1. Abel Danger (AD) asserts that Ben Carson's resilience trainer Maj. Gen. Robert Dees (U.S. Army-Retired) – the former vice director for operational plans and interoperability for the Department of Defense – failed to protect U.S. government communications from continuity-of-government hackers in 2001.

2. AD asserts that Serco shareholders led by the UK Cabinet Office and Goldman Sachs, established a remote death-pool betting floor in WTC#1 and equipped 8(a) hackers with the Navy Onion Router (Tor) to synchronize 9/11 news injects and media plays and so create a perception of a foreign rather than a domestic enemy.

3. AD asserts that Luddite union leaders' donating to Bernie "Climate Change Causes Terrorism" Sanders, used Tor to hack Dees' interoperability networks on 9/11 and synchronize bomb, anthrax and drone attacks on prospective climate deniers.

4. AD asserts that the WTC elevator bombs were placed by past or present members of The International Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE); Al-Qaeda drones were built by The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) and guided by former members of the Professional Air Traffic Controllers Organization or PATCO, and the anthrax letters were delivered to the media and two senators by The National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC).

United States Marine Field McConnell (http://www.abeldanger.net/2010/01/field-mcconnell-bio.html) offers to show Dr. Carson's military advisers how to win resilient wars with Serco's death-pool shareholders and 8(a) Tor operators and Bernie Sanders' Luddite union leaders.

"Serco do a bunch more that didn't even make our story: As well as thanking God for his success, CEO Chris Hyman is a Pentecostal Christian who has released a gospel album in America and fasts every Tuesday. Amazingly, he was also in the World Trade Centre on 9/11, on the 47th floor addressing [death pool] shareholders. Serco run navy patrol boats for the ADF, as well as search and salvage operations through their partnership with P&O which form Defence Maritime Services. Serco run two Australian jails already, Acacia in WA and Borallon in Queensland. They're one of the biggest companies In the UK for running electronic tagging of offenders under house arrest or parole."

Lessons of PATCO
August 3, 2001 | Page 10
AUGUST 3 marks the 20th anniversary of one of the toughest battles in organized labor's recent history--the Professional Air Traffic Controllers Organization (PATCO) strike in 1981.

With his busting of the 17-month strike, Republican President Ronald Reagan sent a message to the labor movement that he and his big business backers were in charge. It was Act One in what would be a decade of unprecedented greed for Corporate America at the expense of U.S. workers.

Yet despite their defeat, the 13,000-strong air traffic controllers union demonstrated inspiring militancy, unity and determination--conducting an illegal strike against a popular president with little support from other unions."

"Hillary, the Modern Day Luddite
Dan Horowitz | Jul 17, 2015
Never underestimate the power of an established business model as it attempts to use graft and cronyism to protect decades of profits.
That's my take-away from Hillary Clinton's recent and well-published speech in which she attacked Uber and other disruptive technologies for daring to innovate undermining old business structures that have to change in the face of competition from their upstart rivals. It's called progress and it's the hallmark of the free market-system. It's a by product of the American Dream of entrepreneurism and "being your own boss." Without innovation and progress, we might still be using candles instead of light bulbs, a horse and buggy instead of a car or buying vinyl records instead of streaming digital music online.
Competition and innovation is great for consumers but it can often be devastating to mid-level managers and corporate executives. Holding on to old profit models often requires the assistance of government -- and politicians like Hillary are often more than willing to help.

Secretary Clinton's attack on innovation and the "sharing economy" represented by Uber and Airbnb is a classic example of government trying to stand in the way of change. Business owners, particularly taxi cab companies and their unionized drivers, have been caught flat footed by changes and innovations brought about by Uber and Lyft. Rather than seek deregulation, taxi companies and their allies are investing in politicians - asking government to impose regulations on their competitors. They do so through campaign contributions, fundraisers and union endorsements."

