#2332: Marine Links PENREN Clinton Onion Route to Serco's Black-Hand Cockpit, Lubitz Base One Bypass

Plum City - (AbelDanger.net): United States Marine Field McConnell has linked Pentagon Renovation (PENREN) procurement frauds which gave Hillary Clinton private access to patented onion routers, to the remote control of glass-cockpit aircraft by Serco Black-Hand* navigators and the Base One Technologies bypass of 'Killer Pilot' Andreas Lubitz, which crashed the Airbus 320 of Germanwings Flight 9525 into the French Alps at 430 mph.

"The best security: A trip through The Onion Router How TOR works. Courtesy TOR Project. Published: April 24, 2013, 11:38 am .. Before the Internet, people flocked to secret and well-hidden underground markets to purchase either illegal or morally questionable items. With the birth of the Internet, unlimited access to these items from around the world became a reality. The issue was creating a tunnel to transfer anything from heroin to full libraries of downloaded books, from one part of the world to the next securely and secretly. Enter Tor. The U.S Naval Research Lab created Tor, or The Onion Router, as an experiment in 1996. The lab has been studying different methods of carrying out anonymous communication between governments for years. The result was the original Tor network. .. Perhaps what Tor has become most well known for, though, is the Silk Road. Run by an anonymous individual who refers to themselves only as the Dread Pirate Roberts, the Silk Road is a highly illegal and highly profitable passageway for very illegal items. Buyers can purchase pounds of heroin or an arsenal and have it delivered to their home without leaving a trace. Discussions take place on a huge number of Tor forums daily between drug dealers from around the world discussing the latest trends and their future purchases. .. It may have been underground at one point, but it is no longer just a whisper in the dark forums of the Internet’s underbelly. It’s become a tool for activists, hackers, drug dealers, and curious minds. It’s the beginning of a line of networks that will become commonplace very soon. .. © COPYRIGHT - POSTMEDIA NEWS"
McConnell claims that Serco used Darleen Druyun to procure The U.S Naval Research Lab's onion router for its outsourced PENREN communications and established a mentor-protégé arrangement with Base One, Clinton's server operator in New Rochelle N.Y., to select aircraft which might be safely crashed to eliminate threats to the Black Hand drug and weapons trade.

McConnell notes that Serco (world's largest air traffic controller, operator of the U.S. National Visa Center) filed the onion router patent application in 1998 and processed a 2 millionth patent application for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in March 2013 giving the Black Hand ample opportunities to crash glass cockpit aircraft and kill high-value passengers while Base One protégé companies libel dead pilots and help to sue the hapless carriers which employed them.

Black Hand*Serco navigators’ using the British Crown's "Patent Rights to Track, Film and Kill" from the City of London's Honourable Artillery Company 1537; The Master Mariners and The Air Pilots (formerly GAPAN) 1929, and The Ancient and Honorable Artillery Company of Massachusetts 1638 – whose alumni include U.S. Presidents James Monroe, Chester Alan Arthur, Calvin Coolidge and John F. Kennedy and – perhaps – Barack 'Down Low' Obama.

McConnell (30 year airline and 22 year military pilot with 23,000 hours of safety) is offering his expert-witness services to groups entitled to claim damages for the wrongful deaths of victims of the crash of Flight 9525 associated with the alleged use of PENREN onion-router devices by Serco's Black Hand shareholders including Allianz, HSBC and Her Majesty's Government.

"Killer co-pilot 'spiked coffee of his captain with diuretic drug so he would have to leave cockpit to go to the toilet'  .. Investigators have been searching Andreas Lubtiz's internet search history …. Lubitz sought information online on various methods of taking his own lifeHe is also believed to have researched the [patented] cockpit door locking systemInvestigators now want to determine why the captain left the cockpit  By DARREN BOYLE FOR MAILONLINE PUBLISHED: 05:48 GMT, 9 April 2015 | UPDATED: 07:45 GMT, 9 April 2015 .. Air crash investigators examining a computer belonging to Germanwings co-pilot Andreas Lubitz are trying to determine whether the killer 'spiked' his captain's drink to force him into the toilet.  Lubitz, 27, crashed the Airbus A320 passenger jet into the Alps changing the aircraft's altitude to just 100 feet using the autopilot, sending it on collision course with the Alps.  German prosecutors believe that Lubitz may have added a chemical to Captain Patrick Sodenheimer's coffee to remove him from the flight deck."

"A glass cockpit is an aircraft cockpit that features electronic (digital) flight instrument displays, typically large LCD screens, rather than the traditional style of analog dials and gauges. While a traditional cockpit (nicknamed as a "steam cockpit" within aviation circles) relies on numerous mechanical gauges to display information, a glass cockpit uses several displays driven by flight management systems, that can be adjusted (multi-function display) to display flight information as needed. This simplifies aircraft operation and navigation and allows pilots to focus only on the most pertinent information. They are also popular with airline companies as they usually eliminate the need for a flight engineer, saving costs. In recent years the technology has become widely available in small aircraft."

