Refugees as a Weapons System: Jihadis Without Borders – Part 1

By Vicky Davis

Recently there was a program on C-Span Book TV about a love story written by Lucinda Franks titled, Timeless Love: Morgenthau and Me. Lucinda Franks is married to New York’s most famous prosecuting attorney, Robert Morgenthau. This book is not just about the personal details of their relationship, it's about Morgenthau's career as a prosecutor including some of his biggest cases. The interviewer was Dan Rather. It's impossible to watch the interview without thinking that the real purpose of the book was to provide some behind the scenes details on Al Qaeda connection to the World Trade Center. Lucinda Franks did that – in a simple and straightforward way. What she said was compelling enough for me to take a look at the Muslim terrorist angle of the 9/11 story that I ignored for so long because the storyline seemed absurd. And it is absurd without the history that is behind it.

To be specific, it was when Franks said the guerrilla fighters we were helping in Afghanistan in 1979 were anti-American and the plan was that after they finished with the Soviets, they were coming to the U.S. to bring us down. They had an open invitation to the United States because the U.S. and Saudi Arabia made a deal that all of the terrorists that fought in Afghanistan would be brought to the United States; they would be given citizenship, homes and assistance in settling in the U.S.

9/11 Backstory

Emphasis: Saudi Muslim fighters were anti-American. After they fought the Soviets, they planned to come to the U.S. to fight Americans and they were given an open door invitation – supposedly unbeknownst to the CIA.

Recall in Part IV of Refugees as a Weapons System, the Congress passed the Refugee Act of 1980 establishing a permanent office of refugee resettlement within HHS. The ostensible reason for this legislation was because Jimmy Carter negotiated with Castro to allow people to leave Cuba who wanted to leave. Then Castro emptied out his prisons and mental hospitals and sent these people to the U.S. in the Mariel Boat Lift. The massive numbers of Cuban refugees overwhelmed the capacity of our systems to handle them so the response was to begin to contract with private sector corporations for facilities and services for them.

To tell the rest of this story, I need to divide it into three parts: Culture, War and Trade. These are the three fronts of the war against the people of the United States to implement what we used to call communism – but which we see now is actually fascism. [see related reading and viewing below with Glenn Beck referring to Russia's Aleksandr Dugin's philosophy as fascism; enemy hierarchies in an "epistemological war"]  The goal is destroy modern civilization – to take us back to the Stone Age. That probably sounds over the top but it's simply a matter of devolution of culture – reversing the evolution. There are people homeless and hungry in the United States and the problem is growing every year. Is there really a good reason for that? Is the U.S. a poor country? Is the U.S. lacking technology, labor, resources and facilities for education? No – is the answer to all those questions. So why then is it happening? It's happening because that is the goal.

Likewise, the goal of multiculturalism – the injection of populations of people with entirely different cultures and backgrounds is intended to breakdown the American culture. Multiculturalism is balkanization to destroy the fabric of American society. The paradigm of the Marxist social engineers in this country – supported by the mainstream media and our societal institutions – universities and foundations, is that we are that we are supposed to silently acquiesce to foreign cultures – putting our own culture in second place.

Culture

All information on Antonio Gramsci is right out of Wikipedia. It's an adequate overview for my purposes – the relevance of which will become apparent later on.

Antonio Gramsci

I’m not going to pretend that I've studied Antonio Gramsci, but I understand his general thesis which is that cultural hegemony is what prevents the working class from revolting. Culture is the glue that holds society together. It follows that if you break the cultural hegemony, you can then foment revolution and isn’t that what’s happening to our country?

Gramsci was an Italian Marxist theoretician. He was a founding member and head of the Communist Party in Italy. He studied at the University of Turin beginning in 1911 "as it was going through industrialization, with Fiat and Lancia factories recruiting workers from poorer regions". Gramsci was imprisoned by Benito Mussolini for his insurgent activities.

"Gramsci's theory of hegemony is tied to his conception of the capitalist state. Gramsci does not understand the 'state' in the narrow sense of the government. Instead, he divides it between 'political society' (the police, the army, legal system, etc.) – the arena of political institutions and legal constitutional control – and 'civil society' (the family, the education system, trade unions, etc.) – commonly seen as the 'private' or 'non-state' sphere, mediating between the state and the economy. He stresses, however, that the division is purely conceptual and that the two, in reality, often overlap.[21] The capitalist state, Gramsci claims, rules through force plus consent: political society is the realm of force and civil society is the realm of consent."

