#2089: Marine Links Serco Spot-Fix Crime Time to Stacey Offender’s Tag, Nancy’s Pig-Farm Pension Fund

Plum City - (AbelDanger.net). United States Marine Field McConnell has linked Serco’s alleged spot-fixed timing of events at murder for hire ad hoc crime scenes to Tom Stacey’s 1983 launch of the Offender’s Tag Association at St. Ermin’s Hotel in London – the de facto base for the UK's secret intelligence agencies and people "Licensed to Kill" – and Nancy Campbell’s B.C. pension fund’s mortgage investments in the Pickton Family pig farm in British Columbia.

McConnell believes that Stacey visited the British Columbia tagging structure in the late 1980s and forced Nancy Campbell and her husband Gordon Campbell – then-Mayor of Vancouver and chair of the Vancouver Police Federation – to finance the pig-farm mortgage and create a snuff-film production studio which paid tagged offenders to spot fix the times of deaths of the victims.

McConnell believes Stacey’s friends moved Gordon Campbell to London in 2011 to serve as Canadian High Commissioner to the UK and conceal Nancy’s payment of pig-farm pension-fund vigs to the predominantly-British tagged offenders who have allegedly helped Serco to backhaul snuff films which spot-fix the decapitation of James Foley and slaughter of 250 Syrian soldiers.

Robert Pickton The Pig Farmer Killer

James Foley Beheading is 100% FAKE - NEW REASONS - PART 1

DISTURBING CONTENT: ISIS terrorists execute soldiers in Syria

“$10M mortgage on pig farm
Steve Mertl Canadian Press
Sunday, August 21, 2005 VANCOUVER --The B.C. government has put a mortgage worth $10 million on accused serial killer Robert Pickton's notorious pig farm to cover his publicly funded defence, The Canadian Press has learned. But no one at the Attorney General's Ministry will say if that figure represents the estimated cost of Pickton's seven-member legal team in the long and hugely complex case.

And Robert Pickton's share of the property _ his brother and sister are co-owners _ is currently worth only a fraction of that amount. It's also saddled with several other mortgages and legal judgments that pre-date the province's mortgage.

Even if it could be sold, relatives of the Pickton's alleged victims have other ideas for the land, including turning it into a memorial park or using proceeds of development to cmpensate the families.

The government's mortgage was registered on the suburban Port Coquitlam property and a nearby smaller parcel, on Feb. 28, 2003, a year after police raided the farm and arrested Pickton.

He faces face 27 counts of first-degree murder related to women, mostly drug-addicted prostitutes, who disappeared from Vancouver's seedy Downtown Eastside in the 1990s. He has not yet entered a plea, and the legal process against him has not as yet resulted in any court findings that he was responsible for any of the deaths. Documents obtained by The Canadian Press show a mortgage principal of $10 million with no interest rate and no repayment schedule.

The lender is listed as the B.C. Crown, represented by the attorney general. The mortgage was handled by a lawyer for the ministry's legal services branch, who authorized its registration in a Feb. 27 letter to the New Westminster land title office.

Pickton, his brother David and sister Linda Wright each own one-third shares in the pig farm located on Port Coquitlam's Dominion Avenue, which they inherited from their parents. The Pickton brothers split the ownership of the smaller Burns Road property that housed Piggy's Palace, often used for parties.”

Why are so many Britons fighting for ISIS?
LONDON -- It is not just American citizens fighting along the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, the extremist group known as ISIS.

British citizens are doing the same. One is suspected in the murder of an American journalist.

CBS News looked at how Britain became a center for terrorist recruitment.

At home in Britain, he was Nasser Muthanna, a gifted 20-year-old who once dreamed of becoming a doctor. But in Syria, he is now Abu Muthanna al-Yemeni - one of hundreds of young men who have left the U.K. to join the brutal terrorist group ISIS.

The execution of American journalist James Foley, apparently at the hands of a British citizen, has left Britain struggling to understand how one of its own could be responsible for such an atrocity.

Shiraz Maher is an analyst at the International Center for the Study of Radicalization.

"It was a shocking thing to see but it wasn't surprising. If you look at British fighters in Syria over the last year, we've seen them operate as suicide bombers. We've seen them execute prisoners of war. They are participating in most of the brutal acts out there," Maher said. He said these men no longer see themselves as being British.

"They've disengaged from British society, they've disengaged from British values, they've bought into something else -- a different identity," Maher said. CBS NEWS

They see themselves as defenders of Islam in a war against nonbelievers. Their barbaric tactics have been glamorized on social media, a powerful recruitment tool that British authorities are now trying to crack down on.

But the challenge is a formidable one. With every victory on the battlefield, ISIS' appeal grows. Many are concerned that it is only a matter of time before their jihad spreads beyond the Middle East.

On a video posted on YouTube, ISIS foreign fighters are seen burning their passport.

"This is a message for to Canada and all the American power-elite, we are coming and we will destroy you," one jihadi says on the video. "We are coming for you, Barack Obama!" he adds.

One thing that is striking about these jihadis is that some of them are religious novices. Two fighters who came from Britain reportedly purchased copies of "Islam for Dummies" on Amazon. So they don't necessarily have a sophisticated understanding of Islamic theology. They are drawn to the idea of being warriors.

“ISIS release horrific footage showing slaughter of 250 Syrian soldiers Aug 28, 2014 18:04 By Gavin Allen The footage shows piles of bodies face down in the dust with the victims in nothing but their underwear Stripped to their underwear and marched to their deaths, this shocking video shows the fate of 250 soldiers executed by Islamic State fighters.

