FLICKER VERTIGO - The Men Who Stare At Goats - OOPS! News Anchor Accidentally Admits Secret Service Banned Use of Camera Flash at Debate to Prevent Clinton Seizures on National TV (VIDEO) - Dr. Bucha's FLICKER VERTIGO Investigation - Hillary Clinton: "The Women Who Stares at Goats" - Photosensitive Epilepsy - Goat Mascot #71 - Baaaaa...baaaaaa....

FLICKER VERTIGO, sometimes called the "Bucha effect", is "an imbalance in brain-cell activity caused by exposure to low-frequency flickering (or flashing) of a relatively bright light." It causes disorientation, vertigo and nausea-inducing effects from a strobe light flashing at 1 Hz to 20 Hz. The 1 Hz to 20 Hz range is approximately the frequency of human brainwaves. The effects are similar to seizures caused by epilepsy (in particular photosensitive epilepsy).

FLICKER VERTIGO can also occur during helicopter flight. The phenomenon of "FLICKER VERTIGO" was first identified by Dr. Bucha (US Army scientist) in the 1950s when he was asked to investigate a series of similar and unexplained helicopter crashes. FLICKER VERTIGO in a helicopter occurs when the pilot or front passenger looks up through the blades of the main rotor as it turns in the sun causing the light to strobe similar to what is viewed in the following video:

The Men Who Stare At Goats by Jon Ronson

The Men Who Stare at Goats (2004) is a book by Jon Ronson concerning the U.S. Army's exploration of New Age concepts and the potential military applications of the paranormal. The title refers to attempts to kill goats by staring at them. The book is companion to a three-part TV series broadcast in Britain on Channel 4—Crazy Rulers of the World (2004)—the first episode of which is also entitled "The Men Who Stare at Goats". The same title was used a third time for a loose feature film adaptation in 2009.

Dr. Bucha was a U.S. Army scientist who, in the 1950s, investigated "tactical uses of helicopter FLICKER VERTIGO". There are claims this was nothing more than an "urban legend" but the helicopter crashes Bucha investigated happened.
