1. AD ASSERTS THAT SERCO USED WWII LONG-RANGE 'BUTCHER-AND-BOLT' TACTICS DURING THE BELTWAY SNIPER ATTACKS OF OCTOBER 2002 when two deniables – engaged in extortion and visa fraud – were hired through the U.S. Small Business Administration to murder at least 10 people.

2. AD ASSERTS THAT IN 2000, DAVID CAMERON SET UP A WHITE'S CLUB DEATH-POOL BOOKMAKER SERVICE FOR THE CARBON DISCLOSURE PROJECT where the investors, or their hedge fund managers, bet on the times of the deaths of useless breathers and long-range killers scoop the pots – just in time.

3. AD ASSERTS THAT FORMER HP CEO CARLY FIORINA PROVIDED SERCO 8(A) COMPANIES WITH USNO CLOCK SIGNALS TO SPOT FIX THE DEATHS of the Beltway victims and extort CSI silence in re Cameron's carbon-project extortion of 822 investors representing in excess of US$95 trillion in assets.

United States Marine Field McConnell (http://www.abeldanger.net/2010/01/field-mcconnell-bio.html) is writing an e-book "Shaking Hands With the Devil's Clocks" and invites readers to e-mail him images (examples below) for a proof by contradiction of the three assertions above.

The Mayfair Set episode 1- Who Pays Wins

"From the award-winning historian, war reporter, and author Damien Lewis (Zero Six Bravo, Judy) comes the incredible true story of the top-secret "butcher-and-bolt" black ops units Prime Minister Winston Churchill tasked with stopping the unstoppable German war machine. Criminals, rogues, and survivalists, the brutal tactics and grit of these "deniables" would define a military unit the likes of which the world had never seen."

"Disowned by Cameron, the raffish men-only club that his father once ran
By HARRY MOUNT FOR THE DAILY MAIL
PUBLISHED: 22:15 GMT, 18 July 2013 | UPDATED: 16:22 GMT, 19 July 2013
As the BBC is embroiled in yet another row over sexism after presenter John Inverdale's poorly judged on air-comments, and MPs scramble in Westminster to condemn male-only establishments - just down the road, at White's in St James's, it is very much business as usual. The exclusive membership only establishment - the 'original 'old boy's club' - is the grandest, oldest and most notoriously difficult to gain entrance to. Once, every Prime Minister from Robert Walpole in the early 18th century to Robert Peel in the mid-19th was a member, and the club boasts a bar which 'has not shut for 200 years'. But White's - to which only one woman, the Queen, has ever been allowed entrance - was quietly disowned by David Cameron in 2008, despite his father Ian once being chairman. The Prime Minister is said to be the only member to have left of his own free will.

Here, HARRY MOUNT takes a look at the history of Britain's most notorious male only club - where rakes, rogues and royals have drunk side by side.

The Culture Secretary Maria Miller would, it's safe to say, disapprove of White's, the grandest, oldest, raciest gentlemen's club in London. But, then again, she's unlikely to be invited to visit. The only woman who's ever been entertained there is Her Majesty the Queen.

All-male clubs have been the subject of Mrs Miller's ire this week as she attacked the men-only policy of Muirfield, which is hosting golf's Open Championship. Yesterday, the Prime Minister gave her his full support. A spokesman for David Cameron condemned such all-male clubs as looking 'more to the past than they do to the future'.

But Mr Cameron was not always so high-minded.

Until fairly recently he was a member of the notorious White's club, just up the road from St James's Palace. Indeed his late father, Ian, was its chairman. But the future Prime Minister tactically resigned when Leader of the Opposition because the all-male club didn’t fit with his vision of modern Conservatism. It is said that he is the only member to have left of his own free will – and not by death or shameful forced resignation.

The club was founded in 1693 as a hot-chocolate house by an Italian, Francesco Bianco, whose name translated into Francis White – and thus White’s. It soon graduated to more intoxicating practices, notably heavy drinking and gambling.

For centuries, it has taken pride in its reputation as the hardest of the London gentleman’s clubs to get into.

The Victorian Prime Minister, Benjamin Disraeli, said there were only two things that an Englishman cannot command – being made a Knight of the Garter or a member of White's."

“John Allen Muhammad (December 31, 1960 – November 10, 2009) was an American convicted murderer from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He, along with his seventeen-year-old partner, Lee Boyd Malvo, carried out the Beltway sniper attacks of October 2002, killing at least 10 people. Muhammad and Malvo were arrested in connection with the attacks on October 24, 2002, following tips from alert citizens. Although the pairing's actions were classified by the media as psychopathy attributable to serial killer characteristics, whether or not their psychopathy meets this classification or that of a spree killer is debated by researchers.[1] ..

