McConnell Links Magnotta’s Canada Post to Ladner Beaudry Contract Hit

Presidential Field McConnell has linked Luka Rocco Magnotta and the Canada Post mailing of body parts received by two Vancouver schools, to the alleged 2009 contract hit of Wendy Ladner Beaudry, the whistleblower who was apparently about to reveal Olympic Village leveraged-lease and loan frauds by Fortress Investments in New York and its Chicago-based legal advisors, Sidley Austin.

Presidential Field claims Canada Post and Sidley Austin insiders hired Magnotta to work in the RCMP’s Virtual Global Taskforce as a snuff-film or child-porn entrapment actor: he further believes Magnotta is using images of the dismemberment of Chinese student Jun Lin and the Ladner-Beaudry murder to silence witnesses to Olympic loan frauds.

“Fortress Investment Group LLC (NYSE: FIG) is an American investment management firm based in New York, New York. The company went public [in an IPO structured by Sidley Austin] on February 9, 2007. Fortress has said it lost $125 million purchasing fraudulent promissory notes from fraudster Marc Drier who was operating a Ponzi scheme. Fortress has filed a lawsuit against lawfirm Dechert [ergo, Fortress is attacking Dechert partner, Miriam Clegg, wife of Lord President of the Council Nick Clegg] in an attempt to recover the loss. The lawsuit was filed in New York state court, alleging Dechert issued a "false" legal opinion letter that Mr. Dreier used to defraud Fortress. Controversies .. In 2006, Fortress paid Sen. John Edwards, candidate for the 2008 Democratic Party nomination for president, and the 2004 nominee for vice president, $479,512 for his consulting services, a part-time job. The November 19, 2007 edition of the Wall Street Journal reported Edwards had invested $16 Million in Fortress. Also in 2006, Fortress acquired Intrawest in a leveraged buyout. Three weeks before the opening of the 2010 Olympics, Fortress failed to make payment on its loan used to buy out Intrawest. This caused its creditors to force Intrawest to divest itself of several of its resort holdings in 2009 and 2010 which includes Whistler Blackcomb, in order to reduce its debt load. loaned the controversial animal testing company Huntingdon Life Sciences around $70 million in 2006. This was later discovered by the animal rights group SHAC, which exists to pressurise and close HLS. In 2011 Fortress dropped all ties with HLS. During the RailAmerica ownership, railfans criticized both RailAmerica and Fortress Investment Group for an increased number of abandonments on several shortlines. The most notorious example, the Central Oregon and Pacific's Coos Bay line, is saved from abandonment unlike other lines. Fortress Investment Group has backed a German patent holding firm IPCom GmbH & Co. KG. This firm is now suing Nokia for patent infringement for $17.77 billion. Fortress Investment Group was the primary lender to Millennium Development Group for building the $875 million (CAD) athlete's village for the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, British Columbia. Financial instability in September 2008 saw Fortress Investment Group reportedly at the brink of bankruptcy. Consequently, Fortress was unable to provide further financing to Millennium forcing the City of Vancouver to pay approximately $450 million (CAD) to complete the project in time for the Winter Olympic Games. The village was completed in November 2009 and may yet realize its potential after the Olympics. The City of Vancouver applied for and received legislative approval from the Province of BC to borrow as much money as required to enable the project to complete. Anti-Olympic groups have spoken out against the legislative change because they believe that Fortress Investment will remain the owner of the village after the 2010 Winter Olympics.”

“Police seek Magnotta link in human remains mailed to two Vancouver schools (with video) Investigators in Vancouver and Montreal are working together to determine if a human hand and foot that arrived in the mail today at two Vancouver schools are linked to the murder case involving former Canadian porn actor Luka Rocco Magnotta. By Kelly Sinoski and Zoe McKnight, Vancouver Sun June 5, 2012 VANCOUVER -- St. George’s senior school student Trevor Leung was working on his computer Tuesday afternoon when he saw the Yahoo news alert: a package of human remains had been discovered in the mail room at the nearby St. George’s junior school. Leung didn’t know then that it was a human foot. Or that earlier, at about 1 p.m., a package containing a hand had been opened by a staff member at another Vancouver school, False Creek elementary. By then, investigators in Montreal and Vancouver were on the phone, trying to establish whether the body parts were linked to the murder case involving former Canadian porn actor Luka Rocco Magnotta. Magnotta, who was arrested in Germany on Monday, is accused of killing and dismembering Chinese student Jun Lin overnight May 24-25 and mailing his body parts to the headquarters of the federal Liberal and Conservative parties. Those packages were mailed out of Montreal and found May 29.

A package from St. Catharines , Ont. was received at False Creek elementary Tuesday, but The Vancouver Sun does not know whether this is the package under investigation. … Magnotta’s connection to Vancouver isn’t clear, but according to the Internet Adult Film Database, between 2003 and 2009 he was in eight videos or photo shoots with different companies located in California, Florida, Ohio, Toronto and Vancouver. “It’s just so unique. It was a hand and foot sent to two different places in Ottawa , hand and foot sent here. It could be a match,” said Van Allen. “If you had three feet then I’d say that you have … more potential for a copycat.” “Why would he pick schools? Jesus, I don’t know, but I think … Magnotta [allegedly] picked the two political parties for the media attention it would garner.” He could have picked the schools “because it’s so shocking and offensive to the community,” Allen said. The fact that the body parts in both cases were mailed through Canada Post and that the body parts arrived in Vancouver a week after they turned up in Ottawa fits with Canada Post’s timeline, Van Allen said.

Presidential Field invites Canada Post to locate Mr. Lin’s head; it may have been mailed by Magnotta to the person who authorized the contract hit of Wendy Ladner Beaudry.
