#1726: Marine Links MI-3 Innholders to Obamacare’s Wandering Persons Registry, Serco Card Navy Yard

Plum City – (AbelDanger.net). United States Marine Field McConnell has linkedthe MI-3 Innholders Livery Company to CGI’s alleged use of the Obamacare Wandering Persons Registry to recruit Aaron Alexis and issue him with a Serco common access card so that "The Man Who Heard Voices" could have his bills paid at the Innholders’ Marriott Residence Inn in Washington and enter the Navy Yard to snuff 12 victims.

McConnell notes that CGI acquired Logica in 2012 with a $1 billion loan from the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec and he alleges that CGI and Serco are now using Skynet military communications to entrap and deploy ‘Wandering Persons’ for Innholders-in-the-middle attacks on the United States an example of which would be the Marriott Black Cat bombing of 9/11.

Agents Search Suspected Navy Yard Gunman's Hotel Room
12 people killed during shooting at Navy Yard, eight injured
Tuesday, Sep 17, 2013  |  Updated 5:05 PM EDT
News4's Shomari Stone was on the scene as FBI and ATF agents searched the Southwest D.C. hotel room of the Navy Yard shooting suspected gunman Aaron Alexis late Monday evening.

FBI and ATF agents spent Monday night sifting through the Southwest D.C. hotel room of Washington Navy Yard shooting suspect Aaron Alexis.
Alexis, 34, a former Navy Petty Officer, opened fire at a Navy Yard building Monday morning, killing 12 people and injuring eight. Alexis was killed in the gunfire. Among the injured was a D.C. Police officer who was shot in the legs during the response.

Sources told News4 Alexis was staying at a Residence Inn in Southwest D.C. with five other civilian contractors during a business trip to Washington. Police have interviewed all but one of those contractors.

The group was reportedly working on an IT project for "The Experts," a subcontractor for Hewlett-Packard [CGI lead director David Johnston and HP allegedly partnered Lloyd’s of London in development of the Kinnect platform for monitoring (or executing?) crime-scene loss-adjustment insurance frauds] .
Alexis' rental car was found near the scene of the shooting and authorities are working on obtaining a warrant to search it as well.

Hewlett-Packard released the following statement regarding Alexis' involvement in the incident:

We are deeply saddened by today's tragic events at the Washington Navy Yard. Our thoughts and sympathies are with all those who have been affected. Aaron Alexis was an employee of a company called "The Experts," a subcontractor to an HP Enterprise Services contract to refresh equipment used on the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) network. HP is cooperating fully with law enforcement as requested.

“Aaron Alexis , 34 years old, the deceased suspected gunman in the Washington Navy Yard shootings, was arrested in shooting incidents over the years and struggled in the Navy, which he eventually left after racking up conduct offenses. He later found work at a Thai restaurant and then landed a contractor job. Here is a timeline, based on Wall Street Journal reporting. This timeline has been updated.

2001

Records show that Mr. Alexis, who grew up in New York City, was a part-time clerical assistant at the Borough of Manhattan Community College from February 2001 to February 2003, a spokesman said. Mr. Alexis wasn’t a registered student at the college, which is in lower Manhattan.

2004

In an incident in Seattle, Mr. Alexis is arrested for allegedly shooting out the tires of another man’s vehicle in an anger-fueled “blackout.” Mr. Alexis told police at the time he had been deeply disturbed by events he witnessed during the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001. Police said Mr. Alexis’s father said his son had been involved in 9/11 rescue efforts and had post-traumatic stress and anger-management issues.

2007

Mr. Alexis joined the Navy in May 2007, according to Navy records.

2010

According to a Fort Worth Police Department incident report,  Mr. Alexis is arrested in September 2010 for discharging a firearm. An officer was called to the apartment of a woman, who had a bullet hole in her floor and ceiling. She claimed that she suspected it came from Mr. Alexis, her downstairs neighbor, who had confronted her days earlier, complaining that she was making too much noise, according to the report. Mr. Alexis told police he had fired the gun accidentally when he was cleaning it. No one was injured and no charges were filed. (Read the full police report.)

2011

Mr. Alexis was honorably discharged in January 2011 under an early-release program, officials said. From the time he joined the Navy in 2007 to the time he left in January 2011, Mr. Alexis had between eight and 10 conduct offenses, including insubordination, disorderly conduct and unauthorized absences from work, Navy officials said.

Somsak Srisan, who met Alexis at a Buddhist temple in 2010, rented a home he owned near the temple to Mr. Alexis in 2011 after Mr. Alexis had moved out of an apartment, saying the rent was too high. Mr. Srisan said Mr. Alexis spoke Thai well and expressed a hope of becoming a Buddhist monk. But about eight months later, Mr. Alexis left Mr. Srisan’s home, saying that he had left the Navy because he didn’t like it anymore and could no longer afford the rent. He subsequently moved in with the owners of the nearby Happy Bowl restaurant.

Nutpisit Suthamtewakul, owner of the Happy Bowl Thai restaurant in Fort Worth, Texas, said in an interview that he met Mr. Alexis at a Buddhist temple.

