#2122: Marine Links Heifer Down-Low Parking Spot to Serco Cakeboy Alibi Tag and Murder of Donald Young

Plum City - (AbelDanger.net): United States Marine Field McConnell has linked Down Low Club parking spots in Chicago, allegedly used by agents of Michelle 'The Heifer' Obama to track her husband's sex partners at the Trinity United Church of Christ, to the Serco Cakeboy Alibi Tag Association and the murder of Donald Young on December 24, 2007.

"To this day, people in Chicago are still scared about being murdered for talking about Barack Obama being gay or about what goes on at Trinity United with the still-active "Down Low Club". Young, gay, black men are mentored into the club and are eventually paired up with often unattractive and difficult to deal with straight black women who never have boyfriends (since guys don't want to have anything to do with them). A friend of mine in the "Think Squad" of prominent black professionals I talk to regularly calls these women "heifers" and says it's very common for "cake boys" to be paired up with "heifers" so that "dummies are fooled" into thinking they are straight.

McConnell claims that The Heifer and her mate Valerie Jarrett hired Serco's Cakeboy Alibi Tag ('SCAT') Association to run the Chicago City parking contract and track and film johns as they were being serviced by children supplied through the pedophile adoption agency at Hull House.

McConnell notes that Serco CEO Rupert Soames has explained that the recent collapse in Serco profits from government outsourcing contracts (Chicago parking!) is the result of some 15 years of fraudulent tagging of alibied criminals who were back in jail, overseas, dead or non-existent.

McConnell alleges that The Heifer ordered Serco's alibied cakeboys to track the late Donald Young, the former choirmaster of the Trinity United Church of Christ, through Down Low Club parking spots to his home at 2320 East 69th Street and have him murdered, execution style, in a currently unsolved case presumably because the Serco hit team is out of the country and back on the tag while the Heifer is in the White House.

Serco set to flounder in the red and seek funding from investors after tagging scandal results in loss of contracts
Serco, the troubled outsourcing giant being probed by the Serious Fraud Office, is set to plunge into the red and is believed to be poised to ask investors for hundreds of millions of pounds.

Investment bank Numis believes profits have nosedived from £106million in the first half of 2013 to a loss of £11million over the same period this year.

The City expects Serco will need to raise up to £375million from shareholders in a rights issue, though this is likely to come next year after a strategic review of the company has been completed.

Profits collapse: The Government suspended new contracts to Serco and rival G4S after a scandal relating to the electronic tagging of criminals

Recently-installed chief executive Rupert Soames, a grandson of Sir Winston Churchill, will on Tuesday explain to investors that there has been a catastrophic collapse in profits since the Government suspended the awarding of new contracts to Serco and its rival G4S for six months after a scandal relating to the electronic tagging of criminals.

The Government had accused Serco of charging for tagging people who were either already in jail or dead.

Serco has agreed to refund the Government more than £70million. The company has also agreed to repay £2million in past profits on a prisoner escort contract after it was found to have claimed that it had delivered defendants 'ready for court' when it had actually failed to do so.

The controversies led to the departure of Serco's chief executive Chris Hyman, who was replaced by Soames, who joined from power company Aggreko. Major contracts to run the Docklands Light Railway and Westminster City Council have already been lost.

But there are also fears that it could lose its £275million annual contract for operating Australia's immigration detention centres. It recently lost the contract to provide support for Australia's defence forces after 15 years.
Soames has warned that Serco is likely to lose millions on some contracts – including those related to asylum seekers and healthcare.

Serco's share price has plunged by nearly 50 per cent this year to leave the company with a value of £1.6billion."

Besides the Obamas, famous examples of this are Steadman Graham and Oprah Winfrey (he's gay, while she's just plain nasty and conceited), Star Jones and her gay husband whatever his name was, Terry McMillan and Jonathan Plummer (who eventually came out and left her), and Will Smith and Jada Pinckett (who are actually both gay...which is really rare in these arranged marriages because typically gay guys are not married to lesbians for some reason).

It's kind of hilarious that straight people can't see this stuff for what it really is, but then again for many years people believed that Rock Hudson and Elton John were both really married to women for love, too.
In retrospect, that's laughable and crazy...but so will it be in about 5-10 years when the truth about Barack and Michelle Obama comes out as well.  And it will come out, too, as soon as people are no longer afraid of being murdered for talking about it.

Chicago is ruled by fear.  Living here, people are terrified of the City coming after them with tickets and fines for all sorts of things.  Literally, the City tries to trick you into getting parking tickets by posting sets of signs that restrict parking in ways more Byzantine and tangled than the logic problems on an LSAT exam.

