#1938: Marine Links Serco’s 370 BIOT Rendition to Obama Red Switch Override, ConAir Sheraton Cross Key Torture

Plum City – ( United States Marine Field McConnell has linked Serco director Maureen Baginski’s apparent use of the British Indian Ocean Territory (BIOT) of Diego Garcia for the rendition of MH Flight 370 passengers and crew, to the Obama Red Switch Override authorities for managers of the U.S. Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System (ConAir) and the Sheraton Hotel chain to deploy Cross Key torturers in global theaters of interest.

McConnell believes that his sister Kristine Marcy – former chief operating officer of ConAir and Small Business Administration – conspired with Baginski to fit Boeing aircraft with red-switch network overrides needed by Cross Key agents of ConAir and Sheraton to destroy the Pentagon’s U.S. Naval Command Center on 9/11 and disappear MH 370 on March 8.

McConnell notes that after his recent trip to a MH theater of interest where he briefed 20+ senior people on the probability of a Serco-controlled Cat III C landing on BIOT, the Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak has announced he is not prepared to declare the MH 370 passengers dead!

"I need to take into account the feelings of the next of kin," PM Najib Razak says Investigators assured him of their conclusion, Najib says.

Najib believes someone monitored a military radar the night of the flight's disappearance (CNN) -- More than six weeks after Flight 370 disappeared, Malaysia's prime minister says his government is still not prepared to declare it -- and the 239 people on board -- lost. "At some point in time I would be, but right now I think I need to take into account the feelings of the next of kin -- and some of them have said publicly that they aren't willing to accept it until they find hard evidence," Najib Razak told CNN's Richard Quest in an exclusive TV interview.

Still, he said, it is "hard to imagine otherwise."

Najib also announced that his government will release a preliminary report next week on the plane's disappearance. The report has already been submitted to the United Nations.

A month ago, Najib announced that, based on satellite data from Inmarsat, investigators had determined the plane's "last position was in the middle of the Indian Ocean, west of Perth. This is a remote location, far from any possible landing sites. It is therefore with deep sadness and regret that I must inform you that, according to this new data, flight MH370 ended in the southern Indian Ocean." 

That same day, Malaysia Airlines sent a text to relatives of the passengers saying "we have to assume beyond any reasonable doubt that MH370 has been lost and that none of those onboard survived."

In the interview Thursday with CNN, Najib called it "a bizarre scenario which none of us could have contemplated." How could a plane that was supposed to head toward Beijing end up "half-way toward Antarctica?" he said.

Najib said he repeatedly asked the investigators whether they were sure, "and their answer to me was, 'We are as sure as we can possibly be.'"

Some relatives of those on board and analysts have criticized Malaysia's handling of the investigation, accusing the government of hiding or poorly communicating information.

Asked whether his country had bungled the search, Najib stressed that authorities had faced an "unprecedented" situation that would have been a struggle for any country to handle.

"Some of the things, we did well. We were very focused on searching for the plane. We didn't get our communications right, absolutely right, to begin with. But I think toward the later part, we got our act together," Najib said. "So I'm prepared to say that there are things we did well and things that we didn't do too well."

That's one thing an investigation team will look at, he said.

"We're prepared to look into it," he said, "and we're prepared for this investigation team to do its objective assessment." 

The night of the flight's disappearance, a military radar picked up a plane traveling across the Malaysian Peninsula.

Najib said he believes there was someone monitoring the radar, "but the interpretation was done after the event." 

It was not known whether the plane was MH370, he said, and no planes were sent up to investigate "because it was deemed not to be hostile." It "behaved like a commercial airline, following a normal flight path," he said.

The vanishing of Flight 370 is "very, very different" from the 1997 crash of a SilkAir flight and the 2009 loss of an Air France flight, Najib added. "This is totally unprecedented." There have been only "pings" and "handshakes" to go by, he said. "That we have analyzed. That is all we have."

You won't need a reservation on this airline -- no matter how many travelers flood the airport.