"Mechanics left towers before buildings collapsed
By Dennis Cauchon, USA TODAY
When the World Trade Center was bombed in 1993, Otis Elevator's mechanics led the rescue of 500 people trapped in elevators. Some mechanics were dropped onto the roofs of the twin towers by helicopter. Others, carrying 50-pound oxygen tanks on their backs, climbed through smoke to machine rooms high in the towers. On Sept. 11, the elevator mechanics — many of the same men involved in the rescues in 1993 — left the buildings after the second jet struck, nearly an hour before the first building collapsed.

The 83-person elevator crew worked for ACE Elevator, a small Palisades Park, N.J., company that won the maintenance contract from Otis in 1994.

At the time the elevator mechanics left, dozens of people were trapped in stuck elevators. Other people lost their lives trying to rescue those trapped in elevators, including a mechanic from another company who rushed to the Trade Center from down the street.

The departure of elevator mechanics from a disaster site is unusual. The industry takes pride in rescues. In the Oklahoma City bombing in 1995, elevator mechanics worked closely with the firefighters making rescues.

"Nobody knows the insides of a high-rise like an elevator mechanic. They act as guides for firefighters, in addition to working on elevators," says Robert Caporale, editor of Elevator World, a trade magazine.

In an interview, ACE Elevator President Ron Baamonde says the crewmembers left on their own because they were in danger. He says ACE followed the Trade Center's emergency plan. After a jet hit the north tower, 81 crewmembers reported to the fire command station in the south tower lobby. Two reported by radio.

"We did a head count and were ready to deploy for rescue. The second plane hit. It was chaotic, people screaming and yelling," Baamonde says. "You couldn't get out the front door because debris was falling. There was a mass exodus through the underground of the complex."

The elevator crew joined the underground exodus. The south tower fell about 56 minutes later.

During that time, firefighters and Port Authority workers struggled to free the trapped passengers.
The World Trade Center had 99 elevators in each tower. David Bobbitt, a Port Authority maintenance supervisor, made contact by intercom with about 75 elevators in the north tower. He says 10 elevators were stuck. "Some elevators had one or two people. Others had four of five," Bobbitt says.

"Some were very emotional, as you can imagine. I heard crying and screaming. Others were calm," Bobbitt says.

Elevators in the south tower were more crowded. People were using them to evacuate, not knowing the second hijacked jet was on the way.

Bobbitt spoke to his counterpart in the south tower, Jim Barbella, five minutes before the building collapsed. Barbella, who died, reported that the stuck elevators included an express car with 19 people.

Baamonde says two ACE managers were trying to return to the building when it collapsed.
"Our people miraculously left when the second plane hit, and it saved our lives," Baamonde says."

Callahan, General President of the International Union of Operating Engineers, on the union’s endorsement of Hillary Rodham Clinton for President of the United States. “Hillary Clinton has been a champion for working people throughout her life in public service. As U.S. Senator from New York, she was a stalwart advocate for Operating Engineers. As President, we know she will stand up for the policies that put us to work and the policies that bring us home safely to our families after a hard day on-the-job. Hillary’s vision for long-term, substantial infrastructure investments, support for expanding skilled training, rigorous workplace protections, and retirement security make her the best choice for middle-class working families." Representing 400,000 hard working men and women in the skilled trades, the IUOE has long maintained a bi-partisan approach to politics, and supports candidates on both sides of the aisle when they support issues important to Operating Engineers. The IUOE General Executive Board met with Secretary Clinton via video-conference during their regular quarterly meeting.

"It's time to put more Americans to work modernizing our infrastructure, from rebuilding roads and bridges to repairing leaky pipelines to upgrading our water systems,” Secretary Clinton said in a statement after receiving the IUOE endorsement. "As President, I will fight to increase investment in our infrastructure and to protect the prevailing wage standards and project labor agreements that ensure construction careers open the door to a middle-class life. I'm proud to have the Operating Engineers as partners in this important work." ### The International Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE) represents 400,000 working men and women across the United States and Canada. Members of the IUOE are primarily operating engineers, who work as heavy equipment and crane operators, mechanics, and surveyors in the construction industry, and stationary engineers, who work in operations and maintenance in building and industrial complexes, as well as a number of job classifications in the petrochemical industry."

