Lena Trudeau Used Entrust PKI - Illegally-Delegated - Canadian Privy Councilors - OBL Mission M.O.: Spin and Spoil - Zinoviev-Trotskyist Show Trials

May 15, 2011

Dear Prime Minister Harper:

Trudeau's Privy Council, Trotsky ice axe and the OBL contract hit

Abel Danger believes that Crown Agents’ Sister Lena Trudeau used Entrust PKI authorities, illegally-delegated by Canadian Privy councilors, to stage the May 1 contract hit and capture of ‘Osama bin Laden’ terrorist materials where the mission’s M.O. of spin and spoil reminds us of the way lesser conspirators were neutralized – in Trotsky’s case with an ice axe – after the Moscow Zinoviev-Trotskyist show trials of 1936.

“The Terrorists' Trial By Anna Louise Strong [the late cousin of the Canadian privy councilor and genocidal pedophile, Maurice Strong] From Soviet Russia Today, Vol. 5 No. 8, October 1936. Transcribed by Red Flag Magazine February 15, 2007 The trial of the Zinoviev-Trotskist Center that has just ended in the Moscow House of Trade Unions is unique among the great trials of history. High Treason trials in the past have known two kinds of defendants: those who protested their innocence and those occasional patriots who announced and defended their attacks on government. But that men who were once so great should have fallen so low, that men who once had reputations as world revolutionary leaders should conspire with Nazi secret service agents against the revolutionary movement of their own country, and should confess through four days of open court that they were guilty of indefensible murder and treason—this has never happened in history .. The general outline of the plot was not without some cleverness. A number of the leaders of Party and government were to be murdered as nearly simultaneously as possible by agents who, when caught, would be identifiable as whiteguards or Gestapo agents, without involving the chief conspirators. A panic within the Party would thus, it was thought, be created, during which the upper conspirators, relying on their past reputations, would call for a rallying of all forces into a new and wider unity. In this unity, with the old leaders dead, the conspirators would gain chief places. One of them, Bakayev, was slated to be new chief of the G.P.U., in which capacity he would make short work of the lesser agents who had done the actual murder, leaving the chief conspirators untarnished even in reputation. The lesser agents, who apparently first learned at the trial of the final fate their superiors had planned for them, gave detail after detail of the picture. Berman-Yurin stated that he visited Trotsky in Copenhagen in November 1932 and received instructions for the "historic murder" of Stalin, to be timed at some great public event, specifically, in this case, the Thirteenth Plenum of the Communist International. Berman-Yurin did not succeed in getting into this meeting do the "Browning with bullets" passed to Fritz David, who planned to shoot Stalin at the Seventh Congress of the Communist International, but "there were so many people in the box that there was no possibility of shooting." For this failure Fritz David claims to have received a sharp message of reproof from Trotsky who accused him of lack of courage.”

“On 24 May 1940, Trotsky survived a raid on his home by Stalinist assassins led by GPU agent Iosif Grigulevich, Mexican painter and Stalinist David Alfaro Siqueiros, and Vittorio Vidale. In this attack a young assistant and bodyguard of Trotsky, Robert Sheldon Harte, was abducted and later murdered. On 20 August 1940, Trotsky was attacked in his home in Mexico with an ice axe by undercover NKVD agent Ramón Mercader. The blow was poorly delivered and failed to kill Trotsky instantly, as Mercader had intended. Witnesses stated that Trotsky spat on Mercader and began struggling fiercely with him. Hearing the commotion, Trotsky's bodyguards burst into the room and nearly killed Mercader, but Trotsky stopped them, laboriously stating that the assassin should be made to answer questions. Trotsky was taken to a hospital, operated on, and survived for more than a day, dying at the age of 60 on 21 August 1940 as a result of severe brain damage. Mercader later testified at his trial: I laid my raincoat on the table in such a way as to be able to remove the ice axe which was in the pocket. I decided not to miss the wonderful opportunity that presented itself. The moment Trotsky began reading the article, he gave me my chance; I took out the ice axe from the raincoat, gripped it in my hand and, with my eyes closed, dealt him a terrible blow on the head. According to James P. Cannon, the secretary of the Socialist Workers Party (USA), Trotsky's last words were "I will not survive this attack. Stalin has finally accomplished the task he attempted unsuccessfully before."”

“Osama Bin Laden's Abbottabad house 'was al-Qaeda hub' 08 May 11 00:46 ET Al-Qaeda leader Osama Bin Laden was in active control of the terror network from his compound in northern Pakistan, US intelligence services now believe. Reversing assessments that Bin Laden lived a nomadic existence, the US now says his Abbottabad house was a command and control centre. Following the raid that killed him, the US has released five videos of Bin Laden watching TV and giving speeches. Officials say he was deeply involved in al-Qaeda decision-making. "This compound in Abbottabad was an active command and control centre for al-Qaeda's top leader and it's clear [...] that he was not just a strategic thinker for the group," an official who spoke on condition of anonymity told reporters at a Pentagon briefing. "He was active in operational planning and in driving tactical decisions," the official said. The five tapes, their sound removed by the Pentagon, show Bin Laden watching a report about himself on television, and, in several clips, practising video addresses. One of the videos released was a "complete, yet unreleased" tape he described as "a message to the American people," the intelligence official said. It was believed to have been produced between early October and the beginning of November 2010. Officials say that the changing colour of Bin Laden's beard - dyed black in the addresses but grey when filmed watching himself on television - suggests he was someone who "jealously guarded" his image. The material found at the compound - which is reported to include digitial, audio and video files, as well as printed material, computer equipment, recording devices and hand-written documents - has been described by officials as "the single largest collection of senior terrorist materials ever". Personal letters between Bin Laden and others are also said to be among the documents recovered. CIA Director Leon Panetta said in a statement that the material seized "only further confirms how important it was to go after Bin Laden".

“Delegated powers cannot be subdelegated. The U.S. Constitution vests all legislative powers in Congress, and all judicial powers in the Supreme Court and inferior courts, except as specifically expressed. Executive branch officials may subdelegate but must remain responsible for the actions of their subordinates. There can be no authority exercised that is not accountable through constitutional officials. Delegata potestas non potest delegari. A delegated power cannot be delegated. 9 Inst. 597.”
