Dear Lord Pearson:

Crown Sisters or Russian spies hide Serco's BP Nukes

Hawks CAFE asks you to investigate Crown Agents’ ‘Sisters’ (names below) and alleged use of a rendition and water-boarding network to set up a sleeper cell of Russian spies with charges of money laundering while hiding payments to Serco for the recent attacks on a BP-chartered drilling rig and the attempted theft of a nuclear weapon in 2007.

Our KSM agents also have evidence that the Crown Sisters have placed sleeper cells of pedophiles, drug traffickers, saboteurs, assassins, torturers and LGBT snuff-film extortionists on the payroll of Crown Agents Bank to create what Osama bin Laden described as “.. three independent financial networks to move al-Qaeda assets around the world and all the resources of the British and Americans cannot stop us”.

“The former head of MI5, Britain's spy agency, says the United States misled its closest ally in the post-9/11 era about its torture practices, and kept the agency in the dark about "enhanced interrogation" practices such as waterboarding. The "Americans were very keen to conceal from us what was happening, as they were from many of their own people," Eliza Manningham-Buller told a question-and-answer session at Britain's Parliament Tuesday, as quoted by the Associated Press. Manningham-Buller, who served as head of MI5 from 2002 to 2007, during most of the period in which the Bush administration was engaged in torture practices, said her lack of knowledge about the waterboarding program caused her to be confused about the results the US was getting in its interrogations of terrorism suspects. The AP reports: Manningham-Buller said that in 2002 or 2003 she questioned how the U.S. was able to supply Britain with intelligence gleaned from Sheikh Mohammed. "I said to my staff, 'Why is he talking?' because our experience of Irish prisoners, Irish terrorists, was that they never said anything," she said. "They said, well, the Americans say he is very proud of his achievements when questioned about it. It wasn't actually until after I retired that I read that, in fact, he had been water boarded 160 times," Manningham-Buller said.”

“Russian spies are accused of stealing Canadian identities in a plot to penetrate the innermost circles of American power. The arrest of 10 alleged secret agents in the United States risks deeply embarrassing Moscow at a time when the former superpower is trying to mend relations with Washington. At least four of the 11 members of the alleged spy ring claimed to be Canadian and apparently used Canadian documents, according to a detailed criminal complaint in New York federal court. The spymaster was a Russian who assumed the identity of Christopher Metsos, a Canadian. He’s alleged to have run the covert ring that included several pairs of agents living as married couples in the Boston, New York and Washington areas, some of whom also used Canadian identities. He traveled to the United States, doling out money and instructions to the deep-cover agents. One of the agents used the identity of Donald Howard Heathfield, a Canadian infant who died in the 1960s. The infant’s original birth certificate was apparently used, although it isn’t clear whether the Canadian government issued real Canadian documents such as a passport – as it did to Ahmed Ressam, the al-Qaeda member who used a birth certificate from a dead Quebec child to build his false identity while in Montreal while he plotted to bomb Los Angles airport. In 2006, Canada’s spy agency accused a Russian agent calling himself Paul William Hampel of using a fake Ontario birth certificate to obtain passports.”

