Partial History Of Information From Abel Danger to ALPA and FAA; Attention France

Attention Mr. Harding:

Please refer to Civil Case 1:08-1600 (RMC)(Pro Se) and then review FRAUD UPON THE COURT and Misprision of Felony, Wrongful Death. The FAA, FBI, ALPA and Senior Executive Service (created by my sister Kristine Marcy in 1979) have known the truth of the illegal modifications of the Boeing aerial vehicles deployed on 11 September, 2001 since as early as June, 2006, when Boeing paid a $615M fine to USDOJ Pride to silence the investigation into the illegally exported military hardware, illegally modified Boeings and the weapons package, that ALPA has been informed of, called the STRANGLER'S SUITE.

27 May, 2011:

Response for the Congressman from California: lack of experience is the final cause but the lack of experience would have been survivable had the second rate pitot booms not iced up, had the TCAS advisory not gone off, and had they not been at the top of a thundercell.

As is generally the case, Pilot Error is the easy way out as dead pilots cannot testify.

I was involved in a similar scenario in Kazakhstan on 13 December, 2008 and it involved a young, low experience level local co-pilot losing control of an A320. See attached letter, the equivalent of an FAA ASR. In our event a UCFIT was the near result as our A320 was in uncontrolled flight risking a collison with terrain. I salvaged the aircraft after physically forcing the FO out of his seat where he was applying inputs to his side stick controller after I had 3 times told him "I HAVE THE AICRAFT".

His concern was mirrored in the fatal inputs but the least experienced AF pilot. Both low time pilots were attempting to 'climb' which will never work in a deep stall. UNLOAD FOR CONTROL. You cannot spin if you don't create lift and you cannot create lift if you 'dump lift', i.e. push yoke or Side Stick Controller forward.

Experience is a nice tool for an airline to employ. However, as the managements fully understand, low time pilots are cheap and pilots are not even necessary in NPR aircraft. If anyone wishes a definition of NPR aircraft, contact Randy Babbitt (FAA), Lee Moak, Suzanne Kalfus or James Johnson at ALPA. NPR aircraft was the 'issue' in Civil Case 1:08-1600 (RMC)(Pro Se) and Randy, Lee and the two attorneys should be fluent on the issues of that lawsuit.

x-Senator Dorgan and x-Congressman Oberstar should be fluent also as in both cases their careers ended after the 10 and 17 June 2009 Aviation Safety 'Kangaroo Court' where Whistleblowing pilots were barred from testifying. Note that Dorgan's critic was a Northwest Pilot and Oberstar lost his re-election to a Northwest Pilot.