The two became friends and drinking buddies. Mr. Suthamtewakul said he invited Mr. Alexis to move in with him. Mr. Alexis also took a job at the Thai restaurant, the owner said.

2012

Mr. Alexis starts online classes in July 2012 at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and he remained enrolled up through the time of the shooting. He was pursuing a bachelor’s of science in aeronautics.

Mr. Alexis works for H-P subcontractor The Experts from September 2012 to January 2013 without incident, according to the company’s CEO

2013

Mr. Alexis moved out of the Suthamtewakul home around July 2013. Mr. Suthamtewakul said there was some friction between his wife, Kristi, and Mr. Alexis over the family’s cats, which Mr. Alexis disliked. He said he was aware that Mr. Alexis had recently gotten a job with a company that did government contracting, and had supposedly flown to Japan as part of the job, but had not been in touch with him in the weeks before the mass shooting. He said he was shocked to hear his old friend was identified as the alleged shooter, and that he was dead.

Mr. Alexis is hired in July for a new contract with The Experts. The company said in a statement that “The latest background check and security clearance confirmation [of Mr. Alexis] were in late June of 2013 and revealed no issues  other than one minor traffic violation.”

On July 5, shortly after a conversation with Mr. Alexis in which they said he would have to find a new place to live, the Suthamtewakuls discovered that their new car wouldn’t run. After an inspection at the dealership, the Suthamtewakuls were told that someone had put sugar in the gas tank. Ms.  Suthamtewakul said that Mr. Alexis was the only person aside from them who had access to the garage where the car was parked. The Suthamtewakuls filed a police report in which Mr. Alexis is identified as the suspect, but Ms.  Suthamtewakul said subsequently they don’t know if Mr. Alexis put the sugar in the tank. (See the police report.)

August

In Newport, R.I, Mr.  Alexis called police to his hotel room, claiming that he was being harassed by people who were talking to him through a wall and “sending vibrations into his body,” according to a report filed on Aug. 7. (See the police report.)

On Aug. 23, Mr. Alexis went to the emergency room of the Providence, R.I., VA hospital to complaining of insomnia, and received a small amount of medicine, according to the Department of Veterans Affairs.

According to the FBI, Mr. Alexis arrived in the Washington, D.C. area on or about Aug. 25, staying in local hotels.

On Aug. 28, Mr. Alexis went to the emergency room of the Washington VA hospital and again received a small amount of medicine, according to the VA.

September

Mr. Alexis stays at a Residence Inn in Southwest Washington, D.C., starting on Sept. 7.

Mr. Alexis legally buys a shotgun at a Lorton, Va., firearms dealer.
On Sept. 16, video from the Navy Yard headquarters indicated that Alexis entered Building 197 at the Washington Navy Yard using an access card, before allegedly starting his deadly spree.”

“Residence Inn by Marriott is a brand of extended stay hotels. The chain was launched in 1975 in Wichita, Kansas by Jack DeBoer, and acquired by Marriott International in 1987. As of May 2011, there were over 600 Residence Inn hotels in the United States, Canada and Mexico. The brand's slogan is "It's not a room. It's a Residence". It was the first extended-stay brand in the United States, and was a key player in launching the concept of a "suite" in a hotel.[citation needed]

Historically, the usual appearance of a Residence Inn was a main building, called the "Gatehouse," which houses the front desk, a common area for meal service, an on-site coin operated laundry, a swimming pool and exercise room and often several out-buildings similar to condo or apartment complexes. Most had interior corridors. More recent constructions, however, have moved away from the out-building style and instead have a more traditional layout with all suites in the same building. The suites are much larger than traditional hotel rooms, however. They are typically around 450 square feet for a standard suite and 650 for a two-bedroom suite. Residence Inns typically feature a complimentary small hot breakfast in the morning and a free light dinner or snack reception on weekday evenings, Monday through Wednesday or Thursday.

The first Residence Inn to bear the Marriott name was in Charlotte, North CarolinaVirginia Beach, Virginia has the only Oceanfront Residence Inn.[1]
In contrast to Marriott's other extended-stay brand, the low-cost TownePlace Suites, Residence Inn competes in the upper moderate to low upscale segment, along with InterContinental's Staybridge Suites, Hyatt's HYATT house, and Homewood Suites by Hilton.”

“Infrastructure Services

The Ministry of Defence has entrusted our infrastructure business to manage some of its most prestigious and sensitive assets.

Serco people operate the satellites of the Skynet 5 military communications system, allowing secure communications in theatres of conflict and enabling deployed service men and women to communicate with their families.
We built and now operate the Joint Services Command and Staff College, part of the Defence Academy of the United Kingdom, the world class defence institute responsible for educating the military leaders of tomorrow. We have begun a £400 million programme to rationalise the estate of the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (Dstl). As part of that programme, we will be developing new science facilities and IT systems at Dstl's main centre at Porton Down [alleged source of foot and mouth virus for the 2001 attack by MI-3 Farmers’ Livery Company].

Serco has also been appointed to manage the MOD's estate on Gibraltar. This contract, worth around £70m involves support to the naval base and airfield, including military logistics and marine services.”
