Public Key - Canadian Navy Spies - Executed Domain Hack - .TV Antenna - MS Costa Concordia - Woman On the Bridge - Insurance Fraud On Lloyd's

From the Abel Danger White House Group to those whom it may concern

Did Murdoch sex and Navy spies use key to ground Costa Concordia on .tv?

We believe Crown Agents’ Sister Elisabeth Murdoch procured the public key used by Canadian Navy spies to execute a domain hack through a .tv antenna on the MS Costa Concordia – while a woman on the bridge diverted the attention of the captain – and ground the vessel in an attempted insurance fraud on Lloyd’s of London.

We allege that Murdoch and Canadian Navy spies used the same modus operandi – a .tv domain hack combined with a sexual diversion on the bridge – to camouflage the sinking of the B.C. Ferries’ M/V Queen of the North on March 22, 2006.

“Costa Concordia cruise ship captain 'went off course' 16 January 12 16:37 ET The captain of a cruise ship that ran aground off Italy made an "unapproved, unauthorised" deviation in course, the vessel's owners say. Costa Cruises boss Pier Luigi Foschi accused Capt Francesco Schettino of sailing too close to a nearby island in order to show the ship to locals. The captain blamed the crash on rocks that he said were not on his chart.” … ““I saw him there, before I managed to get off the ship. He did not abandon ship before everyone else. He would not have done that. He knows what his duty is.” .. “Italian investigators are probing the mystery of a young Moldovan woman who was reportedly on the bridge of the ship when it smashed into the rocks. The 25-year-old blonde, identified as Domnica Cemortan, was invited onto the bridge as the cruise liner sailed perilously close to Giglio, in what was apparently a ‘salute’ to an old friend of the captain’s and a favour to the ship’s head waiter, whose family were from the island. She was reportedly the guest of one of the ship’s officers and may be the woman that passengers saw drinking and chatting with Capt Francesco Schettino on Friday evening, a few hours before the Costa Concordia ran aground. Italian judicial authorities, who are investigating the accident and the captain’s conduct, want to interview Ms Cemortan, who according to her Facebook page was born in Chisinau, Moldova, and lives in Bucharest, Romania. … He is one of the best captains in the company. He is very skilful and experienced when it comes to manoeuvring the ship in enclosed spaces, like harbours.” It is believed that Ms Cemortan has worked for Costa Cruises in the past, as a dancer and passenger rep, but went on the cruise last week as a holiday.”

“MS Costa Concordia (Italian pronunciation: [ˈkɔsta koŋˈkɔrdja]) is a Concordia-class cruise ship owned and operated by Costa Cruises, a subsidiary of British-American Carnival Corporation & Plc. She was built at Fincantieri's Sestri Ponente yards in Italy. The name Concordia was intended to express the wish for "continuing harmony, unity, and peace between European nations.” .. She is the first vessel of the Concordia ship class, with sisters Costa Serena, Costa Pacifica, Costa Favolosa, Costa Fascinosa and Carnival Splendor built for Carnival Cruise Lines. Costa Concordia entered service in July 2006 and was one of the largest ships to be built in Italy, at 114,500 GT; the later Carnival Dream class are 130,000 GRT, and also built in Fincantieri. On 13 January 2012, the Costa Concordia ran aground and partially sank on the western coast of Italy just off the shore of Isola del Giglio. Of the 4,200 passengers and crew, at least eleven people were killed, including ten passengers and one crew member. The situation is still ongoing”

“Carnival Corporation & PLC (NYSE: CCL, LSE: CCL, and NYSE: CUK), is an American-British company, and the world's largest cruise ship operator. Comprising Carnival plc, which has its origins in the Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Company of the early 19th Century, the company has a claim to be the world's oldest established cruise ship operator, with P&O having introduced the world's first passenger ships in 1844.”

