#2030: Marine Announces Title for Next Abel Danger Book “OOOI Chic?”

Plum City – ( United States Marine Field McConnell has announced the title selected for the next Abel Danger book as ….

“OOOI Chic?”

The title reflects current Abel Danger research into the Canadian Commercial Corporation spy base in the offices of Macdonald Dettwiler and Associates in Richmond B.C. and Serco’s hack of military-contractor flight plans for war-game projects and the associated theft of records of the OOOI times for the plane flown by Captain Chic Burlingame during the decoy and drone maneuvers of 9/11.

In the absence of a timely answer to the question in the title, McConnell predicts a state of war will be soon declared between one or more members of the "Five Eyes" (a.k.a. FVEY) intelligence alliance of Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States.

System and method of providing OOOI times of an aircraft US 6154636 A ABSTRACT A method for determining the Out, Off, On, and In (OOOI) times for commercial air transport aircraft, based on parametric data routinely sampled and presented in a multiplexed data stream to the Flight Data Recorder. In a preferred embodiment, this method is used in conjunction with a system capable of recording, analyzing, and automatically forwarding recorded flight data. "Out" means out of the gate, "Off" means off the ground, "On" means on the ground, and "In" means in at the gate. Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), brake pressure, magnetic heading, ground speed, flight number and flight leg, engine start/stop, and air/ground switch are currently available parameters that are sampled and presented to the Flight Data Recorder in a multiplexed data stream. These parameters are used by this method in various combinations to determine the OOOI times for a given flight. "Out" and "Off" times can be determined through analysis of these parameters and downloaded immediately after takeoff over a RF Link to a ground station. "On" time can likewise be determined through analysis of these parameters and downloaded immediately after landing over a RF Link to a ground station. "In" time can be determined from analysis of these parameters and downloaded while the aircraft is parked at the gate. These parameters can also be recorded and forwarded at the end of the flight to an analysis station where the OOOI times are subsequently computed on a different computing platform.”

“The "Five Eyes", often abbreviated as "FVEY", refer to an intelligence alliance comprising Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States. These countries are bound by the multilateral UKUSA Agreement - a treaty for joint cooperation in signals intelligence.[1][2][3]

The origins of the FVEY can be traced back to World War II, when the Atlantic Charter [Atlantic Council] was issued by the Allies to lay out their goals for a post-war world. During the course of the Cold War, the ECHELON surveillance system was initially developed by the FVEY to monitor the communications of the former Soviet Union and the Eastern Bloc, although it was later used to monitor billions of private communications worldwide.[4][5]

In the late 1990s, the existence of ECHELON was disclosed to the public, triggering a major debate in the European Parliament and, to a lesser extent, the United States Congress. [congress is the problem] As part of efforts to win the ongoing War on Terror since 2001, the FVEY further expanded their surveillance capabilities, with much emphasis placed on monitoring the World Wide Web. The former NSA contractor Edward Snowden described the Five Eyes as a "supra-national intelligence organisation that doesn’t answer to the laws of its own countries".[6]Documents leaked by Snowden in 2013 revealed that the FVEY have been intentionally spying on one another's citizens and sharing the collected information with each other in order to circumvent restrictive domestic regulations on spying.[7][8][9][10]

Despite the impact of Snowden's disclosures, the general consensus among experts in the intelligence community holds that no amount of global outrage will affect the Five Eyes relationship, which, to this day, remains the most powerful espionage alliance in world history.[11][12]”

“The Defence Production Sharing Agreement between Canada and the US mandates the CCC to operate as the prime contractor for all US military orders worth more than US $100,000 with Canadian companies. As its website notes, the CCC offers “the US DoD [Department of Defense] a guarantee of contract performance according to the terms and conditions of the contract, backed by the Government of Canada. This ensures that the specifications, terms and conditions of the contract will be met. CCC signs a separate domestic contract with the Canadian supplier.”1 This procedure is not required for military subcontracts, however.”