SBA modernizes to help feed its growing programs
BY PATRICIA DAUKANTAS | GCN STAFF
Under a five-year plan for overhauling its information technology systems, the Small Business Administration recently acquired new software for financial and other administrative tasks.

By the time SBA celebrates its 50th anniversary in 2003, agency officials want all their programs up and running around the clock, chief financial officer Joseph Loddo said.

In the first phase of the modernization, the agency has upgraded systems for managing its extensive portfolio of guaranteed loans, chief operating officer Kristine Marcy said.

SBA processed its first electronic loan last November through its Sacramento, Calif., office and plans to add more private lenders during fiscal 2001.

The agency's staffing level has dropped 22 percent over the past eight years, which is another reason to improve IT, Marcy said. Over the past decade, SBA's portfolio of loans to small and disadvantaged businesses has more than doubled to $50 billion.

'We're a small agency with a huge portfolio,' Marcy said. SBA supplies more than half of the U.S. venture capital available each year.

Seventy percent to 80 percent of the loans are booked through a preferred lender program, which involves nearly 7,000 banks, Marcy said. SBA guarantees the loans, just as the government backs student and housing loans.

'The financial and IT businesses were changing so rapidly, we had to make some changes to stay current with the private sector,' Marcy said. Banks had been asking SBA to make faster decisions on loan guarantees. The agency decided to aim for a turnaround time of one hour.

In the second phase of modernization, SBA is revamping its financial, human resources, procurement and travel systems with Web-enabled Oracle Corp. applications.

Online in October

The financial system will use Oracle's U.S. Federal Financials 3.3, which meets the requirements of the Joint Financial Management Improvement Program.

SBA announced the $1.5 million Oracle contract late last year and plans to bring the software online by Oct. 1, Loddo said.

'We need to make sure we are appropriately sensitive to small businesses' and have small-business partners, not just Oracle, Marcy said.

The second-phase integrator, SRA International Inc. of Arlington, Va., has subcontracted with a number of small firms for things such as training and data conversion.

Also, a core team of senior SBA employees has been transferred away from day-to-day tasks to help with the modernization, Loddo said.

In the final phase of the modernization, SBA will upgrade the computers in its 8(a) Business Development Program, which assists small businesses in competing for government contracts, Marcy said. The agency wants to be able to improve its tracking of clients' successes and failures."

The Small Business Administration's (SBA) 8(a) program is intended to develop and promote businesses that are owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged persons. Members of Congress have raised concerns that weaknesses in program management and administration may make the 8(a) program vulnerable to exploitation by individuals or corporations that have used illegal or improper means to participate in and benefit from the program. To develop case studies, GAO initially selected four firms for investigation on the basis of indicators, or "red flags," of potential regulatory violations and criminal misconduct. Due to time constraints and the destruction of records resulting from the Oklahoma City bombing, this report focuses on the following two firms: I-NET, Inc. of Bethesda, Maryland, and Technical and Management Services Corporation of Calverton, Maryland.

"Clinton Lifts Ban on Fired Air Controllers : Labor: Overturning of 1981 Reagan action against strikers fulfills campaign pledge. O.C. controllers applaud decision.
August 13, 1993|GREG MILLER | TIMES STAFF WRITER
WASHINGTON — In a gesture meant to signify the end of 12 years of hostility between government and organized labor, President Clinton on Thursday lifted the ban on hiring air traffic controllers fired by President Ronald Reagan when they joined an illegal strike.
The long-anticipated announcement enabled Clinton to keep a campaign pledge by overturning the controversial 1981 action, which heralded a more confrontational era between unions and government under Presidents Reagan and George Bush.
"We need strong, cooperative relationships between management and labor in this country," said Labor Secretary Robert B. Reich, announcing Clinton's action. "This decision demonstrates how important changing the tenor of those relationships is to this Administration."
In Orange County, air traffic controllers applauded Clinton's decision, but some controllers said it will be difficult for anyone away from the profession for 12 years to return without extensive training.
"It depends on the facility," said Marie Cusenza, the National Air Traffic Controllers Assn. shift manager at Coast TRACON, the radar facility at the El Toro Marine Corps Air Station that controls approaches to John Wayne Airport and other airfields in Southern California. "Some low-level facilities have changed very little over the years. . . . But it's a long time to be off."
Clinton's action was welcome news for two ex-PATCO strikers in Orange County who said they now hope to return to work for the Federal Aviation Administration.