Born John Allen Williams in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to Ernest and Eva Williams, he and his family moved to New Orleans when his mother was diagnosed with breast cancer; she died when he was three.[6] After his mother's death, his father left and he was raised mostly by his grandfather and an aunt. In 1987 he joined the Nation of Islam.[7] As a member of the Nation of Islam, Muhammad helped provide security for the "Million Man March" in 1995, but Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan has publicly distanced himself and his organization from Muhammad's crimes.[8] Muhammad kidnapped his children and brought them to Antigua around 1999, apparently engaging in credit card and immigration document fraud. It was during this time that he became close with Lee Boyd Malvo, who later acted as his partner in the killings. Williams changed his name to John Allen Muhammad in October 2001.

After his arrest, authorities also claimed that Muhammad admitted that he admired and modeled himself after Osama bin Laden and al-Qaeda, and approved of the September 11 attacks. Malvo testified that Muhammad had indoctrinated him into believing that the proceeds of the extortion attempt would be used to establish "a camp in Canada where homeless children would be trained as terrorists."[9][10]

Muhammad was twice divorced; his second wife, Mildred Muhammad, sought and was granted a restraining order. Muhammad was arrested on federal charges of violating the restraining order against him by possessing a weapon. Under federal law, those with restraining orders are prohibited to purchase or possess guns as per the Lautenberg Amendment to the Gun Control Act of 1968.[11] Defense attorneys in the Malvo trial and the prosecution in Muhammad's trial argued that the ultimate goal of the killings was to kill Mildred so he would regain custody of his three children.[12]

Military service[edit]

In August 1978, Muhammad enlisted in the Louisiana Army National Guard at Baton Rouge as a combat engineer. Muhammad transferred to the Regular Army on November 6, 1985 and his first assignment was to the 15th Engineer Battalion at Fort Lewis, Washington. In 1990 he was stationed in Nuremberg, Germany with the 84th Engineer Co. In 1992 Muhammad was stationed in Fort Ord, California with the 13th Engineer Battalion.

While in the U.S. Army, Muhammad was trained as a mechanic, truck driver, and specialist metalworker. He qualified with the Army's standard rifle, the M16, earning the Expert Rifleman's Badge. This rating is the Army's highest of three levels of basic rifle marksmanship for a soldier.[2][13]

Muhammad served in an engineer unit during the 1991 Gulf War. Muhammad received the Southwest Asia Service Medal, the Kuwait Liberation Medal (Saudi Arabia), and the Kuwait Liberation Medal (Kuwait).

Muhammad was honorably discharged from the Army on April 24, 1994 after 17 years of service with the rank of Sergeant. For his service in the Army, Muhammad received the following awards: Army Service Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Overseas Ribbon, Noncommissioned Officers Professional Development Ribbon, and Army Achievement Medal.

Beltway sniper attacks[edit] Main article: Beltway sniper attacks Police followed a lead in which Muhammad or Malvo left a note at one of the shootings to tell the police to check out a liquor store robbery-murder that had occurred in Montgomery, Alabama. Investigators responding to that crime scene found one of the suspects had dropped a magazine with his fingerprints on it; these were subsequently identified as belonging to a 17-year-old Jamaican immigrant, Lee Boyd Malvo, whose prints were on file with the INS. Malvo was known to associate with Muhammad. They had lived together in Tacoma, Washington, for around one year, where Malvo used the alias John Lee Malvo.[citation needed]

Muhammad's identification led to the discovery that he had purchased a former police car, a blue Chevrolet Caprice, in New Jersey on September 11, 2002. A lookout broadcast to the public on that vehicle resulted in their arrest when it was spotted parked in an Interstate 70 rest stop in Myersville, Maryland, just outside of Frederick, Maryland."

