#2805: Serco's Zulu MH Way Points – Clinton's 8(a) Kill List – Conair Flicker Bridge Crash

United States Marine Field McConnell
Plum City Online - (AbelDanger.net
October 13, 2016

1. Abel Danger (AD) believes that Serco used Zulu-timed way points to crash the Boeing 777-200 ER aircraft flown by the late Malaysia Airlines pilots, Captain Wan Amran and Captain Eugene Choo on MH Flight 17 and Captain Zaharie Ahmad Shah and First Officer Fariq Abdul Hamid on MH Flight 370.

2. AD claims that in 1997, Serco 8(a) companies began downloading USIS kill lists from the Office of Personnel Management onto a private server network used to neutralize whistleblowers to trafficking in drugs, weapons and children by the Clinton Foundation.

3. AD claims that Serco – formerly RCA GB 1929 – has been using modified "Conair" planes to relay Zulu signals over the Federal Bridge Certification Authority to put pilots into a flicker-vertigo trance before an imputed kill-list crash.

4. United States Marine Field McConnell has briefed Donald Trump on how to test Hillary Clinton's resistance to remotely-induced flicker vertigo by putting her through the same battery of tests which checked McConnell's suitability to become a fighter pilot in February, 1972, when he was a Student Naval Aviator at NAS Pensacola, Florida before he became the airline captain who solved the 'flying events of 9/11' that killed his Annapolis Classmate Captain Francis 'Chic' Burlingame aboard American 77, before he was called to Malaysia to explain the electronic capture of MH370 at BITOD intersection at the confluence of Vietnamese, Malaysian and Singapore Airspace and before he predicted accurately the date of the destruction of MH17.

"Digital Fires Instructor Serco - Camp Pendleton, CA Uses information derived from all military disciplines (e.g., aviation, ground combat, command and control, combat service support, intelligence, and opposing forces) to determine changes in enemy capabilities, vulnerabilities, and probable courses of action."

"Digital display device US 4788539 A ABSTRACT A digital device for visually displaying the value of a generally continuously varying function, such as car speed. The device displays subranges of a full scale, putting them individually in a viewing area. The displayed subranges in the viewing area will be replaced as required to permit representation of the input function over the full scale. The device allows selection of a new subrange with the property that the input function value initially will be at an interior position in the new subrange, thereby preventing repeated rapid switching between subranges. The subrange display can be defined using scale markers in just a few fixed positions in the viewing area. … The flickering can be a distracting visual flashing. For example, five of seven segments are changing in a transition between a "1" and a "2" digit, and several digits may be changing simultaneously. This can be dangerous, as in the case of driving an automobile. An appropriate rate of flashing may even induce "flicker vertigo" in some people, and this can produce a trance-like state."

"Flight 370 was operated with a Boeing 777-2H6ER,[b] serial number 28420, registration 9M-MRO. It was the 404th Boeing 777 produced,[7] first flown on 14 May 2002, and was delivered new to Malaysia Airlines on 31 May 2002. The aircraft was powered by two Rolls-Royce Trent 892 engines[7] and configured to carry 282 passengers.[8] It had accumulated 53,471.6 hours and 7,526 cycles in service[9]:22 and had not previously been involved in any major incidents,[10] though a minor incident while taxiing at Shanghai Pudong International Airport in August 2012 resulted in a broken wing tip.[11][12] Its last maintenance "A check" was carried out on 23 February 2014.[13] The aircraft was in compliance with all applicable Airworthiness Directives for the airframe and engines.[9]:27 A replenishment of the crew oxygen system was performed on 7 March 2014, a routine maintenance task; an examination of this procedure found nothing unusual.[9]:27

The Boeing 777 was introduced in 1994 and is generally regarded as having an excellent safety record.[14][15] Since its first commercial flight in June 1995, there have been only four other serious incidents involving hull-loss: British Airways Flight 38 in 2008; a cockpit fire in a parked EgyptAir Flight 667 at Cairo International Airport in 2011;[16][17] the crash of Asiana Airlines Flight 214 in 2013, in which three people died; and Malaysia Airlines Flight 17, which was shot down over Ukraine with 298 people aboard in July 2014.[18][19]

Malaysia Airlines released the names and nationalities of the 227 passengers and 12 crew members, based on the flight manifest, later modified to include two Iranian passengers travelling on stolen passports.[20] Crew[edit]

All 12 crew members were Malaysian citizens. Two pilots were among the crew:[24] The pilot in command was 53-year-old Captain Zaharie Ahmad Shah from Penang. He joined Malaysia Airlines as a cadet pilot in 1981 and, after training and receiving his commercial pilot's licence, became a Second Officer with the airline in 1983. Zaharie was promoted to Captain of the Boeing 737-400 in 1991, Captain of Airbus A330-300 in 1996, and to Captain of Boeing 777-200 in 1998. He had been a Type Rating Instructor and Type Rating Examiner since 2007 and had 18,365 hours of flying experience.[9]:13[24][25]