"I work with seven or eight other controllers who will definitely be interested in this," said Jerry Kwock, a military aircraft controller at the Los Alamitos Armed Forces Reserve Center. "A lot of us still want to do it."

Darrel Hensley, one of Kwock's partners in the tower at Los Alamitos, said: "I think this is long overdue. We were waiting a long time for it. . . . I'm definitely going to take a look at it."

The immediate impact of the move is more symbolic than substantive. The Federal Aviation Administration has imposed a hiring freeze and does not plan to begin employing new controllers until next year. In addition, the number of such openings over the next decade is expected to be low. Nevertheless, union officials applauded the action.

"President Clinton has ended a sorry chapter in U.S. employment history and has charted a new path for the workplace of the future," AFL-CIO President Lane Kirkland said.

Officials were unsure how many of the 11,400 fired controllers, most of whom moved on to other careers, would seek re-employment with the FAA. The National Air Traffic Controllers Assn., the union that now represents controllers and supports the Clinton decision, said the number could be as high as 3,000.

That figure was echoed by Bill Taylor, a former controller who keeps in touch with about 2,000 of his displaced colleagues through a phone hot line and a newsletter.

"This is not just a job, it's a profession and we can't practice our profession anywhere else," said

Taylor, 50, who now works as an addiction counselor here. "It's like taking a nurse or a doctor out of their profession."

Taylor said a number of former controllers would be interested in resuming their careers to put in the years necessary to become eligible for government pensions.

But Gary Eads, the last president of the now-defunct Professional Air Traffic Controllers Organization, which organized the strike, said he doubts many would want to return to airport control towers.

"It's good news as far as getting that pall lifted off the people," said Eads, 49, who now owns a print shop in Woodbridge, Va. "But I don't think a significant number will go back."

The FAA, which employs 17,728 controllers, said it plans to begin hiring about 200 controllers a year for several years beginning in 1994. The openings are slow to occur because 80% of the current work force was hired after 1981. The agency does not expect significant numbers of retirements until 2006.
Those who lost their jobs in 1981 would have to compete with newly trained applicants for those positions, FAA officials said.

The Reagan firings followed a decade of demands by PATCO that the FAA improve computer equipment and training, raise benefits to compensate for stress, cut the workweek and increase salaries.

On Aug. 3, 1981, PATCO called on its 14,000 members to strike, an action prohibited by law for federal workers. Reagan quickly issued a back-to-work ultimatum. It was ignored by the union and two days later the government began sending out firing notices.

Even after the FAA had replaced most of the fired controllers with newly trained recruits, successfully breaking the union, those who struck were barred from taking any job with the FAA."

I have heard rumors about this website, but I still cannot quite believe that it exists. I am looking at what I think is a hit list.
There are photographs of people I recognize—prominent politicians, mostly—and, next to each, an amount of money. The site’s creator, who uses the pseudonym Kuwabatake Sanjuro, thinks that if you could pay to have someone murdered with no chance—I mean absolutely zero chance—of being caught, you would.
That’s one of the reasons why he has created the Assassination Market.
There are four simple instructions listed on its front page:
Add a name to the list
Add money to the pot in the person’s name
Predict when that person will die
Correct predictions get the pot

The Assassination Market can’t be found with a Google search. It sits on a hidden, encrypted part of the internet that, until recently, could only be accessed with a browser called The Onion Router, or Tor. Tor began life as a U.S. Naval Research Laboratory project, but today exists as a not-for-profit organization, partly funded by [Clinton aides in the] U.S. government and various civil liberties groups, allowing millions of people around the world to browse the internet anonymously and securely."

