"FIELD MCCONNELL v. ALPA" titled Civil Case 1:08-1600 (RMC) - BUAP and ATI Technologies Deployed by General Electric - 13 Airliners Have Gone Down - 1600 Lost Lives - Boeing Honeywell Uninterruptible Autopilot - "Bakers Dozen"

Robert:

Thanks for forwarding. Delta pilots have known since 10 December, 2006, of the devices that allow glass cockpit, FBW airliners to be hacked and remotely commandeered. This was the basis of my 2008 lawsuit "FIELD MCCONNELL v. ALPA" titled Civil Case 1:08-1600 (RMC). It was dismissed in a Fraud against the court of Judge Rosemary M. Collyer. The Judge was not aware of the Fraud but ALPA most certainly was.

Who at ALPA was aware? Presidents Randy Babbitt, Duane Woerth, Jon Prater, Lee Moak and attorneys Suzanne Kalfus, James Johnson and Rob Plunkett. I explained the BUAP and ATI to Rob Plunkett face to face in ALPA Office in Minneapolis on 31 January, 2007. I had advised ALPA via email at 2159:10 on 10 December, 2006.

Field McConnell Letter to President of the Air Line Pilots Association re: Boeing Uninterruptible Autopilot

After my exposure of BUAP and ATI technologies deployed by General Electric, 13 airliners have gone down and 1600+ innocent lives have been lost. The flight numbers and dates can be found by doing a Google search using these terms: [ field mcconnell + buap + ati + baker's dozen + flight numbers ].

When MH370 went missing on 8 March 2014 I was summonsed to Malaysia to explain to elements of their government and MAS how the aircraft was landed at FJDG at 0651.
