  1. Interesting article: http://m.theaustralian.com.au/news/world/furious-malays-release-mh370-transcript/story-e6frg6so-1226871474425

Malaysia’s government, which has been under harsh global scrutiny over its handling of the crisis said yesterday that it would compile “false” media reports on Flight MH370 and consider filing lawsuits.
Mr Hishammuddin said on his Twitter feed the country’s attorney- general had been instructed to “compile evidence and advise” on possible legal action.

  2. I should add, Boris C was still concerned that only one 'expert' so far has pointed out the 'new' transcript of the ATC vs MH370 signoff still diverts from procedure:

In the final entry from just after 1,19am one of the MH370 pilots responded with an innocuous: "Good night, Malaysian Three Seven Zero".

Should have been "...contact Ho Chi Minh 120 decimal 9, Malaysian 370 goodnight."

As Boris is not a commercial pilot he is not in a position to judge such a departure from comms procedure made by the pilot, or the reporting authorities, or the originator of the media version of the transcript. Maybe its just how a pilot might talk on night shift... something still smells bbc-ish though...