"Ben Carson's new campaign chairman is a Christian soldier who 'believes' in him
By David Weigel December 31, 2015
Long before Major Gen. Robert Dees (ret.) went to work for Ben Carson, he was studying the former neurosurgeon's spiritual lessons. One of his grandsons, then 13, devoured Carson's inspirational 1996 book "Think Big."On a family vacation -- "on the beach, with flip flops and so forth" -- the teenager led the family's four-day morning study time, cycling through the chapters of the book. Honesty Shows. Nice Guys Finish. Caution: God at Work.

"I was amazed at how Dr. Carson had pulled out the best potential from my grandson," recalled Dees in an interview Thursday evening. "I started learning more and more about him. The more I did, the more I believed in him. A lot of politicians have fans, but Dr. Carson has believers. Every time I think
I know the extent of what Dr. Carson knows, he surprises me."

On Thursday, Carson's presidential campaign officially promoted Dees from foreign policy adviser to campaign chairman. It was not just a reboot, but a return to the campaign Carson had always wanted, less driven by consultants than believers. Dees, a vice president at Liberty University, had never worked for a campaign before. But he had spent most of his life in the military, from Israel to Europe to the DMZ between North and South Korea. He'd worked for Microsoft, sometimes "working directly with Bill Gates."

All of that made him perfect for this iteration of the Carson campaign, which would acknowledge the mistakes of the fall and focus on the essential greatness of its candidate. In November, New York Times reporter Trip Gabriel published a damaging front page story that quoted another Carson foreign policy adviser bemoaning that he wasn't taking enough meetings to "make him smart."

Dees was quoted far down in the story, disagreeing with that. Later, in an email to a national security listserv, he worried that "the high vis comments by former CIA operative Dewey Clarridge were very detrimental to a positive narrative about Dr. Carson’s national security quotient," that Clarridge had only twice met with Carson, and that "having survived a phase of character assassination by MSM, et al; we are now in a phase I would call policy assassination."

He sounded like a campaign chairman. And a few weeks later, as of Thursday, he was.
"There's been a false narrative that suggests Dr. Carson does not know anything about foreign policy," said Dees. "I've been working with him since February. I have been to every continent, I have dealt with plenty of leaders, and I will tell you, he is ready for this job. We've developed a lot of policy proposals, but we haven't been truly executing them, and that's going to change."

Dees's arrival in the Carson orbit was the sort of thing that used to happen often, before politics intervened. At the start of 2015, Carson and Dees both attended services at Second Baptist Church in Houston. Carson was the icon of "Gifted Hands," and Dees had assisted with projects like the Military Ministry of the Campus Crusade for Christ, working to "help troops and families have faith in the foxhole, and hope on their homefronts." The two of them were introduced, then sat together at a dinner hosted by Terry Giles, who would become Carson's campaign chairman. The neurosurgeon who worked all hours bonded quickly with the two-star general who took daily 6 a.m. swims.

"He's totally impressive," said Giles. "You don't go to West Point without being impressive. His work ethic is incredible. I found him to be available whenever we needed him."

The dinner went on -- two, three, four hours -- as Dees and Carson talked. "Even back then, who knew what were wrestling with and what the threats to this country were," said Dees. "Way back into the 1990s we’ve known we’ve had some enemy within working against us."

Giles and Dees both worked on developing policy papers for Carson. Both men describe the candidate as brilliant; Giles worried, in real time and in retrospect, that he was not being briefed properly despite the available material. "When your candidate is out giving speeches, three, four, five a day, it's hard for them to be preparing on the real policy issues," he said.

Dees intended to fix that. "I want to sustain the very successful things going on in the campaign," he said. "That includes fundraising, that includes field, and that includes social media. We'll be streamlining and integrating our messaging process so that we're much more agile, and a lot more media friendly."

He would come to that with the sort of experience that Carson had lacked -- defending social conservative ideas, and criticizing radical Islam, in the media. This year, when Carson first gained in public polls, Dees's long record as an evangelist was profiled by James Bamford in Foreign Policy magazine. Carson's musings about the threat of Islamic infiltration, surmised Bamford, might be "a reflection of the troubling worldview of the people he has turned to for advice." People like Dees.