“Vladimir Kolesnikov, deputy chairman of the security committee in the Russian state Duma, or lower house of parliament, said that the scandal was “provocation” inspired by “structures that live with the old baggage”, in other words, hard liners. The scandal, he said was “a blow aimed at [US President Barack] Obama.” .. Nikolai Kovalev, the ex-director of the Federal Security Service, the successor to the KGB, told Interfax news agency “someone is trying to put a virus into the reset programme”. Experienced intelligence officers, however, said there were some highly irregular aspects of the case that makes them doubt that the group of detainees really were working for a Russian intelligence agency. Mr Kovalev said: “Like any professional, it makes me laugh out loud to read that these 10 or 11 people were somehow working together. Any ‘illegal’ only contacts one person. That is the golden law of any espionage organisation.” Mikhail Liubimov, a former KGB officer who worked in the UK and Denmark during the cold war, said that it was sloppy tradecraft for agents to launder money, as seems to have been the case in this operation with agents travelling abroad to receive payment. “So far our intelligence service hasn’t gotten involved in fraud operations,” he said. Mr Kovelav said the overall shoddiness of the operation indicated it had nothing to do with the Russian government. “Illegals who launder money, live on forged documents and get money from glass jars buried in the earth. These cannot be employees of a Russian intelligence service. That is totally ridiculous. It’s like a cheap Agatha Christie detective novel.” But more importantly, said Mr Liubomov, it was unclear what the goal of such an operation was. The US Department of Justice has reportedly not sought spying charges against any of the suspected agents, prosecuting them instead as unregistered agents of a foreign government. That does not reflect well on the operation as a whole – despite the time and resources involved.”

“The Air Force Report on the Minot-Barksdale Nuclear Missile Flight By Dave Lindorff . When I mentioned the automated alarm and motion sensors to Lt. Col. Jennifer Cassidy, a public affairs person at the Department of the Air Force, and asked her how the movement of the six nukes could have occurred without those alarms being disabled, she said, "It's an intriguing question, and it makes the hair stand up on the back of my neck."

We need honest answers to some hard questions. Among them: * Who disabled the alarm systems on those weapons and on the bunker itself? * Who mounted six nuclear weapons on the noses of six cruise missiles and put those missiles onto a B-52 launch platform? * Who authorized them to perform this operation? * Who moved the armed weapons out of the Bunker at Minot AFB and mounted them on the wing of a B-52 bound for Barksdale AFB? (Barksdale, it should be noted, bills itself as the main staging base for B-52s being flown to the Middle East Theater.) * Were the six missiles flyable? Were they fueled up and ready to fire, or were they not fueled at the time of the Minot-Barksdale flight? * Was there targeting information in the missile's guidance computers and if so, what were those targets? * What happened to the three military whistleblowers who blew the whistle on this incident and reported it to a journalist at the newspaper Military Times? * Why hasn't the Air Force or the FBI investigated the 6-8 untimely deaths including three alleged suicides, one of a Minot weapons guard, one of an assistant defense secretary, and one of a captain in the super-secret Air Force Special Commando Group, as well as alleged fatal vehicle "accidents" involving four ground crew and B-52 pilots and crewmembers at Minot and Barksdale? Could any of this strange cluster of deaths have been related to the incident? The Air Force "investigation" didn't even mention these incidents, and my investigation, reported in the Oct. 24 issue of the magazine American Conservative, found that none of the police investigators or medical examiners in those incidents had even been contacted by Air Force or other federal investigators .. Following a subsequent Air Force investigation, 70 people at Minot and Barksdale AFBs were removed from their posts and decertified from handling nuclear weapons, including five officers, one of them the Minot base commander. * But a base commander does not have the authority to order nuclear weapons to be loaded on a plane and flown. So who issued that order and why has no one at a senior level in Washington been sacked? There is speculation that the order may have come via an alternate chain of command.”

“Crown Agents is exactly what its name implies, an agent of Her Majesty the Queen. It was founded in 1833 as Crown Agents for the Colonies, and historically played a vital role in the creation and management of what British historians call the Third Empire .. Crown Agents printed the stamps and banknotes of the colonies; provided technical, engineering, and financial services; served as private bankers to the colonial monetary authorities, government officials, and heads of state; served as arms procurers, quartermasters, and paymasters for the colonial armies .. Her Majesty's Murder, Inc. .. Crown Agents' range of ``services''--arms procurement, border controls, offshore banking--also nicely fit the ``administrative requirements'' of the world's organized crime cartels .. review of some of the more sordid aspects of the recent history of Crown Agents, suggests that the firm has been at the center of the British Crown's highly sensitive patronage of global organized crime--what EIR long ago dubbed Dope, Inc.
