McConnell links Obama time-lapse keys to Sidley Bhopal bomb

Field McConnell infers that Barack Obama used British Telecom time-lapse keys to accelerate debt recovery on leveraged leases after KPMG and Sidley Austin saboteurs allegedly triggered an insecticide bomb at Union Carbide’s Bhopal plant in India in 1984.

McConnell also infers that Obama used time-lapse keys – developed by predecessors of BT (General Post Office 1660), KPMG (William Barclay Peat 1870) and Sidley Austin (Williams & Thompson 1866) over the past 100 years – to accelerate debt recovery on the leveraged lease procured by GMAC for a mortgage on the Twin Towers on 9/11.

"What caused the [Bhopal] gas leak? Shortly after the gas release, Union Carbide launched an aggressive effort to identify the cause. An initial investigation by Union Carbide experts showed that a large volume of water had apparently been introduced into the methylisocyanate (MIC) tank. This caused a chemical reaction that forced the pressure release valve to open and allowed the gas to leak. A committee of experts working on behalf of the Indian government conducted its own investigation and reached the same conclusion. An independent investigation by engineering consulting firm Arthur D. Little determined that the water could only have been introduced into the tank deliberately, since process safety systems -- in place and operational -- would have prevented water from entering the tank by accident .. 2. Who could have sabotaged plant operations and caused the gas leak? Investigations suggest that only an employee with the appropriate skills and knowledge of the site could have tampered with the tank. An independent investigation by the engineering consulting firm Arthur D. Little determined that the water could only have been introduced into the tank deliberately, since process safety systems -- in place and operational -- would have prevented water from entering the tank by accident .. 4. Why has Carbide never disclosed the name of the employee that sabotaged the plant? Union Carbide never publicly disclosed the name of the employee because it would serve no useful purpose; UC is not a governmental body and has no authority to "arrest" or "charge" anyone. However, the Indian Government, through its Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), had access to the same information as did Union Carbide. The CBI was well aware of the identity of the employee and the nature of the evidence against him. Indian authorities refused to pursue this individual because they, as litigants, were not interested in proving that anyone other than Union Carbide was to blame for the tragedy. The fact that employee sabotage caused the disaster under existing law would have exculpated Union Carbide. You may be interested to note that the CBI subjected the UCIL employee who found the local pressure indicator was missing on the morning after the incident (a key factor in UC's sabotage theory) to six days of interrogation to get him to change his story. That effort was unsuccessful."

[Spoliation inference that Obama designed a 12 month lime-lapse leveraged lease to recover debt by 31 December 1984 on the land leased from the Indian State of Madhya Pradesh by Sidley Austin clients and Union Carbide lenders] Business International Corporation (BI) was a publishing and advisory firm dedicated to assisting American companies in operating abroad. In 1986, Business International was acquired by The Economist Group in London, and eventually merged with The Economist Intelligence Unit. BI has been known to be used as a CIA front company. .. In his book The Strawberry Statement, former student protester James Kunen reports a description of Business International by an unnamed Students for a Democratic Society conference attendee in 1968. The attendee, referred to by Kunen as 'the kid', claimed the company offered to finance SDS demonstrations in Chicago [organized by Obama’s terrorist mentor Bernardine Dohrn]. Business International is described as 'the left wing of the ruling class' and as desiring a Gene McCarthy presidency. In the late summer of 1983, future United States President Barack Obama interviewed for a job at Business International Corporation. He worked there for "little more than year.” As a research associate in its financial services division, he edited Financing Foreign Operations, a global reference service, and wrote for Business International Money Report, a weekly financial newsletter. His responsibilities included "interviewing business experts, researching trends in foreign exchange, following market developments. . . . He wrote about [time lapse] currency swaps and leverage leases . . . . Obama also helped write financial reports on Mexico and Brazil.”

[Spoliation inference that Obama designed a leveraged lease time lapse strategies to recover debt by 31 December 1984 on land leased from the Indian State of Madhya Pradesh by Sidley Austin clients and Union Carbide lenders] A leveraged lease is a lease in which the lessor puts up some of the money required to purchase the asset and borrows the rest from a lender. The lender is given a senior secured interest on the asset and an assignment of the lease and lease payments. The lessee makes payments to the lessor, who makes payments to the lender. The term may also refer to a lease agreement wherein the lessor, by borrowing funds from a lending institution, finances the purchase of the asset being leased. The lessor pays the lending institution back by way of the lease payments received from the lessee. Under the loan agreement, the lender has rights to the asset and the lease payments if the lessor defaults. In this type of lease, the lessor provides an equity portion (often 20% to 50%) of the equipment cost and lenders provide the balance on a nonrecourse debt basis. The lessor receives the tax benefits of ownership.”