If the criticism bothered Dees, he didn't show it. "You need to consider the source," he said. "Being a vice president at the largest Christian university in the world -- is there something wrong with that? That’s part of the culture we live in. Aren’t things reversed in so many ways?"

Dees referred to his trilogy of books about Resilience, and specifically to the 2014 conclusion "Resilient Nations." In it, Dees discussed the idea of Moral-Spiritual-Infrastructure, or MSI, and whether America's leaders and culture were weakening it. He'd spoken about that plenty.
"The moral readiness is degraded by social experimentation within our military," he once told conservative CNSNews. "In fact, social experimentation is improperly named, because it's not an experiment at all -- it's a top-driven mandate for social agendas."

In "Resilient Nations," Dees explored his worry that decisions like that were driving America to the brink by depriving it of morality and greatness. "Is our MSI solid and stable, or is it sadly weakened, on the brink of collapse and irreversible consequence?" Dees asked. "At the height of Roman decadence, good became evil and evil became good. One can rightly argue that the United States is frightfully close to a similar fate. Prayerfully, it is not too late."

Table Top Exercises These involve a realistic scenario and will follow a time line, either in real-time or with time jumps to concentrate on the more important areas. The participants would be expected to be familiar with the plans and procedures that are being used although the exercise tempo and complexity can be adjusted to suit the current state of training and readiness. Simulation and media play can be used to support the exercise. Table-top exercises help develop teamwork and allow participants to gain a better understanding of their roles and that of other agencies and organisations.

Command/Control Post Exercises These are designed primarily to exercise the senior leadership and support staff in collective planning and decision making within a strategic grouping. Ideally such exercises would be run from the real command and control locations and using their communications and information systems. This could include a mix of locations and varying levels of technical simulation support. The Gold Standard system is flexible to allow the tempo and intensity to be adjusted to ensure maximum training benefit, or to fully test and evaluate the most important aspects of a plan. Such exercises also test information flow, communications, equipment, procedures, decision making and coordination.

Simulation and Media Support The method of delivering an exercise is flexible and will be designed with the client to meet their requirements with options ranging from simple paper-based delivery through to full use of their real communications systems
[Red Switch Network and Hawkeye onion router surveillance aircraft] and advance computer simulation [In Trump's death pool and war room suites]. In addition, media play can also be added in the form of news injects and the provision of experienced journalists and television crews to help test procedures and also assist in training key staff.

 "9/11 -- An Inside Job,"

by

Paul Andrew Mitchell, B.A., M.S.,
Private Attorney General, 18 U.S.C. 1964

(3/18/2010)
There is a HUGE amount of evidence of an inside job on 9/11.

For example, our
Executive Summary to the U.S. Coast Guard achieved positive identification of the Pentagon murder weapons:

An A-3 Skywarrior hit just after an AGM missile was fired from under its port wing, to soften an entrance hole for
the fuselage.  A key debris photo shows 2 planar fuselage sections, one of which has a telltale re-fueling line along its horizontal length:

http://www.supremelaw.org/cc/gwbush/pentagon/crane.lifting.parts.jpg

Very few jet aircraft have
rectangular fuselages; and, of those only one has an external re-fueling line. All photos of A-3s that we have seen do show this external re-fueling line on every A-3 we have examined.

That A-3 was reportedly modified at a private airfield in Loveland, Colorado, using different crews to do  different retrofits, e.g. avionics, weapons, remote-control, transponder beacon, etc.

It had been purchased as part of a fleet of A-3s now owned by Raytheon, a major DOD contractor.

One USAF pilot I know told me that Captain Gerald F. DeConto was on the telephone to Gordon England, Secretary of the Navy, requesting authorization to engage the incoming, because the Pentagon's automatic fire control system had been fooled  by a "friendly" transponder beacon.

http://www.arlingtoncemetery.net/gfdeconto.htm

As the highest ranking officer in the Naval Command Center, DeConto and his staff must have been tracking that incoming on their in-house radar systems, and realized that the incoming jet had a friendly transponder, because the fire control system had NOT activated itself.

