Marine Links Sister Kristine Marcy’s Most Wanted JABS to Clinton Ambassador’s Rape

United States Marine Field McConnell has linked his sister Kristine Marcy’s use of Nortel’s Joint Automated Booking Station (‘JABS’) to the deployment of America’s Most Wanted trusties in an alleged enactment of the rape, torture and murder of Mrs. Clinton’s Ambassador to Libya, Christopher Stevens, on 9/11 2012.

“JOINT AUTOMATED BOOKING SYSTEM (JABS) Situation The U.S. Department of Justice's (DOJ) law enforcement agencies need to book criminal offenders. A single arrest may involve as many as three agencies, during which the arresting agency, then the detaining agency, then the incarcerating agency may, for the same offender, photograph, fingerprint, and record biographical data. Prior to JABS, booking data were captured on paper and in systems accessible by only one agency, making it difficult to share information among federal law enforcement components. In USDOJ Components without a data system for recording bookings, storing, managing, and retrieving such information was inefficient. For example, information sent to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for identification purposes was sent by mail on hard-copy forms, and the response from the FBI could take several weeks. A client-server version of JABS was implemented and initially deployed in 1999. The success of JABS resulted in over 800 deployed sites across the country by 2004. However, the technical architecture of a client-server implementation came with inherent drawbacks. The JABS PMO quickly realized that the effort and cost associated with deploying and maintaining so many sites was prohibitive [so Kristine Marcy moved to software as a service on Tim Pawlenty’s Wizmo cloud in preparation for al-Qaeda America’s Most Wanted on 9/11]

“FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE AG TUESDAY, OCTOBER 22, 1996 (202) 616-2777 TDD (202) 514-1888 FREE (202) 514-1888 ATTORNEY GENERAL PRESENTS HAMMER AWARDS AT DOJ "LAB DAY" WASHINGTON, DC -- Attorney General Janet Reno presented Hammer Awards to three employee working groups from Justice Department components [led by then Senior Counsel for U.S. Marshals Service, Kristine Marcy] as part of the Department's "Justice Performance Review Lab Day," an event showcasing the achievements of the Department's 16 reinvention labs. The Hammer Award is Vice President Gore's special recognition to teams of employees which made significant contributions in support of the President's National Performance Review (NPR) principles of improving customer service, cutting red tape, empowering employees, and getting back to basics. "By accepting the challenge to re-invent government, these employees are making government more efficient and improving the way we perform our public responsibilities," Reno said during the Lab Day event in the Justice Department's Great Hall. Deputy Attorney General Jamie Gorelick, who also attended, noted that the employees "have taken the concept of creating a government that works better and costs less and have made it a reality." The three Justice Department teams receiving the award are: * The SENTRI Reinvention Lab, for developing a secure, high-tech, automated border inspection system at Otay Mesa, California; * The Joint Automated Booking System (JABS) Lab, a multi-component effort which has significantly improved the prisoner booking process; * The Justice Prisoner Alien Transportation System (JPATS), which combines the resources of several DOJ components to schedule and transport prisoners more quickly, safely, and economically.”

“Crime Reconstruction Sometimes, I want to go to a crime reenactment and steal something; I'd make it an "enactment". —Demetri Martin On many a True Crime show (e.g. The First 48) and "help us solve crime X" programs (e.g. America's Most Wanted, Crimewatch UK) or even on the National or Local News real crimes are acted out on screen for the viewer. Either by actors or by the actual victims with the perpetrators played by actors. This is to help the viewer visualize the situation which might be otherwise tricky if there are a lot of details to take in in a relatively short amount of time. It can also just be used as filler in some shows. Sometimes these aren't the most tasteful things in the world in the cases of unsolved crimes. They retell the story melodramatically but in a way that prompts the viewer to enjoy the thrill of the gruesome crime and the knowledge that the culprit is still free. But It Really Happened, and that's the point. While crimes are by far the most common thing to be given this treatment they aren't the only thing. Accidents may be dramatized this way, especially on "heroes of the emergency services" shows like the now defunct UK show 999. Historical events like battles often get this treatment in documentaries too. See also Dramatization.”

Breaking: Suspected Killer of US Ambassador Was Leader of US-Backed Libyan Rebel Forces …. Posted by Jim Hoft on Wednesday, September 19, 2012, 10:01 PM

Two former Afghan Islamists and a former Gitmo detainee led the rebels in Libya. The US reportedly trained and armed the rebels in Libya.

Now, one of the rebel leaders, Sufyan Ben Qumu, is suspected in the murder of US Ambassador Chris Stevens.

Sufyan Ben Qumu showed his appreciation by murdering our ambassador.