M/V Queen of the North was a RORO ferry built by AG Weser of Germany and operated by BC Ferries, which ran along a scenic 18-hour route along the British Columbia Coast of Canada between Port Hardy and Prince Rupert, British Columbia, a route also known as the Inside Passage. On March 22, 2006, with 101 persons aboard, she sailed off course, ran aground and sank. Two passengers, whose bodies were never found, are now considered lost in the tragedy . .. During 2001, she was given a major $500,000 refit at Vancouver Shipyards, which included a redesign and modernization of the passenger decks [and, allegedly, the fitting of a .tv antenna for domain hack of the autopilot] . However, owing to her older single hull design, the ship was not designed to survive a significant hull breach or the flooding of more than one bulkhead compartment. All newer ferries can survive flooding of at least two bulkhead compartments and because of this concern, the ship was intended to be replaced between 2009 and 2011. .. The Queen of the North sank after running aground on Gil Island in Wright Sound, 135 kilometres (70 nautical miles) south of Prince Rupert, British Columbia. She sank at 12:25 am or 12:43 am PST (08:43 UTC) on March 22, 2006; there are conflicting reports about the exact time. News reports have indicated that the vessel was one kilometre off course at the time of the collision. She was bound for Port Hardy. .. The ship's captain was reportedly not on the bridge at the time of the accident. Local weather reports indicated winds gusting to 75 km/h in the vicinity of Wright Sound. According to Kevin Falcon, the BC Minister of Transportation, the autopilot equipment had been certified by Transport Canada only as recently as 2 March. On 26 March 2007, BC Ferries released its internal investigation into the sinking. The report concluded that the Queen of the North failed to make the required or any course changes at Sainty Point, and that the ship proceeded straight on an incorrect course for four nautical miles over 14 minutes until its grounding at 17.5 knots on Gil Island. The investigation found no evidence of alterations of speed at any time during the transit of Wright Sound and concluded that human factors were the primary cause of the sinking.”

“TORONTO - The federal Transportation Safety Board says it looked into whether sex was taking place on the bridge of the B.C. ferry Queen of the North when it sank last year. A board spokesman told a Toronto newspaper that scenario was part of its investigation. A B.C. Ferries spokesperson acknowledges there has been speculation about sex playing a role in the sinking, but wouldn't comment further. A draft report on the sinking -- in which two of the 101 passengers are missing and presumed dead -- is to be delivered to the board within days. The draft report goes next to interested parties for comment and a final report is expected in three to six months. © (c) CanWest MediaWorks Publications Inc.”

[Spoliation evidence of Canadian spies illegal use of TV antennae to jam GPS back in 1996] Detrimental Effects of Installing Consumer Electronics on Ships Presented at RTCM May, 1997 (Radio Technical Commission for Maritime Communications) Ken Hamer Offshore Systems Ltd. Vancouver, CANADA .. INTRODUCTION Offshore Systems Ltd. (OSL) is a manufacturer of ECDIS (Electronic Chart Display and Information System) that has installations around the world, including many ships in the Great Lakes area. These systems usually incorporate a GPS (Global Positioning System) receiver and a differential beacon receiver, which improves the accuracy of the GPS position. Together, these two receivers are referred to as Differential GPS, or DGPS. Typically, DGPS can provide real time position information, accurate to within 10 metres, and often within 3 metres. Recently, technicians from OSL, and MLM Marine, of St. Catherines, Ontario, Canada, discovered the cause of an intermittent and unusual failure of the DGPS receiver. HISTORY The "M.V. Manatoulin" is a 25,000 ton (approx) self-unloading bulk carrier, owned and operated by Canada Steamship Lines (CSL), of Montreal, Canada [ergo, controlled by Lena Trudeau’s clients (?) in the Canadian Privy Council]. This ship has operated on the Great Lakes for many years, carrying coal, iron ore, soybean, and other bulk cargoes. In the summer of 1994, OSL installed ECDIS on the CSL fleet, including the "Manatoulin." This ECDIS included the DGPS receivers, and was also interfaced to the LORAN-C, RADAR, ARPA, and other electronic devices on the bridge. Since that time, there have been a number of minor software and hardware upgrandes, and addtional sensors, such as wind and depth have been installed and connected to the ECPINS system. The GPS receiver was a Leica MX9212, and the diferential beacon receiver was a Leica MX-50R. Over the years, the captain and crew of the "Manatoulin" have come to look favourably upon the ECDIS, and use it extensively for route planning and safe navigation. The captain believes that the system has not only made navigation safer, but more efficient, by following the best track in a given situation, and by allowing the ship to travel at the optimum safe speed. Training, and partiuclary regulary use of the system has allowed the captain and crew to become proficient in the use of the system. Unfortunately, in the early summer of 1996, repeated, apparently random failures of the DGPS receiver caused the captain and crew to lose faith in both the reliability and accuracy of the ECDIS. OBSERVATIONS Upon examining the ship's log books, we determined that the TV antenna had been installed in the late spring of 1996, shortly before the problems with the GPS receiver had begun. It appears that this antenna was purchased at a consumer electronics store, and installed by the ship's crew. As we were unable to locate the documentation for the antenna, our information about it is sparse. We believe it has an RF amplifier built into the antenna, and is also directional, with a control located near the television that allowed the antenna to be pointed in different directions. (The actual antenna was enclosed in a round plastic cylinder.) The only identifying marks we could find on the control indicated that it was distributed by TDP Electronics, of NC. We suspect it was originally designed for Recreational Vehicles. We do not have the antenna in our possession, nor do we have the test equipment to determine what exactly was happening. Based on what we have observed, however, we surmise the following: The antenna had an inexpensive, noisy, RF amplifier built in, that was easily overloaded, thus causing the interference with the GPS signals. The directional nature of the antenna exacerbated the RF noise problem when pointed towards a strong television signal, and reduced the problem when pointed away from a strong signal. This is probably why the interference only occurred when the ship was heading in certain directions. When the antenna was far from TV transmitters, it posed no problems. However, when it was near large cities (Montreal, Toronto, Hamilton) where there were powerful TV transmitters, it was subject to overloading. This is probably why the interference only occurred in certain geographic areas. When overloaded, the antenna appeared to generate enough RFI to "jam" the GPS satellite signals at distances of up to 600 feet or more. It should be noted that at no time during this trip was there any interference to the low frequency (»300 kHz) differential receivers.”