"Malvo and his mother, Una Sceon James, first met John Allen Muhammad in Antigua and Barbuda around 1999, where Una and Muhammad developed a strong friendship. Later, Una left Antigua for Fort Myers, Florida, using false documents [Arranged by Serco operatives at the National Visa Center]. She left her son with Muhammad, reportedly planning to have him follow her later. Malvo arrived illegally in Miami in 2001 and, in December of that year, he and his mother were apprehended by the Border Patrol in Bellingham, Washington.[5] (His mother was deported back to Jamaica from the U.S. on December 15, 2002 in the aftermath of the D.C. area sniper shootings.[6]) In January 2002, Malvo was released on a $1,500 bond.[5] Malvo caught up with Muhammad soon after. In 2002, Malvo traveled to Bellingham, Washington, where he lived in a homeless shelter with Muhammad and enrolled in high school with Muhammad falsely listed as his father, but he did not make any friends, according to his classmates.[7] While in the Tacoma, Washington area, according to his statements to investigators, Malvo shoplifted the Bushmaster XM-15 from Bull's Eye Shooter Supply, and practiced his marksmanship on the Bull's Eye firing range adjacent to the gun shop. Under federal laws, neither was legally allowed to purchase or possess guns, with both classified as prohibited persons under the Gun Control Act of 1968.[8]"

"RICHMOND, Va. (WAVY) — Only on Wavy.com, VDOT has fired the contractor who operates the five Transportation Operation Centers across Virginia including one here in Hampton Roads.

VDOT tells us the contractor, Reston-based Serco, Inc. was unable to deliver a more advanced computer system that was required by the contract. VDOT spokesperson Tamara Rollison says, "VDOT is terminating the contract specifically for Serco not being able to deliver the Advanced Traffic Management Systems (ATMS). This is a critical part of the contract and a key deliverable."

This was a major $355 million dollar contract that was signed in May of 2013. Serco's website says it is "a global company that specializes in service delivery excellence… serves Federal, state and local governments."

Rollison says no state employees will lose jobs, but an estimated 200 workers for Serco or subcontractors will no longer be employed in the centers. VDOT will continue these services and will be uninterrupted during the transition when Serco leaves in May 2016.

Serco did not return our call for comment, but VDOT says Serco sent VDOT letters acknowledging it's failure to deliver the computer upgrades.

Rollison told us, "while VDOT is terminating the contract with Serco, the employees who work for Serco in the Safety Service Patrol, the personnel in the operations centers, and others provide a highly valued service. Their experience and level of expertise will be needed in the next contract to manage the operations centers."

VDOT will continue these services and they will be uninterrupted during the transition from winding down the Serco contract to getting another contractor on board. VDOT and Serco are winding down the contract according to the terms of the contract. This exit period will end by May 1, 2016.

Rollison gave us these other notes on the breakup:

• In January 2015, VDOT issued a Notice of Contractor Event of Default to Serco for failure to comply with its contract obligations relating to the development of the ATMS.
• By letters sent in February 2015, Serco acknowledged this default
• In accordance with the contract, VDOT declared Serco in default due to Serco's failure to submit an acceptable improvement plan to resolve ATMS issues
• In the months following VDOT's declaration of a default, VDOT worked diligently and in good faith to resolve disputes between the parties and to acquire services that were procured under the contract.
• VDOT’s efforts to secure a mutually acceptable contract solution to the parties' differences failed
• On Sept. 16, 2015, VDOT elected to terminate the contract for default
• VDOT is currently evaluating its rights and remedies as a result of the contract default. http://wavy.com/2015/09/24/vdot-fires-major-contractor-for-failure-to-deliver/

"Cantor Fitzgerald/CO2e.com/eSpeed held the patent on software which would later be used in trillions of dollars' worth of carbon emissions trading. The Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), "a special project of Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisers, with US IRS 501(c)(3) charitable status, with the [alleged] sole purpose of providing a co-ordinating secretariat for the participating funders and investors, in order to increase economic global awareness of risks and opportunities of carbon emissions' consequences on the climate", was launched on December 4, 2000 at 10 Downing Street in London by UK Prime Minister Tony Blair and UK Secretary of State for International Development Clare Short. The CDP "gathers 534 investors with a combined US$64 trillion in assets under management, in order to increase economic global awareness of risks and opportunities of carbon emissions' [alleged] consequences on the climate".

"The SAS was the brain child of Lieutenant Archibald David Stirling, Initially the unit was known as 'L' Detachment, SAS Brigade, (so named from August 24, 1941) Stirling often credited Jock Lewes and Paddy Blair Mayne as co-founders of the unit. Initially the unit was going to be a parachute unit, which would be dropped behind enemy lines, blow up airfields, and then rendezvous with the LRDG and be brought back to friendly lines.

After a dismal failure with the first air drop, Stirling discussed the idea of LRDG providing "taxi" service to and from enemy targets. The LRDG agreed but eventually this became an undue stress for the LRDG as they still had their other duties to do. Eventually the SAS acquired their own vehicles and were taught the necessary desert navigational skills by the LRDG. Unlike the LRDG, the SAS did little reconnaissance work and no surveying work, concentrating principally on destruction of enemy airfields.

