#1971: Marine Links Hotel Serco Patent Office to Boeing Crossed Keys Autopilot, 370 Acts of War

Plum City – (AbelDanger.net). United States Marine Field McConnell has Hotel Serco* blackmail of the United States Patent Office and its assignees to the development of Crossed Keys Boeing Uninterruptible Autopilot technology and its alleged use in acts of war against sovereign states injured by the hijack of Captain Zaharie’s MH Flight 370 on March 8.

Hotel Serco – Hotels equipped by Serco with keys to the Defense Red Switch Network which allow the President of the United States and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff to wage war.

McConnell claims Serco and its City Livery Company affiliates (Innholders) have been using Star Chamber authority since the beginning of the 19th Century to entrap prospective patent-owners in hotel-based brothels or homosexual honeypots and force them to reassign patents which deprive victim states of the means to defend themselves against the United Kingdom’s imperial acts of war.

McConnell alleges that on December 15, 1836, Serco predecessor companies among the City Livery Companies, burned down the U.S. Patent Office in Blodgett’s Hotel in Washington and stole innovative technologies which lay behind many weapons systems used in the Civil War.

McConnell also claims that Serco predecessor companies set up the Alien Property Custodian office in Chicago before WWI which allowed Serco and its hotel-based blackmailers to extort the transfer of alien technologies into the U.S. Patent Office and develop communication systems used in WWII for continuity of government and the autopilot devices used in the 370 act of war.

Director of MH370 film apologises for love-triangle plot
PUBLISHED ON MAY 23, 2014 8:36 PM
PETALING JAYA (THE STAR/ASIA NEWS NETWORK) - The director of a movie based on the Malaysian Airlines flight MH370 disappearance is apologizing for the trailer that suggests a love-triangle plot between members of the crew.

Mr Rupesh Paul announced his upcoming movie The Vanishing Act based on the missing Malaysian Airlines plane at the Cannes Film Festival, along with a brief trailer for the film.

The trailer shows two crew members kissing as a third crew member looks on angrily. The trailer also shows someone with a gun and scenes featuring commotion and panic on the plane.

In a statement to Associated Press (AP), the director said he was removing that element of the teaser trailer soon "so as not to hurt sentiments" of the families of those on the plane.

The December 15 1836 U.S. Patent Office fire was the first of several disastrous fires the U.S. Patent Office has had in its history.[1]An initial investigation considered the possibility of arson due to suspected corruption in the Post Office, which shared the same building, but it was later ruled out. The cause was ultimately determined to be accidental. This event is considered to be a turning point in the history of the Patent Office.[2][3]

Local fire suppression efforts were incapable of preventing the damage due to lack of fire personnel and old equipment. Many patent documents and models from the preceding three decades were irretrievably lost. As a result of the fire Congress and the newly legally revamped Patent Office changed the way it handled its record keeping  assigning numbers to patents and requiring multiple copies of supporting documentation.

The fire broke out at 3 a.m. on December 15. At that time the Patent Office was located in Blodget's Hotel, as was the fire department and the post office.[A] Patent Office employees stored firewood in the basement of the hotel, near where postal employees disposed of the hot ashes from their fires. Sometime after midnight that morning the hot ashes ignited the firewood. The fire department's hose was old and defective and would not funnel the water onto the fire. All 10,000 patents and several thousand related patent models were destroyed.[4]

In 1810, Congress had authorized the purchase of the unfinished Blodgett's Hotel from its builder to house the Post and Patent offices.[5] Congress was aware of the fire risk. During the War of 1812, Superintendent Dr. William Thornton, convinced members of the British expeditionary force to leave it standing while they burned the rest of the city.[6][B]"When the smoke cleared from the dreadful attack, the Patent Office was the only Government building . . . left untouched" from the Burning of Washington.[2]