The co-pilot was 27-year-old First Officer Fariq Abdul Hamid. He joined Malaysia Airlines as a cadet pilot in 2007 and became a Second Officer on Boeing 737-400 aircraft. He was promoted to First Officer of Boeing 737-400 aircraft in 2010 and later transitioned to Airbus A330-300 aircraft in 2012. In November 2013, he began training as First Officer on Boeing 777-200 aircraft. Flight 370 was his final training flight and he was scheduled to be examined on his next flight. Fariq had 2,763 hours of flying experience.[9]:14[26][27] Passengers[edit]

Of the 227 passengers, 152 were Chinese citizens, including a group of 19 artists with six family members and four staff returning from a calligraphy exhibition of their work in Kuala Lumpur; 38 passengers were Malaysian. The remaining passengers were from 13[citation needed]different countries.[28] Twenty passengers—12 of whom were from Malaysia and eight from China—were employees of Freescale Semiconductor.[29][30]

"WND EXCLUSIVE
'CLINTON DEATH LIST': 33 SPINE-TINGLING CASES
Bill and Hillary's 'friends' fall off buildings, crash planes, die in freak accidents Published: 08/21/2016 at 4:33 PM When DNC staffer Seth Rich was gunned down near his affluent neighborhood in Washington, D.C., on July 10, theories exploded in the news media about Rich's possible involvement in the WikiLeaks dump of nearly 20,000 Democratic National Committee emails – some of the messages suggesting that the Democratic Party favored nominee Hillary Clinton over Bernie Sanders from the start.

Now reports reveal Brad Bauman, the man hired by Rich's family to end the “conspiracy theories" surrounding the unsolved murder, is a public relations manager with the Pastorum Group and specializes in "crisis communications” for the Democratic Party.

WikiLeaks broke the news on Twitter, tweeting: "Seth Rich's new 'family spokesman' is Brad Bauman, a professional Democrat crisis PR consultant with the Pastorum Group."

Pastorum Group was founded by Joseph Cohen, according to a press release posted on Twitter. It describes Cohen as "a campaign veteran who has previously worked at SEIU, the Democratic National Committee, and Obama for America." Also, the release says Bauman is a former executive director of the Congressional Progressive Caucus.

Like the reporting you see here? Sign up for free news alerts from WND.com, America's independent news network. Rich's father, Joel Rich, has begged his son’s killer to come forward. Bauman released the following statement to the International Business Times on behalf of the Rich Family:

"The family welcomes any and all information that could lead to the identification of the individuals responsible, and certainly welcomes contributions that could lead to new avenues of investigation. That said, some are attempting to politicize this horrible tragedy, and in their attempts to do so, are actually causing more harm than good and impeding on the ability for law enforcement to properly do their job. For the sake of finding Seth's killer, and for the sake of giving the family the space they need at this terrible time, they are asking for the public to refrain from pushing unproven and harmful theories about Seth's murder."

As WND reported, WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange appeared to suggest in a television interview that Rich, 27, was the source of the WikiLeaks-exposed DNC emails. WikiLeaks has offered a $20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Rich's killer. The Metropolitan Police Department is offering a $25,000 reward. (See "Seth Rich" entry below.)

Joel Rich revealed to the London Daily Mail Tuesday that Seth, a DNC director of voter expansion, had been selected to work on Clinton's presidential campaign only four days before his murder.

"He'd worked on Senate and House campaigns, but he'd always wanted to work on a presidential campaign," the father said. "He had just found out they wanted him, and he was probably going to be moving up to Brooklyn through the election. He was really excited about that."

Rich's murder has sparked speculation that the young DNC staffer could be one of the latest deaths in a long string of mysterious deaths surrounding Bill and Hillary Clinton spanning more than two decades."

"US settles fraud case with company behind Snowden's background check
by Adi Robertson @thedextriarchy Aug 20, 2015, 12:15p
The Department of Justice has settled a case against the background check company that vetted Edward Snowden and Washington Navy Yard shooter Aaron Alexis. US Investigations Services (USIS), which was accused of circumventing the review process for many of its reports, agreed to forfeit at least $30 million in outstanding payments from the US Office of Personnel Management (OPM). In exchange, the Justice Department will drop a suit it filed in early 2014 under the False Claims Act.

USIS was founded in 1996 as a privatized version of the OPM's background check service, handling large numbers of investigations for federal agencies like the Department of Homeland Security. But a former employee claimed that starting in 2008, it had used software to submit checks without going through a required quality review, a process it allegedly called "dumping" or "flushing."

USIS' GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS WERE DROPPED LAST YEAR
The Justice Department filed formal charges against USIS in early 2014, saying that the company had submitted 665,000 unreviewed background checks — or roughly 40 percent of its submissions between 2008 and 2012. The case didn't specifically accuse USIS of improperly handling Snowden's or Alexis' background checks, although it raised questions about the overall quality of the reviews.

