israel's.
The dominance of the Israel lobby leads to both catastrophic and merely highly negative outcomes for the United States. The most recent catastrophe is certainly the U.S. invasion of Iraq, which Israel lobbying organizations such as AIPAC lobbied for intensely, while simultaneously denying any role.[3]
But less costly and less visible examples abound. America's worst bilateral trade deal was signed with Israel as I detailed in the 2009 book "Spy Trade: How Israel's Lobby Undermines America's Economy." Even in 2019, by cumulative, inflation adjusted trade deficit, it is still the worst bilateral free trade agreement.[4] Ongoing pressure to maintain U.S. troops the Middle East, and in particular Iraq and Syria. The creation of an entirely new division of the U.S. Department of Treasury—the Office of Terrorism and Financial Intelligence (OTFI)—to promote Israeli interests through U.S. economic warfare which hurt the U.S. and global economy while ignoring Israeli support for arms trafficking, smuggling, corruption, illegal settlement finance and nuclear proliferation.

The largest component in this trade war between China and the US are microprocessors and the GPU (graphic processing units) market with global sales worth an estimated $83.69 billion USD by 2022 with a growing CAGR (compounded annual growth rate) of 2.2%. The 5G revolution in Israel has been established by the American technology firm Qualcomm. Qualcomm is located in California with operations in Israel. Qualcomm is a tech leader in the development of 5G technology which will be the infrastructure used for The Internet of Things (IoT). Qualcomm's co-founder Irwin M. Jacobs, is a huge supporter of Israel and has been buying and investing in Israel-based tech firms.

The two founders of Qualcomm are Irwin M. Jacobs and Andrew Viterbi who are both Jewish. Irwin Jacobs as a co-founder and former chairman of Qualcomm, in 2013 Irwin Jacobs announced a $133 million gift for a project with Cornell University calling the project the "Technion-Cornell Institute". Although it was reported that Technion had won a "competition" allowing it to set up the Technion-Cornell Institute in New York, understanding that the mayor of New York at the time was Michael Bloomberg who is also Jewish, it is unlikely it was anything but competitive. Israel's Technion Institute not only launches its Technion-Cornell Institute in America, but also in Guangdong, China.

5G-driven IoT will make autonomous systems possible, A.I., internet connectivity speed as well as creating 5G markets worth an estimated $13.2 trillion in products and services, create 22.3 million jobs and add $2.1 trillion to global GDP, so we're told. It is worth noting that Russia is developing 5G technology with Huawei "threatening to undermine US tech dominance." Canada is also up to its eyeballs with Huawei after the Canadian government provided millions in funding ($16 million) for Huawei in Canada for 5G rollout.
This is related to the Canadian authorities, acting on a U.S. request, arrested Chinese Huawei tech executive Meng Wanzhou in Vancouver, Canada between flights on December 1, 2019. The arrest of Meng Wanzhou has already according to news reports "rattled U.S.-China, China-Canada and U.S.-Canada relations." What is worth noting is the reason why US authorities requested Canadian law enrichment to arrest Meng Wanzhou:
"According to the Vancouver Star, Meng is alleged to have committed fraud in 2013 by telling HSBC, the multinational banking giant, that her company was not doing business with Iran. In fact, there is evidence that SkyCom, a tech company doing business with Iran, was then a subsidy of Huawei. HSBC would have sought the assurance in order to be in compliance with multiple U.S. laws sanctioning parties that do business with Iran."Since when has HSBC Bank complied with US law with $2.7 trillion in assets? The City of London runs Wall Street. Even though President Trump announced his "war on drugs" by dropping a few payloads of explosives on drug facilities in Afghanistan, HSBC Bank obviously wasn't scrutinized. UK's HSBC Bank is involved in the arrest of Meng Wanzhou when the UK government under Boris Johnson have given the go ahead for Huawei to build 5G infrastructure in Britain? HSBC Bank has invested US$2.3b on new technology infrastructure including A.I. for its global banking network.
HSBC using this technology upgrade is working with China's WeChat app (social media; mobile payment app; multi-purpose messaging) as a communications foundation for customer banking. We see HSBC Holdings plc with investment holdings in China (HSBC headquarters are in Shanghai) with technology centers employing around 8,000 people spending $3.5 billion on this technology infrastructure with 40,000 employees worldwide. HSBC's key consumer market is China. HSBC Bank and the Bank of China are the two largest bank listed stocks on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. In reciprocity, China's Huawei has been approved by the UK government to build 5G technology infrastructure in China. HSBC's investment is in technology and China with HSBC in Israel being the leading international foreign bank in Israel:

The fraud allegation against Huawei's Wanzhou is based on a warrant alleging Meng "knew Huawei was operating a company called SkyCom to do business with Iran." SkyCom has been subject to U.S. sanctions since 1979. If it has why the arrest of Wanzhou now? This could well be true but what if this arrest of Wanzhou had more to do with cooperation between Huawei and Israel tech firms invested in Huawei? Blaming Huawei's business with Iran to cover for Huawei and Israel's investment on "breaking US sanctions's against Iran" with China's largest technology firm looks to be part of what is going on here.
