#1399 Marine Links NIST's 9/11 Dykes In the Middle Attack to U.S. Navy's Master Clock

Plum City – ( United States Marine Field McConnell has linked a “Dykes in the Middle” attack by NIST during a simulated Global Guardian war-game exercise on 9/11, to the sabotage of time-stamped data from the U.S. Naval Observatory’s master clock and disruption to his government's response to its enemies both domestic and foreign.

McConnell claims that NIST's Global Guardian Dykes switched the Observatory’s master clock over to a Serco (NPL) U.K. reference clock and thereby disrupted the U.S. Navy’s response to a 9/11 false-flag attack soon to be recognized as an act of war.

The note: "Aircraft coming in from 60 miles out?" is timed at 10:10. The note: "Condi has talked to POTUS. She/RBC/Scooter say we know who did it," is timed at 12:00.”

“NIST GLOBE is a voluntary organization of lesbian, gay male, bisexual, and transgender employees, their friends and supporters.

The purpose of NIST-GLOBE is to:

Represent the interests and concerns of all gay male, lesbian, bisexual, and transgendered persons at NIST. Advance the cause of nondiscrimination with respect to gay male, lesbian, bisexual, and transgendered persons at NIST.

Advise persons and managers about issues of concern to gay male, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered persons. Advise and support NIST organizations, such as the Office of Civil Rights and the NIST Diversity Board and Laboratory Managers, in pursuing quality management practices and diversity in the NIST work force. Advocate and foster successful, satisfying careers for all NIST persons, including gay male, lesbian, bisexual, and transgendered persons.

Work to eliminate real or perceived prejudice and discrimination in the Agency based on sexual orientation, including, but not restricted to, employment, assignment, promotion, performance evaluation, and partnership rights. Cooperate with other NIST and Federal employee organizations [allegedly including a virtual pedophile matrix set up by Kristine Marcy, Hillary Clinton and Janet Reno in DOJ Pride to overthrow what they deem to be hetero-patriarchal structures based on power] in pursuit of common diversity objectives, including awareness that sexual orientation is unrelated to a person's job performance.

Facilitate good work relationships among persons of all sexual orientations; and to foster social, entertainment and recreational events, cultural and educational pursuits, and professional development that will enhance the well-being and productivity of every gay male, lesbian, bisexual, and transgendered person at NIST.”

“The United States Naval Observatory (USNO) is one of the oldest scientificagencies in the United States, with a primary mission[1] to produce Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PNT)[2] for the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Department of Defense. Located in Northwest Washington, D.C., it is one of the pre-1900 astronomical observatories located in an urban area; at the time of its construction, it was far from the light pollution thrown off by the (then-smaller) city center. Today, the observatory's primaryobservational work is done at the U.S. Navy's higher elevation United States Naval Observatory, Flagstaff Station (NOFS) near Flagstaff, Arizona. USNO also has an "Alternate Master Clock" site in Colorado Springs, CO[3]which, with the "Master Clock",[4] provides precise time to the GPS satellite constellation run by the U.S. Air Force; and it performs radioVLBI-based positions of quasars with numerous global collaborators, in order to produce Earth Orientation parameters. Aside from its scientific mission, since 1974, the Observatory is the official residence of the Vice President of the United States. ….

Since 1974, and separated from auspices of the Naval Observatory, Number One Observatory Circle, a house situated in the grounds of the observatory, which was formerly the residence of its superintendent, and later the home of the Chief of Naval Operations, has been the official residence of the Vice President of the United States.[citation needed]

According to a May 15, 2009 blog posting by Newsweek's Eleanor Clift, Vice President Joe Biden revealed the existence of what Clift described as a bunker-like room in the residence. The bunker is the secure, undisclosed location where former Vice President Dick Cheney remained under protection in secret after the 9/11 attacks: according to Clift's report, entitled "Shining Light on Cheney's Hideaway":

"Biden said a young naval officer giving him a tour of the residence showed him the hideaway, which is behind a massive steel door secured by an elaborate lock with a narrow connecting hallway lined with shelves filled with communications equipment."

Biden's press office subsequently issued a statement denying the bunker report, suggesting that Biden had instead been describing "an upstairs workspace".

The U.S. Naval Observatory operates two Master Clock facilities. The primary facility, in Washington, D.C. maintains 57HP/Agilent/Symmetricom 5071A-001 high performance cesium atomic clocks and 24 hydrogen masers. The alternate master clock, at Schriever Air Force Base, maintains 12 cesium clocks and 3 masers.[26] The observatory also operates two rubidiumatomic fountain clocks, which have a stability reaching 7×10−16.[27] The observatory intends to build several more of this type for use at its two facilities.[26]

The U.S. Naval Observatory provides public time service via 26  NTP [cf. John Bennet Ramsey Access Graphics Sun W/S] servers on the public Internet,[28] and via telephone voice announcements”