At the time, USIS said that the allegations "relate to a small group of individuals over a specific period of time and are inconsistent with the strong service record we have earned." But the OPM dropped its contracts with USIS in late 2014, shortly after the company was targeted by a large-scale hack. Its parent company Altegrity filed for bankruptcy in February."

"Serco chief quits before investigation into electronic tagging charges
Chris Hyman says he is leaving the services company because it is the best way to mend relationship with UK government
Jill Treanor and Rajeev Syal Friday 25 October 2013 19.20 BSTLast modified on Tuesday 19 July 201616.43 BST
The boss of government outsourcing group Serco quit to allow a new boss to be appointed from outside the troubled company.

Serco is scrambling to restore its reputation following a series of debacles ranging from failing to provide enough doctors in Cornwall to charging the government for electronic tags on dead prisoners.

Chris Hyman, left with immediate effect on Friday after 20 years with the operator of hospitals, prisons and railways. He said he would "step back" from his chief executive role, held for 11 years, to allow relations with the government to be rebuilt."

"Opened in 1994 as the successor to the Transitional Immigrant Visa Processing Center in Rosslyn, Va., the NVC centralizes all immigrant visa pre-processing and appointment scheduling for overseas posts. The NVC collects paperwork and fees before forwarding a case, ready for adjudication, to the responsible post.

The center also handles immigrant and fiancé visa petitions, and while it does not adjudicate visa applications, it provides technical assistance and support to visa-adjudicating consular officials overseas.

Only two Foreign Service officers, the director and deputy director, work at the center, along with just five Civil Service employees. They work with almost 500 contract employees doing preprocessing of visas, making the center one of the largest employers in the Portsmouth area.

The contractor, Serco, Inc., has worked with the NVC since its inception and with the Department for almost 18 years.

The NVC houses more than 2.6 million immigrant visa files, receives almost two million pieces of mail per year and received more than half a million petitions from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) in 2011. Its file rooms' high-density shelves are stacked floor-to-ceiling with files, each a collection of someone’s hopes and dreams and each requiring proper handling. ….

The NVC also preprocesses the chief of mission (COM) application required for the filing of a petition for a Special Immigrant Visa (SIV). Such visas, for foreign nationals who have performed services for the U.S. government in Iraq and Afghanistan, require COM concurrence before the applicant can file a petition with USCIS. The NVC collects the requisite documents from such applicants and, when complete, forwards the package to the U.S. embassies in Baghdad or Kabul for COM approval"

"Serco farewell to NPL after 19 years of innovation 8 January 2015 Serco said goodbye to the National Physical Laboratory (NPL) at the end of December 2014 after 19 years of extraordinary innovation and science that has seen the establishment build a world-leading reputation and deliver billions of pounds of benefit for the UK economy. During that period under Serco's management and leadership, NPL has delivered an extraordinary variety and breadth of accomplishments for the UK's economy and industry. Some of the key achievements during that time have been:… It has been estimated that work carried out by the Centre of Carbon Measurement at NPL will save eight million tonnes of carbon emissions reductions (2% of UK footprint) and over half a billion pounds in economic benefit over the next decade…. NPL's caesium fountain atomic clock is accurate to 1 second in 158 million years and NPL is playing a key role in introducing rigour to high frequency trading [for Serco's front running banks] in the City through NPL [Zulu] Time."

"UK Cabinet Office – Emergency Planning College – Serco …..Types of Exercise Workshop Exercises These are structured discussion events where participants can explore issues in a less pressurised environment. They are an ideal way of developing solutions, procedures and plans rather than the focus being on decision making. Table Top Exercises These involve a realistic scenario and will follow a time line, either in real-time or with time jumps to concentrate on the more important areas. The participants would be expected to be familiar with the plans and procedures that are being used although the exercise tempo and complexity can be adjusted to suit the current state of training and readiness. Simulation and media play can be used to support the exercise. Table-top exercises help develop teamwork and allow participants to gain a better understanding of their roles and that of other agencies and organisations. Command/Control Post Exercises These are designed primarily to exercise the senior leadership and support staff in collective planning and decision making within a strategic grouping.

Ideally such exercises would be run from the real command and control locations and using their communications and information systems [Feeling lucky, Punk?]. This could include a mix of locations and varying levels of technical simulation support. The Gold Standard system is flexible to allow the tempo and intensity to be adjusted to ensure maximum training benefit, or to fully test and evaluate the most important aspects of a plan. Such exercises also test information flow, communications, equipment, procedures, decision making and coordination. Live Exercises These can range from testing individual components of a system or organisation through to a full-scale rehearsal. They are particularly useful where there are regulatory requirements or with high-risk situations. They are more complex and costly to organise and deliver but can be integrated with Command Post Exercises as part of a wider exercising package."