While England kept Captain DeConto on the telephone, evidently stalling him, DeConto and his staff were killed by the missile warhead and subsequent impact of the A-3.

The Boeing 757 seen by many eyewitnesses was timed to fly over the Pentagon at precisely the moment of the A-3's impact.

It landed at National, into the waiting arms of 94  ground crew who had infiltrated Dulles and National airports.

They were later deported for falsifying Social Security  applications and violating immigration laws:

http://www.supremelaw.org/cc/gwbush/eastman/doj.accomplishments.090902.htm
(search for "94 workers")

We suspect they were all Mossad (Israeli secret police).

Wayne Madsen also recently
reported that a Boeing 747 departed from JFK for Tel Aviv at 4:11 pm on 9/11/2001,  full of passengers.  We estimate that about 400 people were on that flight, most likely to receive heroes' welcomes after landing in Israel, despite the FAA's grounding order which was not lifted until several days later.

AA11 was most probably hijacked by Mossad officer
Daniel C. Lewin.  AA11's first flight deviation turned it into a new heading straight for Rome, NY, host to Griffiss AFB and NEADS -- the Northeast Air Defense Sector responsible for tracking all aircraft in the airspace above 500,000 square MILES of Northeastern USA.  This is what we learned about the tracking technology at NEADS on that day:

http://www.supremelaw.org/cc/gwbush/davis/griffiss.htm#remains

While we were assisting the U.S. Coast Guard with this investigation, we requested the U.S. Military to issue an APB (All Points Bulletin) for the immediate apprehension of
Daniel C. Lewin on suspicion of aircraft piracy on the morning of 9/11/2001.

All that Griffiss interceptors needed to do was to get airborne, and AA11 would have flown right into them.  If they had scrambled SOP instead and accelerated to about Mach 2, they would have screamed by AA11's windshield at a combined
velocity of about 33 miles per minute (~600 + ~1,400 mph).

Air National Guard claims they have the proven capability to intercept anything above anywhere in the USA in NINE MINUTES.

AA11's first reported deviation was about 8:14 a.m., so add 10-15 minutes to estimate actual moment of intercept -- we calculate that moment would have occurred in VERY close proximity to Albany, New York.

According to flight paths published by the Federal government, the jet that hit the Pentagon flew due South and almost bisected the distance between the Pentagon and Andrews AFB: that distance is about 11-12 miles, so the attack jet could not have been much more than 6 miles away from the fighter wing  stationed at Andrews.

F-14 and F-15 interceptors can accelerate to max velocity in less than 60 seconds after takeoff, by activating their after-burners.

Moreover, Dick Cheney and
Norman Mineta were in their command bunker, while a radar operator kept them informed of the forward progress of that attack jet.  "It's 50 miles out; it's 30 miles out;  it's 20 miles out;  it's 10 miles out.
Do the orders still stand?" the operator asked.

"Of course the orders still stand.  Have you heard  anything to the contrary?" Cheney barked back.

So, they were tracking that attack jet all that time.

We have more, much more.  Does this make your blood boil?

Mine is STILL boiling, now 8 1/2 years later!

Sincerely yours,

/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell, B.A., M.S.

"Opened in 1994 as the successor to the Transitional Immigrant Visa Processing Center in Rosslyn, Va., the NVC centralizes all immigrant visa preprocessing and appointment scheduling for overseas posts. The NVC collects paperwork and fees before forwarding a case, ready for adjudication, to the responsible post. The center also handles immigrant and fiancé visa petitions, and while it does not adjudicate visa applications, it provides technical assistance and support to visa-adjudicating consular officials overseas. Only two Foreign Service officers, the director and deputy director, work at the center, along with just five Civil Service employees. They work with almost 500 contract employees doing preprocessing of visas, making the center one of the largest employers in the Portsmouth area.
