Marine Links Kristine ‘Serco’ Marcy’s Prisons to KSM Snuff Film Scripts

United States Marine Field McConnell has linked his sister Kristine Marcy’s to a prison-based scriptwriters’ guild operated by DOJ Pride and Serco where KSM was given ‘journeyman’ status to develop snuff-film scripts for the false-flag events listed below.

McConnell claims his sister received the 1996 Gore Hammer award for her work in ‘re-inventing government’ after launching the Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System to give KSM/Serco snuff-film scriptwriters access to crime scenes where local prisoners used phony furloughs to execute hits and return to jail with near perfect alibis.

“Khalid Sheikh Mohammed (Arabic: ‎.. also transliterated as Khalid Shaikh Mohammed, and additionally known by at least fifty aliases is aKuwait-born militant in U.S. custody in Guantánamo Bay for alleged acts of terrorism, including mass murder of civilians. Khalid Sheikh Mohammed was a member of Osama bin Laden's terrorist groupal-Qaeda organization, although he lived in Afghanistan, heading al-Qaeda's propaganda operations from sometime around 1999. The 9/11 Commission Report alleges that he was "the principal architect of the 9/11 attacks." He is also alleged to have confessed to a role in many of the most significant terrorist plots over the last twenty years, including the World Trade Center 1993 bombings, the Bojinka plot, an aborted 2002 attack on the U.S. Bank Tower in Los Angeles, the Bali nightclub bombings, the failed bombing of American Airlines Flight 63, the Millennium Plot, and the murder of Daniel Pearl. …

He attended the Chowan College and completed a degree in mechanical engineering at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in 1986. The following year he went to Afghanistan, where he and his brothers (Zahed, Abed, and Aref) fought against the Soviet Union during the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan (some sources claim that Khalid was fighting in Afghanistan before he moved to the United States). There, he was introduced to Abdul Rasul Sayyaf, of the Islamic Union Party. The 9/11 Commission Report notes on page 149 that "Sayyaf part of the Afghan Northern Alliance". The 9/11 Commission Report also notes that, "By his own account, KSM's animus toward the United States stemmed not from his experiences there as a student, but rather from his violent disagreement with U.S. foreign policy favoring Israel."

However, according to a U.S. intelligence summary reported on August 29, 2009, by The Washington Post, his time in the U.S did lead him to become a terrorist. "KSM's limited and negative experience in the United States — which included a brief jail stay because of unpaid bills [where he was allegedly recruited into the prison-based snuff-film scriptwriters guild by Marcy’s Office of Personnel Management and Serco agents] — almost certainly helped propel him on his path to becoming a terrorist," according to this intelligence summary. "He stated that his contact with Americans, while minimal, confirmed his view that the United States was a debauched and racist country."

According to the "unclassified summary of evidence" presented during the hearing, a computer hard drive seized during the capture of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed contained the following:

>  information about the four airplanes hijacked on 11 September 2001 including code names, airline company, flight number, target, pilot name and background information, and names of the hijackers

> photographs of 19 individuals identified as the 11 September 2001 hijackers a document that listed the pilot license fees for Mohammad Atta and biographies for some of the 11 September 2001 hijackers.

> images of passports and an image of Mohammad Atta. > transcripts of chat sessions belonging to at least one of the 11 September 2001 hijackers.

> three letters from Osama bin Laden

> spreadsheets that describe financial assistance to families of known al Qaeda members a letter to the United Arab Emirates threatening attack if their government continued to help the United States

> a document that summarized operational procedures and training requirements of an al Qaeda cell

> a list of killed and wounded al Qaeda militants.

“Using Competition and Contracting to Improve Prison Performance (PDF) Sturgess, Gary , 2008 The Serco Institute This speech was delivered to the International Corrections and Prisons Association Conference in Prague, October 2008. The key theme in this is the contribution that markets can play in the development, identification and dissemination of innovation in public services. It focuses on three different aspects of public service markets that may make a difference - competition, contracting and commercialisation - using prisons as the case study.”

“Our History

From the RAF to PPPs.

Serco has been a pioneer since it started 80 years ago.

Serco began life in 1929 when Radio Corporation of America formed a UK subsidiary, RCA Services Limited, to support the country's growing cinema industry. In the early 1960s the company won a piece of work that was to shape its future direction - a maintenance contract for the UK Ballistic Missile Early Warning System at the Royal Air Force (RAF) base at Fylingdales. This expanded into a contract to operate the technical facilities at the base and provide comprehensive support to the RAF - which we continue to do today. In the 1980s the UK Ministry of Defence began a programme of outsourcing and contracting for the operation and maintenance of defence installations and facilities - and it used Fylingdales as the model.

Blast-off for a new era.

Two other outsourcing markets emerged in the 1970s and early 1980s - and with them, important new opportunities for us. The European Space Agency (ESA) was formed in 1973, with operational support provided by member nations. And, in 1982, for the first time, the Greater London Council awarded contracts for the maintenance of London's traffic signals by geographic area. By successfully improving services such as these, we quickly established a reputation for helping customers achieve their policies and objectives.

New name, new opportunities

Following a management buyout in 1987, RCA Services Limited was renamed Serco Limited. In 1988, the company achieved a full listing on the London Stock Exchange as Serco Group plc. A period of expansion and diversification followed. Governments across the developed world were beginning programmes of management reform and outsourcing, introducing competition for the services needed to sustain and improve public services. At the same time, private sector organisations increasingly saw the value of outsourcing support services, freeing up management to focus on core activities. Serco won business in the civil government, transport and commercial/industrial markets, and established operations in Asia Pacific and North America.

The forefront of innovation.

Since the 1990s, with the success of initiatives to introduce change in public services, the market has become more complex. Increasingly, Serco's role is not just to support core public services but actually to provide them, with our staff dealing directly with the public. More sophisticated public private partnerships have emerged such as joint ventures and private finance initiatives (PFIs) which involve collaboration with public authorities and charity partners in areas such as education, health and justice. Many opportunities are being created that our track record, expertise and innovation put us in a great position to support.”
