#1972: Marine Links Serco’s Starwood Hotels Inmarsat Tracking Murders to Zaharie Drag and Burlingame Drop

Plum City – (AbelDanger.net). United States Marine Field McConnell has linked Serco director Maureen Baginski’s Starwood Hotels and Inmarsat Tracking murder-for-hire service to the maneuver which allegedly dragged Captain Zaharie Shah and his Flight 370 crew from their en route airway on March 8, 2014 and the maneuver which allegedly put Captain Chic Burlingame and his AA Flight 77 into an Atlantic drop zone (W386A) on 9/11/2001.

McConnell alleges that Baginski used Red Switch Network Crossed Keys encryption to conceal the movements of Serco hijackers through hotels in the Starwood chain (Sheraton, Westin, W, Turnberry), the location of drag-and-drop systems in selected guest rooms and the transmission of phony Inmarsat tracking signals for the decoy and drone maneuvers of March 8 and 9/11.

What will the Inmarsat data from Flight MH370 reveal?
JOINT PRESS STATEMENT
BY INMARSAT UK AND DCA MALAYSIA
20 May 2014

Following the announcement by the Malaysian Minister of Defence and Acting Minister of Transport on 19th May 2014, the Malaysian Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) is pleased to provide further information on the discussion with Inmarsat, assisted by the AAIB, to get a common descriptor for the Inmarsat satellite data which had been provided to Malaysia Airlines when MH370 first went missing.

It must be noted that previously where reference has been made to “data communication logs” and “raw data”- they refer to the same set of data. In moving forward, it is imperative for us to provide helpful information to the next of kin and general public - which will include the data communication logs as well as relevant explanation to enable the reader to understand the data provided. It must also be noted that the data communication logs is just one of the many elements of the investigation information.

In line with our commitment towards greater transparency, all parties are working for the release of the data communication logs and the technical description of the analysis for public consumption.

DCA notes Inmarsat’s full support for the ongoing MH370 “investigation.””

“Building a State-of-the-Practice Data Communications Network To create a state-of-the-practice data communications network required Serco to engineer different solutions for each of the AFSCN’s unique locations.

Each ground station around the world had to be surveyed in order to develop detailed installation plans, project support agreements and testing plans. Furthermore, to assure communications reliability between the ground station and the operational control nodes, Serco also had to conduct a complete circuit testing exercise.

After completing the survey, Serco’s team continued with their due diligence, for developing and implementing a state-of-the-practice solution, by conducting circuit, system verification and integration, installation and checkout testing for each of the ground stations, including those located at Diego Garcia, in British Indian Ocean Territory, the Royal Air Force Base in Oakhanger, England and the Anderson AFB, in Guam.

In developing this enhanced voice and data communications network, Serco’s team engineered and implemented an ATM backbone and secure voice system for each of the AFSCN ground stations. The installed network was based on a Wide Area Network (WAN) architecture utilizing IP based network capabilities and proprietary secure communication technologies such as KG-75s, KG-84S and KIV-7s. In addition, Serco ensured Defense Red Switch Network connectivity and operations throughout the AFSCN.”

Group Starwood Hotels Group, owner of some of the world's most prestigious hotels, has appointed Serco as preferred bidder for a £7m contract to provide a range of support services to the Sheraton Grand in Edinburgh, the Westin in Dublin and the 5 star Turnberry resort on Scotland's west coast. The contract, which has a 5 year term, is an extension to services already provided to other hotels in the Starwood Group and includes buildings maintenance and security, engineering support and help desk services.”

“INMARSAT-4 MDA's advanced L-Band feed array assemblies are an essential part of at launch, what was the world's most sophisticated commercial communications satellite, Inmarsat 4.

The Inmarsat-4 antennas are comprised of MDA's 120-element arrays and an unfurlable type, elliptical 9 x 12 m reflector. These solutions support high-speed mobile Internet access, video-on- demand, video-conferencing, fax, and data services.

The antenna feed array features 120 high-efficiency helices mounted in circular cups, diplexers using patented high-stability coaxial cavity filter technology to provide improved rejection and tracking performance over temperature, and superior PIM performance Inmarsat has praised the innovation and performance of MDA's three L-band transmit-receive feed array assemblies.

The Program received from the Royal Aeronautical Society the 2006 team silver medal for work contributing to major advances in aerospace. Inmarsat also was acknowledged as the winner of Royal Academy of Engineering’s MacRobert Award for innovation in 2010 of providing global 3G broadband coverage via satellite.”

MDA Wins Key U.S. Aviation Contract
Richmond, B.C. - MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. (TSE: MDA) announced today the company has been awarded a contract by the United States Air Force to develop a system to be used by specialists at Air Force bases to design Instrument Approach Procedures (IAPs).

IAPs are published instructions to pilots specifying a series of aircraft maneuvers that must be executed for the aircraft to transition safely from an en route airway to a runway final approach when flying by instruments. MDA's system ingests digital terrain and elevation data, air navigation data (such as the locations of navigation aids, runways, buildings and towers) to build and display a virtual model of the physical environment surrounding an airport. It then develops the complex surfaces that define a safe approach corridor for any of the dozens of IAP variants, and determines whether any of the defined surfaces are penetrated by terrain or man-made obstacles. It flags these incursions to the operator, who can quickly modify the approach procedure through a drag-and-drop user interface.

This initial award, valued at $2.9 million (CDN), consists of a fixed price element to develop, integrate, and test the system. The next phase will include installation, government testing, and operator training. The contract includes an option for the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to adapt the system for their needs. The U.S. Air Force also has options to field the successful system at up to 108 air bases around the world, and to award T&M support contracts for up to 8 years. MDA plans to team up with Air Navigation Data (AND) of Ottawa to offer a custom solution, based on AND's "Final Approach" product.

MDA President and CEO Daniel Friedmann said: "This is a significant project for MDA that has the potential to improve the safety of air transportation for many other air forces and civil aviation authorities world wide."

Soon after his Memorial Day speech, McConnell will start work on the video where he will show Abel Danger’s theory of what profile was flown by Captain Zaharie and his MH Flight 370 crew as they were dragged from their en route airway and dropped on Diego Garcia on March 8, 2014.