"Onion routing network for securely moving data through communication networks
US 6266704 B1
ABSTRACT The onion routing network is used to protect Internet initiators and responders against both eavesdropping and traffic analysis from other users of the Internet. In the onion routing of the invention, instead of making connections directly to a responding machine, users make connections through onion routers. The onion routing network allows the connection between the initiator and responder to remain anonymous. Anonymous connections hide who is connected to whom and for what purpose from outside eavesdroppers."

"The Pentagon Renovation Program or PENREN was a long-term project by the United States Department of Defense to perform a complete slab-to-slab renovation of The Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia. The program began in the 1990s, and was completed in June 2011.[1][2] … The Defense Authorization Act of 1991 transferred control of the Pentagon Reservation from the General Services Administration to the Department of Defense, and established the Pentagon Reservation Maintenance Revolving Fund, designed to fund Pentagon renovations. This move enabled the Secretary of Defense to determine rent rates for Pentagon tenants to help fund the renovation.[3]

"Ministry of Defence appoints ex-Serco employee as CIO 5/6/2014

Yvonne Ferguson's appointment last November now stated as temporary by the MoD as Mike Stone takes up the CIO role.

Now, the MoD has said that Yvonne Ferguson was "always intended to be an interim arrangement, while we sourced a permanent candidate", yet this was not made clear by the MoD at her appointment. At a CIO networking event in early December 2013, a number of MoD technology leaders spoke to ComputerworldUK's sister title CIO of Ferguson's appointment and were not under the impression that her appointment was a temporary measure.

An MoD spokesperson added: "Since her arrival in January she has overseen the creation of a newly-integrated information systems and services department and helped to identify the challenges faced. We have now appointed Mike Stone so we can take forward the transformation of ICT under the leadership of someone who is already familiar with the organisation."

New CIO Mike Stone has been CEO of Defence Business Services since 2012. Defence Business Services is an organisation that provides corporate services, HR for example, to the armed forces. In April 2012 Defence Business Services was outsourced by the MoD to Serco. It is understood that Serco "offered" the MoD Stone's services.

Stone has been a CIO with BT Global Services and is a former serving British Army officer. Stone joined the Army in September 1976 and remained in the force until 2002, when he left the armed forces to join BT. In his Army career, according to his LinkedIn profile, he rose to the rank of Brigadier and was IT director in the Field HQ of the Army."

"Darleen A. Druyun (born November 7, 1947) is a former United States Air Force civilian official (Principal Deputy Undersecretary of the Air Force for Acquisition) and Boeing executive. In 1993 Darleen Druyun was investigated for her involvement in a plan to speed up payments by the Air Force to McDonnell Douglas.[1] Although dozens of other people involved were convicted or discharged, Druyun kept her position.[2] In 2000 Druyun sent the resumes of her daughter, a recent college graduate, and her daughter's fiancé, a published PhD Aeronautical Engineer, to Boeing and both were hired.[3]

In May 2003, the United States Air Force announced it would lease 100 KC-767tankers to replace the oldest 136 of its KC-135s. The 10-year lease would give the USAF the option to purchase the aircraft at the end of the contract. In September 2003, responding to critics who argued that the lease was vastly more expensive than an outright purchase, the United States Department of Defense announced a revised lease. In November 2003, the Air Force decided it would lease 20 KC-767 aircraft and purchase 80 tankers.[4]

Buying one KC-767 outright costs $150 million. The contract called for 100 aircraft being purchased or leased at an aggregate price of $37b, or $370m per plane. Therefore, the contract, if it had been executed, would have forced the DOD to pay Boeing much more money for each plane than it would have had to if the aircraft were purchased individually.

After leaving the Air Force in 2003 Druyun took a job with Boeing at an annual salary of $250,000.[5] She also received a $50,000 signing bonus.

In December 2003, the Pentagon announced the project was to be frozen while an investigation of allegations of corruption by Druyun was begun. Druyun pleaded guilty to inflating the price of the contract to favor her future employer and to passing information on the competing Airbus A330 MRTT bid (fromEADS). CBS News called it "the biggest Pentagon scandal in 20 years" and said that she pleaded guilty to a felony.[6]
In October 2004, she was sentenced to nine months in jail for corruption, fined $5,000, given three years of supervised release and 150 hours of community service.

She began her prison term on January 5, 2005.[7] She was released from prison on September 30, 2005. The ramifications extended to Boeing CFOMichael M. Sears, who was fired from Boeing, and Boeing CEO Phil Conditresigned. On February 18, 2005, Sears was sentenced to four months in prison and Boeing ended up paying a $615 million fine for their involvement.[8]According to The Federal Times, Darleen Druyun will still be receiving a federal pension.[9] Druyun was also found guilty in awarding the initial Small Diameter Bomb contract to Boeing.[10]"

"Hillary wiped her server clean: As NBC’s Kristen Welker reported over the weekend, the top Republican investigating the 2012 Benghazi attack, Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC), revealed that Hillary Clinton had wiped her server clean of her emails. "Clinton's attorney, David Kendall, said Gowdy was looking in the wrong place," the AP says. "In a six-page letter released late Friday, Kendall said Clinton had turned over to the State Department all work-related emails sent or received during her tenure as secretary of state from 2009 to 2013. 'The Department of State is therefore in possession of all Secretary Clinton's work-related emails from the (personal email) account,' Kendall wrote." Here's the "Meet the Press" discussion over the Clinton emails."
