Dear Lord Pearson:

Anna the Jackal flies with the Pilots Guild of Death

Hawks CAFE asks you to investigate Anna Chapman and Carlos the Jackal’s alleged use of a sexual-entrapment and murder for hire network operated for Crown Agents’ Sisters – see list below – by The Guild of Air Pilots and Air Navigators.

Our KSM agents have evidence that Crown Agents’ Sisters infiltrated sexual torturers, saboteurs, assassins and spies into the Pilots’ Guild of Death and their fellow City Livery companies to produce ‘the first live-broadcast mass snuff film in human history’ on 9/11.

KSM also has evidence that Crown Agents’ Sisters and Guild of Death Pilots are using sexual entrapment and visual cues such as strangulation bandanna from BBC snuff film archives to extort top officials in a wide range of public and private enterprises, including NetJets, Barclays, Navigator Hedge Funds, Boeing, OPEC and a ‘suited and booted’ BP.

We list below the names of 12 Crown Agents Sisters and Livery Companies which allegedly use or travel – or induce their victims to use or trave – on interstate or foreign commerce for purposes of sexual entrapment/extortion, murder-for-hire, rendition, water-boarding, pedophile sex, drug-trafficking, money laundering and sleeper-cell activation.

“The British tabloid News of the World has an interview (link NSFW) with the ex-husband of hottie Russian spy Anna Chapman .. Anna and 10 others were arrested last week for allegedly living double lives as agents of the Russian government. Anna Chapman is by far the hottest and she lives a glamours life in Manhattan .. 30 year-old British dude Alex Chapman told NOTW he met Anna, then merely a hot economics student, at a rave in London. They started doing it a lot: "Anya was great in bed and she knew exactly what to do .. For the first few months we met for sex about five days a week .. He took topless pictures of her (available uncensored at News of the World) and they played with sex toys: "the 27-year-old femme fatale loved to wear nipple clamps and wield a WHIP like an interrogator as they were Ivan it off." .. The two got married in 2002 and divorced in 2005 when Anna started dating wealthy bankers and entrepreneurs. But Alex got a fun reminder of their relationship when he was contacted by an MI-5 agent after Anna's arrest in New York last week. If MI-5 was searching for some Top Secret wanking material, they found it.” .. “According to reports, Chapman lived in the UK for four years from 2003. Private plane hire firm NetJets Europe said: "Ms Chapman was employed by NetJets Europe from May to July 2004, as an executive assistant in the sales department." .. In addition to working at NetJets Europe, her profile says she worked in the investment banking division at Barclays Bank and also at Navigator hedge fund .. She claims to speak Russian, English, German and French and to have a masters degree in economics from a Russian university [Patrice Lumumba University in Moscow, the same as Carlos the Jackal] Her profile claims she studied financial planning at the UK-based BPP International Educational Centre'

“Neville Atkinson was a successful night fighter pilot for the Fleet Air Arm in the Royal Navy. Neville served on the HMS Centaur and piloted Sea Vixen FAW2 fighters. In 1972 Neville left his career in the Navy to take up the position as personal pilot to The President of Libya, Muammar al-Gaddafi. For the next 10 years his role was to fly Colonel Gadaffi, Government Ministers and many world dignitaries around the Middle East and Africa. Probably one of the most notable moments in Atkinson’s career was in December 1975, when he was given the task of flying Carlos the Jackal and a number of other terrorists, with over sixty hostages from the OPEC headquarters in Vienna. It is reputed that Neville asked Carlos to sign a copy of Forsyth’s ‘Day of the Jackal’ during the flight. In 2006 Neville Atkinson published his first book “Death on Small Wings: Memoirs of a Presidential Pilot” which detailed his experiences during the 1970s as Gadaffi’s personal pilot.”

