#2344: Marine Links Serco's Black-Hand Crew Command To Banker's 8(a) Tor For A Silk Road FADEC Crash

Plum City - (AbelDanger.net): United States Marine Field McConnell has linked Serco's pre-deployment of Black Hand* navigators and crew commanders at crash sites to the drug-hub banker HSBC's alleged use of SBA 8(a) companies in illegal trades on the Silk Road onion-router (Tor) networks and the apparent hack of the FADEC system on an MI-17 helicopter which crashed into a closed school in Gilgit, Pakistan, killing the Norwegian and the Philippines ambassadors, the wives of the Malaysian and Indonesian ambassadors and the helicopter's two pilots.
"Mail [The Lord Rothemere - Goebbels propaganda tabloid which described Andreas Lubitz as the killer pilot 48 hours after the crash of Germanwings Flight 9525] Online … Foreign diplomats among six people killed when helicopter crashes into a school in Pakistan with Taliban claiming they downed it in plot to kill Prime Minister Helicopter carrying 11 foreigners and six Pakistanis to north of the country The MI-17 crashed into a closed school near town of Gilgit [Silk Road!] and caught fire The Taliban claimed responsibility, but army say cause was technical fault [AD says FADEC] Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif was in a separate plane and returned to Islamabad when news of the crash broke By KHALEDA RAHMAN FOR MAILONLINE PUBLISHED: 08:34 GMT, 8 May 2015 | UPDATED: 19:06 GMT, 8 May 2015 The ambassadors for Norway and the Philippines were among six people killed today after a helicopter crashed onto a school in northern Pakistan - with Leif H. The Pakistani Taliban issued a statement claiming they had shot down the helicopter with an anti-aircraft missile - but the army have denied this, and indicated the cause was a technical fault."
"The Mil Mi-17 (NATO reporting name "Hip") is a Russian helicopter in production at two factories in Kazan and Ulan-Ude. It is known as the Mi-8M series in Russian service. It is a medium twin-turbine transport helicopter. There are also armed gunship versions. ….. Developed from the basic Mi-8 airframe, the Mi-17 was fitted with the larger Klimov TV3-117MT engines, rotors, and transmission developed for the Mi-14, along with fuselage improvements for heavier loads. Optional engines for 'hot and high' conditions are the 1545 kW (2070 shp) Isotov TV3-117VM. Recent exports to China and Venezuela for use in high mountains have the new Klimov VK-2500 version of the Klimov TV3-117 engine with FADEC control. …… On 11 June 2009, it was announced that the United States had handed over four Mi-17 cargo helicopters to the Pakistan Army to facilitate its counter-terrorism operations. This followed an urgent request for helicopters by Pakistan's Chief of Army Staff General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani in a leaked US embassy cable published on Wikileaks [using Tor].[14] …. On 16 September 2009, the United States Navy delivered the last two of four Mi-17s to the Afghan National Army Air Corps.[16] On 19 June 2010, it was announced that the US government would buy and refurbish 31 more Mi-17 helicopters from Russia to supply the Afghan Army.[17] The US was reportedly considering adding the helicopter to the US military for Special Forces use in order to obscure troop movements.[18] The US has used some Mi-8s and Mi-17s for training,[19] and has purchased units for allies in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan.[18]"
"Exciter controlled by FADEC system US 6195247 B1 ABSTRACT The present invention is addressed to an exciter circuit used as part of an engine ignition system which is controlled by a full authority digital engine control or FADEC. Two channels of the FADEC system are connected to two channels on the exciter system in a cross talk arrangement. This permits any one channel on the FADEC to control both channels on the exciter for redundancy purposes. The establishment of a FADEC control of an exciter system also permits selective use of the exciters and reduces wear on the exciter circuitry and ignition system components."
McConnell claims Serco's banker HSBC and its long-time client Crown Agents (Her Majesty's Murder Inc.) hired SBA 8(a) companies equipped with onion router devices to hack the FADEC systems on the Eurocopter 135 police helicopter which crashed on the roof of the Clutha Vaults Pub in Glasgow on 29 November 2013 and also the Black Hawk helicopter which crashed at a residence in Abbottabad, Pakistan, where Osama bin Laden was allegedly killed on May 2, 2011.