Leader: Sufyan Ben Qumu, who has known extremist ties, became one of the top commanders of rebel forces in Benghazi. Sufyan Ben Qumu, who was reportedly once Osama bin Laden’s driver, was let out of the US military detention center in Cuba in 2007 and turned over to the government of Muammar Gaddafi on the condition he be kept behind bars. (Daily Mail).

Former Gitmo detainee Sufyan Ben Qumu was released from Libyan prison last year.

It took Ben Qumu less than a year to lead rebels against the regime.

The Wall Street Journal reported:

Two former Afghan Mujahedeen and a six-year detainee at Guantanamo Bay have stepped to the fore of this city’s military campaign, training new recruits for the front and to protect the city from infiltrators loyal to Col. Moammar Gadhafi.

The presence of Islamists like these amid the opposition has raised concerns, among some fellow rebels as well as their Western allies, that the goal of some Libyan fighters in battling Col. Gadhafi is to propagate Islamist extremism.

Abdel Hakim al-Hasady, an influential Islamic preacher and high-school teacher who spent five years at a training camp in eastern Afghanistan, oversees the recruitment, training and deployment of about 300 rebel fighters from Darna.

Mr. Hasady’s field commander on the front lines is Salah al-Barrani, a former fighter from the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group, or LIFG, which was formed in the 1990s by Libyan mujahedeen returning home after helping to drive the Soviets from Afghanistan and dedicated to ousting Mr. Gadhafi from power.

Sufyan Ben Qumu, a Libyan army veteran who worked for Osama bin Laden’s holding company in Sudan and later for an al Qaeda-linked charity in Afghanistan, is training many of the city’s rebel recruits.

Both Messrs. Hasady and Ben Qumu were picked up by Pakistani authorities after the U.S.-led invasion of Afghanistan in 2001 and were turned over to the U.S. Mr. Hasady was released to Libyan custody two months later. Mr. Ben Qumu spent six years at Guantanamo Bay before he was turned over to Libyan custody in 2007.

They were both released from Libyan prisons in 2008 as part of a reconciliation with Islamists in Libya.

More…During his military service Abu Sufian Ibrahim Ahmed Hamuda Bin Qumu was frequently disciplined for drug and alcohol offenses, absences without leave, and attempted rape.

At least 27% of former Gitmo prisoners return to terror.”

The Cerritos man who is believed to have made the controversial anti-Islam film "Innocence of Muslims" denied all eight allegations that he violated his probation agreement.

Mark Youseff, also known as Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, appeared in federal court Wednesday for a preliminary probation revocation hearing. Youseff was convicted in 2010 of bank fraud including opening up credit cards using fake names. He was released in June of last year on federal supervised release or probation but arrested in September on suspicions of probation violation.

Prosecutors allege Youseff violated his probation eight times including lying to probation officers that his role in the making of the film was limited to writing the script. He’s also accused of lying to probation officers about using the name Sam Bacile and variations of it without prior permission and for alleging having a California driver’s license registered under the name of Nakoula Basseley Nakoula without probation permission.

Youseff was dressed in a white prison jumpsuit, handcuffed with chains around his waist. He is being held at a federal prison in downtown Los Angeles. Youseff was denied bail at his September arraignment hearing.

His attorney Steven Seiden asked the court that Youseff be taken out of protective custody at the federal prison and released into general inmate population. The judge, Christina Snyder, ordered the prosecutor and defense attorney to meet with personnel at the federal Bureau of Prisons to determine whether that can be done.

Seiden didn’t explain why he wanted Youseff to be removed from protective custody. At the last hearing, Seiden claimed detaining Youseff in the federal Metropolitan Detention Center could put his client in danger because of what Seiden called a “large Muslim population” at the prision. The Bureau of Prison estimates that approximately four percent of the inmates at MDC are Muslim.

Outside the courthouse, Seiden made brief comments to a mass of media after the hearing. He said the press, the President and Secretary of State unfairly blamed Youseff for the violence and protests in the Middle East.

“My client was not the cause of the violence in the Middle East. Clearly it was pre-planned and that was just an excuse and trigger point to have more violence,” said Seiden.

He said he would watch closely congressional hearings investigating the attacks on the U.S. Embassy in Libya to see how that would impact his client’s case.

Youseff’s next court date is Nov. 9 for an evidentiary hearing to determine whether he violated probation.

Federal probation officers have suggested a two-year prison sentence if Youseff is found to have violated his probation. The sentence request is an unusually lengthy one for probation violations. Free speech advocates have said they are suspicious of Youseff’s arrest and believe it has more to do with the political unrest the film has caused and not probation violations.
