#1725: Marine Links MI-3 Clockmakers to Serco Canada Obamacare Overseer Platform, Skynet Card Navy Yard

Plum City – (AbelDanger.net). United States Marine Field McConnell has linked the MI-3 Clockmakers Livery Company to Serco Canada’s Obamacare platform which was apparently developed by David Johnston, a former Harvard Board of Overseers member anda former CGI lead director, and the Clockmakers’ alleged use of a U.K. MoD's Skynet-coded time-lapse common access card to position Aaron Alexis as the man-in-the-middle of the Navy Yard who stayed long enough to kill his 12 spot-fixed victims and then die mute at the crime scene.

McConnell sometimes uses pithiness to discombobulate enemies; “Who’s inside our OODA Loop?” and encourage his friends with the Pascalian mantra; “We have a moral obligation to think Hard”.

Disambiguation:

MI-3 = Livery Companies’ patent-pool supply-chain protection racket using Privy Purse Forfeiture Fund Marcy (Forfeiture Fund – KPMG Small Business Auction – Liquidation – Prisoner Medical Services – JABS)
+ Inkster (Queen’s Privy Purse – KPMG tax shelter – RCMP Wandering Persons Registry – Escrow fraud)
+ Interpol (Berlin 1942-1945 – Operation Paperclip into Foreign Fugitive File – William Higgitt - Entrust)
+ Intrepid (William Stephenson – GAPAN patent pool – MitM Pearl Harbor attack – Kanada Kommando)

MI-3 = Marine Interruption Intelligence and Investigation unit set up in 1987 to destroy above

McConnell notes that in Book 12 at www.abeldanger.net, agents deployed by his Marine Interruption, Intelligence and Investigations (MI-3) group are mingling in various OODA modes with agents of the Marcy Inkster Interpol Intrepid (MI-3) Livery protection racket based at Skinners’ Hall, Dowgate Hill.

#1718: Marine Links MI-3 Innholders to Logica-Mandarin Murder for Hire and the Obamacare Navy Yard Card

“Aaron Alexis , 34 years old, the deceased suspected gunman in the Washington Navy Yard shootings, was arrested in shooting incidents over the years and struggled in the Navy, which he eventually left after racking up conduct offenses. He later found work at a Thai restaurant and then landed a contractor job. Here is a timeline, based on Wall Street Journal reporting. This timeline has been updated. 2001

Records show that Mr. Alexis, who grew up in New York City, was a part-time clerical assistant at the Borough of Manhattan Community College from February 2001 to February 2003, a spokesman said. Mr. Alexis wasn’t a registered student at the college, which is in lower Manhattan.

2004

In an incident in Seattle, Mr. Alexis is arrested for allegedly shooting out the tires of another man’s vehicle in an anger-fueled “blackout.” Mr. Alexis told police at the time he had been deeply disturbed by events he witnessed during the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001. Police said Mr. Alexis’s father said his son had been involved in 9/11 rescue efforts and had post-traumatic stress and anger-management issues. 2007

Mr. Alexis joined the Navy in May 2007, according to Navy records.
2010

According to a Fort Worth Police Department incident report, Mr. Alexis is arrested in September 2010 for discharging a firearm. An officer was called to the apartment of a woman, who had a bullet hole in her floor and ceiling. She claimed that she suspected it came from Mr. Alexis, her downstairs neighbor, who had confronted her days earlier, complaining that she was making too much noise, according to the report. Mr. Alexis told police he had fired the gun accidentally when he was cleaning it. No one was injured and no charges were filed. (Read the full police report.)
2011

Mr. Alexis was honorably discharged in January 2011 under an early-release program, officials said. From the time he joined the Navy in 2007 to the time he left in January 2011, Mr. Alexis had between eight and 10 conduct offenses, including insubordination, disorderly conduct and unauthorized absences from work, Navy officials said.

Somsak Srisan, who met Alexis at a Buddhist temple in 2010, rented a home he owned near the temple to Mr. Alexis in 2011 after Mr. Alexis had moved out of an apartment, saying the rent was too high. Mr. Srisan said Mr. Alexis spoke Thai well and expressed a hope of becoming a Buddhist monk. But about eight months later, Mr. Alexis left Mr. Srisan’s home, saying that he had left the Navy because he didn’t like it anymore and could no longer afford the rent. He subsequently moved in with the owners of the nearby Happy Bowl restaurant.