The Guild of Air Pilots and Air Navigators (GAPAN) is one of the Livery Companies of the City of London. The Guild was established in 1929 and was granted the status of a Livery Company in 1956. The Guild is responsible for advising the government on air safety and aeronautics. The Guild ranks eighty-first in the order of precedence for Livery Companies. Its motto is Per Cælum Via Nostra, Latin for Our Way Is By The Heavens.” .. “Grand Master: HRH The Prince Andrew, Duke of York KCVO ADC Master: Captain R Felix LVO FRAeS Clerk: Paul J Tacon BA ACIS .. Structure The Patron of the Guild is His Royal Highness The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh KG KT and the Grand Master is His Royal Highness The Prince Andrew, Duke of York KCVO ADC. The business of the Guild is conducted by a Court which consists of the Grand Master, Master, Immediate Past Master, Wardens and Assistants .. The constitution of the Guild has been established in order to represent pilot and navigator interests within all areas of aviation. The majority of our members are or have been professional licence holders both military and civil but we also have many private licence holders. Our members operate aircraft not only in airlines and all branches of Her Majesty’s armed forces but also in every area of general aviation, sporting aviation and private flying. The aircraft flown range from supersonic military and civil, through single and multi- engine fixed wing and helicopters, training aircraft, microlights, gliders and balloons to experimental aircraft. Indeed, for many members the particular strength and attraction of the Guild is this diverse spread of interests, together with an entirely non- political outlook and a constitution which forbids it from engaging in trade union activity. The executive arm of the Court is the General Purposes and Finance Committee. The Court is further assisted in its work by a number of committees, in particular by the Technical and Air Safety, Education and Training and Trophies and Awards Committees. The Guild is unique amongst City Livery Companies in having active Regional Committees in Australia, Hong Kong and New Zealand. The Guild is a charitable organisation and all the members of the court and the Committees are unpaid.”

“Ramírez Sánchez was born in Caracas, Venezuela. Despite his mother's pleas to give their firstborn child a Christian first name, his father, a Leninist lawyer, called him Ilich, after Lenin (two younger siblings were named "Lenin" and "Vladimir").. After attending the Third Tricontinental Conference in January 1966 with his father, Ramírez Sánchez reportedly spent the summer at Camp Matanzas, a guerrilla warfare school run by the Cuban DGI near Havana. Later that year, his parents divorced. His mother took her children to London to study in Stafford House College in Kensington and the London School of Economics. In 1968 his father tried to enroll him and his brother at the Sorbonne, the university in Paris, but eventually opted for Patrice Lumumba University in Moscow. He was expelled from the university [for indecency] in 1970. He then traveled to a guerrilla training camp operated by the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) in Amman, Jordan. He claimed to have fought alongside the PFLP members as they resisted the Jordanian government's efforts to expel them in 1970. He eventually left Jordan to attend courses at the Polytechnic of Central London and apparently continued to work for the PFLP .... From Beirut, Carlos participated in the planning for the attack on the headquarters of OPEC in Vienna. On December 20, 1975, he led the six-person team (which included Gabriele Kröcher-Tiedemann) that assaulted the meeting of OPEC leaders and took over 60 hostages. Carlos demanded from the Austrian authorities to read a communiqué about the Palestinian cause on the Austrian radio and television networks every two hours. After negotiations, this communiqué was broadcast as requested. On December 22, the rebels and 42 hostages were given an airplane and flown to Algiers. Ex-Royal Navy pilot Neville Atkinson, at that time the personal pilot for Libya's leader Muammar al-Gaddafi, was given the task of flying Carlos and a number of other terrorists, including Hans-Joachim Klein, a supporter of the imprisoned Baader-Meinhof group and a member of the Revolutionary Cells, and Gabriele Kröcher-Tiedemann, from Algiers. The terrorists were finally dispatched in Baghdad. Thirty hostages were freed; the DC-9 was then flown on to Tripoli, where more hostages were freed before flying back to Algiers where the remaining hostages were freed and the rebels were granted asylum. In the years following the OPEC raid, Abu Sharif and Klein claimed that Carlos had received a large sum of money in exchange for the safe release of the Arab hostages and had kept it for his personal use. There is still some uncertainty regarding the amount that changed hands but it is believed to be between $20m and $50m. The source of the money is also uncertain, but, according to Klein, it was from "an Arab president." Carlos later told his lawyers that the money was paid by the Saudis on behalf of the Iranians and was, "diverted en route and lost by the Revolution.””