Consequently, a well-equipped fire station was located nearby. In 1820, "Congress authorized the covering of the buildling with a slate roof and the purchase of a fire engine for its protection against fires."[5] Unfortunately, the volunteer fire department lost its sense of purpose and was disbanded.[6][7] In fact, a complete firehouse equipped with a fire engine was just down the street. Although equipped with a forcing pump and with riveted leather hose 1,000 feet (300 m) long (all purchased 16 years earlier by Act of Congress), there were no firefighters.[6][7] Running a bucket brigade to put out the building blaze was totally ineffective.[6][7]

The lost items included 168 folio volumes of records, 26 large portfolios of some nine thousand drawings, related descriptive patent documents, and miscellaneous paperwork. The 7,000 lost models included those of various textile manufacturing processes and several models of steam-powered machinery for propelling boats, (including Robert Fulton's original bound folio of full-color patent drawings, done in his own hand).[7][8] The Patent Office's own model-cases, press and seals, desks, book-cases and office furniture were also destroyed.[9] The entirety of the library was lost, excepting only "one book, volume VI of the Repertory of Arts and Manufactures (now in the Scientific Library of the Office), which an employee of the office happened to have taken to his home,"[8] against the office's rules.[2] John Ruggles, chairman of the Senate investigating committee, wrote that the lost materials "not only embraced the whole history of American invention for half a century, but were the monuments of property of vast amount, (including) 'the largest and most interesting collection of models in the world.'"[10]

The Custodian of Enemy Property is an institution that handles property claims created by war. In wartime, civilian property may be left behind or taken by the occupying state. In ancient times, such property was considered war loot, and the legal right of the winner. In the Fourth Geneva Convention Article 147, such action is defined as war crime: "Grave breaches to which the preceding Article relates shall be those involving any of the following acts, if committed against persons or property protected by the present Convention: willful killing, torture or inhuman treatment, including biological experiments, willfully causing great suffering or serious injury to body or health, unlawful deportation or transfer or unlawful confinement of a protected person, compelling a protected person to serve in the forces of a hostile Power, or willfully depriving a protected person of the rights of fair and regular trial prescribed in the present Convention, taking of hostages and extensive destruction and appropriation of property not justified by military necessity and carried out unlawfully and wantonly."

Custodian of Enemy Property Laws[edit]

The following list is incomplete.

Bangladesh: The Enemy Property Act was established to manage property of enemies (Indians) taken while it was part of Pakistan (1948–1971) or during its independence war (1971).

Canada The Office of the Custodian of Enemy Property was established in 1916 and existed until 1985, dealing with the property of Canada's enemies in both World Wars as well as the seized property of Japanese Canadians.

India: The Custodian for Enemy Property for India was established to manage Pakistani property taken in the Second Kashmir War (1965).

Jordan: The Jordanian Custodian of Enemy Property was established to handle property taken from Jews in the West Bank taken in the Israeli War of Independence (1948). In 1967 this function was disbanded (see below).

Israel: The Absentees' Property Laws were established to handle the property taken from Palestinian refugees (including refugees who later became citizens of Israel, or "present absentees") of the Israeli War of Independence (1948) under the office of the Israeli Custodian of Absentee Property. During the Six-Day War (1967), along with previously Palestinian properties, Israel took control of the Jewish property held by the Jordanian Custodian for Enemy Property and put it under the control of their own Custodian of Absentee Property. Most of this property remains under the Custodian, while some (as in the Sheikh Jarrah case) has been granted to Jews contesting ownership, after claiming it in court.

United States: Alien Property Custodian was an office within the United States federal government during World War I and again during World War II.

United Kingdom: Custodian of Enemy Property. Previously under the Trading with the Enemy Act 1914 enemy property was inspected by the Board of Trade and ownership was transferred to the Public Trustee. Initially the Public Trustee held ownership on trust for the enemy but after a 1916 amendment the Public Trustee was required to sell the assets and hold the proceeds in trust. Under the Trading with the Enemy Act 1939 three custodians were established: England and Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland. Custodians were also appointed in respect of British Dependent Territories.[1]

McConnell may speak about these issues at the Van Zandt County Veterans Memorial in Texas on Monday May 26where organizers have invited him back after his speech last year (see link).
