1. Abel Danger (AD) claims that Serco is using the Offenders Tag Association to place pedophile entrapment experts in or near the UK Cabinet Office and extort or blackmail its leaders into supporting a supranational government of world bankers and feminist elites.

2. AD claims that Serco has equipped the Clinton Foundation and the Marriott hotel chain with 8(a) death-bet servers so elite – frequently pedophile – guests can join snuff-film crews as crisis actors and track tagged patsies through crimes scenes to time victim deaths.

3. AD claims Serco used Hotel Clinton servers and EU Situation Center networks to transmit Zulu money shots of a tagged offender cutting a priest's throat in the Église St Étienne in the northern town of Saint-Etienne-du-Rouvray on Tuesday July 26 2016.

4. United States Marine Field McConnell offers to show Donald Trump how to shut down the Hotel Clinton death-betting server network and indict the pedophile-entrapment experts which Serco has so skillfully embedded in UK Cabinet Office and its White House counterpart (http://www.abeldanger.net/2010/01/field-mcconnell-bio.html).

WORLD ABDEL MALIK PETITJEAN: WHAT WE KNOW ABOUT SECOND ISIS-INSPIRED PRIEST ATTACKER
BY JACK MOORE ON 7/28/16 AT 8:22 AM
As Father Jacques Hamel led a small gathering for mass on Tuesday, Abdel Malik Petitjean stormed the Église St Étienne in the northern town of Saint-Etienne-du-Rouvray alongside accomplice Adel Kermiche, holding five people hostage before forcing the church’s priest to kneel before them. The pair were armed with knives, as well as fake weapons.
One of the pair, it is still unclear who, proceeded to slit Hamel’s throat and kill him in his place of worship, filming the incident, according to authorities. The attack also left an elderly worshipper in critical condition. Both attackers had pledged allegiance to the Islamic State militant group (ISIS), stating their motives during the attack and in a video recorded beforehand that was posted by the ISIS Amaq news agency, which called the pair its “soldiers.”
Kermiche, a 19-year-old who grew up on an estate in the town, had attempted to enter Syria twice in 2015. Authorities released him from prison in March and he was under surveillance, forced to wear an electronic tag and on probation at the time of the attack. His radicalization was so severe that his family had alerted authorities so as to prevent him attempting to reach Syria."
[UK] Government still paying G4S and Serco millions for tagging despite ban