“The domain name .tv is the Internet country code top-level domain (ccTLD) for the islands of Tuvalu .. The domain is currently operated by dotTV, a Verisign company; the Tuvalu government owns twenty percent of the company. In 2000, Tuvalu negotiated a contract leasing its Internet domain name ".tv" for $50 million in royalties over a 12-year period. The Tuvalu government receives a quarterly payment of US$1 million for use of the top-level domain. On December 14, 2006, VeriSign announced an alliance with Demand Media, run by ex-MySpace chairman Richard Rosenblatt to market the .tv top level domain name (TLD) as the preferred Web address for rich media content. .. On March 19, Verisign announced that premium .TV names would now be available through an expanded .TV registrar channel, slashed prices on premium .TV names, and made a significant number of high sought after premium .TV names non-premium. As a result, Verisign essentially lifted the roadblock that previously discouraged investment in the .TV extension by major domainers, investors, and developers. Content Stations Websites with the .tv domain often feature video content for specific brands or firms. Publications like Nylon and Pitchfork Media run sub-stations of their online publications strictly for original video content. Marketing firms like Vice in New York have received contracts to create brand-tailored .tv content stations, such as Motherboard.tv for Dell and the Creator's Project for Intel have given this domain type more visibility, and inspired the creation of independent content stations at the college level across the United States such as Massive.tv at Northwestern University [alleged base commanded by Obama’s terrorist mentor, Bernardine Dohrn, for .tv man-in-the-middle attacks of 9/11] , Maingreen.tv at Brown University, and Kuumba.tv at Washington University. co.tv "co.tv" is not an official hierarchy; it is a domain (co.tv) owned by a company who offers free subdomain redirection services, like co.nr. This company offers free co.tv subdomains. Due to the large use by website spammers of subdomains from co.tv in July 2011 Google removed .co.tv websites from its search results. This had no impact on other .tv websites. CO.TV is a free domain provider that is obviously being abused by the people behind this campaign. All of the rogue domains used are hosted on the same IP address. Such unconventional usage of TLDs in domain names are sometimes known as domain hacks. The company closed on the 31 October 2011. All existing domains were cancelled”