"Her Majesty's Murder, Inc. By now, it may have dawned on some readers that Crown Agents’ range of "services"—arms procurement, border controls, offshore banking—also nicely fit the "administrative requirements" of the world’s organized crime cartels. In fact, a careful review of some of the more sordid aspects of the recent history of Crown Agents, suggests that the firm has been at the center of the British Crown's highly sensitive patronage of global organized crime—what EIR long ago dubbed Dope, Inc. Crown Agents’ extensive links to international organized crime surfaced in the mid-1970s, when the firm's overextended real estate portfolio, particularly its London real estate investments, blew sky high. At the time that the London commercial real estate market collapsed, Crown Agents was managing a portfolio of assets, loans, and other financial paper, totaling more than £4 billion. Despite the fact that Crown Agents held no banking charter, it owned a string of banks all over the world, including some unsavory outfits in some of the most notorious hot-money havens of the Commonwealth."
"Richard Jones is responsible for both Crown Agents Bank and CAIM. He joined Crown Agents in June 2012 after a 23 year career with HSBC, working as one of their elite International Management cadre. He has worked in 10 different developed and developing markets in Asia, Europe and the Caribbean. Roles have included Head of Trade Finance, Payments, Treasury and Foreign Exchange, Commercial Banking, Retail Banking and Strategy and Market Development. His most recent role before joining Crown Agents was as HSBC UK Head of Payments and Cash management [and money laundering]. Richard has extensive experience in developing banking business in emerging environments, focusing on trade finance and payment flows and related treasury and foreign exchange transactions and infrastructures."
Black Hand* Serco navigators' using the British Crown's "Patent Rights to Track, Film and Kill" from the City of London's Honourable Artillery Company 1537; The Master Mariners and The Air Pilots (formerly GAPAN) 1929, and The Ancient and Honorable Artillery Company of Massachusetts 1638 – whose alumni include U.S. Presidents James Monroe, Chester Alan Arthur, Calvin Coolidge and John F. Kennedy and – perhaps – Barack 'Down Low' Obama.

Over coming days, McConnell will be explaining how Black Hand navigators can use the 8(a) onion router to trigger FADEC crashes close to Serco crew commanders to ensure all evidence of sabotage is removed so that the crash can be attributed to pilot error or a technical fault.

"HOW TOR ENABLED SILK ROAD Central to the operation of Silk Road was a complex underground computer routing system known as Tor. Ulbricht allegedly used the system to hide the location of the computer servers that hosted the Silk Road website. But Tor is no secret, especially to the U.S. government. The U.S. Naval Research Lab developed onion routing, the concept behind Tor, as a way to protect naval communication so an enemy could not trace computer messages and detect a ship's position. Every computer on the Internet has an Internet Protocol, or IP, address that can be used to find its physical location. Tor ensures privacy by randomly routing computer messages through several places on the Internet, wrapped in layers of encryption, so no single point can link the source to the destination. .. Tor also hosts black markets, such as Sheep Marketplace and Black Market Reloaded, that deal in guns, drugs, stolen credit card numbers and child pornography. The United States seeks the extradition of Eric Marques, who was arrested in Ireland for allegedly hosting a website on the Tor network that allowed people to share child pornography. Silk Road created a private network through Tor by using software to build encrypted connections through relays on the network. The system is created so no single relay, or server, knew the complete path. A computer algorithm on Tor generates a complex Web address that ends in .onion and can be accessed only by downloading Tor software. … DEA agents learned of Silk Road within months after it went online. In June 2011, Sen. Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., called on federal agents to investigate it. Court papers indicate federal agents began making hundreds of undercover purchases from the site in November 2011."