The Ministry of Justice is still paying security firms G4S and Serco millions of pounds every month for supplying electronic tagging equipment, more than a year after both companies were barred from running the contract.
Both companies faced criminal investigations by the Serious Fraud Office over allegations of overcharging that led to them repaying nearly £180m.”
A dossier on paedophiles allegedly associated with the British government was assembled by the British Member of ParliamentGeoffrey Dickens, who handed it to the then Home Secretary,Leon Brittan, in 1984. The whereabouts of the dossier is unknown, along with other files on organised child abuse that had been held by the Home Office.[1]
In 2013, the Home Office stated that all relevant information had been passed to the police, and that Dickens' dossier had not been retained. It was later disclosed that 114 documents concerning child abuse allegations were missing. In July 2014, the Labour Party called for a new inquiry into the way that the allegations had been handled, and Prime Minister David Cameron ordered the permanent secretary of the Home Office, Mark Sedwill, to investigate the circumstances of the lost dossier.
On 7 July 2014, the Home SecretaryTheresa May, announced a review into the handling of historic child abuse allegations, to be led by Peter Wanless, chief executive of the NSPCC, and the establishment of a public panel inquiry into the duty of care taken in the protection of children from paedophiles by British public institutions, led by an independent panel of experts and chaired byBaroness Butler-Sloss. Butler-Sloss later stood down as chair of the inquiry.[2] On 5 September 2014, it was announced that it would instead be chaired by Fiona Woolf[3] but on 31 October 2014 she, too, resigned from the role.[4] On 4 February 2015 it was announced that the inquiry would be chaired by Justice Lowell Goddard, a New Zealand High Court judge. The existing panel would be disbanded, and the inquiry would be given new powers.[5]
FBI: ‘Hostile Actors’ Likely Hacked Clinton Email Secrets
Comey recommends not prosecuting presumed Democratic nominee
BY: Bill Gertz
July 6, 2016 5:00 am
An extensive FBI investigation found evidence that foreign government hackers accessed private emails sent by former secretary of state Hillary Clinton but no direct evidence spies hacked into the several unsecure servers she used.
FBI Director James Comey revealed Tuesday the 11-month probe into Clinton’s private email servers uncovered negligent handling of very sensitive classified information that was placed on several unsecure servers between 2009 and 2013, when Clinton served as secretary of state.
In an unusual public announcement, Comey outlined findings that included discovery of highly classified information sent and received on Clinton’s private email servers, and signs that “hostile actors” gained access to email accounts of people who were sharing emails with Clinton.”
The fact is, Bill Clinton stole 9 billion dollars from Haiti Hurricane relief funds and built luxury hotels and facilities for his rich cronies. He has turned Haiti into his own private slave plantation, paying Haitians. 35 cents an hour to work in sweat shops making exportable products to enrich Bill and his cronies. Hillary's brother is running the Haitians GOLD MINE, where he rakes off the profits that should be used to elevate Haitians out of poverty. Of course Bill and his pedophile and child molester friends just love these young Haitians, who will perform for more money.”
“Emails: Clinton Foundation Donor Lobbied State Department for Haiti Hotels
Foundation donor emailed State Department Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills
BY: Alana Goodman
October 19, 2015 5:00 am
A donor to the Clinton Foundation reached out to Hillary Clinton’s office to promote a Haiti hotel project that later received support from the U.S. government and Bill Clinton, according to emails released by the Department of State.
Richard L. Friedman, a Boston hotel developer emailed Cheryl Mills, Clinton’s chief of staff, to tout the project on May 17, 2011.
“We had a good meeting with Jean-Louis, Marriott executives, [the Overseas Private Investment Corporation], etc regarding building hotels in Haiti—I am pursuing this vigorously and hope to be able to develop 2 to 3 hotels with Marriott as manager,” wrote Friedman. “I am talking with Commerce and Export/Import Bank today.”
Friedman said he recently had a discussion with Hillary Clinton at the White House and asked Mills to forward her a note for him. It is unclear what he and Clinton discussed, and portions of his email have been redacted by the State Department due to “personal private interests.” The note he asked Mills to send to Clinton is also redacted.
“I will keep you informed about our progress in Haiti—we are going to need all the help we can get,” Friedman wrote Mills.
Mills forwarded Friedman’s full email to Clinton and her scheduler, Lona Valmoro, on June 7 with the note “See highlight—resending.” The copy released by the State Department does not indicate which portion of the email Mills highlighted.
Friedman contributed between $1,000 and $5,000 to the Clinton Foundation and gave $2,300 to Clinton’s presidential campaign in 2008, records show.
He is not the only Clinton donor associated with Marriott’s efforts in Haiti. The company Digicel Group teamed up with Marriott International in 2011 in Port-au-Prince to build a luxury hotel, which opened earlier this year.
Digicel has contributed between $25,000 and $50,000 to the Clinton Foundation, and its owner, the Irish billionaire Denis O’Brien, has donated between $5 million and $10 million. Unigestion Holdings, a subsidiary of Digicel that was reportedly tasked with managing the hotel project, gave between $10,000 and $25,000.
Marriott International is also a hefty donor to the Clinton Foundation, contributing between $50,000 and $100,000.
According to a Marriott press release on Nov. 28, 2011, the Clinton Foundation helped arrange the partnership between the hotel group and Digicel.
The Port-au-Prince hotel project continued to work closely with the Clinton Foundation during the construction process. The foundation said on its website that it was “pleased to help facilitate the groundbreaking of the new $45 million dollar Marriott/Digicel hotel,” which opened last March.
Bill Clinton attended the hotel’s opening, where he thanked Marriott for “giving all of you the chance to show the real Haiti to the world that will come to this hotel.”
Marriott has received support for its hotel projects from the U.S. government and affiliated international donor groups. In 2012, the Overseas Private Investment Corporation, a U.S. government entity whose budget is linked to the State Department, pledged to provide long-term loans of up to $200 million to help finance Marriott International “environmentally-sustainable” hotel construction in “emerging markets” in the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
The International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group whose U.S. funding is also linked to the State Department appropriations, provided $26.5 million in financing to help construct the Port-au-Prince Marriott in 2013.
The luxury accommodations are Haiti’s “first internationally branded hotel,” according to the Clinton Foundation website.
Marriott announced earlier this month that it plans to open 60 additional hotels in the Caribbean and Latin America by 2018.
Watchdogs said the lack of transparency in this matter is unacceptable.
“Wherever government money or support tied to the State Department is directed to a project in Haiti involving a major donor to the Clinton Foundation, the public is entitled to full transparency,” said Ken Boehm, chairman of the National Legal and Policy Center, a government watchdog group.