Nutpisit Suthamtewakul, owner of the Happy Bowl Thai restaurant in Fort Worth, Texas, said in an interview that he met Mr. Alexis at a Buddhist temple. The two became friends and drinking buddies. Mr. Suthamtewakul said he invited Mr. Alexis to move in with him. Mr. Alexis also took a job at the Thai restaurant, the owner said.
2012

Mr. Alexis starts online classes in July 2012 at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and he remained enrolled up through the time of the shooting. He was pursuing a bachelor’s of science in aeronautics. Mr. Alexis works for H-P subcontractor The Experts from September 2012 to January 2013 without incident, according to the company’s CEO.
2013

Mr. Alexis moved out of the Suthamtewakul home around July 2013. Mr. Suthamtewakul said there was some friction between his wife, Kristi, and Mr. Alexis over the family’s cats, which Mr. Alexis disliked. He said he was aware that Mr. Alexis had recently gotten a job with a company that did government contracting, and had supposedly flown to Japan as part of the job, but had not been in touch with him in the weeks before the mass shooting. He said he was shocked to hear his old friend was identified as the alleged shooter, and that he was dead.

Mr. Alexis is hired in July for a new contract with The Experts. The company said in a statement that “The latest background check and security clearance confirmation [of Mr. Alexis] were in late June of 2013 and revealed no issues other than one minor traffic violation.”

On July 5, shortly after a conversation with Mr. Alexis in which they said he would have to find a new place to live, the Suthamtewakuls discovered that their new car wouldn’t run. After an inspection at the dealership, the Suthamtewakuls were told that someone had put sugar in the gas tank.

Ms.Suthamtewakul said that Mr. Alexis was the only person aside from them who had access to the garage where the car was parked. The Suthamtewakuls filed a police report in which Mr. Alexis is identified as the suspect, but Ms. Suthamtewakul said subsequently they don’t know if Mr. Alexis put the sugar in the tank. (See the police report.)
August

In Newport, R.I, Mr. Alexis called police to his hotel room, claiming that he was being harassed by people who were talking to him through a wall and “sending vibrations into his body,” according to a report filed on Aug. 7. (See the police report.)

Former principal named president of Harvard's Board of Overseers
News
PUBLISHED: 8 APR 1997

David Johnston was elected to the position of president of the Harvard Board of Overseers. On Sunday, April 6 at noon, David Johnston was elected to the position of president of the Harvard Board of Overseers. Johnston, a law graduate of Harvard University (A.B. 1963), has been an Overseer at Harvard since 1992 and previously held the position of vice-chair of the Board. The appointment is for a one-year term.

"David Johnstons appointment is seen at McGill University as the recognition of the strong ties that link our two institutions," said Kate Williams, director of the University Relations Office. "The naming of David Johnston, a Canadian, to this prestigious position is also evidence of Americas oldest institution of higher learning reaching out beyond its borders."

The 30-member Board of Overseers, founded in 1642, governs educational policies and practices, and approves teaching and administrative appointments at Harvard. It is elected at large by alumni for six-year terms. Its principal duties are counselling and visitation, carried out through a system of visiting committees meant to inform the Overseers about the state of the University. The Board of Overseers represents the ultimate responsibility of the community at large for the operation of the University. The primary role of the Overseers in Harvard governance is to keep the University true to its Charter as a place of learning.

A former Principal of McGill University (1979 to 1994), Johnston has held the position of Professor in the Faculty of Law since 1994. He continues in his capacity as Chair of the Board of the Neuroscience Network of Centres of Excellence, which is based at McGill University. He also chaired Industry Canadas Information Highway Advisory Council which concluded its mandate last week and is scheduled to publish its final report in May.

"Harvard first contacted me when I was 14 years old on the advice of an alumnus who had heard I was a promising scholar-athlete," said Johnston. He has never forgotten the debt he owes to that institution. "Ive been trying to put water back in that well ever since."

Johnston is also Chair of the Canadian Institute for Advanced Research. Founded in 1982 and known as Canadas research university without walls, CIAR has established an international reputation for collaborative research of the highest quality. Its eight basic research programs in the natural and social sciences are staffed by more than 160 distinguished scholars from 74 universities and other centres in Canada, the United States, Europe, Australia, Japan and Israel.

Johnston retains his teaching position and other duties within McGill University.”

“The Harvard Board of Overseers (more formally The Honorable and Reverend the Board of Overseers) is one of Harvard University's two governing boards. Although its function is more consultative and less hands-on than the President and Fellows of Harvard College, the Board of Overseers is sometimes referred to as the "senior" governing board because its formation predates the fellows' 1650 incorporation.

Today there are 30 overseers, all directly elected by alumni; at one point the board was self-perpetuating. Originally the overseers included, ex officio, the public officials and puritan clergy of Cambridge and the neighboring towns (hence the "honorable and reverend" of the title). Today, the President and the Treasurer of Harvard are ex officio members of the Board.

Each year, Harvard alumni elect five new overseers to serve six-year terms. Overseers candidates are nominated by the Harvard Alumni Association, and those not nominated by the HAA (petition candidates) must gather signatures from Harvard alumni to appear on the ballot.

Ambassador Joseph P. Kennedy, Sr. quipped famously of the election of John F. Kennedy, his son, to the Board in 1957: "Now I know his religion won't keep him out of the White House. If an Irish Catholic can get elected as an Overseer at Harvard, he can get elected to anything".[1]”