War

Briefly, in the 1950's the leaders of Afghanistan wanted to modernize their military and they tried to purchase U.S. military equipment. The U.S. turned them down so the Afghans established relations with the Soviet Union. Skipping ahead to 1978, the government of Afghanistan was friendly with the Soviet Union and they signed a treaty with them. There was opposition to the treaty and relationship. In December of 1979, Soviet troops entered Afghanistan to provide boots-on-the-ground support to the Soviet friendly government of Afghanistan.

Zbignew Brzezinski was Jimmy Carter's National Security Advisor in 1979. Carter feigned surprise at the invasion but in fact, Carter signed an Executive Order to provide aid to the Afghan rebels that included weapons and training in the tactics of terrorism months before the Soviets arrived.

[Regarding the Soviet Invasion – Source: Jimmy Carter: The Liberal Left and World Chaos by Mike Evans, Pages 380-381]
"Brzezinski was overjoyed as he told The Guardian, "that the Russians had been drawn into what he saw as his cleverly baited trap. The day Soviet forces crossed the border, he wrote to Carter, saying: 'We now have the opportunity to give the U.S.S.R. their Vietnam War'"694. Brezezinski saw the Afghan invasion as a precursor to undermine the Soviets and the total disintegration of the U.S.S.R.
In 1998 Brzezinski granted an interview to the French weekly, Le Nouvel Observateur. Brzezinski confirmed to the French reporter what had long been suspected: the U.S. had offered aid to the Afghan rebels before the Russian invasion, not after. Among his admissions during the interview, Brzezinski confirmed the U.S. had overtly increased the chances that the Soviets would push into Afghanistan by providing aid to the Afghan rebels. Said the former national security advisor:
"It was July 3, 1979, that President Carter signed the first directive for secret aid to the opponents of the pro-Soviet regime in Kabul. And that very day, I wrote a note to the president in which I explained to him that in my opinion this aid was going to induce a Soviet military intervention …. That secret operation was an excellent idea. It had the effect of drawing the Russians into the Afghan trap." [When asked by the French journalist if he regretted having armed future terrorists Brzezinski, in his own inimitable, pompous rhetoric, summed up U.S. covert intervention in the region with:) "What is more important in world history? The Taliban or the collapse of the Soviet empire? Some agitated Moslems or the liberation of Central Europe and the end of the cold war?695 [Source: Jimmy Carter: The Liberal Left and World Chaos by Mike Evans, Pages 380-381]
According to Lucinda Franks, the Saudis promised to provide war fighters and terrorists to fight against the Soviets in return for the CIA bringing these war fighters and terrorists to the U.S. after the Soviets left Afghanistan. The Soviets were in Afghanistan for nine years – bombing, killing maiming while the Americans were funding, arming and equipping the Mujahedeen. But the Soviets were doing something else while they were there. They were educating the next generation of Jihadis.

As stated above, in 1979, Zbignew Brzezinski was Jimmy Carter's National Security Advisor. Something I learned recently was that Zbig was an advisor in the State Department's Policy Planning Office during the Johnson Administration in 1966. The Policy Planning Office was/is the brain of the CIA. It was established by Secretary of State George Kennan around 1948 to administer the Marshall Plan.

In a paper titled, Across the Ideological Divide: IIASA and IIASANET by Jay Hauben, he wrote the following – emphasis added:
During much of the second half of the Twentieth Century, the borders between eastern and western Europe were considered an Iron Curtain. But in 1966, United States President Lyndon Johnson made a surprising announcement.1 Surprising because of the hot war in Vietnam and the Cold War between the US and the Soviet Union. The US was going to seek the cooperation of the Soviet Union to set up a residential research center where scientists from East and West could collaborate. The focus of the scientific collaboration would be the solution of large-scale problems common to advanced economies. Two types of such problems were recognized, those problems which know no borders such as air or water pollution and those problems which are common to all countries such as urban growth or health care delivery. The government of the Soviet Union was receptive. Such a center was founded six years later in 1972 in Laxenberg near Vienna, Austria. It still exists today. The name chosen for it was the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis, abbreviated IIASA (pronounced yəsa).2
… Around President Johnson in 1966 were policy advisers3 including McGeorge Bundy.4 Bundy had left his position as Special Advisor to the United States President to be the president of the Ford Foundation but he remained active as one of Johnson’s inner circle. These advisors, while advocating the bombing of North Vietnam, also argued that US interests in Europe and its image abroad would be served by "constructive political, diplomatic and economic initiatives to Eastern Europe and the Soviet Union."5 Aware of the growing sentiment in Europe in favor of détente, a US National Security Action Memo (NSAM) was issued calling for Johnson to "actively develop areas of peaceful cooperation with the nations of Eastern Europe and the Soviet Union . . . [the Atlantists] to help create an environment in which peaceful settlement of the division of Germany and of Europe will become possible."6 Offering cooperation in the solution of global problems like pollution and acid rain was expected to be attractive as was "providing Western instruction in …modern management."
Zbignew's name is all over that paragraph even though it doesn't appear in print.

