#1755: Marine Links MI-3 Educators to Obama Great Lakes Peg Boys, Toronto Pedo-File

Plum City – (AbelDanger.net). United States Marine Field McConnell has linked the MI-3 Educators Livery Company to the Great Lakes peg-boy trading base apparently set up by Barack Obama and Bernardine Dohrn, and KPMG Toronto’s pedo-file images allegedly back hauled by Kristine Marcy and Norman Inkster from Rumania’s SOS Children’s Villages for the launch of Project Spade.

McConnell claims that Inkster, former head of KPMG’s forensic practice in Toronto (1995-2003), gave Chicago MI-3 Educators including Obama and Dohrn, access to the RCMP Wandering Persons Registry needed for the surveillance of sex tourists at SOS Children’s Villages worldwide and the launch of Project Spade where entrapped and blackmailed victims serve as decoys for the Obama Great Lakes peg-boy trading base.

Next show should be a zinger ….

Offenders are nice 'on the surface'

Police are "appalled" by child exploitation images seized during a global operation, with 33 Queenslanders from all walks of life charged.

They had no names, just bank account numbers and a handful of addresses.

But the police officers of Queensland's Task Force Argos seldom receive as much information as that.

Usually, the detectives are tasked with viewing the worst of human nature, viewing hundreds, if not thousands, of images of children being sexually exploited.

They scan their faces and surroundings for clues to their identity, in a bid to find them and remove them from harm.

However, Operation Lima Stampede was to be one of their more straight forward investigations.

Detectives in Brisbane received a file in early February from their counterparts in Canada with a list of bank accounts used to purchase child exploitation material from a Toronto company called Azovfilms.com.

"This was not a complex operation," Task Force Argos Detective Inspector Jon Rouse said.

"The information the Toronto police service and the US postal investigation service gave us was sufficient for us to quickly identify what had happened. We had financial transactions [and] what they actually purchased.

"You could either download or import, so a lot of DVDs came in hard copy to the country, so we had mailing addresses.

"It wasn't rocket science ... for our unit. We're used to doing some very complex things. We've been doing this a long time."

In 2006, covert operatives with Task Force Argos broke through the security apparatus that protected one of the world's most notorious pedophile rings, beating the FBI, Interpol and Europol.

Seasoned pedophiles, using their sophisticated knowledge of computer encryption had made themselves virtually untouchable. Within their safe zone, they commissioned, made and traded images of children involved in sex acts. It was Task Force Argos detectives who uncovered the secret online passages that led authorities to the pedophile's trading room. They also unearthed the pedophiles' pseudonyms, the screen names used to hide their identity.

Detectives found more than 70 children in sexually abusive situations across the world.

That's there ultimate goal – to find young victims and remove them from harm.

"The most key thing that we start with is to identify who is the biggest risk to children – that's the first thing we do," Inspector Rouse said.

In the case of Operation Lima Stampede, detectives took the list of suspects they had identified from the Canadian information and set about prioritising their targets.

"We prioritise them according to their access to children, for example teachers, we take them out first. And then we work our way down the list progressively," Inspector Rouse.

According to the website, Azov sourced and sold "naturist" films. Its clients were predominantly men with preferences for young boys, so-called "boy lovers".

The company claimed the material was "artistic", but Queensland Detective Superintendent Cameron Harsley said that was far from the truth.

"I've seen some of the images, I'm appalled by them," he said.

"There was little doubt these children were recruited for the sole purpose of producing child exploitation material to be sold across the world to those willing to pay for the privilege."

As part of the sting, Queensland police searched 38 homes from Surfers Paradise to Atherton, near Cairns. The raids uncovered thousands of DVDs, police said.

Thirty-three Queenslanders were charged with accessing and possessing child exploitation material. Among those arrested, where three teachers from Clayfield, Chermside and Bray Park in Brisbane's north and a fourth from Cairns.

A university lecturer, a pensioner, a nurse, a student, a bank manager and a number of tradesmen were also arrested. The youngest offender was a 22-year-old man from Arana Hills.

An unemployed 46-year-old man from Gladstone was found with the largest collection of explicit images and was charged with 52 counts of possessing child exploitation material.

Detectives also identified a possible Queensland victim.

Images of the Queensland child were found on a computer belonging to a man identified as an Azovfilms customer. The images of the Queensland child were not purchased from to the Toronto firm, but accessed from other sources, Inspector Rouse said.

Detectives are preparing to speak to the child, who is aged under 10 and is from south-east Queensland. "What our job is ... is to identify what [else an offender] has done," Inspector Rouse said.

"And in many cases they did have material that had come from the website, they had downloaded it from elsewhere and it was more severe than the actual material they had purchased [from Canada]."

Most of the men charged are due to face court during the next two months, but a bank manager from Boonah has already faced court and was fined $1000 with no conviction recorded.

The global sting began in 2010 in Toronto. Internationally, 348 people have been arrested and 386 children removed from harm.

More than 100 search warrants were executed across Australia. Six children – one from the ACT and five in Western Australia – were removed from harm.

Sixty-five men, aged between 22 and 76, were arrested on 399 charges.

On the NSW Central Coast, a 72-year-old retired Catholic priest was arrested.

"Offenders don't fit any kind of stereotype: they are police officers and priests and teachers and charity workers and media people," Hetty Johnston, founder of child protection group Bravehearts, said.

"They're from all walks of life."”

“Norman David Inkster, OC (born August 19, 1938) served as 18th Commissioner of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, from September 1, 1987 to June 24, 1994. From 1992 until 1994 he also served as President of Interpol.