At times, the SAS and the LRDG were at odds with each other. This was especially the case when the SAS conducted raids in areas where the LRDG were conducting road watches or other intelligence gathering missions. On more than one occasion, the LRDG had missions compromised and lives lost because the SAS performed a raid in an area off limits to direct action. For the most part, however, the units complimented each other. After the Desert War ended, the SAS continued work in Italy and later Northern France, often performing duties as a motorized airborne/commando force. The unit was disbanded after the war but quickly reconstituted in 1947."

"GOP Candidate Carly Fiorina [Cara Carleton Sneed] Pathological Liar And Protegée Of NSA And CIA Boss Michael Hayden
by United Front Against Austerity | Tax Wall Street Party GOP Candidate Carly Fiorina Born Cara Carleton Sneed Unmasked as Top Spook, Pathological Liar and Protegée of NSA and CIA Boss Michael Hayden; Carly Holds Top Secret Security Clearance; Downsizing and Runaway Shop Queen Attended Posh London Private School; Father Was Elitist Dean of Duke University Law School and Federal Appellate Judge; Claim She Started as Secretary Is a Tissue of Lies; Her Candidacy Raises Issue of Intelligence Community Asset in the White House Carly Fiorina, whose birth name is Cara Carleton Sneed, claims that she started as a secretary and heroically rose to become a CEO of Hewlett Packard.

Republican candidates seeking to dupe their gullible supporters and mask their dubious personal backgrounds often tout this typical Horatio Alger rags-to-riches story. Carly Fiorina is no exception to this pattern however her personality is saturated with this lie and many others as well as exhibiting signs of insanity that only comes from being attached at the hip to the intelligence establishment.

Fiorina's father was Joseph Tyree Sneed, III who would become the dean of Duke University School of Law, a Deputy Attorney General, and a judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Readers are reminded that the only judicial level higher than the circuit appellate court is the Supreme Court; this would make Carly's father an incredibly influential and well-connected individual. Carly went to the posh all-girls Channing School in London and then to Stanford University. It is likely that Carly's story of starting as a humble secretary came as a result of her father pressuring her to taking up a job with Kelly Girls, which she did during the summer as a student at Stanford. After dropping out of law school at UCLA and she moved on to business school and then to her well publicized career as an asset stripper and wrecker of companies like Lucent and Hewlett-Packard.

It was allegedly only after the board of directors at Hewlett-Packard fired her that Carly came into the orbit of the intelligence community, but some are skeptical. She had previously provided services for the Pentagon through an unpaid position on the Defense Business Board. But her breakthrough came when she was picked by the infamous war criminal Michael Hayden to lead the CIA’s External Advisory Board. The National Review reported:

"Hayden called up the CEO of Hewlett Packard, Carly Fiorina. 'HP made precisely the equipment we needed, and we needed in bulk,' says Robert Deitz, who was general counsel at the NSA from 1998 to 2006. Deitz recalls that a tractor-trailer full of HP servers and other equipment was on the Washington, D.C. Beltway, en route to retailers, at the very moment Hayden called. Fiorina instructed her team to postpone the retailer delivery and have the driver stop. An NSA police car met up with the tractor-trailer and the truck proceeded, with an armed escort, to NSA headquarters in Fort Meade, Maryland. It was an early moment in the close professional relationship between Hayden and Fiorina. Five years later, President George W. Bush named Hayden director of the Central Intelligence Agency. Upon assuming control at Langley, Hayden decided that he wanted to create an 'External Advisory Board.' He once again turned to Fiorina, and she went on to chair that board."[1]

The National Review article goes on to detail how Carly was a consistent presence in at Langley and worked on "assembling recommendations for national-security policy and developing a close working relationship with some of the most powerful officials in the administration."

Robert Deitz, the source for much of the Review's commentary on Fiorina, is now a loyal supporter of her campaign. He also told the Review that Fiorina had "more or less" the highest level of security clearance. Fiorina sat on a panel during her tenure at the CIA that was faced with the question of whether foreign intelligence had a future in the country; her panel’s answer is classified but Dietz reported that it was “unclear” whether the intelligence community would require major adjustments to continue its foreign intelligence operations.