Paedophile dossier[edit]
In 1984, in his capacity as Home Secretary, Brittan was handed a 40-page dossier by Geoffrey Dickens MP that detailed alleged paedophile activity in the 1980s at Westminster.[27] The whereabouts of the dossier is currently unknown, along with other files on organised child abuse previously held by the Home Office.[27] Brittan denied any knowledge of the matter in an e-mail to a Channel 4 Newsreporter in 2013,[28] and later replied that he had no recollection of it to a query from The Independent newspaper.[29] Brittan later declared in 2014 that Dickens had met him at the Home Office and that he had written to Dickens on 20 March 1984, explaining what had been done in relation to the files.[28]
An initial review by Home Office civil servant Mark Sedwill in 2013 found that copies of Dickens's material had "not been retained" but that Brittan had acted appropriately in dealing with the allegations. In November 2014, a review by Peter Wanless followed. Wanless said it was impossible to say whether files were removed to cover up abuse.[30] The chairman of the Home Affairs Select Committee Keith Vaz said that files had been lost "on an industrial scale".[31]
Mark Sedwill found that 114 files "potentially relevant" to child abuse were known to have been lost or destroyed by the Home Office and at least four specific allegations relating to child abuse were not passed to police for up to 35 years.[32]

SBA modernizes to help feed its growing programs [Field McConnell's sister Kristine Marcy introduced the 8(a) electronic accelerated loan guarantee program at SBA to ensure funding for the Serco protégés' participating in the 9/11 carbon cap] BY PATRICIA DAUKANTAS | GCN STAFF Under a five-year plan for overhauling its information technology systems, the Small Business Administration recently acquired new software for financial and other administrative tasks.

By the time SBA celebrates its 50th anniversary in 2003, agency officials want all their programs up and running around the clock, chief financial officer Joseph Loddo said.

In the first phase of the modernization, the agency has upgraded systems for managing its extensive portfolio of guaranteed loans, chief operating officer Kristine Marcy said.

SBA processed its first electronic loan last November through its Sacramento, Calif., office and plans to add more private lenders during fiscal 2001.

The agency's staffing level has dropped 22 percent over the past eight years, which is another reason to improve IT, Marcy said. Over the past decade, SBA's portfolio of loans to small and disadvantaged businesses has more than doubled to $50 billion.

'We're a small agency with a huge portfolio,' Marcy said. SBA supplies more than half of the U.S. venture capital available each year.

Seventy percent to 80 percent of the loans are booked through a preferred lender program [structured by Serco], which involves nearly 7,000 banks, Marcy said. SBA guarantees the loans, just as the government backs student and housing loans.

'The financial and IT businesses were changing so rapidly, we had to make some changes to stay current with the private sector,' Marcy said. Banks had been asking SBA to make faster decisions on loan guarantees. The agency decided to aim for a turnaround time of one hour."
“Support Services for Starwood Hotels Group Starwood Hotels Group, owner of some of the world’s most prestigious hotels, has appointed Serco as preferred bidder for a £7m contract to provide a range of support services to the Sheraton Grand in Edinburgh, the Westin in Dublin and the 5 star [Trump] Turnberry resort on Scotland’s west coast. The contract, which has a 5 year term, is an extension to services already provided to other hotels in the Starwood Group and includes buildings maintenance and security, engineering support and help desk services”