In Mike Evans book referenced above concerning the 1979 Soviet invasion of Afghanistan, he wrote:
A group of elite Soviet forces attacked the presidential palace in Kabul and assassinated Prime Minister Hafizullah Amin. It lay to rest the Soviet claims that the prime minister had issued an invitation to the Soviets to move into Afghanistan. A later announcement regarding Mr. Amin's fate indicated that the leader had been executed for so-called “crimes against the state." Foreign Minister Andrei Gromyko justified the Soviet's actions by accusing the CIA of trying to undermine Muslim areas outside the U.S.S.R., and especially in the Hindu Kush mountain region. He cast his vote in favor of the invasion at a Politburo meeting on December 12, 1979.
Apparently the Soviets felt the move was a necessary one in the Cold War between the two superpowers…
The fraud of it all was that the U.S. and the Soviets had been working together from 1967 onward through the IIASA which was officially chartered in 1972 in London and they reside in Vienna. The invasion of Afghanistan was a calculated move that was a trap for United States and not the Soviets. Jimmy Carter's foreign policy as it pertains to Iran was cast as inept. I don't believe it was. I think it was strategic and intentional to allow radical islam to rise. The same people who formulated the strategy to fund and train the mujahedeen in Afghanistan, also cut the deal to import them here after the Soviet engagement. And as you will see, they were behind the international agreements to create and enable a program of Jihadis Without Borders. This is World War II, Part II and the enemy is inside the gates.

Zbignew Brzezinski despises Russia and has spent his entire professional career undermining Russia through the institutions and think tanks he is associated with. Brzezinski clearly is against what Eurasianism stands for: national self-interests; cultural values; no single power holds sway unlike in America and Europe. These are attributes Glenn Beck and Zbigniew Brzezinski refer to as "fascism."

According to Aleksandr Dugin, the twenty-first century will be "defined by the conflict between Eurasianists and Atlantists." The Eurasianists defend the need for every people and culture on Earth to be allowed to develop in its own way, free of interference, and in accordance with their own particular values. Eurasianists thus stand for "tradition and for the blossoming variety of cultures, and a world in which no single power holds sway over all the others."

Opposing them are the Atlantists (essentially the Neocons and including Zbignew Brzezinski). They stand for ultra-liberalism in both economics and values, stopping at nothing to expand their influence to every corner of the globe, unleashing war, terror, and injustice on all who oppose them, both at home and abroad more recently in Ukraine. The Atlantists are represented by the United States and the UK and its allies around the world, who seek to maintain the anglo-American unipolar hegemony over the Earth. The Eurasianists believe that only a strong Russia, working together with all those who oppose Atlanticism worldwide, can stop them and bring about the multipolar world they desire.

Alexsandr Dugin best articulates these ideas in a book he wrote called Eurasian Mission: An Introduction to Neo-Eurasianism. This book introduces the basic ideas of Eurasianism. Eurasianism is in the ascendency in Russia today and opposes the American-based Neocons. The Kremlin's geopolitical policies are largely based on Eurasian's tenets, as has been acknowledged by Vladimir Putin. It has been reshaping Russia's geopolitics, and its influence is already changing the course of world history.

Someone has to lead the lost sheep.

"Essentially, the unipolar world is simply a means of justifying dictatorship over people and countries. […] I think that we need a new version of interdependence. […] This is particularly relevant given the strengthening and growth of certain regions on the planet, which process objectively requires institutionalization of such new poles, creating powerful regional organizations and developing rules for their interaction. Cooperation between these centers would seriously add to the stability of global security, policy and economy." --Vladimir Putin, Valdai Club, October 24, 2014

Pure Satanism": Aleksandr Dugin on Postmodernity

Listen to Glenn Beck trash Aleksandr Dugin in Beck's recent diatribe against Dugin and his philosophy. Glenn Beck who is a mental midget in comparison to Aleksandr Dugin, calls Dugin "the most dangerous man alive." Has Glenn Beck met with Aleksandr Dugin, read any of his books or attended any of Dugin's seminars? Of course not, yet Beck can consider himself an "expert" on Aleksandr Dugin?