As President, Carly would make the Nixon and Bush 43 administrations look like the ACLU. Her sponsor, Michael Hayden, was the head of the NSA and then the CIA, and was for a time the highest ranking US military officer. He is a totalitarian bureaucrat, once telling reporters that probable cause for search warrants was not a part of the Fourth Amendment’s prohibition of unreasonable searches and seizures. He was up to his neck in NSA wiretaps and snooping, including the abortive Project Trailblazer, which was widely criticized and shut down. Fiorina would shred what is left of civil liberties."

"A dead pool, also known as a death pool, is a game of prediction which involves guessing when someone will die. Sometimes it is a bet where money is involved.[1] The combination of dead or death, and betting pool, refers to such a gambling arrangement.[clarification needed] …

In the early 20th century, death pools were popular in dangerous sports such as motorsport, for example the first edition of the Indianapolis 500.[2] Variants[edit] A typical modern dead pool might have players pick out celebrities who they think will die within the year. Most games start on January 1, and run for 12 months although there are some variations on game length and timing.[citation needed]

In 2000, website Fucked Company claimed to be a "dot-com dead pool" which invited users to predict the next Internet startups to fail during that era's dot com bust.[3] The site itself folded in 2007 after a long history as a target for strategic lawsuits against public participation by companies.[4]"

"Colonel Sir Archibald David Stirling, DSO, OBE[2] (15 November 1915 – 4 November 1990) was a British mountaineer, World War II British Army officer, and the founder of the Special Air Service.

.. Life before the war[edit]

Stirling was born at his family's ancestral home, Keir Housein the parish of Lecropt, Perthshire. He was the son of Brigadier General Archibald Stirling, of Keir, and Margaret Fraser, daughter of Simon Fraser, the Lord Lovat, (a descendant of Charles II, King of Scots). His cousin was Simon Fraser, 15th Lord Lovat, and his grandparents were Sir William Stirling-Maxwell, 9th Baronet and Lady Anna Maria Leslie-Melville. Raised in the Roman Catholic faith of his mother, he was educated at the Benedictine Ampleforth College and Trinity College, Cambridge. A tall and athletic figure (he was 6 feet 6 inches (1.98 m) tall). He was training to climb Mount Everest when World War II broke out.
….

In North Africa, in the fifteen months before Stirling's capture, the SAS had destroyed over 250 aircraft on the ground, dozens of supply dumps, wrecked railways and telecommunications, and had put hundreds of enemy vehicles out of action. Field Marshal Montgomery described Stirling as "mad, quite mad" but admitted that men like Stirling were needed in time of war. According to John Aspinal, Stirling reputedly personally strangled 41 men.[5] Private military company[edit]

Worried that Britain was losing its power after the war, Stirling organised deals to provide British weapons and military personnel to other countries, like Saudi Arabia, for various privatised foreign policy operations.[5] Along with several associates, Stirling formed Watchguard International Ltd, formerly with offices in Sloane Street (where the Chelsea Hotel later opened) before moving to South Audley Street in Mayfair.

Business was chiefly with the Gulf States. He was linked, along with Denys Rowley, to a failed attempt to the overthrow Libyan ruler Muammar Gaddafi in 1970 or 1971. Stirling was the founder of private military company KAS International, also known as KAS Enterprises.[6]

Watchguard International Ltd was a private military company, registered in Jersey in 1965 by Stirling and John Woodhouse. Woodhouse's first assignment was to go to Yemen to report on the state of the royalist forces when a cease-fire was declared. At the same time Stirling was cultivating his contacts in the Iranian government and exploring the chances of obtaining work in Africa. The company operated in Zambia and in Sierra Leone, providing training teams and advising on security matters, but its founders' maverick ways of doing business caused its eventual downfall. Woodhouse resigned as Director of Operations after a series of disagreements and Stirling ceased to take an active part in 1972.[7]

Great Britain 75[edit]

In mid-1970s Great Britain, Stirling became increasingly worried that an "undemocratic event" would occur and decided to take action. He created an organisation called Great Britain 75 and recruited members from the aristocratic clubs in Mayfair; mainly ex-military men (often former SAS members). The plan was simple. Should civil unrest result in the breakdown of normal Government operations, they would take over its running. He describes this in detail in an interview from 1974, part of which is present in Adam Curtis's documentary "The Mayfair Set", episode 1: "Who Pays Wins".[5]

In August 1974, before Stirling was ready to go public with GB75, the pacifist magazine Peace News obtained and published his plans, and eventually Stirling – dismayed by the right-wing character of many of those seeking to join GB75 – abandoned the scheme.[citation needed]"