“.tv (Pronounced as 'Dot TV', referred to onscreen as .tv - the technology channel) was a British television channel dedicated to technology. .tv was owned and operated by British Sky Broadcasting. The channel began broadcasting on 1 September 1996 as The Computer Channeland broadcast between 18:00 and 20:00. The broadcasting hours were increased to midday-midnight when The Computer Channel (later .tv) started broadcasting on British Sky Broadcasting's digital satellite platform, Sky Digital in 1998. In 1999 the channel interviewed then Microsoft CEO Bill Gates. Towards the end of its run, .tv implemented several new shows heavily sponsored by online technology store dabs.com, promoting products which were available at that site. .tv was closed on 2 September 2001 [allegedly to clear .tv bandwidth for 9/11 man-in-the-middle attacks on America by Crown Agents’ Sister Elizabeth Murdoch] because of low audience ratings. Most of the programmes were produced by Prospect Pictures. .. Programming Buyers Guide - 20 minute weekday show that reviewed gadgets (such as PDAs and printers), computers and software (such as video games, operating systems and photo manipulation). Presented by Will Hanrahan. Chips with Everything - 20 minute weekday show presented by Kate Russell with guests trying to answer computer related questions that were sent in by viewers. Guests included Roger Gann, James Morris, Simon Smart, Nigel Whitfield and Charles Bocock. Ex Machina - 30 minute weekly show that went behind the scenes of digitally produced entertainment (video games, films and television programmes). Game Over - (originally Games World) - variable-format video game magazine show.”

“Wed Jan 18 2012 Trying accused navy spy in public a potential intelligence minefield: experts .. Jeffrey Delisle, a Canadian naval intelligence officer, faces charges of giving secret information to a foreign entity [allegedly via VideoGuard pay-per-view encryption devices in .tv antennae operated by NDS/Permira and Murdoch’s News Corporation]. Eric Wynne/The Canadian Press .. OTTAWA Putting an accused navy spy on trial represents a potential legal and intelligence nightmare for the Harper government, one where it will have to resist the temptation to dispense justice in secret, say experts. If the case against Sub-Lieutenant Jeffrey Delisle goes to trial, the Crown will have a significant arsenal of tools to bar the door to the public and media, but at the same time there will be pressure on prosecutors to hold as much of the proceedings as possible in open court. The junior intelligence officer, who was charged Monday with passing secrets to a “foreign entity” under Canada’s Security of Information Act, worked at the navy’s main intelligence gathering and analysis centre in Halifax, known as Trinity. Many questions remain about Delisle, 40, who moved to the East Coast from Ontario. It was revealed Wednesday he declared bankruptcy 12 years ago, before he joined the military full-time. The 1998 bankruptcy filing showed Delisle owed $18,587 to creditors but had assets of just $1,000. Espionage trials are rare because there’s a danger the accused will spill even more secrets during the court proceedings — a defence tactic known as “greymail,” said Craig Forcese, a law professor at the University of Ottawa who has written on national security. “There’s always a risk.” The warning came as the country’s top military commander moved to buff away some of the tarnish the controversy has left on the Forces. Chief of Defence Staff General Walt Natynczyk, in his first public comment on the case, said the military takes the security of sensitive information seriously and is always mindful of the effects of unauthorized disclosure. In a written statement, the chief of defence staff said everyone handling secrets is required to not only observe stringent procedures, but is expected to conduct themselves ethically, and in a manner consistent with military values. Natynczyk joined Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Defence Minister Peter MacKay in refusing to address questions about the case — a silence that experts say only lends more urgency to airing the matter in public. The Charter of Rights enshrines the principle of open court hearings and it’s “quite unusual” for a criminal proceeding to be behind closed doors, Forcese said. Still, the Criminal Code allows a judge to exclude members of the public, including the media, for all or part of the proceedings if the judge believes it is necessary to protect international relations or national security. 1. Complete and utter rubbish.

Honestly, do you think the big funds invested in this company wouldnt have cashed out first? Had it been a conspiracy/pre-planned?

The same people that run these companies bow before the same people -- they would have known, and would have cashed out, then bought in on the cheap when the shareprice dived roughly 8 times more than the estimated costs because of this incident.

Short-selling activity was also low on this share on the thursday and friday before -- compare this to 9/11, and 7/7 in London, the Madrid train false-bombing and other pre-planned false-attacks, and youll notice they all have one thing in common; a massive rise in institutional short-selling leading up to the attacks, in turn making the institutions billions from the market falls.

Lloyds isnt the only insurer who is liable here, either, there are several including Royal Sun Alliance whos liability equates to about $10mn from this incident, and various other European insurers.

Id recommend doing some research, or at least comparing this incident with previously known/clear insider attacks and/or insurance jobs.