I have heard rumors about this website, but I still cannot quite believe that it exists. I am looking at what I think is a hit list.
There are photographs of people I recognize—prominent politicians, mostly—and, next to each, an amount of money. The site’s creator, who uses the pseudonym Kuwabatake Sanjuro, thinks that if you could pay to have someone murdered with no chance—I mean absolutely zero chance—of being caught, you would.
That’s one of the reasons why he has created the Assassination Market.
There are four simple instructions listed on its front page:
Add a name to the list
Add money to the pot in the person’s name
Predict when that person will die
Correct predictions get the pot
The Assassination Market can’t be found with a Google search. It sits on a hidden, encrypted part of the internet that, until recently, could only be accessed with a browser called The Onion Router, or Tor. Tor began life as a U.S. Naval Research Laboratory project, but today exists as a not-for-profit organization, partly funded by the U.S. government and various civil liberties groups, allowing millions of people around the world to browse the internet anonymously and securely.
To put it simply, Tor works by repeatedly encrypting computer activity and routing it via several network nodes, or “onion routers,” in so doing concealing the origin, destination, and content of the activity. Users of Tor are untraceable, as are the websites, forums, and blogs that exist as Tor Hidden Services, which use the same traffic encryption system to cloak their location.
The Assassination Market may be hosted on an unfamiliar part of the net, but it’s easy enough to find, if you know how to look. All that’s required is simple (and free) Tor software. Then sign up, follow the instructions, and wait. It is impossible to know the number of people who are doing exactly that, but at the time of writing, if I correctly predict the date of the death of Ben Bernanke, the former chairman of the Federal Reserve, I’d receive approximately $56,000. It may seem like a fairly pointless bet. It’s very difficult to guess when someone is going to die. That’s why the Assassination Market has a fifth instruction:
Making your prediction come true is entirely optional."
"Serco do a bunch more that didn't even make our story: As well as thanking God for his success, CEO Chris Hyman is a Pentecostal Christian who has released a gospel album in America and fasts every TuesdayAmazingly, he was also in the World Trade Centre on 9/11, on the 47th floor addressing [Serco] shareholders. Serco run navy patrol boats for the ADF, as well as search and salvage operations through their partnership with P&O which form Defence Maritime Services. Serco run two Australian jails already, Acacia in WA and Borallon in Queensland. They’re one of the biggest companies In the UK for running electronic tagging of offenders under house arrest or parole."
“UK Cabinet Office – Emergency Planning College – Serco …..Types of Exercise Workshop Exercises These are structured discussion events where participants can explore issues in a less pressurised environment. They are an ideal way of developing solutions, procedures and plans rather than the focus being on decision making. Table Top Exercises These involve a realistic scenario and will follow a time line, either in real-time or with time jumps to concentrate on the more important areas. The participants would be expected to be familiar with the plans and procedures that are being used although the exercise tempo and complexity can be adjusted to suit the current state of training and readiness. Simulation and media play can be used to support the exercise. Table-top exercises help develop teamwork and allow participants to gain a better understanding of their roles and that of other agencies and organisations. Command/Control Post Exercises These are designed primarily to exercise the senior leadership and support staff in collective planning and decision making within a strategic grouping. Ideally such exercises would be run from the real command and control locations and using their communications and information systems [Feeling lucky, Punk?]. This could include a mix of locations and varying levels of technical simulation support. The Gold Standard system is flexible to allow the tempo and intensity to be adjusted to ensure maximum training benefit, or to fully test and evaluate the most important aspects of a plan. Such exercises also test information flow, communications, equipment, procedures, decision making and coordination. Live Exercises These can range from testing individual components of a system or organisation through to a full-scale rehearsal. They are particularly useful where there are regulatory requirements or with high-risk situations. They are more complex and costly to organise and deliver but can be integrated with Command Post Exercises as part of a wider exercising package.”
"Serco farewell to NPL after 19 years of innovation  8 January 2015  Serco said goodbye to the National Physical Laboratory (NPL) at the end of December 2014 after 19 years of extraordinary innovation and science that has seen the establishment build a world-leading reputation and deliver billions of pounds of benefit for the UK economy. During that period under Serco's management and leadership, NPL has delivered an extraordinary variety and breadth of accomplishments for the UK's economy and industry. Some of the key achievements during that time have been:… It has been estimated that work carried out by the Centre of Carbon Measurement at NPL will save eight million tonnes of carbon emissions reductions (2% of UK footprint) and over half a billion pounds in economic benefit over the next decade….  NPL's caesium fountain atomic clock is accurate to 1 second in 158 million years and NPL is playing a key role in introducing rigour to high frequency trading [for Serco’s front running banks] in the City through NPL [Zulu] Time."

“[White’s Club member] Rupert Christopher Soames OBE (born 18 May 1959) is a British businessman, CEO of the outsourcing [and long range death-betting bookmaker] company Serco.[1]  Soames was born in CroydonSurrey, to Lord and Lady Soames. He is a grandson of Sir Winston Churchill, a nephew of the former Defence Secretary Duncan Sandys and Diana Churchill; the journalist Randolph Churchill and the actress and dancer Sarah Churchill and a great-nephew of the founders of the Scout movementRobert Baden-Powell and Olave Baden-Powell. His brother is the Conservative MP Sir Nicholas Soames.
Education[edit]
Soames was educated at St. Aubyns Preparatory School in RottingdeanEast Sussex and Eton College,[2] and then Worcester College at the University of Oxford,[3] during which time he worked as a DJ at the London nightclub Annabel's, as well as being elected to the Presidency of the Oxford Union.[3]
Career[edit]
Upon graduation, he was offered a position at General Electric Company (GEC) by the managing director Arnold Weinstock. He remained at GEC for 15 years, working in the company's avionics and computing divisions, and became managing director of Avery Berkel, running the company's UK, India, Asia and Africa operations.[4]
After leaving GEC in 1997, Soames joined the software company Misys as chief executive of its Midas-Kapiti division. He was promoted to chief executive of the Banking and Securities Division in June 2000.[5]
Soames left Misys after a disagreement with Misys founder Kevin Lomax on the company's direction, and was appointed chief executive of power hire group Aggreko in June 2003,[6] replacing Philip Harrower who died when his car collided with a train in the United States.[7]
Soames was appointed Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in the 2010 New Year Honours.[8]
In November 2010 Rupert Soames gave a speech to Holyrood in which he warned, "In the UK, we are already close to the rocks, because, over the next 8 years a third of our coal-fired capacity, two-thirds of our oil-fired capacity, and nearly three-quarters of our nuclear capacity will be closed down either through age or the impact of the European Large Combustion Plant Directive. Absent a massive and immediate programme of building new power stations, with concrete being poured in the next two years, we will be in serious danger of the lights going out."
