#1823: Marine Links Osborne’s MI-3 Bilderberg List to Serco Script-Kiddie Triage Tags, Sochi Radisson Bombs

Plum City – (AbelDanger.net). United States Marine Field McConnell has linkedthe MI-3 Innholders Livery Company hit list apparently adopted by George Osborne at The Grove Hotel during the 2013 Bilderberg conference, to Serco’s use of triage tags to track script kiddies through prospective crime scenes including an alleged Olympic-bombers war room in the Sochi City Centre Park Inn by Radisson operated by the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group.

McConnell claims that the MI-3 Innholders gave Osborne’s 2013 Bilderberg hit list to Serco director Maureen Baginski who has allegedly arranged for tagged script-kiddie triage teams to be booked through Carlson Wagonlit Travel Canada into Radisson hotels in Sochi and Volgograd and pre-positioned for W-Fi triggered bombing attacks which Baginski will attribute to Islamist insurrectionists.

McConnell invites sleuths to Google key words, read excerpts below and the emerging chapters of “The List of Thurso Innholders – The Wrist That Didn’t Bleed” at http://www.abeldanger.net/

Sochi terror fears grow as new Islamic militant video threatens to strike tourists at Olympics

An Islamic militant group in Russia’s North Caucasus claimed responsibility Sunday for twin suicide bombings in the southern city of Volgograd last month and posted a video threatening to strike the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi.

There had been no previous claim of responsibility for the bombings, which killed 34 people and heightened security fears before next month’s Winter Games.

In the video, two Russian-speaking men warned President Vladimir Putin that “If you hold these Olympics, we will give you a present for the innocent Muslim blood being spilled all around the world: In Afghanistan, in Somalia, in Syria.”

They added that “for the tourists who come, there will be a present, too.”

In a statement posted with the video on its website, the militant group Vilayat Dagestan claimed responsibility for the Volgograd bombings.

The video claims that the two men, identified as Suleiman and Abdurakhman, were the suicide bombers and purports to show the explosives being prepared and strapped to their bodies.

There was no immediate reaction to the video from the Russian security services.

During much of the 49-minute video, the two men speak to the camera while holding Kalashnikov automatic rifles. Behind them hang black banners with Arabic religious phrases similar to those used by Al-Qaeda.

Vilayat Dagestan is one of the groups that make up the so-called Caucasus Emirate, which seeks to establish an independent Islamic state in the North Caucasus, a region just to the east of Sochi on Russia’s southern border.

Dagestan, one of several predominantly Muslim republics in the North Caucasus, has become the centre of the Islamic insurgency that has spread throughout the region following separatist wars in neighbouring Chechnya.

In response to the terrorist threat, Russia has introduced sweeping security measures for the Sochi Games.

The Chechen leader of the Caucasus Emirate, Doku Umarov, had ordered a halt to attacks on civilian targets in 2012, but he rescinded that order in July and urged his followers to try to undermine the Olympics.

The Kremlin-backed leader of Chechnya claimed last week that Umarov was dead, but the claim couldn’t be verified.

The Vilayat Dagestan statement said the Volgograd attacks were carried out in part because of Umarov’s order, but didn’t specifically say he had ordered them.”

Agencies Break Through
January 21, 2002 - 12:00 AM ET
By Jay Campbell
Two business travel agencies and their automation partners claim they have solved the business travel community's biggest gripe and last month separately outlined their solutions for bringing Internet-only fares into managed travel reservations, including data capture.

O'Fallon, Mo.-based Innovative Travel announced its internally developed FareWeasel is now in use by 26 corporate accounts, up from six in December. Meanwhile, Carlson Wagonlit Travel Canada employed Santa Clara, Calif.-based SideStep to customize its travel search application for a single account. CWT would not reveal, but BTN learned that the CWT account is Nortel Networks, which in 2000 booked $345 million in worldwide air travel.
….
CWT's arrangement required the creation within Nortel's dedicated call center of a "fare research desk," to which all traveler reservations are sent for the purposes of comparison. The desk's Internet browsers are enhanced with the SideStep plug-in—a small piece of software—which pulls information from more than 100 Web sites. If the desk finds an alternative fare deemed worthy of purchase based on price and restrictions, travelers are offered the option to take it.

"In a majority of cases we can issue the ticket ourselves or secure it through a third party," said Stephen Cassidy, a global director for CWT Canada. In some instances, though, agents would direct travelers to the Web site to book themselves, notifying them that they are forfeiting CWT's en route services.

Asked whether he sees CWT rolling out the product to the remainder of its client base, Cassidy acknowledged the cost challenge: "We're considering how we might do that, but there are certainly some additional costs that need to be evaluated," he said. Much of the customization Brampton, Ontario-based Nortel bought from SideStep was designed to create links to five consolidators and charter airlines to which SideStep did not already connect its consumer product.

CWTSatoTravel Awarded E-Gov Travel Services-2 Master Contract
WASHINGTON, D.C., September 13, 2013 — CWTSatoTravel has been awarded an E-Gov Travel Services-2 (ETS-2) Master Contract by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). ETS-2 is the second generation travel management program, built on the success of ETS-1, which will help the government further consolidate online travel booking services and expense management platforms to drive cost savings and efficiencies.

This contract award was based on GSA’s determination that CWTSatoTravel met the technical requirements established in the ETS-2 solicitation. It will enable CWTSatoTravel to service federal agencies through the E2 Solutions application service that was deployed under the ETS-1 Master Contract over the past 10 years.

“We value our continued partnership with the GSA and look forward to providing federal agencies with an integrated platform of travel and expense management services that leverages our experience in servicing the federal traveler over the past 10 years,” said Matt Beatty, president, Military & Government Markets, CWTSatoTravel. “We’re committed to fashioning travel programs that fulfill federal agency missions while assisting travelers to travel smarter and more efficiently."

“With ETS2’s improved usability and optimized online travel planning — travelers will be able to navigate easier and optimize travel planning to make informed cost and sustainability decisions at point-of-sale.  It serves as the gateway to optimize the government’s scale and full market leverage to lower travel costs,” said GSA Director of Travel and Transportation Services Tim Burke.  “Additionally, ETS2’s strengthened operational environment will improve management by adopting commercial best practices in software development, data transparency and improved security controls.  This will achieve efficiency and cost saving so agencies can accomplish their mission and deliver value for the American taxpayer.”

CWTSatoTravel’s E2 Solutions application offers new capabilities and a new user experience that integrates the federal government’s travel processes, regulations and policies.

“We’re excited to be working with GSA and look forward to implementing clients on the ETS-2 platform in partnership with Northrop Grumman,” added Beatty.

  1. It's All in the Family. Seriously. We don't just have crisis actors we have actors in reality that would blow your mind. We are living in an age where television and reality are being blurred to the point that unless we expose this, our children will not be able to tell the difference. This has been going on for hundreds if not thousands of years. The evil spirits in these people are ruining our existence on this planet.