"Serco bleeding but helped by Australian immigration contract

My article appears today in The Guardian:

British multinational Serco is in trouble. After years as the favoured outsourcer for public services in Britain and countless countries around the world, the latest figures show a financial crash of unprecedented proportions. The firm announced it is writing down its business value by nearly AU $3bn with no dividend for shareholders and a plea for an injection of a billion more dollars. This is a "bitter pill", according to its chief executive Rupert Soames.

Revealingly, the corporation admitted that without its Australian detention network, its profit would have been even worse. In other words, imprisoning asylum seekers in poor conditions for extended periods of time in remote locations is good for business. Serco won the contract to manage all of Australia's mainland facilities and Christmas Island in 2009 – I was part of a team that first published the contract between Serco and Canberra in 2011 – and the profits have soared ever since.

From a $370m contract in 2009 to well over $1bn today, surging refugee boats have been invaluable to Serco's bottom line. Serco has benefited from an opaque reporting process and desperate federal politicians and bureaucrats who needed corporate help with an immigration system that ran out of control when asylum seekers started arriving in large numbers from Sri Lanka, Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan and beyond. Neither the government nor Serco could handle the influx, and both detainees and guards suffered.

Profits of Doom

During the writing of my book Profits of Doom, I spoke to a senior Serco manager who told me how his superiors gamed the system to increase income. Staff are reduced to "keep profits high" and managers are routinely moved from the most difficult centres such as Darwin and Christmas Island because they're told that "if they get abatements [fines from Canberra], they'll be fired".

Another senior Serco source recently told me that his company had planned to turn the Australian centres into less prison-like environments. A spike in boats ruined that dream, he lamented.

It's a sign of the times that a company like Serco, with murky financial statements masking its true economic shape, is continually rewarded for failure with new and larger contracts. Just this week, the Australian government announced a "cop on the beat" system within the immigration department to strengthen oversight. This is little more than window dressing after years of Serco and government obfuscation over assessing self-harm inside detention, profit margins, guard misbehaviour and a culture of secrecy that pervades everything the firm does in Australia and Britain (I recently witnessed this when visiting the notorious Yarl's Wood facility in England).

Vulture capitalism has become the ideology of our age, with Serco just a symptom of wider economic failure. Outsourcing remains hugely appealing, with Mitie now becoming the UK Home Office's largest provider of immigration detention. A clean-skin, without the troubles of G4S and Serco, proves that it'll take more than a Serco collapse to arrest three decades of privatised failure.

Privatisation doesn't deliver better and cheaper services for our society, or even shareholder democracy. The public knows it. It's time to empower individuals who want to wrest power from the corporations and return it to the people."

"Loan Improvement Jan 31, 2001 SBA modernizes to help feed its growing programs
BY PATRICIA DAUKANTAS | GCN STAFF
Under a five-year plan for overhauling its information technology systems, the Small Business Administration recently acquired new software for financial and other administrative tasks. .. In the first phase of the modernization, the agency has upgraded systems for managing its extensive portfolio of guaranteed loans, chief operating officer Kristine Marcy said. SBA processed its first electronic loan last November through its Sacramento, Calif., office and plans to add more private lenders during fiscal 2001. .. Marcy said. Banks had been asking SBA to make faster decisions on loan guarantees. The agency decided to aim for a turnaround time of one hour. In the second phase of modernization, SBA is revamping its financial, human resources, procurement and travel systems with Web-enabled Oracle Corp. applications. .. The second-phase integrator, SRA International Inc. of Arlington, Va., has subcontracted with a number of small firms for things such as training and data conversion [Note Serco protégé Base One opened a document conversion center in the Bronx in 2006, presumably to deal with Obama's passport problems]. .. In the final phase of the modernization, SBA will upgrade the computers in its 8(a) Business Development Program, which assists small businesses in competing for government contracts, Marcy said. The agency wants to be able to improve its tracking of clients' successes and failures [through to liquidation by the SBA's preferred lenders and sureties such as HSBC and Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America - note merged with Citigroup and John Deutch's CIA friends!]."