Then there's the very real fear of ever saying and doing something to offend an Alderman...who will often times set out on a course of vengeance against you that results in all manner of fines, your losing your lease, your business license being taken away, etc.

These guys operate with impunity like mafia Dons in most cases. If you run afoul of the Democrat Party here in some way, you could lose your job if pressure is applied against your boss to fire you...or you'll just be beaten by goons hired by precinct captains and ward bosses one day.

The police will never show interest in ever investigating your beating...or your murder if it was politically ordered by Democrats or friends of Democrats. When you land at O'Hare or Midway and see Al Capone's face on shot glasses and tee shirts just know that his spirit is very much alive in this city, especially with Rahm Emanuel in the Mayor's office.

Rahm is gay too.  I have friends who have slept with him.  And, yes, he's a total bottom if that's not too much information for you.  For years, Rahm has exclusively hired little gay interns who resemble the Hollywood stars that Rahm years for (if you go to the Mayor's office and see a lot of guys who look like Zac Ephron hanging around, well now you know why).

Rahm's also been very generous politically with his toy boys...ultimately graduating many of them from his stable into choice positions in law firms and brokerage houses by using his political connections.

A lot of these guys are straight, too, by the way...but that's called "gay for pay" when good looking straight guys and gym bunnies essentially prostitute themselves to older gay men for the chance at gaining access to high-paying careers in a bad economy.

You probably don't want to know what some straight guys are willing to do for a while to land big careers in Chicago.  This stuff has been happening for years and is very similar to the way Hollywood studios are run. Very few big name male actors made it to the top without being a bottom for a while on casting couches "paying their dues" to the gay producers, directors, and executives who promised them big things down the line."

Training has been a major activity of the project.  Curricula were developed to train legal professionals, case workers, foster/adoptive parents and youth in understanding the importance of youth maintaining family and other important relationships while youth move to permanent families or other supportive situations that will serve them well as they grow into young adults.  A video was made to assist in the training programs.  The video has been distributed nationwide and is available for the cost of duplication by contacting the project."

"Need a Job? Narc on Parking Meter Sketches!
By emzanotti, December 17, 2010 at 12:36 pm

Need extra cash for the holidays? Turns out you can make $8.50 an hour selling out fellow Chicagoans who've overstayed their welcome at the city's parking meters. SERCO, the company that supplements Chicago's parking ticket enforcement by supplying the city with a non-union force of parking ticket writers is hiring.

SERCO, a private firm with a multi-million dollar city contract, has been supplementing the Chicago's already substantial parking enforcement force with non-union parking enforcement personnel for several years.

Often SERCO people work later evening hours the Department of Revenue doesn't typically staff.

SERCO also has enforcement contracts with the City Clerk's office to write city sticker violations and more recently became the official enforcement arm of Chicago Parking Meters, LLC.

If you like to walk a lot, have a high school education and enjoy working a job with "Little creativity and latitude is expected," then this may be the perfect fit for you.

Of course, there's a catch that probably disqualifies the majority of Chicago residents: you're not allowed to have any unpaid Chicago parking tickets. There's no word on whether more serious offenses have any effect on your worthiness. And it goes without saying that you have to be weather-resilient and willing to enforce the parking code unmercifully. Last year, the city waited half a week to plow the side streets around my apartment building after the Chicago Blizzard of Ought Ten but had issued parking tickets to snowed-in cars immediately. Word has it that they're also fond of issuing parking tickets in the half hour before the meters go free on holiday evenings, though I've never seen this.

The best part of this, as one commentator points out, is that SERCO is only paying $8.50 an hour to its army of city revenue generators but charges the city $17 per ticket writer. It makes sense since the parking meters are technically private, so the private company should be responsible for collecting its own revenue, although there's an argument to be made as to whether private workers should be able to enforce city ordinances. But with a scheme where both the company and the city profit, it's interesting to note how both parties are trying to come out with the best deal. SERCO earns cash on the city; the city earns $50 cash off of every ticket SERCO issues. The city spends less of its budget on people and gets a disposable, easier-to-manage workforce in return: SERCO employees aren't unionized, so they don't necessarily require overtime like city workers and can be fired for any reason, which is both a good and bad thing depending on your perspective on city workers' unions.

The whole scheme probably ends up screwing Chicago city workers and Chicago residents, which makes this, perhaps, one of the most successful programs ever enacted.