“MI6 agent joined disgraced BP boss in secret meetings with Gaddafi .. New questions about the extent of the Government’s involvement in the trade deals that led to the release of the Lockerbie bomber, Abdelbaset Al Megrahi, were raised last night with the revelation that an MI6 agent flew to Libya with former BP boss Lord Browne for two cloak-and-dagger meetings with Colonel Gaddafi. Jeff Chevalier, the ex-lover of Lord Browne, has told The Mail on Sunday that Browne was ‘shocked’ when the agent made a reference to his relationship with Mr Chevalier, indicating the authorities knew about their liaison, which was a closely guarded secret. Mr Chevalier said: ‘He spoke clearly and in detail about it. John [Lord Browne] said he had been taken aback at the amount of information the agent knew about him. ‘The MI6 man, or ex-MI6 man – I got the impression he might have recently left the service – began by asking, “So how are Jeff’s studies coming along?”, an attempt to let John know how much they knew. John’s personal life was not so personal to the intelligence services. ‘On the way over, the pilots insisted the co-ordinates did not indicate an airport but sure enough they found a landing strip in the middle of nowhere.’ Mr Chevalier also recalled how Lord Browne had been furious that Gaddafi had kept him waiting for 24 hours. ‘John called me, fuming about the wait and threatening to leave in protest,’ he said. ‘But finally a convoy of vehicles equipped with female Bulgarian soldiers – I never understood why – came.’ Mr Chevalier said Lord Browne had spoken to Gaddafi in ‘broad terms’ about a contract to exploit Libyan oil fields, and had followed it up with a second visit within 12 months.

The negotiations led to a £54million deal being signed in 2007, BP’s first in the country since the Libyan oil industry was nationalised in 1974. The detente process between the UK and Libya had started in 2003 after Gaddafi secretly passed a letter to Downing Street indicating he wanted to end Libya’s status as a pariah nation. Discussions then followed between Gaddafi’s son Saif and Allen, then head of counter-terrorism at MI6.

Sir Mark Allen, as he has since become, is now a senior executive with BP. Lord Browne was forced to resign from BP after he admitted lying to the High Court about his relationship with Mr Chevalier during an unsuccessful attempt to gag a Mail on Sunday investigation into his business activities.”

“[BBC World Service Trust co-investor in Crown Agents Foundation] News Page last updated at 10:39 GMT, Tuesday, 6 July 2010 11:39 UK … BP 'good value' says leading Libyan oil executive … A leading Libyan oil executive has said he will recommend that the country's sovereign wealth fund buys a stake in troubled oil giant BP. Shokri Ghanem, chairman of Libya's National Oil Company, said BP shares were "good value for bargain hunters". His comments follow reports on Monday that BP is seeking investment from Middle Eastern sovereign wealth funds. BP shares have almost halved in value following the Gulf of Mexico oil disaster, which began in April. "BP is interesting now, with the price lower by half and I still have trust in BP. I will recommend it to the Libyan Investment Authority," Mr Ghanem said.” http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/business/10518442.stm

“Crown Agents is exactly what its name implies, an agent of Her Majesty the Queen. It was founded in 1833 as Crown Agents for the Colonies, and historically played a vital role in the creation and management of what British historians call the Third Empire .. Crown Agents printed the stamps and banknotes of the colonies; provided technical, engineering, and financial services; served as private bankers to the colonial monetary authorities, government officials, and heads of state; served as arms procurers, quartermasters, and paymasters for the colonial armies .. Her Majesty's Murder, Inc. .. Crown Agents' range of ``services''--arms procurement, border controls, offshore banking--also nicely fit the ``administrative requirements'' of the world's organized crime cartels .. review of some of the more sordid aspects of the recent history of Crown Agents, suggests that the firm has been at the center of the British Crown's highly sensitive patronage of global organized crime--what EIR long ago dubbed Dope, Inc.”