The horrific footage shows a long row of dead bodies with the victims in nothing but their underwear, face down in the dust.

Their bodies stretch out in a long line that appeared to be dozens of metres long.

A separate pile of corpses is visible near-by.

The Syrian soldiers were captured buy the extremists when IS seized an air base in the province of Raqqa at the weekend, according to the video posted on YouTube. "The 250 shabeeha taken captive by the IS from Tabqa in Raqqa have been executed," read the caption posted with the video.

Th term 'shabeeha' refers to the soldiers loyal to President Bashar al-Assad, and is used by the Islamist militants fighting him.

An IS fighter in Raqqa confirmed the video's authenticity to Reuters news agency in a telephone conversation, saying: "Yes we have executed them all.””

“Campbell was elected to Vancouver City Council in 1984 and he served as Mayor of Vancouver for three successive terms from 1986 to 1993. Notable events in civic politics during that period included the development of the Expo Lands, the re-development of Yaletown, and the foundation of the Coal Harbour residential area. One of the most significant projects of his term was the construction of the new Vancouver Public Library. He also served as chair of the Greater Vancouver Regional District and president of the Union of British Columbia Municipalities. ..

On November 3, 2010, Campbell made a televised address to the public, announcing his intention to resign as Premier of British Columbia. The announcement was made after months of strong political opposition to the implementation of the HST,[61] which saw Campbell's approval rating fall to only 9%, according to an Angus Reidpoll,[62] and led to rumours that he has lost support of some members of his cabinet.[63] Another factor in his resignation was the ongoing BC Rail Scandal trial in which the Premier and other members of his cabinet and staff were due to face embarrassing cross-examination in relation to the Basi-Virk trial, which was called to a halt with an illegal plea bargain around the same time.[citation needed] On December 5, 2010, while answering questions from reporters, he "hinted strongly" that he will not stay on as an MLA after his successor as Liberal leader is chosen in February, according to Rod Mickleburgh of The Globe and Mail.[64] Campbell resigned as premier on March 14, 2011, he was succeeded by Christy Clark but remained in party circles as "senior advisor".

High Commissioner to the UK[edit]

In late June 2011 it was reported that Campbell was to be named Canadian High Commissioner to the United Kingdom.[65] On August 15, 2011, Campbell was formally announced to succeed the post. On September 15, 2011, Campbell officially became the Canadian High Commissioner in London. He represents Canadian interests throughout Britain, engaging people such as Sylvana Tomaselli (an alumna of UBC) accordingly.

Tom Stacey … His considerable energy led him into national affairs in the 1960s and saw him standing twice for Parliament for the Conservatives. In 1967 he withdrew from his candidature at an eminently winnable seat at Dover on the grounds of public life blunting creative spontaneity. Becoming, however, a prison visitor in 1974, in 1981 he conceived the electronic tagging of offenders in lieu of custody to reduce reoffending, taking his feasibility study to the Home Office and launching the Offender’s Tag Association in 1982. He remains Director of that research and lobbying group. He has seen the introduction of the idea into the penological tariff in Britain since 1989 and the subsequent nationwide usage of the electronic tag in the monitoring of offenders or bailees, and the spread of the sanction around the world. Stacey is repeatedly called upon by the media to explain or defend the method and value of tagging, as the scheme approaches the availability of round-the-clock surveillance by means of the satellite tag.”

“The St Ermin's Hotel has a reputation for use by the UK's secret intelligence agencies. During the 1930s the hotel and the building at 2 Caxton Street were used by officers of the Secret Intelligence Service (SIS or MI6) located close by at 54 Broadway to meet agents and is well documented from March 1938 as the headquarters first of SIS's Section D, headed by Australian George Taylor and then as home of the SOE, working under "Statistical Research Department" cover. Among the more famous personnel known to have worked from offices in the building are Kim Philby, Guy Burgess, Laurence Grand, H. Montgomery Hyde and Eric Maschwitz.

Throughout the Second World War the building operated as a convenient annexe for SIS as it was surrounded by other secret organisations, including the London branch of Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) in Palmer Street; MI9 in Caxton Street; the SIS Chief's office at 21 Queen Anne's Gate; the SIS offices in Artillery Mansions on Victoria Street and in the basement of St Anne's Mansions and the MI8 listening post on the roof of what was then the Passport Office in Petty France.[5]

In addition, the hotel was used regularly by SIS, MI5 and Naval Intelligence Division case officers, as mentioned in Snow by Madoc Roberts and Nigel West[6] while the SIS also interviewed prospective employees there, usually by Marjorie Maxse, the organisation's recruiter as detailed in Kim Philby's autobiography My Silent War.[7] Shortly before the war the hotel was the venue for guerrilla warfare classes run partly by MI6, and among those working for 'King and Country' within that group at the time was Noël Coward, as well as art expert and member of the Cambridge Five spy ring, Anthony Blunt.[8]”

Time called on Serco’s NPL contract"
By Gill Plimmer Serco, the FTSE 100 outsourcing company, has lost its contract to run the National Physical Laboratory – which built the first atomic clock – after the government said it would seek academic partners to take over the centre instead. The laboratory has been managed by Serco on a profit-share basis since 1994. But David Willetts, science minister, has decided that the government can “encourage greater interaction with businesses” by ending the contract in March 2014 [Now you know why MH Flight 370 was disappeared], when the company’s 17-year tenure comes to an end.”

Yours sincerely,