Don't worry about traffic or parking. Shuttles are provided. And the price is right -- you fly for free. But think carefully before you step aboard. This is ConAir, and all the passengers are federal prisoners. "We don't serve mixed drinks," said Thomas Little, chief of air operations for the program, officially titled the Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System, or J-Pats.

Call it ConAir and Little knows what you mean. It's the name the air transport system has picked up inside the U.S. Marshals Service, which flies a fleet of 13 airplanes on regular routes across the country every day.

During the past year, the prisoner airline spent $24 million moving more than 100,000 federal inmates -- including 12,000 from San Diego -- to and from trials, prisons and medical centers nationwide.

The inmates fly mostly on 727s and DC-9s. But the airline, which has merged with the air wing of the Immigration and Naturalization Service, also operates Convair 580s, a Lear jet and a number of smaller aircraft. 

Among the most infamous of its recent travelers were Unabomber suspect Theodore Kaczynski and the men accused in the bombing of the Oklahoma City federal building, Terry Nichols and Timothy McVeigh.

Nichols and McVeigh were transported in the dead of night in an operation much akin to a clandestine military operation, Little said. He did not want to go into details but mentioned that a decoy plane was among the ploys used to guard against possible attempts by supporters to free the suspects.

Federal officials have always been circumspect about the fine points of prisoner movement. But ConAir soon could gain a higher public profile with the planned release in June of a movie by the same name

In the Disney film, Nicolas Cage plays a hapless prisoner who wanders into a hijack plot aboard a Marshals Service plane carrying a group of high-security inmates.

The Hollywood marshals rough up some of the prisoners, and the plane crashes, leaving the real Marshals Service frowning on the silver screen's invention, said Kristine Marcy, a top official in charge of detentions.

"We don't beat up our prisoners, and our planes certainly don't crash," Marcy said on a recent trip to San Diego, where she was trying to find more jail space for federal prisoners. Korat RTAFB is a major facility for the Cope Tiger exercises, an annual, multinational exercise conducted in two phases in the Asia-Pacific region.

Cope Tiger involves air forces from the United States, Thailand and Singapore, as well as U.S. Marine Corps aircraft deployed from Japan. U.S. Navy aircraft have also been involved on Cope Tiger. The flying training portion of the exercise promotes closer relations and enables air force units in the region to sharpen air combat skills and practice interoperability with U.S. forces. Pilots fly both air-to-air and air-to-ground combat training missions.

Participating American aircraft have included the A-10 Thunderbolt II, F-15C/D Eagles and F-15E Eagles, F/A-18A/C Hornets, F/A-18E/F Super Hornets, F-16C/D Fighting Falcons, E-3B/C Sentry Airborne Warning and Control Systems (AWACS) aircraft, KC-135 Stratotanker aerial refueling aircraft, C-130H Hercules airlift aircraft from 36 Airlift Squadron, and Sikorsky HH-60G Pave Hawk helicopters.

Thai Forces fly F-16A/B Fighting Falcons, F-5E Tigers and Ground Attack L-39's, and Alpha Jets of 231 Squadron.

Singapore forces fly F-5E and F-16C/D Fighting Falcons,Lockheed KC-130B Hercules,Grumman E-2C Hawkeye, Boeing CH-47SD Chinook and Eurocopter AS-532UL Couger.

More than 1,100 people participate, including approximately 500 U.S. service members and 600 service members from Thailand and Singapore.

Over the last few years, Cope Tiger has widened to include CSAR(Combat Search and Rescue) assets and in 2007 for the first time RTAFB Udon Thani was also used as a base during this exercise. These included a C-130E Hercules from 36 Airlift Squadron, 374 Airlift Wing (based at Yokota AB, Japan)in 2006, and a G-222 and a C-130H from the RTAF in 2007.

Since the 1980s United States Marine Corps F/A-18C Hornet fighters have used Khorat as a base during Cobra Gold exercises.”

McConnell has been directed by Abel Danger Global to serve as expert witness to plaintiffs who may to wish to sue for damages in re Serco’s apparent use of BIOT renditions of MH Flight 370 passengers and crew and Obama’s alleged Red Switch Override authority for ConAir-Sheraton managers to engage in Cross Key torture to extract concessions from certain selected passengers.
